This paper describes an optimization of a language model and an acoustic model that improve the ability of speech recognition with Korean nit digit. Recognition errors of the language model are decreasing by analysis of the grammatical feature of korean unit digits, and then is made up of fsn-node with a disyllable. Acoustic model make use of demi-syllable pair to decrease recognition errors by inaccuracy division of a phone, a syllable because of a monosyllable, a short pronunciation and an articulation. we have used the k-means clustering algorithm with the transformed successive state splining in feature level for the efficient modelling of the feature of recognition unit . As a result of experimentations, $10.5\%$ recognition rate is raised in the case of the proposed language model. The demi-syllable pair with an acoustic model increased $12.5\%$ recognition rate and $1.5\%$ recognition rate is improved in transformed successive state splitting.

Recently RFID system has been adopted in various fields rapidly. However, we should solve the problem of privacy invasion that can be occurred by obtaining information of RFID Tag without any permission for popularization of RFID system. To solve these problems, There is the Ohkubo et al.'s Hash-Chain Scheme which is the safest method. However, this method has a problem that requesting lots of computing process because of creasing numbers of Tag. Therefore We, suggest SP-Division algorithm satisfied with all necessary security of Privacy Protection Scheme and decreased in Tag Identification Time in this paper. And this paper implemented it in time standard finding the first key among the data devided into each nodes. The length of Hash-Chain holds 1000, and the total number of SPs increases 1000, 2000, 3000, and 4000. Comparing tag identification time by the total number of SPs and the number of Nodes with single node, extending the number of nodes to 1, 2, 3 and 4, when the number of nodes is 2, 40% of Performance, when the number of nodes is 3, 56%, and when the number of nodes is 4, 71% is improved.

After comparing the effectiveness of standoff compensation between current techniques using data obtained from a series of borehole model experiments for standoff compensation in 2007, 2008, and 2009, a follow-up study was conducted to find a more effective standoff compensation algorithm, Comparing the results of the application of the conventional spine and ribs technique, and the spine and ribs technique in terms of apparent density shows that the standoff compensation error obtained from the latter method is more than twice that obtained from the former. The larger size of the compensation error from the spine and ribs plot using the radioactive decay equation indicates that there are no benefits in using this equation in standoff compensation. Based on these results, we propose a reverse transform spine and ribs technique by essentially combining the conventional spine and ribs technique and the spine and ribs technique in terms of apparent density.

Purpose of this study is to develop virtual components and environment for developing a controller of an Active Air Suspension System in laboratory that slough off existing development environment using real vehicle test. This paper presents an air spring modeling and analysis of air suspension system for a commercial vehicle. Preferentially, It was performed vehicle test for pneumatic system and an air spring for characteristic analysis of system. Each component of an air spring suspension system was developed through emulations and modeling of system for pressure and height sensors in the basis on test results in SILS environment. Non-linear characteristics of air spring are accounted for using the measured data. Also, pressure and volume relations for vehicle hight control is considered. After performance verification of virtual model was performed, we developed virtual environment based on HILS for an Active Air Suspension System. We studied estimation and verification technology for control algorithm that developed.

The process of transmitting messages through a medium with a limited bandwidth or channel dispersion inevitably involves signal distortion and noise influxes, resulting in the degradation of transmission quality due to the inter-symbol interference and additional noise, which increases the error rate of the received symbols. The main role of the equalizer is to remove the channel distortion and noise from the received signal to recover the transmitted messages. A number of studies on the equalizer composed of a combination of linear filter and error control coding have shown that they played a key role in enhancing the transmission efficiency, which is essential for digital communication. This paper proposes a new algorithm to correct the residual symbol errors in the message signal. In general, equalizer performance improvement algorithms were developed to improve the initial convergence speed or steady-state error. In this paper, however, the equalizer input signal was reconstructed using the equalizer decision symbols and the channel estimates to directly correct the decision errors by analyzing the statistical characteristics of the difference signal between the actual received signal and the reconstructed signal.

We estimated the spatio-temporally distributed soil moisture using Sentinel-1A/B SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) sensor images and soil moisture data assimilation technique in South Korea. Soil moisture data assimilation technique can extract the hydraulic parameters of soils using observed soil moisture and GA (Genetic Algorithm). The SWAP (Soil Water Atmosphere Plant) model associated with a soil moisture assimilation technique simulates the soil moisture using the soil hydraulic parameters and meteorological data as input data. The soil moisture based on Sentinel-1A/B was validated and evaluated using the pearson correlation and RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) analysis between estimated soil moisture and TDR soil moisture. The soil moisture data assimilation technique derived the soil hydraulic parameters using Sentinel-1A/B based soil moisture images, ASOS (Automated Synoptic Observing System) weather data and TRMM (Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission)/GPM (Global Precipitation Measurement) rainfall data. The derived soil hydrological parameters as the input data to SWAP were used to simulate the daily soil moisture values at the spatial domain from 2001 to 2018 using the TRMM/GPM satellite rainfall data. Overall, the simulated soil moisture estimates matched well with the TDR measurements and Sentinel-1A/B based soil moisture under various land surface conditions (bare soil, crop, forest, and urban).

Buoy has different motion characteristics depends on the sea weather situations. The motion characteristics has an impact on antenna, solar power generation system and etc. installed within a buoy. Therefore, it is important to analyse motion characteristics for management and analyse the buoy conditions. This paper's Buoy motion monitoring system uses gyro sensor to detect motions of a light buoy, and the measured data transfers to the PC on the shore using signal processing algorithm. The aim of this research is to develop monitoring and management mechanism of a buoy by applying motion monitoring system. In this paper, the operation characteristic of movement monitoring system is verified through experiment. Further, in this paper, it can apply such as real-time visibility into the status of the buoy or many ocean facility's motion estimation of the future.

The tracking filter plays a key role in accurate estimation and prediction of maneuvering the vessel's position and velocity. Different methods are used for tracking. However, the most commonly used method is the Kalman filter and its modifications. The ${\alpha}-{\beta}-{\gamma}$ filter is one of the special cases of the general solution provided by the Kalman filter. It is a third order filter that computes the smoothed estimates of position, velocity, and acceleration for the nth observation, and predicts the next position and velocity. Although found to track a maneuvering target with good accuracy than the constant velocity ${\alpha}-{\beta}$ filter, the ${\alpha}-{\beta}-{\gamma}$ filter does not perform impressively under high maneuvers, such as when the target is undergoing changing accelerations. This study aims to track a highly maneuvering target experiencing jerky motions due to changing accelerations. The ${\alpha}-{\beta}-{\gamma}$ filter is extended to include the fourth state that is, constant jerk to correct the sudden change of acceleration to improve the filter's performance. Results obtained from simulations of the input model of the target dynamics under consideration indicate an improvement in performance of the jerky model, ${\alpha}-{\beta}-{\gamma}-{\eta}$ algorithm as compared to the constant acceleration model, ${\alpha}-{\beta}-{\gamma}$ in terms of error reduction and stability of the filter during target maneuver.
Recently, due to the rapid development of multimedia technologies, as image data has been extensive and large-scaled, the problem of increasing the time needed to retrieve the desired image is gradually critical. Image retrieval system that allows users to quickly and accurately search for the desired image information has been researched for a long time. However, in the case of content-based image retrieval representative Color Histogram, Color Coherence Vectors (CCV), Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) used in sensitive to changes in brightness, rotation, there is a problem that can occur misrecognized division off the power. In this paper, in order to evaluate the video retrieval system proposed, no change in brightness, respectively 0°, 90°, 180°, 270° rotated brightness up based on the case of changing, when the brightness down the results were compared with the performance evaluation of the system is an average of about 2% to provide the difference in performance due to changes in brightness, color histogram is an average of about 12.5%, CCV is an average of about 12.25%, it appeared in the SIFT is an average of about 8.5%, Thus, the proposed system of the variation width of the smallest in average about 2%, was confirmed to be robust to changes in the brightness and rotation than the existing systems.
In this paper, we consider the problem of packet transmission in a wavelength division multiplexed(WDM) optical network. Our network model assumes that receivers are fixed-tuned and transmitters are tunable such that optical lasers assigned to transmitters have limited access to the network bandwidth: hence each node must be equipped with multiple optical lasers and/or multiple optical filters in order to maintain a single-hop network. We first analyze scheduling all-to-all packet transmissions and present optimum scheduling for all-to-all packet transmissions. We then extend the analysis to the case of arbitrary traffic demands. We show that the scheduling with arbitrary traffic demand is NP-hard. A heuristic algorithm based on list scheduling is presented. The upper bound so obtained is compared with the lower bound and provides performance guarantees with arbitrary demands. The result are applicable to arbitrary tuning delay, arbitrary number of wavelength channels and optical lasers of arbitrary tuning ranges.
