본 연구는 서울시에서 전형적인 소수민족집단체류지역(ethnic enclave)의 형태를 보이고 있는 가리봉동 "옌볜거리"의 장소성 형성 요인을 분석하고 그것이 함축하고 있는 의미를 찾음으로써, 국내 외국인 거주자 및 주거지역의 증가에 의한 문화적 다양성을 수용하고 그러한 다양성이 긍정적으로 발현될 수 있는 도시경관 형성에 기초적 자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행되었다. 소수민족집단체류지역(ethnic enclave)으로서의 옌볜거리의 장소성을 형성하는 요인은 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 장소성을 형성하는 물리적 환경 요인으로 나타난 쪽방촌과 열악한 공간적 환경은 외부자의 부정적 인식과는 달리 거주자에게는 그들의 경제여건에 부합하는 긍정적인 의미를 보였다 둘째, 연길에서의 그것과 유사한 색채 및 한글과 한문이 혼용된 간판은 옌볜거리에서의 장소성을 형성하는 물리적 환경 요인으로서, 내부인인 조선족에게는 구성원들 간의 내적 소통의 수단으로 조선족 문화의 정체성을 나타내는 요인으로 해석되었다. 셋째, 옌볜거리에서는 물리적 건축 환경 요소보다는 집단적 삶의 일상성을 충족시키는 구매활동, 여가 및 정보교환 활동이 장소성 형성에 더욱 크게 작용하고 있었다. 넷째, 공간적 전유(appropriation)현상과 주변과의 격리현상이 뚜렷이 나타났으며, 이러한 격리현상은 외부인에게 부정적 장소성을 형성하고 있었다. 다섯째, 조선족의 고향에 대한 인식, 문자 및 언어, 음식문화 등에서의 문화적 이중성(dualism) 및 혼재(mingling) 양상은 현재 옌볜거리의 장소성을 형성하는 주요한 요인으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 옌볜거리의 장소적 현상에 있어서 임시성(temporariness)이 두드러졌으며, 이러한 임시성은 불법체류라는 조건 하에서 더욱 강화되고, 이는 주거환경에 대한 무관심 등의 부정적 결과를 야기할 수 있으나, 동시에 그러한 임시성으로 인한 불안감을 완화시키고, 내부자간의 협력과 유대를 강화함으로써 긍정적으로 작용하는 장소성 형성 요인으로 나타났다.

이 글은 이애림 만화의 서사적 특성을 밝히기 위한 목적으로 작성되었다. 이애림은 한국의 문화 부흥기라고 불리는 1990년대에 만화잡지의 붐을 타고 등장한 작가다. 만화 작가로 시작했지만 점차 영역을 확장해 애니메이션 감독으로서도 활발한 활동을 이어가고 있다. 이애림 작업의 표면적인 특징은 섹슈얼리티, 그로테스크, 판타지 정도로 압축하여 소개할 수 있다. 달리 말하면 성적(性的)이고 기괴하며 환상적인 형태를 가시화하는 것이 이애림 만화의 주된 특징이다. 이애림은 내내 누구보다 압도적이고 강렬하게 이미지로 승부를 한 작가였다. 그래서 오히려 그녀의 그림 뒤에 숨겨진 이야기가 무엇인지 면밀히 주의를 기울이지 않은 것이 사실이다. 본고는 이애림이 초기부터 최근까지 관심을 두는 서사성 다시 말해 이야기의 맥락에 대해 짚어보는 것이 그녀의 과거와 현재 그리고 미래의 접점을 드러낼 수 있는 지름길이라 판단하였다. 특히 순환되고 반복되는 이야기, 운명과 우연이 지배하는 이야기, 환상적 요소와 위반의 시도가 만나는 이야기의 특징을 중점적으로 분석하였다. 결과적으로 이애림 만화 서사는 보편적이고 항상성을 지닌 인간의 가장 본질적인 측면을 예외성이나 특수성, 기괴함으로 포장하여 제시함으로써 우리에게 새로운 방식으로 억눌린 욕망을 직시하라고 요구하고 있음을 파악할 수 있었다. 이애림이 지금까지 전위적·전방위적 작업을 지속해 온 이유는 역으로 우리 사회가 무엇을 억압하고 있는지를 설명한다. 이애림의 서사는 억눌린 욕망을 드러내는 데 그치지 않고 그것을 해소할 수 있는 예술의 순기능을 성실히 담당한다는 점에서도 의미가 있다. 이애림 만화 서사의 여러 맥락을 따져 세밀히 살핀 이 연구는 개별 작가의 독창적 가치에 의미를 부여해 한국 만화의 다양성 확보에 나선 것에 의의를 두고자 한다.

The enzyme squalene synthase (EC 2.5.1.21) catalyzes a reductive dimerization of two farnesyl diphosphate (FPP) molecules into squalene, a key precursor for the sterol and triterpene biosynthesis. A full-length cDNA encoding squalene synthase (designated as TcSqS) was isolated from Taxus cuspidata, a kind of important medicinal plants producing potent anti-cancer drug, taxol. The full-length cDNA of TcSqS was 1765 bp and contained a 1230 bp open reading frame (ORF) encoding a polypeptide of 409 amino acids. Bioinformatic analysis revealed that the deduced TcSqS protein had high similarity with other plant squalene synthases and a predicted crystal structure similar to other class I isoprenoid biosynthetic enzymes. Southern blot analysis revealed that there was one copy of TcSqS gene in the genome of T. cuspidata. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis and northern blotting analysis showed that TcSqS expressed constitutively in all tested tissues, with the highest expression in roots. The promoter region of TcSqS was also isolated by genomic walking and analysis showed that several cis-acting elements were present in the promoter region. The results of treatment experiments by different signaling components including methyl-jasmonate, salicylic acid and gibberellin revealed that the TcSqS expression level of treated cells had a prominent diversity to that of control, which was consistent with the prediction results of TcSqS promoter region in the PlantCARE database.

The geotectonics and geomorphic structure of Korea resulted from the Song-rim Disturbance and the Daebo orogenic movements. Afterward this mountainous peninsula underwent several geological changes on a small scale, and it was also claimed that the steady rising of the elevated peneplain of the eastern coast and the submerging of the southwestern coastal area are largely due to the tilted block movement. These views have been generally accepted good in several ways, but they are limited in range or lacking in theoretical integration. The present writer investigated the geology of the Mt. Chi-ri-san and the Honam coal mining area for a geological map in 1965, respectively. The results of these studies convinced the present writer that the conventional views, which were based upon a theory of lateral pressure should be reconsidered in many respects, and more recent studies made it clear that the morphological development in the southwestern area can be better explained by the orogenic movement and rock control. The measurement of submerging speed of the western coastal area (Pak. Y. A., 1969) and a new account on the geology and tectonics of the Mid-central region of South Korea (Kim O.J., 1970) act as an encouragement to a new explanation. The present writer's researches on the extreme southwestern portion of the peninsula show that the steady submerging of this area cannot be attributed to a simple downthrown block phenomenon caused by block movement. It is no more than the result of the differential movement of uplifting in the eastern and western coastal areas and the rising of sea-level in the post-glacial period. This phenomenon could be easily explained by the comparison of the rate of rise in sea-level and amount of heat flow between Korea and other areas in the world. The existance of the erosional planes in the Sobaik-San ranges also provide an evidence of an upheaval in the western coast area. Though the Sobaik-San ranges largely follow the direction of the Sinian system. They consist of the numerous branches, whose trends run more or less differently from their main trend because of the disharmonic folding, are converged into Mt. Sobaik-San and Chupungryung. The undulation of the land is not wholely caused by orogenic movements, where as the present writer confirmed that the diversity of morphological development is the direct reflection of geological conditions such as rocks and processes which constitute the basic elements of geomorphic structure. An east-west directed mountain range which could be named as Hansan mountain range, was claimed to be oriented by the joint control. The geological conditions such as a special erosion and weathering of agglomerate and breccia tuff usually produce pot-hole like submarine features which cause the whirling phenomenon at the southwestern coast channel.

Since 1960, minimalism has been one of the fashion phenomenon and turned out in many different ways. After postmodernism which contains negotiation and pluralism, appeared in 1980, there was a new wave of post minimalism that inherited 1960's minimalism. Minimal style which come out of 60's fashion, is marked by simplicity, minimal expression, and monochrome color, and it shows up simple style with no decoration. It opened up a young fashion period, and we saw minimal style in sports wear which utilized simplicity and function with spread of sports in the 70's. And also since 1980, Post-Modern widely influenced the idea about modern culture as well as complicated clothes getting rid of fixed concept, seeking to break the boundary between culture and life which were seek in fashion and personality as well as various characteristic, Accordingly in different ages, The style and image were borrowed from different culture and natural environment mixing the image, cultural phenomena like these appearing in complexity and expression, variety and possibility of new vision was expanded. Since 1980, Fashion has become more gradually diversity, high classed, required of each individuality. The phenomenon of fashion reappearance which was influenced by minimalism is continued to 2000. The Oriental style fashion is still attracted, so The new term "Ethic Minimalism" has appeared along with the trends which is put together. Therefore the purpose of this study is to search the concept and the characteristics of ethnic minimalism, to consider the relationship between minimalism and ethnic minimalism, and reveal the characteristic of ethnic minimalism happened to modern fashion. The study method went through literature research and practice research. The range of this study is oriental fashion spanning of from 1960 to current day. Photo records from this period show well the spirit of the oriental and the personality of minimalism. The oriental representative designer and western representative designer are centered Consequently, The formative characteristics of ethnic minimalism are simple, pure, unbalanced free style and representing the phenomena of compromise, blending oriental and western fashion. Structually, Elements of space and plane are emphasized, colors are restricted, and materials are composed mainly of natural fiber. So, minimalism based on simplicity combined with a structure of oriental spiritual depth and space, It could be called ethnic minimalism as a rational fashion.

서울지역 고등학생을 대상으로 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 패션제품 구매행동, 구매후기에 대한 인식, 구매후기의 이용과 작성 및 그에 따른 인식, 의복관여도에 따른 구매후기에 대한 인식 및 구매 후 불만경험과 대응행동을 살펴보았다. 서울지역의 6개 고등학교 508명의 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 자료분석은 SPSS 17.0을 이용하여 평균, 표준편차, 빈도, t-test, 일원분산분석을 하였으며 사후검정으로는 Duncan's Multiple Test를 실시하였다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 패션제품 구매이유는 저렴한 가격과 다양성 및 편리성 때문이였고 구매하지 않는 이유는 대부분 화면과 실제의 상품 차이 때문이었다. 학생들은 구매후기를 믿을만하고 유용하다고 인식하였다. 구매후가 내용의 방향과 개수에 대해서는 영향을 받았지만 최신성에 대해서는 영향 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 구매후기를 이용하는 학생이 이용하지 않는 학생보다 유용성, 신뢰도, 영향력 모두 높게 인식하였고, 구매후기를 작성하는 학생들이 작성하지 않는 학생들보다 구매후기의 유용성과 신뢰도, 구매후기의 개수에 따른 영향력을 높게 인식하였다. 의복관여도에 따라서는 고관여의 학생들이 중관여와 저관여의 학생들에 비해 구매후기를 유용하다고 인식하였다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 통해 패션제품을 구매 후 불만을 경험한 학생들은 불평행동으로 공행동과 무행동을 주로 하는 것으로 나타났다.

울산광역시의 대표적인 고립된 도시숲인 염포산을 대상으로 2000년과 2018년에 산림식생에 대한 식물사회학적 식생조사를 수행하여 그 구조, 조성 및 공간 분포 변화 경향을 비교하였다. 분석 결과, 총피도(/100㎡)는 거의 변화가 없었으나 자연식생에서는 약 9%의 증가율을 보였다. 구성종의 중요치는 그 순위에 있어서는 다소간의 변화가 있었으며 난대성 수종인 비목나무와 오염내성이 강한 때죽나무가 각각 835%, 269%의 매우 높은 증가율을 보였다. 종풍부도(S)와 종다양도(H')는 각각 약 22%, 약 8%의 감소율을 보였는데 주로 하층 식생 발달에 따라 임상 식생 구성종이 자연 감소한 결과로 판단되며 모두 인공식생이 자연식생에 비해 다소 높은 감소율을 나타내었다. 생활형 조성 체계는 2000년과 2018년 모두 'MM-R5-D4-e'로 동일하게 나타났다. 전체 산림식생의 유사도(Jaccard 계수)는 약 75%로 종구성적 특성이 거의 동질적으로 나타났다. 지표종은 2000년 16종에서 2018년 7종으로 9종이 감소하였으며 대부분 교란에 민감한 반지중식물(H), 지중식물(G) 그리고 일년생식물(Th) 등 초본식물이었다. 상관식생 유형 간 공간 분포 면적은 큰 변화가 없었으며, 산림경관 요소인 패치(patch)의 개수는 2000년 537개에서 2018년 721개로 약 25%의 증가율을 보인 반면, 그 평균 크기는 2000년 1.28 ha에서 2018년 1.03 ha로 약 20%의 감소율을 보였다.

이 연구에서는 한국방송통신대학교 도서관에서 제공하고 있는 서비스에 대한 이용자의 인식 수준과 기대 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇이며, 이용자들의 특성에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 또한 도서관서비스 차원별로 이용자의 인식 수준이 도서관의 이용의사와 만족도에 실제 영항을 미치는가를 조사, 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 도서관서비스 품질 평가에 관한 국내 외 문헌을 고찰하는 이론적 접근방법과 설문 조사 및 분석의 실증적 접근방법을 병행하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 LibQUAL+모형을 기반으로 연구모형을 설계하였으며, 연구가설에 대한 검증을 실시하여 집단 간 차이를 확인하였다. 분석 결과 방송대 도서관의 서비스 차원별 이용자의 현재 인식수준은 도서관 전체 만족도와 지속적인 이용의사에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 전체 만족도는 도서관의 지속적인 이용의사에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 도서관 이용행태적 특성에 따른 이용자 만족수준 향상을 위하여 도서관의 시설 개선, 원격 학술정보 제공을 위한 스마트 디지털도서관 시스템의 구축, 인쇄자료 및 전자자료 등 학술정보원의 다양성과 최신성의 확보 등의 요인이 방송대 도서관의 서비스 개선을 위한 핵심 요소로 파악되었다.

By virtue of the development of mass media, the cinema, the composite space art taking the visual and auditory elements together, exhibits the actual life of the realities, thereby having a mutually close relationship to social, cultural and economic fields and continuing to generate the fashion code as well as reflecting the image of the times. Especially, fashion style in movies delivers their image and atmosphere and becomes the means for containing the personality, spiritual world and inner thinking of the characters in the movie and inducing its plot. Therefore, this study was intended to make clear that fashion fuses and shares with a diversity of genres such as movies and the like, becomes the cultural model that proceeds to create a new culture in relation to daily life and induces and presents the trend of contemporary fashion. For this purpose, this study attempted to analyze fashion style in the movie. Lolita is the fiction published by the Russian?American writer Vladimir Nabokov($1899{\sim}1977$) in 1954. It is the fiction that portrays the unethical love between Humbert, a middleaged man, and Lolita, a girl in her 10s. It was cinematized by the director Stanley Kubrick for the first time in 1962 and revived by the movie director Adrian Lyne in 1997. The character of Lolita has a younger look like a girl and looks immature in the movie directed by the movie director Stanley Kubrick and the movie director Adrian Lyne. But the character of Lolita has the commonality that she showed an incomplete female image of having a sexually freewheeling thinking. Thereby, this study sought to prove that the created fashion style of the character in the film not only became the clue to enable us to know the time and space background in the film but also helped the film develop effectively by performing a role of portraying the character in the movie. And it attempted to present that it becomes both the foundation for leading the fashion trend shown in contemporary fashion and the code of mass culture. Fashion style of Lolita in the movie appears to be reflected diversely in mass culture as well as fashion style in the contemporary times.

본 연구는 사용자 중심적 사고의 사회적 니즈에 대응하기 위한 방법으로 대두된 유니버설 디자인을 중심으로 디자인 표준화의 진행 동향에 대해 고찰하고, 도입 필요성에 대한 논의점을 제공한 것이다. 인간중심이자는 발상은 지나 온 산업사회에서의 경험과 자성을 통해 인간성의 매몰과 비인간화 경향을 극복하고, 보다 인간성의 함양과 인간의 자아실현을 위해 발현된 것이라 볼 수 있다. 오늘날의 표준화 의의는 품질 성능과 안전성이나 경제적 측면에 머물지 않고 인간의 다양성과 복지적인 시점에서의 배려가 요구되고 있으며, 디자이너들에게 중요한 단서나 지침을 제공해주는 기능이 주목되고 있다. 그동안 디자인 표준화는 자유로운 창의성에 제약이 된다는 디자인계의 우려 속에 표준화 도입에 대한 연구자들의 무관심으로 인해 디자인 관련 전반에 표준화 연구가 답보를 면치 못하고 있었다. 2001년 11월에 ISO/IEC Guide 71이 발행되면서 한국표준협회는 가이드를 내용 변경 없이 KS A ISO/IEC Guide71로서 제정하기에 이르렀으며, 기업 활동에 있어서 유니버설 디자인과 연동된 표준화의 진행은 점차 중요한 요인이 되어가고 있다. 그러나 규격화 또는 기준화에 의해 얻어지는 절대 다수를 위한 효용성과 호환성 등과 같은 이점은 크다 할 수 있으나, 유니버설디자인을 실현함에 있어서는 단지 표준화나 규준에 의거한 기준지상주의가 아닌, 사용자 체험과 니즈 그리고 인체특성과 불편요소 DB 등을 바탕으로 한 인간 중심의 디자인 마인드의 동반이 요구된다.
