  • In this paper, we propose a PID control scheme with noise reduction for attitude control of quad-rotor. To reduce the measurement noise, the disturbance observer with noise reduction is employed and then the PID controller is designed to control the attitude of quad-rotor. Finally, simulation results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the designed control scheme.

  • This paper proposes the control problem of an inverted pendulum system based on adaptive fuzzy sliding mode. The universal approximating capability, learning ability, adaptation capability and disturbance rejection are collected in one control strategy. The proposed scheme does not require an accurate dynamic model and the joint acceleration measurement, yet it guarantees asymptotic trajectory tracking. Experimental results perform with an inverted pendulum to show the effectiveness of the approach.

  • In this paper, we studied of measurement the vibration of natural frequency using optical fiber sensor. The boring bar for measurement of vibration in use optical fiber sensor has the advantage of direct measure for the frequency than accelerometer. Because it deal with output value on electrical signal of optical fiber in physical disturbance when it measures the frequency of vibration. The optical fiber sensor measured the vibration of boring bar by the gap in sensing jig while optical fiber just kept contact with boring bar. A prototype system was composed of jig part with gap and optical system part. In this paper, we found out the possibility to measurement of vibration by the gap in use optical fiber.

  • In this study, Real-time estimation and compensation procedure are developed for the laser interferometer. This system is designed with homodyne quadrature-phase detection method using the Laser interferometer. The errors in this system are due to noise, disturbance and undefined model dynamics. DSP(Digital Signal Processor) is applied for real time compensation of these errors. This estimator and compensation is verified with measurement test.

  • Need of power stability, reliability is increased, as using of sensitive: nonlinear load are increasing. Therefore, Power Quality Problems become the center of public interest. Many kinds of algorithms have been studied for monitoring of Power Quality Problems. Monitoring algorithms of using RMS, FT and the others are easy to applicate to system. But, it is not enough to monitor all of Foyer. Quality problems. Wavelet Transform is more proper to applicate. so, This paper presents measurement system using discrete wavelet transform.

  • In this paper, a numerical permissible disturbance model is proposed to preserve a throughput performance of a 2.4 GHz wireless LAN service. The model is composed of two parameters, a peak value and a time rate of noise signal. The model parameters are experimentally determined from an APD parameter measurement. The APD parameter is measured by using the APD measurement method which is recommended from CISPR/A/447/CD.

  • For the accurate measurement of acoustic properties of a surface, efforts have been made to reduce errors caused by external disturbance. If the reflection coefficient is considered as a transfer function between reflected wave and incident wave, causality is required between them and the reflection coefficient should be of minimum phase. In this thesis, the minimum phase condition is applied to measure correct reflection coefficient. The reflection coefficient is approximated as a rational function in the Z domain by minimizing the sum square error. Then the minimum phase reflection coefficient is reconstructed using the distribution of poles and zeros of the reflection coefficient model. The incident wave, the reflected wave and the impulse response function of causality are recalculated from the minimum phase reflection coefficient for further applications.

  • In this paper, we propose a triple nested PID control scheme for stable hovering of a quadrotor and propose a complementary filter based sensor fusion technique to improve the performance of attitude, altitude and velocity measurement. The triple nested controller has a structure in which a double nested attitude controller that has the angular velocity PD controller in inner loop and the angular PI controller in outer loop, is nested in a velocity control loop to enable stable hovering even in the case of disturbance. We also propose a sensor fusion technique by applying a complementary filter in order to reduce the noise and drift error included in the acceleration and gyro sensor and to measure the velocity by fusing image, gyro, and acceleration sensor. In order to verity the performance, we applied the proposed control and measurement scheme to hovering control of quadrotor.

  • EMC(Electromagnetic Compatibility) is the ability of an electronic device that operates properly in its intended electromagnetic environment and not be a source of pollution to that environment. The designer anticipates EMC problems at beginning of the process and finds remaining problems in early prototype stages, and tests the final prototypes for EMC as thoroughly as possible. This is a more cost-effective method. In this paper, it analyzes EMC problems that were appeared in actual measurement of electric power control device and presents reduction technique of these problems.

  • In this paper, we present the traditional GPS Position- Velocity (PV) model to apply for both Discrete-Time Kalman Filter and Discrete-Time $H_{\infty}$ Filter. The positioning algorithms of both filters are proposed for a stand-alone low-cost GPS module to increase its accuracy. For disturbance cancellation, the Kalman Filter requires the statistical information about process and measurement noises while the $H_{\infty}$ Filter only requires that these noises are bounded. Experiments show that with the same measurement data, $H_{\infty}$ Filter gives us better positioning results compared with Least-Squared method and Kalman Filter.
