  • In this paper, we proposed the SCM logistics roadmap in other that the 'Northeast Asian Distribution Hub' policy of the government can be realized more effectively. First, we analysed the requirements of SCM roadmap by examining the situation of Northeast Asian Distribution Hub roadmap, and developed 3 key dimensions of SCM roadmap-national, industrial, and technological dimensions. Second, we suggested integrated SCM on the 4-stage evolution axis, and suggested 9 strategies for realizing the roadmap. Finally, we discussed a cyclical improvement system for the suggested SCM roadmap to keep pace with the change of technical and industrial environment. We expect that the suggested SCM roadmap would be refined by the reaction of logistics groups and various opinions of experts, and become the foundation of execution strategies.

  • Purpose: As mobile devices are commonly used and contact-free services are widespread due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the recent distribution environment, this study suggests retail strategies for consumers using high-speed railways. To this end, we analyzed how consumer perception on technologies necessary for use of mobile apps is related to the attitude that drives consumers to continue using the app services. Research design, data and methodology: Based on the extended unified theory of technology acceptance and use of technology model by Venkatesh, Morris, Davis and Davis (2003), we added variables proposed by existing theories that studied the technology acceptance model from multiple perspectives and empirically analyzed the relationship between user satisfaction and use intention with structural equation modeling. Results: As expected, factors necessary for the use of app services such as performance expectancy, social influence, price value, facilitating conditions, security, and aesthetics had positive effects on user satisfaction, whereas the effect of effort expectancy on user satisfaction was rejected. And user satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on intention to use. Conclusions: The results provide implications that strategic retail management of the above factors can motivate passengers to continuously use high-speed railways.

  • Purpose: The increasing competition in the fitness industry has driven the need for clubs to better understand how to engage and retain members. This study examines the application of Achievement Goal Theory in the context of customer engagement and value co-creation within fitness clubs. The research aims to explore the psychological factors driving members' motivation, engagement, and retention, along with the role of value co-creation in enhancing customer experiences. Research design, data and methodology: A quantitative research design was adopted, with data collected from 364 fitness club members in Vietnam through structured surveys. The analysis employed structural equation modeling to assess the relationships between mastery goals, performance-approach goals, fitness club mastery goals, customer engagement, and value co-creation. Results: the research reveals that mastery and performance-approach goals significantly enhance customer engagement, which, in turn, positively influences value co-creation through co-production and value-in-use. Conclusions: These findings suggest that fitness clubs can improve member retention and satisfaction by fostering environments that support diverse motivational orientations and encourage active customer participation in service development. The study provides valuable insights for fitness managers to optimize engagement strategies and improve service distribution.

  • This study measures the subjectivity(opinions, attitudes) of college women. Identifying the schemata (structure of subjectivity) would be a basic step for the sexual educational program and alternative strategies of sexual harassment. More concretely, those following research questions are focused. 1) The subjective schemata : find out typologies based on the opinions and attitudes toward the sexual harassment. 2) Applications : describe the characteristics of each type. 3) Alternatives : provide suggestion of the alternative strategies for solving the sexual harassment problems of women. Q-Methodological method was used for that purpose. As the research method, Q-statements were collected preliminary to the study of through indepth interviews and a literature review. For the study 34 Q-statements were selected. There were 48 college women as subjects for the research. The 48 college women sorted the 34 statements using the principle of Forced Normal Distribution. The principle of Forced Normal Distribution, which has nine scales to measure the individual opinions, was called. Q-Factor Analysis by using PC Quanl Program to supply the material. According to the outcomes of this study, there were four categories of special opinion about the sexual harassment in college women. The first type is called Blaming offenders type. This type is to hold offenders accountable. The second type is called Preventive alternative strategies type. This type is to take preventive measures. The third type is called Blaming social structure type. This type is to hold the society as a whole responsible. The fourth type is called Blaming victims type. This type is to hold victims accountable. As a result, We not need to change our perspective of women's health problems and need to develop realistic way of caring those women in suffering women's problems. Followings are to be suggested of the alternative strategies for solving the sexual harassment problems. Finally, The result of the study will provide us the clue for developing the sexual educational program and alternative strategies for women's sexual harassment problems.

  • This paper is concerned with the question of servicing warranties for repairable items. During the warranty period, each time an item fails the manufacturer has the obligation to restore the item to operational condition either by repairing the item or by replacing it with a new item. In this paper, we consider repair-replacement strategies based on the condition of the failed item. For products with phase-type lifetime distributions where the phases represent the condition of the item, we develop algorithms to determine the expected cost of servicing a warranty and use it in making the repair-replacement decision. Illustrative numerical examples are presented. We also propose a dynamic strategy by taking the expected remaining warranty cost into consideration.

  • Keys to the attainment of tailored properties in SiC ceramics are microstructure control and judicious selection of the sintering additives. In this study, three different strategies for controlling microstructure of liquid-phase-sintered SiC ceramics (LPS-SiC) have been suggested: control of the initial $\alpha-SiC$ content in the starting powder, a seeding technique, and a post-sintering heat treatment. The strategies suggested offer substantial flexibility for producing toughened SiC ceramics whereby grain size, grain size distribution, and aspect ratio can be effectively controlled. The present results suggest that the proposed strategies are suitable for the manufacture of toughened SiC ceramics with improved toughness.

  • Breast cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer primarily affecting women and negatively impacting the individuals, families, and the health care system. Despite the well-known benefits of exercise for breast cancer survivors, rate of physical activity declines during adjuvant therapy and may not return to pre-diagnosis levels. In addition, low levels of adherence to exercise have been observed in this cohort. The challenge is to identify strategies that are effective in promoting exercise adherence. Several of the studies use social cognitive theory as a theoretical framework to design exercise interventions that encourage adherence. Within and without this framework, they have implemented interventions within the home and gym-based environments. Strategies used to encourage adherence to exercise programs and which are readily implemented in most situations have included distribution of print materials and pedometers, as well as recommendation from the oncologist. Other strategies that may be less feasible have included provision of trainers, gym memberships, regular phone-calls, and psychologist-lead stress management sessions.
