전술네트워크의 정보교환요구량 예측 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Prediction Method of Information Exchange Requirement in the Tactical Network)

  • 육·해·공군은 다영역작전에서 활용할 수 있도록 4차 산업혁명 기술을 접목한 무기체계 개발을 위해 다양한 노력을 하고 있다. 새로운 기술이 적용된 무기체계를 통해 통합 전투력을 효과적으로 발휘하기 위해서는 각각의 무기체계가 정보를 원활하게 송·수신할 수 있는 네트워크 환경의 구축이 필요하다. 이를 위해선 각 무기체계의 정보교환요구량(IER, Information Exchange Requirement)에 대한 분석이 필수적이나, 현재까지 진행된 많은 정보교환능력 분석 연구는 실제 네트워크의 다양한 고려 요소를 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존의 정보교환 요구능력분석 연구들의 연구 방법과 결과를 면밀하게 분석하여 IER 분석시에는 메시지 자체의 크기와 네트워크 프로토콜 헤더의 크기, 전술네트워크의 송수신 구조, 정보 유통 과정, 메시지의 발생 빈도 등을 고려해야 할 필요성을 제기한다. 이어서 향후 IER 예측시에 활용이 가능하도록 푸아송 분포와 확률생성함수를 이용하여 정보교환요구량을 확률 분포로 계산하는 기법을 제시한다. 메시지 목록과 네트워크 토폴로지의 샘플을 이용하여 확률 분포의 계산 결과와 Network Simulator 2를 활용한 시뮬레이션 결과를 상호 비교하여 이 기법의 타당성을 입증한다.

  • In this paper, partially repairable concurrent spare parts requirement determination problem of newly procured equipment systems is considered. “partially repairable” means that a portion of damaged parts can be recover their function and reused after repairs. A mathematical model is derived for making an CSP requirement determination subject to the constraint of satisfying any given operational availability limitation. We assume that the failure of a part follows a Poisson process and the repair time has an exponential distribution. Using the generalized Lagrange multipliers method, the solution procedure is derived.

  • The length and the breadth or a very large floating airport are determined by airplane types and airport facilities. However, the depth affect not only the structural strength but also the functional requirement such as a possibility of taking off and landing. The optimization problem for determining the depth is to select a design so that the cost is minimized. In this paper, a general arrangement and a method to decide the depth are proposed. Strength, functional requirement, and possibility of occurrence of deck wetness and slamming are considered in order to determine the depth of structure. Hydrodynamic forces of the diffraction and radiatin problems are predicted by applying the source-dipole distribution method, and the structural responses are obtained by the finite element method.

A New Dynamic Reliability Assessment for Mid-loop Operations in a Nuclear Power Plant

  • This paper presents a dynamic reliability assessment methodology for use in the safety assessment of a complex system such as a nuclear power plant. The method is applied to a dynamic analysis of the potential accident sequences that may occur during mid-loop operation in a nuclear power plant. The idea behind this approach consists of both the use of the concept of the performance achievement/requirement correlation and of a dynamic event tree generation method. The assessment of the system reliability depends on the determination of both the required performance distribution and the achieved performance distribution. The quantified correlation between requirement and achievement represents a comparison between two competing variables. It is demonstrated that this method is easily applicable and flexible in that it can be applied to any kind of dynamic reliability problem.

CSP 적정소요 산출을 위한 모형개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Models for the Optimal Requirement Level of the CSP)

  • This study is concerned with a few models for optimal requirement level of CSP by improving and adjusting the existing models to determine CSP items and quantity as follows. First, by building a model with a objective function of the operating level and constrains of budget, quantity and items of CSP are simultaneously determined. Second, we removed some steps to improve initial solution by using a constraint of usable budget level. Third, we demonstrated a model to be applied with real operating situation by combining two models of Lee(1994) and above. Lastly, by assuming a failure probability distribution is a binomial distribution, the better solution can be obtained. Some facts with necessity of policy improvement were raised as follows: (1) necessity of improvement of the CSP acquisition system, (2) in case of the same kind, permission of diversion in order to execute budget effectively, (3) getting accurate failure rate.

원전의 부분충수운전에 대한 동적 신뢰도평가 (A New Method for Assessing Dynamic Reliability for the Mid-loop Operation)

  • This paper presents a new approach for assessing the dynamic reliability in a complex system such as a nuclear power plant. The method is applied to a dynamic analysis of the potential accident sequences which may occur during mid-loop operation. Mid-loop operation is defined as an operation to make RCS water level below the top of the flow area of the hot legs at the junction with the reactor vessel for repairs and maintenance of steam generators and reactor coolant pumps for a specific time.   • For 21th Century, the assignment of power distribution will be the expansion of equipments to supply electric power and harmony with its environment, in process of approving value consciousness of land, space, and the preservation of surroundings. This paper proposes a plan to match with the requirement about equipments, having ability to supply electric power, being harmonized itself with its surroundings by applying a general concept of "Amenity" when we choose an established form of power distribution.

간월호 유역의 토지이용 및 기후변화에 따른 논밭 필요수량 변화 추정 (Estimation of Crop Water Requirement Changes Due to Future Land Use and Climate Changes in Lake Ganwol Watershed)

  • This study aims to assess the changes in crop water requirement of paddy and upland according to future climate and land use changes scenarios. Changes in the spatiotemporal distribution of temperature and precipitation are factors that lower the stability of agricultural water supply, and predicting the changes in crop water requirement in consideration of climate change can prevent the waste of limited water resources. Meanwhile, due to the recent changes in the agricultural product consumption structure, the area of paddy and upland has been changing, and it is necessary to consider future land use changes in establishing an appropriate water use plan. Climate change scenarios were derived from the four GCMs of the CMIP6, and climate data were extracted under two future scenarios, namely SSP1-2.6 and SSP5-8.5. Future land use changes were predicted using the FLUS (Future Land Use Simulation) model. Crop water requirement in paddy was calculated as the sum of evapotranspiration and infiltration based on the water balance in a paddy field, and crop water requirement in upland was estimated as the evapotranspiration value by applying Penman-Monteith method. It was found that the crop water requirement for both paddy and upland increased as we go to the far future, and the degree of increase and variability by time showed different results for each GCM. The results derived from this study can be used as basic data to develop sustainable water resource management techniques considering future watershed environmental changes.

The Simulation and Forecast Model for Human Resources of Semiconductor Wafer Fab Operation

  • The efficiency of fabrication (fab) operation is one of the key factors in order for a semiconductor manufacturing company to stay competitive. Optimization of manpower and forecasting manpower needs in a modern fab is an essential part of the future strategic planing and a very important to the operational efficiency. As the semiconductor manufacturing technology has entered the 8-inch wafer era, the complexity of fab operation increases with the increase of wafer size. The wafer handling method has evolved from manual mode in 6-inch wafer fab to semi-automated or fully automated factory in 8-inch and 12-inch wafer fab. The distribution of manpower requirement in each specialty varied as the trend of fab operation goes for downsizing manpower with automation and outsourcing maintenance work. This paper is to study the specialty distribution of manpower from the requirement in a typical 6-inch, 8-inch to 12-inch wafer fab. The human resource planning in today’s fab operation shall consider many factors, which include the stability of technical talents. This empirical study mainly focuses on the human resource planning, the manpower distribution of specialty structure and the forecast model of internal demand/supply in current semiconductor manufacturing company. Considering the market fluctuation with the demand of varied products and the advance in process technology, the study is to design a headcount forecast model based on current manpower planning for direct labour (DL) and indirect labour (IDL) in Taiwan’s fab. The model can be used to forecast the future manpower requirement on each specialty for the strategic planning of human resource to serve the development of the industry.

유통업 종사자의 직무 스트레스에 관한 연구 (A Study on Job Stress of Workers at Distribution Industry)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the job stress factors that were related to the general characteristics, work characteristics, and health characteristics of the workers at distribution industry. The survey of job stress measurement scale for Korean employee which was developed by KOSHA and OSHRI in 2003 was used for this study. Three hundred and fifty workers at distribution industry participated in this study, and among them 326 responses were analyzed for this study due to the unreliability and insincerity of responses. Eight job stress factors like physical environment, self-control for the job, job unsecure, organization system, workplace culture, compensation for the job, relationship to the superior, and job requirement were analyzed. The results showed that the stress because of self control for the job was relatively higher than that of other industry workers. However, the stress because of physical environment, job requirement, job unsecure, organization system and compensation for the job was relatively lower than that of other industry workers. The female workers felt more stress than male workers in compensation for the job and workplace culture factors at distribution industry. The delivery and carrying job workers were more stressful than those of other jobs at distribution industry because of physical environments and self-control for the job. The non-regular job workers were more stressful than regular job workers in many stress factors like self-control for the job, job unsecure, organization system and compensation for the job.
