This study examines the mackerel distribution systems in Norway which has a leading mackerel industry, and has the purpose of analyzing the effects of structural improvements for the development of Korea's mackerel industry. The landing and distribution status of Korea and Norway's mackerel industry was compared, and the effects of structural improvements was analyzed under the assumption that a number of factors would be improved after an analysis of competitiveness. Special features of the landing and distribution systems of mackerel in Norway are Reduction of transportation costs and transportation time through E-auctions, fish Pumps, freshness management using state-of-the-art equipment and technology such as sea water cooling systems, direct landing at processing factories and Automation through fully automated sorting & packaging systems. The distribution competitiveness of Korea and Norway's mackerel industry was compared through the qualitative review of landing time and the length of distribution channel, distribution costs due to differences in trading method, quality and hygiene management and merchandising. For Korea's mackerel industry to have international competitiveness, they must have efficiency throughout the phases of landing, processing and distribution systems as observed in case of Norway.

This paper proposes an on-line voltage management and control solution for a distribution system which can improve the efficiency and accuracy of existing off-line work by collecting customer voltage on-line as well as the voltage compensation capability of the existing ULTC (Under Load Tap Changer) operation and control strategy by controlling the ULTC tap based on pattern clustering and recognition. The proposed solution consists of an ADVMD (Advanced Digital Voltage Management Device), a VMS (Voltage Management Solution) and an OLDUC (On-Line Digital ULTC Controller). An on-line voltage management emulator based on multi-thread programming and the shared memory method is developed to emulate on-line voltage management and digital ULTC control methodology based on the on-line collection of the customer's voltage. In addition, using this emulator, the effectiveness of the proposed pattern clustering and recognition based ULTC control strategy is proven for the worst voltage environments for three days.

This paper proposes a DRMS(Distribution Remote Management System) based on the advanced digital kwh-meter. The proposed URMS is designed so as to be able to collect the voltage management data, the load management data as well as the used kwh data from advanced kwh-meter remotelly. It makes the integrated management of distribution system possible and enhances highly the economics of the existing remote meter-reading system based on the only used kwh-data. Also it can improve highly the quality of power supplied to the electric customer by minimizing the volt age management cost and by enhancing the efficiency of load management.

This paper presents system of physical distribution module, and classification of logistics equipments. This study also introduces equipment standards of logistics facilities, and environmental rules for distribution center. Moreover, this paper shows safety standard and marking for logistics equipments and tools.

Purpose: The purpose of this study to determine the effect of distribution transformational and transactional project manager leadership style on the extra-role performance of project team members using multi-level modelling analysis. Research design, data and methodology: The role of psychological factors as the mediating variable namely is self-efficacy in the effect of project manager's leadership style on the project team members' performance was also studied using the Monte Carlo bootstrapping method. The sample of the study consisting of 370 project team members from 74 contractors registered with the Construction Industry Development Board in the Klang Valley was selected using a simple random sampling and a survey using a questionnaire. Results: The findings showed that the transformational leadership of project managers was a dominant predictor of extra-role performance of project team members. Furthermore, the study show the self-efficacy of project team members acted as a mediator in the relationship between transformational and transactional leadership of project manager leadership on the extra-role performance of project team members. Conclusions: The findings are expected to be used by the relevant parties in planning, arranging and implementing efforts to improve the work performance and ensure that projects are implemented according to the specified specifications.

본 연구는 DEA 기법을 이용하여 ERP를 도입한 유통업체들의 경영 성과 분석을 도입 전과 후를 상대적으로 비교해 봄으로써 ERP가 기업에 효과적으로 기여한 바를 규명하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 10개의 유통업체를 대상으로 ERP 시스템이 경영 활동에 얼마나 효과적으로 기여하는지를 확인하고자 하였고, 이를 위하여 인력, 자산 재고의 투입요소와 매출액, 순이익의 산출요소를 활용하였다. 본 연구는 ERP를 도입한 후 적극적으로 경영 혁신을 시도한 기업들은 지속적으로 경영 성과가 개선되어 효율성이 향상되는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 유통 산업계에서는 ERP 도입 후 구체적으로 효과가 가시화되기까지 최소한 3년이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 기존 연구들이 대상으로 하였던 제조산업과는 달리 유통산업에서는 ERP 도입 후 효율성이 개선되는 것이 회사의 크기에 반드시 비례하지 않는다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Purpose: Research on supply chain sustainability is important for exporters When the factor of sustainable development is considered by the businesses as well as governments of all countries. Research on supply chain sustainability is important for exporters. Sustainable supply chain management and supply chain dynamics will help enterprises adapt to changes in the business environment. This study analyzes the impact of sustainable supply chain management, and supply chain dynamic capabilities on the sustainable development of exporting enterprises in Vietnam. Research design, data, and methodology: The research model and survey are designed based on previous studies after surveying export enterprises. With 185 samples collected from export enterprises. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique is used. Data analysis is performed on SPSS and AMOS software (Reliability test, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, SEM). Results: Sustainable supply chain management and supply chain dynamic capabilities all have positive effects on the sustainable development of businesses (sustainable development is measured by distribution: measuring economic efficiency, social efficiency, and environmental performance). Conclusions: From the results of this study, the authors also made several recommendations to help export enterprises develop sustainability based on sustainable supply chain management and supply chain dynamic capabilities.

The main objective of this research is to develop a model to select the optimal input service level for a distribution center-multi branch inventory distribution system. With the continuous review policy, the distribution center places an order for specific order quantity to an outside supplier, and the order quantity is replenished after a certain lead time Also, each branch places an order for particular order quantity to the distribution center to satisfy the customer demands, and receives the replenishment after a lead time. When an out of stock condition occurs during an order cycle, a backorder is placed to the upper level to fill the unfilled demands. With these situation, variable demand and variable lead time are used for better industrial practice. Further, actual lead times with a generic lead time distribution are used in developing the control model. Under the actual lead time model, the customer service measures actually attained for the distribution center and each branch are explained as the effective customer service measures. Thus, throughout the optimal control (using computer search procedures), we can select the optimal input service levels for the distribution center and each branch to attain the effective service levels for each branch which is consistent with the goal level of service for each branch. At the same time, the entire distribution system keeps minimum inventories.

최근 전 세계적으로 예상치 못한 거대한 경제적 리스크를 연속적으로 겪으면서, ESG 경영은 기업의 필수 생존전략으로 부상하였다. 특히 코로나 팬데믹으로 인한 공급망 전쟁은 리스크의 불확실성을 야기하였으며, 유통업계에서는 지속가능성을 확보할 수 있는 ESG 경영이 중요해지고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서, 유통업계와 ESG 경영의 연결점을 강화하고 이를 효과적으로 관리하기 위해 블록체인 기술의 도입이 중요하게 여겨지고 있다. 유통업계에 블록체인 기술을 도입한 비즈니스 모델은 많은 연구를 통해 제시되고 있지만, 유통업의 ESG 경영에 블록체인을 적용하는 것에 대해 그 가능성 및 효과성을 입증한 연구는 아직까지 제한적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 관련 연구를 대상으로 텍스트 마이닝 기법 중 하나인 연관어 분석을 통해 블록체인 기술과 ESG 경영이 유통업계에서 어떤 연결성을 가지고 있는지 분석하였다. 이를 통해 유통업계 ESG 경영의 블록체인 도입 가능성을 확인하고 이를 실현하기 위해 향후 연구에서 어떠한 방향으로 연구를 진행하여야 하는지 주요 키워드를 통해 연구 방향성을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 향후 유통업계의 ESG 경영을 위한 블록체인 기반 비즈니스 모델 구축의 기초 연구로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose: This research aims to find the link between public service Distribution and individual job performance in the provincial municipality. Research design, data, and methodology: This is a quantitative approach study with a non-experimental and correlational design. The sample consisted of 140 employees appointed and hired by the provincial municipality of Huaraz. For data collection, Two questionnaires with an ordinal Likert-type scale and the Rho Spearman correlation coefficient were used to assess the link between the research variables., For Analysis: two questionnaires with an ordinal Likert-type scale and the Rho Spearman correlation coefficient were used to determine the connection between the research variables. Results: It was determined that both variables have a high degree of correlation (0.725), indicating a direct and significant relationship between the Distribution of public service and skill performance in the provincial municipality (0.614). Conclusion: Finally, this allows us to conclude that the institutional context is essential; that is, there is a significant correlation between the PSM and contextual performance in the provincial municipality of Huaraz, which has a Rho Spearman value of 0.723.
