Accurate initial cost estimates are essential to effective management of construction projects where many decisions are made in the course of project management by referencing the estimates. In practice, the initial estimates are frequently derived from historical actual cost data, for which standard distribution-based techniques are widely applied in the construction industry to account for risk associated with the estimates. This approach assumes the same probability distribution of estimate errors for any selected estimates. This assumption, however, is not always satisfied. In order to account for the probabilistic nature of estimate errors, an alternative method for measuring the risk associated with a selected initial estimate is developed by applying the Bayesian probability approach. An application example include demonstrates how the method is implemented. A hypothesis test is conducted to reveal the robustness of the Bayesian probability model. The method is envisioned to effectively complement cost estimating methods that are currently in use by providing benefits as follows: (1) it effectively accounts for the probabilistic nature of errors in estimates; (2) it is easy to implement by using historical estimates and actual costs that are readily available in most construction companies; and (3) it minimizes subjective judgment by using quantitative data only.

A number of the retail and traditional market customer is decrease, whereas that of the supermarket in department-store customers in is increase. This case suggests that customers have a preference for much more comfortable and pleasant shopping places And making a resonable purchase in the supermarkets where we can find various goods and price zone, is now garden variety. It is a current course that once the manager ask an architect for multi-functional space design in department-store and then the architect compose a team and start to design. Of course, the team of planner thinking manage give the design team the basic material data such as commerce analysis and the use of each layer in the department store but, the design team solve the assignment by architectural form, functional space plan and the limited architecture law. After establishing general design for architecture, we can ask shopping-mall distribution, products display and interior design of the interior design general design for architecture, we can ask shopping-mall distribution, products display and interior design of the interior design team. so it is inevitable that the interior design team concerning M·D can find lots of complementary factors with architecture design. The purpose of this study is analyzing the differences of architecture design, which has to accept the limited law and interior design concerning M·D, satisfying the structure and the law in the future design for the department-store. Also the purpose of this thesis is suggestion the items architects and interior designers research into together to make the inner space ideally.
Purpose - This study investigated the effects of lectures in the English medium (EML) on understanding and learning outcomes. Sixty percent of EML lectures in Korea also use Korean for further support. Thus, this situation needs to clearly distinguish the specific impacts of the EML classes on learning outcomes. Here, we use the same English materials, including PowerPoint slides and video content, given in the Korean and English lectures. The difference between the lectures becomes only whether the lecture is delivered in Korean or English. Thus, we can clearly identify whether the language difference makes any difference in learning outcomes. Research design, data, and methodology - Our sample consisted of 91 students taking an international business course the spring of 2015. All course materials, including textbooks, PowerPoint slides, exams, video, and support content, were presented in English. Survey data and exam results were used. Students filled out their student identification number and name, so we could match the surveys against the exam results. Results - First, results show that whether the lecture was delivered in English or Korean was an important factor when students chose the class. Second, English proficiency related to international business and general English levels were higher in the English class than in the Korean class. However, the understanding of key concepts and reading abilities of international business newspapers were the same for students in both classes. Third, teaching materials and lectures were the most important material for the understanding of key concepts in the business major. Fourth, the exam results showed no difference in performance of the students in the English versus the Korean class. This shows that EML classes were not necessarily detrimental to the understanding of major concepts of the lecture. Thus, it is important that researchers carefully design empirical settings to study the effectiveness of EML. Conclusions - The English lecture can be as helpful for enhancing knowledge in the business major as the Korean lecture. For further research, various English lecture forms can be considered to distinguish the effects of the English lecture.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to design the curriculum of Basic College Software Programming to develop creative and logical-thinking. This course is guided by algorithmic thinking and logical thinking that can be solved by computing for problem-solving, and it helps to develop by software through basic programming education. Through the stage of problem analysis, abstraction, algorithm, data structure, and algorithm implementation, the curriculum is designed to help learners experience algorithm problem-solving in various areas to develop diffusion thinking. For Learners aim to achieve the balanced development of divergent and convergent-thinking needed in their creative problem-solving skills. Research design, data and methodology: This study is to design a basic software education for improving algorithm-thinking for non-major. The curriculum designed in this paper is necessary to non-majors students who have completed the 'Creative Thinking and Coding Course' Design Thinking based are targeted. For this, contents were extracted through advanced research analysis at home and abroad, and experts in computer education, computer engineering, SW education, and education were surveyed in the form of quasi-openness. Results: In this study, based on ADD Thinking's algorithm thinking, we divided the unit college majors into five groups so that students of each major could accomplish the goal of "the ability to internalize their own ideas into computing," and extracted and designed different content areas, content elements and sub-components from each group. Through three expert surveys, we established a strategy for characterization by demand analysis and major/textbook category and verified the appropriateness of the design direction to ensure that the subjects and contents of the curriculum are appropriate for each family in order to improve algorithm-thinking. Conclusions: This study helps develop software by enhancing the ability of students who practice various subjects and exercises to explore creative expressions in various areas, such as 'how to think like a computer' that can implement and execute their ideas in computing. And it helps increase the ability to think logical and algorithmic computing based on creative solutions, improving problem-solving ability based on computing thinking and fundamental understanding of computer coding and development of logical thinking ability through programming.
The article is devoted to the actual problem of studying the possibilities of implementing personalization of the user interface in accordance with the personality psychotypes. The psychological aspect of user interface design tools is studied and the correspondence of their application to the manifestations of personality psychotypes is established. The results of the distribu-tion of attention of users of these categories on the course page of the educational platform are presented and the distribution of attention in accordance with the focus on educational material is analyzed. Individual features and personal preferences regarding the used design tools are described, namely the use of accent colors in interface design, the application of the prin-ciples of typographic hierarchy, and so on. In accordance with this, the prospects for implementing personalization of the user interface of the educational platform are described. The results of the study allow us to state the relevance of developing and applying personalization of the user interface of an educational platform to improve learning outcomes in accordance with the psychological impact of individual design tools, and taking into account certain features of user categories. The research is devoted to the study of user attention concentration using heatmaps, in particular based on eyetreking technology, we will investigate the distribution of user attention on the course page of an educational platform Ta redistribution of atten-tion in accordance with certain categories of personality psychotypes. The results of the study can be used to rearrange the LMS Moodle interface according to the user's psychotype to achieve the best concentration on the training material. The obtained data are the basis for developing effective user interfaces for personalizing educational platforms to improve the quality of the education.

Atmospheric particulates were collected at a site near the front gate of the Yonsei University using nine stages Andersen air sampler and the distribution of seasonal particle size was investigated. Rubber, Pb and Zn contents of the collected particulates in each stage were determined. Particle size distribution of atmospheric particulate, which was made by concentration distribution curve method, was usually divided into two groups, course (particles larger than 1 - 2 $\mu m in diameter$) and fine (particles smaller than 1 - 2 \mu m in diameter$) groups, regardless of sampling period. More than 80 percent of the total rubber contents in atmospheric particulates were larger than $5 \mu m$ in diameter, meaning that most of rubber particles were originated from tire tread. After benzene extraction for 4 hrs, the extracts were analyzed by Curie-point pyrolysis gas chromatography for rubber content. Pb and Zn contents were determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy. The annual average concentration of rubber particles was $4.2 \mu g/m^3$, which corresponded to 2.2% of the annual average total suspended particulates. Average concentration of styrene brtadiene rubber was about five times that of natural rubber. Annual average concentrations of Pb and Zn were $1.2 \mu g/m^3 and 0.4 \mu g/m^3$ respectively, which corresponded to about 0.7% and 0.2% of the annual average total suspended particulates.
During the course of the execution of the project entitled Distribution Research of Rare Plants, we found the habitats of two rare ferns with obscure and/or extremely restricted distribution ranges, as previously unreported habitats. A subantarctic fern reported on Hamgyeong-do and Gangwon-do, Dryopteris coreano-montana Nakai, was found on Mt. Ibam in Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do. A subtropical fern reported south of Jeju-do, Dryopteris decipiens (Hook.) Kuntze, was newly found on Mt. Cheongwan of Jangheung-gun in Jeollanam-do.

The purpose of present paper is to compare and analyze the quality of imported Chinese products with the Korean local products in terms of proximate composition, character of external appearance , ingredient composition of dried bracken , dried radish cubers, meju , dried pollack, dried mussel , and dried brown seaweed(Undaria puinnatidifida) which were imported between Oct., and Dec. 1992 and distributed in the market. Moisture recovery of dried products resulted in changed shape and incomplete moisture recovery due to an excessive drying in consideration of hygroscopic property in the course of distribution. The amounts of water soluble brown pigment were two times greater in Korean dried pollack and bracken than those of Chinese products. The content of volatile basic nitrogen (VBN) were twice in Chinese dried pollack, and this may be due to foregin odor from a long transport time and distribution process. The contents of aflatoxin in Korean products were not detectable and these of Chinese products were 5 $\mu\textrm{g}$(%) in dried pollack, bracken and radish cuber. the remaining agricultural chemicals were not detectable in all products. Because of poor technique and facilities, the external appearance of Chinese products especially dried mussels and dried pollack were not uniformed in size and color. Discoloration and foregin substance such as hair, dust were checked , Korean products were mostly packed in small size in PP or bag, and Chinese products were packed in bulk size and distributed as a bulk.

This paper aims to provide information to generate a statistical load model of an educational server by analyzing workload of an e-Learning sewer at Dankook University. The result of the analysis shows file size distribution, access frequency and transmission volume for each file type, access interval, changes in preference and clients access rate by networks. In particular, it had different results from previous studies about video file's size distribution and file distribution based on access frequency. This is because the characteristics of e-learning are influenced by using authoring tools for making into video file and by freeing the number of students who register for a course. The result in this paper can be used as a basic data for studies designed to improve e-learning system architecture and server performance.
This study deals with the measurement of relational norms, a safeguard for sustained exchange relationshipsim marketing channel systems. Here, the relational norm items are hypothesized to have a second-order factor model, in which mine observed items originate from the three first-order factors and the first order factors in turn originate from a second-order factor. The three first order construe comprising a higher order norm are mutuality(equity in the distribution of benefits and burdens over the course of the exchange on a long term basis), flexibility(expectation of friendly adaption for possible circumstance changes), and solidarity (the degree to which the preservation of the unique and continuing relationship is internalized by the exchange partners as being important in and of itself). 113 research questionnaires are obtained from four industries such as construction, telecommunication, iron, and electric & electronic industries, Reliability and nomological. discriminant validity are tested, and in using the confirmatory factor analysis of Lisrel 7.16, and the chi-square difference test it is tested which has a better satisfactory fit to the data, the first-order model or the second-order one. The results of this study indicates that relational norms have a second order construct. In the electric and electronic industry the model as a while has a satisfactory fit to the data and the relevant first- and second-order factor loading to the mutuality is not significant. Same Results are happened to the flexibility in the telecommunication industry and to the mutuality and flexibility in the inn industry. In sum, the model lends support to our construct, but it is difficult to apply the measurement model to all kinds of industries.
