  • The aim of this study is to present the importance of Risk Management and Risk Classification System in Supply Chain to cope with the rapidly changing distribution environment flexibly through the cooperation between a shipper and a distribution company. First of all, we considered existing studies related to the risks of Supply Chain Risk and analyzed 47 different risk factors by 18 kinds of risk causing factors. Second, we collected opinions of corporation specialist group based on the analyzed risk factors and then classified the risk factors into three categories and ten sub-categories. Third, we conducted a survey targeting shipping companies and distribution companies about classified risk and then verified the validity of Supply Chain Risk Classification using verification techniques such as Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Concentration Validity and Distinction Validity. Finally, we suggest some implications based on the verification results.

  • The purposes of this study were to develop the standard indicators to evaluate the food and nutrition systems in hospitals and to test the validity of those items scientifically. The results were as follows: First, the conceptual validity was examined with recognition degrees of importance from the hospital nutrition department managers. All of the hospital nutrition department's operation evaluation standards and the indicators' conceptual validity tested were in the range of 3.71~4.93 out of 5.0, and the mean score was 4.36. Therefore, the conceptual validity was verified. Second, to verify the factor validity of the items of the standards and indicators for the hospital nutrition department's operation evaluation, the standards and indicators were analyzed as key-factors. Key-factor analysis after vertical rotation showed that four factors appeared and were composed of (a) facilities management, (b) sanitation management, (c) operation & foodservice management, and (d) nutrition management. Third, the reliability of the standards and indicators for the hospital nutrition department's operation evaluation was analyzed and resulted in a score of 0.98, which showed good internal consistency. Fourth, the discriminative power of each item of the standards for the hospital nutrition department's operation evaluation was tested by checking the differences between groups with first quartile and forth quartile of total evaluation scores. The indicators having low distinction power were modified into obligatory items or eliminated for better differentiation.

  • This paper presents a new numerical algorithm for fault discrimination and fault location estimation when occur to arcing ground and arcing line to line on transmission lines. The object of this paper is developed from new numerical algorithm to calculate the fault distance and simultaneously to make a distinction between transient and permanent faults. so the first of object for propose algorithm would be distinguish the permanent from the transient faults. This arcing fault discrimination algorithm is used if calculated value of arc voltage amplitude is greater than product of arc voltage gradient and the length of the arc path, which is equal or greater than the flashover length of a suspension insulator string[1-3]. Also, each algorithm is separated from short distance and long distance. This is difference to with/without capacitance between short to long distance. To test the validity of the proposed algorithms, the results of algorithm testing through various computer simulations are given. The test was simulated in EMTP/ATP simulator under a number of scenarios and calculate of algorithm was used to MATLAB.

  • The biggest obstacle to the commercialization of small and medium size microgrid (MG) is the reliability and economics of MG operation and maintenance. In this paper, we propose an autonomous operation method that is implemented as an application program installed in the MG operating system in emergency situations. The proposed algorithm consists of four steps of distinction, recognition, determination and control of emergency situations that can occur in MG. A fuzzy-based situation decision algorithm has been proposed to eliminate the barriers of autonomous operation in actual emergency situation such as occurrence of bad data and communication delay. In addition, countermeasures have been suggested for cases where multiple emergency situations have occurred in combination. The proposed algorithm was tested in a 500kW actual microgrid site of a university. Through the test, the validity of the proposed method and its applicability to practical MG operation are verified.

  • This study was an analysis of sport psychological application for the kinesthetic gifted children's selection and upbringing in Pusan University's center for kinesthetic gifted children from 2009.7 to 2010.2. The 60(athletics: 40, swimming: 10, gymnastics: 10) of kinesthetic gifted children were selected among the first, second and third year students from Pusan, Ulsan and Kyungsang-namdo without distinction of sex. We progressed summer and winter camp during vacation, and managed a special training program according to exercise items on every Saturday. We attempted experimental a field application, and obtained the following implications. First, the first and second year students were possible to test psychological measurement with supplementary explanation, and in the case of third grade, it was enough possible without any supplementary explanation. Second, multi-intelligence test was efficient as the method to check kinesthetic gifted children's intelligence and useful as the basic data for counseling. Third, the character types of kinesthetic gifted children were appeared preferring outgoing, intuition and emotions. Forth, with the FAIR concentration, we confirmed that the center's program effected positively on improving concentration. Fifth, we found the potential that the physical task commitment questionnaire and the exercise activity self-administer questionnair would be used as official psychological measurement tool after the review process of additional validity and reliability.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the method of distinction for sports gifted children, which evaluated as well as cognitive capability and physical fitness. For the validation verification of developed method, we measured physique, physical fitness and developed cognitive agility method for 369 children from 2nd grade to 6th grade. Results were followed as below: The frequency of success of sports gifted group was higher than normal group(p<.05). Total time for cognitive agility of gifted child's group in both sex were shorter than normal group(p<.05). There were no significant correlation between physique and cognitive agility time. 50m run and side step test had correlation with cognitive agility time in boys and girls(p<.05). In spatial skills, only higher tendency in sports gifted group showed. Cognitive agility had positive correlation with space perception in both boys and girls of upper grades. With theses results, we concluded that developed cognitive agility test might be synthetic evaluated method for cognitive agility as qualitative capacity for boys and girls in elementary school.
