Even though the distance education via web has a great advantage to overcome time and space, its problem is that the management of trainees is not efficient compared with classroom and group education. This problem is a great obstacle to the objects and achievement standards of distance education, giving controversial arguments to the advocators of distance education. Distance educators need to monitor the trainees'participation and responses continuously and offer appropriate feedback to the trainees. However, the existing distance education system only focuses on teaching and learning activities, and as a result, the efficient management function of distance education is not available. Accordingly, the study attempts to find out the appropriate managing elements of distance teacher training in order to effectively achieve the goals of teacher training and the efficient management of distance education. Also, it proposes distance teacher training management system that offers appropriate feedback to trainees, applying the derived elements of distance teacher training to the training processes. To verify the efficiency of the system, hypotheses on related items of distance teacher education and learning types are suggested, and the achievement degree of learning and its relations are investigated through questionnaire of learning types. In addition, a system using UML which is the standard of object-oriented modeling language is devised, so. that mutual management, language independence and convenient development environment as well as reusability can be offered, and so the design standardization and efficient system realization could be achieved, while flexible change of system according to education process and computing environment is possible.

The article clarifies and divorces the concepts of distance learning systems "distance learning", "distance education", "distance technologies", "open education". The central concept of the DO system is "distance learning"; - an assessment of the use of distance technologies in the system of higher professional education in Ukraine was carried out, which showed that the dominant teaching technology at the moment is the technology of teaching using cases (case technology on paper and electronic media). It is determined that distance technologies based on the active use of technical teaching aids (network technologies, telecommunication technologies) find little use in the system of higher professional education in Ukraine.

The telemedicine & distance education system that this paper suggests has been designed on the CTE(Collaborative Telemedicine & distance Education) framework, which is an integrated multimedia environment. This is a CBM-based collaborative telemedicine & distance education type, different from the conventional doctor based general practice, and is an integrated multimedia telemedicine & distance education system capable of many application developments using information super highway. This paper presents the content regarding electronic medical examination chart and data treatment for efficient medical examination and prompt treatment by realizing mutual conversation type remote medical examination system among 3 parties(patient, doctor, pharmacist) on internet base. And, The implementation of this new teaming system should be designed with multimedia application development platform base which is interfaced with computer engineering, computer network technology, CSCW (Computer-Supported Cooperative Work) technology, and education engineering.

웹을 통한 원격교육은 시간과 공간의 문제를 극복할 수 있다는 큰 장점에도 불구하고 강의 실 및 집합교육에 비해 연수생 관리가 취약하다는 문제점을 지니고 있다. 이러한 문제는 원격 교육활동의 성취수준 및 목표도달에 대한 커다란 장애로 부담이 되며, 원격교육담당자에 게 많은 고민을 안겨주고 있다. 원격 교육담당자는 원격교육활동에 대한 연수생의 참여와 반응을 계속적으로 모니터링해야 하고 이에 대한 적절한 피드백을 연수생에게 제공하여야 하나 기존 원격교육시스템은 교수학습활동에 중점을 둔 나머지 원격 교육활동에 대한 효율적 관리기능을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 원격 교원연수의 효율적 운영과 교원연수가 목표하는 학업성취수준의 효과적 달성을 위해 원격교원연수의 적합한 관리요소를 추출하고 이를 시스템 또는 연수 관리자가 연수과정에 적용하여 연수생에 대한 적절한 피드백의 제 공이 가능한 원격교원 연수시스템을 제안한다. 원격교원연수의 상호작용 유형과 학습효과 간의 관계를 비교 분석한다 또한, 본 시스템의 효율성 검증을 위해 원격교원연수의 학습유형과 이에 연계된 관리항목에 대한 가설을 설정하고 학습유형검사지를 통해 학업성취도와의 관계를 규명한다.

The article discusses the evolution of the development of distance learning in world practice; investigated the essence and modern content of the concepts of "distance learning" and "distance education"; studied the principles of distance learning in the educational process; analyze the use of distance learning in higher educational institutions of Ukraine; substantiated the effectiveness of introducing distance learning into the higher education system; formed new management approaches in the distance learning system; proposals for the organization and improvement of distance learning at the university were developed on the basis of the analysis.

최근 시간과 공간의 지배를 받지않고 학습할 수 있는 웹기반 원격교육시스템이 일반화되었다. 이는 교육분야에서 인터넷이 보다 광범위하게 사용되고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 하지만 원격교육시스템에 있어서 원격강의시스템 개발을 위한 전통적 개발방법이 많은 시간과 비용이 소요되는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 컴포넌트 기반 개발 방법론을 적용한 원격강의시스템은 이러한 문제점들을 극복할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는, 컴포넌트 기반 개발 방법론에 의해 개발된 사이버 강의형 원격시스템이 재사용성, 사용 편리성, 이식성 때문에 많은 시간과 비용을 절약할 수 있다.

We studied a CAI courseware model for distance education on network, with the use of Java language. Basic www files, contents of courseware, are constructed with html. Students and educator can access the preferred unit composed of the appropriate multimedia data by using of www browser at any time. The distance education system, in this paper, has functions to manage the flow of distance learning, and to offer interaction between students and system in distributed environment. Students and/or 'educator can discuss a topic through server in different places. We implemented these functions, which are required in server and client environment of distance education, with the use of Java.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the features of the application of modern technologies for the development of distance education. The global process of transition to the information society, as well as the economic, political and social changes that accompany it, are accelerating the reform of the higher education system, in which distance education occupies a special place. Based on the results of the study, the main features of the use of modern technologies for the development of distance education are characterized. Future research should be devoted to investigating the impact of Industry 4.0 on the education system.

인터넷을 이용한 원격교육이 매우 빠르게 확산됨에 따라 원격교육을 수강하는 학습자에 대한 본인 확인과 실제 학습 여부를 확인하는 것에 대한 어려움도 점점 더 커지고 있다. 원격교육에서는 교수자와 학습자가 상호 대면하지 않아도 수업이 이루어지므로 본인 출석 여부를 시스템적으로 확인해 주어야 한다. 종래의 확인 방법으로는 로그인 체크, SMS 본인 인증, 돌발퀴즈 등의 방법이 있다. 그러나 학습 시간 전반에 걸쳐 학습자 본인이 잘 참여하고 있는지를 확인하기에는 기술적인 한계가 적지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 실제 학습자가 학습시간 전반에 걸쳐 잘 참여하고 있는지를 PC 카메라의 이미지 촬영 기반으로 확인할 수 있는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고자 한다. 이 시스템은 원격교육, 원격평가 등에 있어 학습자의 실제 참여 여부를 판단할 수 있게 함으로써 원격교육 신뢰성을 더욱 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The article considers the state and trends of distance learning in the world and Ukraine, identifies the main species differences between distance education and other forms of education, analyzes the state of the global market for educational services provided via the Internet. Important features and characteristics of distance learning, examples of its organization in higher education, as well as statistics on the development of distance learning in our country. The main problematic points on the way to the implementation of the distance education system in Ukraine and the factors that hinder the development of this promising form of education are outlined.
