알코올 섭취에 따른 눈의 생리기능과 안기능의 변화 (Changes in the Physiology of eye and Ocular function due to alcohol intake)

  • 본 연구에서는 알코올 섭취가 눈의 생리기능과 안기능에 영향을 미치는 가를 알아보기 위해 알코올 섭취 전,후의 안압, 누액분비량, 입체시차, AC/A비, 폭주여력, 개산여력을 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 전체 대상자의 알코올 섭취 전 평균 안압은 15.14mmHg이고 알코올 섭취 후 평균 안압은 12.8mmHg로 평균 15.44% 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 누액분비량은 알코올 섭취 전 검사대상자 평균 17.125mm에서 알코올 섭취 후 평균 9.875mm로 42.33%로 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 입체시차는 알코올 섭취 전 40'에서 알코올 섭취 후 165'로 약 4배가량 증가하였다. AC/A비는 알코올 섭취 전 $5.40{\Delta}/D$, 알코올 섭취 후 $6.19{\Delta}/D$로 14.6% 증가하였고 폭주여력과 개산여력은 원거리, 근거리 모두 유의한 변화가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

변전소와 차량간의 동기화를 통한 실시간 전차선로 임피던스 예측 기법 연구 (A Study on Real Time Catenary Impedance Estimation Technique using the Synchronized Measuring Data between Substation and Train)

  • This paper proposed a new real time catenary impedance estimation technique using synchronized power data from the measured data of operating vehicle and substation for catenary protective relay and fault locator setting. This paper presented estimation equation of catenary impedance using synchronized power data between substation and vehicle of AT feeding system for the performance verification of the proposed technique. Also AC feeding system is modeled through power analysis program and performance was verified through simulation according to various load changes. We verified that average 2.38%(distance equivalent 23.8 m) error appeared between the proposed estimation equation of catenary impedance and power analysis program simulation output in no connection double track system between up track and down track. Furthermore, We confirmed that estimation error is bigger depending on the increasing the distance from substation and vehicle impedance using only using vehicle current when calculating vehicle impedance in connection double track system between up track and down track. But, We confirmed that the proposed technique estimated accurately catenary impedance regardless of vehicle impedance and distance from substation.

안벽크레인 시뮬레이터 원격운전 시스템 개발 (Development of a Remote Operation System for a Quay Crane Simulator)

  • Quay cranes are considered core equipment for container terminal operation. However, unmanned operation systems have not as yet been announced due to the technological difficulties of implementation. In this paper, we developed a wireless controller to control a quay crane simulator remotely and conducted its performance test, a first step toward unmanned operation of quay cranes. The communication delay of a developed wireless controller was about 9.4ms on average while that of existing wired controllers was about 5.6ms. The same functions were implemented and tested on a smart phone where the average communication delay was 7.3ms. In addition, to apply the developed system into a real environment, we proposed a network architecture based on IEEE 802.11ac and carried out its performance evaluation. When the distance between two nodes was 50m apart, the throughputs of the TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) and UDP (User Datagram Protocol) were 57Mbps and 189Mbps, respectively. The communication delay of the control data was 9.1ms through the TCP channel. These results reveal the proper working of remote quay crane operation if we adopt the IEEE 802.11ac network.

Current Limiting and Interrupting Operation of Hybrid Self-Excited Type Superconducting DCCB

  • Currently, the development of industry makes needs larger electric supply. Providers must consider the efficiency about losses and reliability of the system. In this case, DC power system can save electrical energy; long-distance transmission line losses. Relevance to switch technology with a voltage-source converter (VSC) in AC-DC conversion system have been researched. But, protection device of DC-link against fault current is still needed to study much. VSC DC power system is vulnerable to DC-cable short-circuit and ground faults, because DC-link has a huge size of capacitor filter which releases extremely large current during DC faults. Furthermore, DC has a fatal flaw that current zero crossing is nonexistence. To interrupt the DC, several methods which make a zero crossing is used; parallel connecting self-excited series LC circuit with main switch, LC circuit with power electronic device called hybrid DC circuit breaker. Meanwhile, self-excited oscillator needs a huge size capacitor that produces big oscillation current which makes zero crossing. This capacitor has a quite effective on the price of DCCB. In this paper, hybrid self-excited type superconducting DCCB which are using AC circuit breaker system is studied by simulation tool PSCAD/EMTDC.

  • Power can be generated from either renewable or non-renewable sources. Renewable sources are liked to maintain a strategic distance from contamination emanation and rely on upon fossil energizes which is decreasing day by day. The proposed sun powered vitality transformation unit comprises of a sun oriented exhibit, Bidirectional DC-DC converter, single stage inverter and AC. The inverter changes over DC control from the PV board into AC power and offered it to the heap which is associated with the lattice. The photovoltaic sun powered vitality (PV) is the most direct approach to change over sunlight based radiation into power and depends on the photovoltaic impact. Modified Transmission Line Protection Scheme in the Presence of SCC

  • Distance relay identifies the type and location of fault by measuring the transmission line impedance. However any other factors that cause miss calculating the measured impedance, makes the relay detect the fault in incorrect location or do not detect the fault at all. One of the important factors which directly changes the measured impedance by the relay is series capacitive compensation (SCC). Another factor that changes the calculated impedance by distance relay is fault resistance. This paper provides a method based on the combination of distance and differential protection. At first, faulty transmission line is detected according to the current data of buses. After that the fault location is calculated using the proposed algorithm on the transmission line. This algorithm is based on active power calculation of the buses. Fault resistance is calculated from the active powers and its effect will be deducted from calculated impedance by the algorithm. This method measures the voltage across SCC by phasor measurement units (PMUs) and transmits them to the relay location via communication channels. The transmitted signals are utilized to modify the voltage signal which is measured by the relay. Different operating modes of SCC and as well as different faults such as phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground faults are examined by simulations.

  • The Pt-Ru/Carbon as an anode catalyst supported on the commercial activated carbon (AC) having high surface area and micropore was characterized for application of Direct Methanol Fuel Cell (DMFC). The Pt-Ru/AC anode catalyst used in this experiment showed the performance of $600\;mA/cm^2$ current density at 0.3 V. The borohydride reduction process using $NaBH_4$, denoted as a process A, showed much higher current and power densities than process B prepared by changing the reduction and washing process of process A. The particle sizes are strongly affected by the reduction process than the specific surface area of raw active carbon and the sizes are almost constant when the specific surface area of carbon are over than the $1200\;m^2/g$. Smaller particle size of catalyst and more narrow intercrystalite distance increased the performance of DMFC.

모바일 폰과 웹을 연동한 개별모듈 원격제어 (Remote control of individual modules based on mobile phone and web)

  • 본 논문에서는 시스템 운용자가 현장에 직접 상주하지 않고도 WAP 및 ME 기반의 개인 휴대폰(Feature phone)과 인터넷 웹을 연동해서 언제 어디서나 시스템의 운용 상태를 모니터링하고 제어할 수 있는 모델을 제안한다. 제안하는 모델은 기존에 PDA와 WLAN 기술을 결합한 TCP/IP 통신기반의 원격장치 데이터 모니터링 시스템이 가지는 공간적인 제약을 극복하고, 사용자에게 이동성을 보장하고자 한다. 제안하는 시스템의 테스트를 위해, 제어 대상 시스템은 AC나 DC전원 제어를 필요로 하는 개별모듈로 구성한다. 로컬 시스템에 대한 제어 및 모니터링을 위한 프로그램은 편리성과 신뢰성을 위해 NI Labview를 사용해 개발한다. 또한 웹 서버는 APM 연동을 사용해서 개발자의 범용성이 보장되게 한다. 그리고 모바일 접속환경은 개인 휴대단말의 범용성을 보장하기위해 WML과 mHTML 언어를 이용해서 개발한다. 실험을 통해서 본 논문에서 제안하는 모델이 기존 시스템이 가지는 공간적 제약사항과 이동성 문제를 해결함을 보였다.

  • In this paper, characteristics of the ac and do flashover voltages in the vertical air gap of a needle-plane, sphere-plane and rod-plane electrode system were investigated when the combustion flames were present near the high-voltage electrode. As the results of an experimental we found that the reduction of flashover voltages characteristics with the vertical distance caused, in comparison with the no-flame case were about 1/3 times when a short sap d=1[cm] and 2[cm] of the ac voltages were applied. Also, flashover voltages characteristics of the do negative polarity under sphere-plane and rod-plane electrode system with the combustion flame were increased about two times than those of the do positive polarity.

  • In spite of many projections of TMJ, there are rarely satisfactory projections of TMJ. The author traced and measured the P-A cephalograms, which number is 70 in each male and female, them finding the following results. 1. The long axis of the condyle is 19.80㎜ on the right, and 19.89㎜ on the left in male, and that of 18.65㎜ on the right and 18.10㎜ on the left in female. 2. The intercondylar distance is 119.02㎜ in male, and 108.20㎜ in female, resulting that the intercondylar distance in male is much longer than that in female. 3. The right and left deviation of the midline passing through the center of the intercondylar distance and prosthion is +0.37㎜ in male, +0.64㎜ in female, and its range is from -4.6 to +5.7㎜ in male, and from -3.2 to +6.1㎜ in female, resulting that prosthion nearly coincides with midline. 4. The angle of the intercondylar distance and the long axis (vertical angle) is +5.48' in male, and +6.02' in female, resulting that there is a little difference between male and female and the angle of the right is greater than that of the left in both male and female. 5. The typology of the condyle in sum of male and female is; Right: A type 55 (39.3%), B type 66 (47.1%), C type, 12 (8.6%), D type, 7 (5.0%), E type, 0 (0%) Left: A type, 60 (42.9%), B type, 58 (41.4%), C type, 14 (10.0%), D type, 8 (5.7%), E type, 0 (0%) 6. The distribution of the typology between the right and the left is; AA 26 (18.6%), AB 50 (35.7%), AC 10 (7.1%), AD 3 (2.1%) BB 26 (18.6%), BC 13 (9.3%), BD 9 (6.4%), CC 0 (0%), CD 3 (2.1%)
