  • In residential spaces, sanitary zones are where the most basic needs of human beings are met and are used by all members of the family. A high level of privacy is therefore required in their use. This research studies the current state of sanitary zones in collective houses and in detached houses from a comparative perspective first, and then analyses the satisfaction and dissatisfaction requirement levels of dwellers of each house in comparison so as to provide data to formulate a new design for sanitary zones that is suitable for each dwelling house. The results of this research are as follows. (1) The questionnaire respondents were mostly in their 30s and 40s (99.1% in total), and lived in a nuclear family system (87.7%). (2) The number of sanitary zones was found to be more than 2 in 62% of collective houses and in 60.7% of detached houses, which leads us to conclude that non-dwelling spaces are increasing in both types of houses. (3) Of the housing facilities,13% of collective houses and 9% of detached houses were equipped with a bidet. Both percentages are very low but it needs to be noted that the percentage is relatively high in collective houses. In safety facilities, the ratio of houses furnished with safety handlers for the aged was very low in both types of houses. (4) The residents of collective houses showed high levels of dissatisfaction with regard to the problems of storage space and steam production, while residents of detached houses expressed high levels of dissatisfaction with regard to the heating system, colors of finishing materials, size, dampness, steam production, and storage space.

Naju's population or urban population were decreased by half for 25 years, but area of residential regions was increased twice. It indicates that major parts of increased residence area are occupied by housing site development area. Uses of downtown buildings are for residential building mostly, but commercial building is less than 1/3 and story of buildings is mostly the first floor. So downtown area in Naju has residential function mostly and family composition is over sixties in more than half of population and regional aging is remarkable because household over majority of the population has no family under twenties. Downtown areas showed detached house and their own house in 2/3 of population and residents over majority of population have lived in current house over 20 years and had strong settlement. But housing site area is less than 40 pyeong at 3/2 of population and 2/3 of population have not parking lot. Most of population have dissatisfaction with their residential environment and for solving their dissatisfaction, improvement of poor residential environment, road extension and construction of parking lot are needed most. Most of residents consider that improvement of residential environment or economic level is normal or developed a little compared to five years ago, but when such a dissatisfaction is solved, they continue to live in their area.

  • The software is changed according to the changing businesses and the user requirement, it involves increasing complexity and cost. Considering the repetitive changes required for the software, replacement is more efficient than maintenance at some point. In this study, the replacement time was predicted using the service dissatisfaction index and replacement point assessment index by the software group for each task. First, fuzzy inference was used to develop the method and indicator for the user's service level dissatisfaction. Second, the replacement point assessment method was established considering the quality, costs, and new technology of the software. Third, a replacement time prediction technique that used the gap between the user service measurement and replacement point assessment values was proposed. The results of the case study with the business solutions of three organizations, which was conducted to verify the validity of the proposed prediction technique in this study, showed that the service dissatisfaction index decreased by approximately 16% and the replacement point assessment index increased by approximately 9%.

  • This research is concerned with environment problems related to Munhwa-Maul where Korean government are financially much supporting in developing housing sites and constructing houses. The purposes of this research are to find out the problems and to present the practical guidelines in order to improve an environmental quality of Munhwa-Maul in which will be under construction in the near future. The method for finding out the problems are based upon the most atisfaction and dissatisfaction of residents with opened interview. Both Mueur Munhwa-Maul and Umo Munhwa-Maul are considered for this research because Mueur Munhwa-Maul is characterized with a modern village where is located far from the city while Uo Munhwa-Maul, near the city. Also, these Munhwa-Mauls have been firstly constructed. The interview participants are 34 persons in all. They are confined to Mueur Munhwa-Maul and Umo Munhwa Maul that have been firstly constructed in Kyeongook. According to the interviews, each 60% of both Mueur Munhwa-Maul interview participants and Umo Munhwa-Maul ones have shown the their most positive satisfaction in a new housing and facility. It can be seen from that these figures that housing environment including facility of both Munhwa-Mauls is surely improved and successful. On the other hand, 43.8% of Mueur Munhwa-Maul participants and 14% of Umo Munhwa-Maul ones have particularly shown the most negative satisfaction in a size of housing lot. Also, 15.6% of Mueur Munhwa-Maul interview participant and 44% of Umo Munhwa-Maul ones have stated the most dissatisfaction in a traffic convenience. The reasons showing these differences are likely that 90% of Mueur Munhwa-Maul residents are farmer while 85% of Umo Munhwa-Maul ones are not farmer. With this results the purpose of munhwa-Maul project that government has been supporting and the reality of Umo Munhwa-Maul could be never coincident. Therefore, it can be inferred that housing layout should be reconsiderd to be appropriate for agriculture and that the government should carefully consider the contributions of new housing lot to real farmers. In addition, we can say that Munhwa-Maul project should be firstly accomplished in the district far from the city rather than near the city.

The 23 questionnaire items were divided into three categories: 'General purchasing behavior and wearing', 'Fit satisfaction of ready-made dress shirts' and 'Wearing and fit satisfaction of online custom dress shirts'. Through the results of the study, we could understand the actual wearing condition of ready-made and online custom dress shirts. Also, differences in stature groups were found. The significant differences according to the stature groups were found in the interest in fashion, the purchase criteria, the limitation of the shirt size selection due to stature and body shape, shirt size satisfaction, repair experience, dissatisfaction with purchase and the experience of purchasing online custom dress shirts. Suggestions should be made to improve dissatisfaction with stature groups in the ready-made dress shirts. In addition, the study confirmed the consumer demand for the online custom dress shirts. In order to activate the online custom market, the online custom dress shirts company needs to reduce consumer dissatisfaction and improve size suitability.

  • This study was conducted to investigate the factors affecting satisfaction and dissatisfaction of e-learning learner students using Kano model and Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient. The results of the analysis showed that firstly, the students are highly satisfied when it is convenient to learn visually and audibly, when the students can ask questions at any time, and when the professor was interested in the students. Second, the rational criteria and accurate evaluation of grades and assignments were confirmed as factors that should be satisfied. Third, unlike the results of the basic study that the students use e-learning due to the convenience of learning time and learning space and the ease of learning process, it is no longer an attractive factor to use e-learning. The results of this study suggest that it is possible to present effective directions for the development of e-learning education and strategic application of each factor classified by the two-dimensional recognition method.

  • This study analyzed the purchase status of athleisure wear and consumers' dissatisfaction with online shopping post-COVID-19. The target population comprised female consumers in their 20s to 50s who are interested in exercise and fashion. The study investigated differences according to age. It was found that athleisure wear was purchased once every two to three months and used as sportswear and/or daily wear. Purchase information was obtained via the Internet, and purchases were made online. Design, price, wear sensation, and textiles were the most important selection criteria, and T-shirts and leggings were the most frequently purchased garments. Additionally, textile characteristics such as moisture-absorbing and quick-drying as well as elasticity were evaluated as important. Online shopping of athleisure wear has increased since COVID-19 due to the time savings, low price, opportunity to compare several products, and delivery convenience. However, consumers were dissatisfied due to the differences between the screen image and the actual product, the inconvenience of returns, exchanges, and refunds, the lack of product information, product quality, and delivery. Furthermore, it was found that pursuing value of athleisure wear differed according to age. Consumers in their 20s and 30s required athleisure wear with the characteristics of sportswear and daily or urban wear and those in their 40s and 50s required garments with good performance as sportswear. Based on consumer feedback, it is necessary for manufacturers to provide product information that can improve product reliability.
