PDP is the flat panel display, suitable for high definition television because of large-sire and high-brightness. It has many advantages such as fast response, wide viewing angle, low weight, and simple manufacturing process for fabrication. However, there are some disadvantages and one of them is the image quality degradation, which is dependent on the digital signal processing. Although image quality of PDP is improving by many researches and experimentations, it still isn't as good as that of CRT because of various factors. One of them is worm-like pattern generated by an error diffusion process. And the worm-like pattern is severely increased after an APL process. An increased worm-like pattern occur a drop of resolution in image and a change of CCT according to each grayscale. In this paper, a method for improvement of image quality using the error diffusion which considers the APL process is proposed. In the proposed method, the APL process is performed before the error diffusion process. Simulation results showed that the proposed method has better performances for resolution in images and CCT uniformity according to each grayscale than the conventional method.

The general ground control system has control and information display functions for the operation of a single unmanned aerial vehicle. Recently, the function of the single ground control system extends to the operation of multiple UAVs. As a result, operators have been exposed to more diverse tasks and are subject to task overload due to various factors during their mission. This study proposes an adaptive ground control system that reflects the operator's condition through the task overload measurement of multiple UAV operators. For this, the ground control software is developed to control multiple UAVs at the same time, and the simulator with six degree-of-freedom aircraft dynamics is constructed for realistic human-machine-interface experiments by the operators.

Natural dyes have poor colorfastness as a result of the exposure of the dyed fabric to sunlight encountered during the display or wearing. As colors on fabrics fade excessively under sunlight, it is a problem to infer and restore the historic textiles with natural-dyed fabrics to original colors. The object of this study is to analyse the factors affected to color change under light. In experimental, fifteen natural dyes were dyed by the Korean traditional dyeing methods onto natural fiber fabrics: cotton, silk, ramie, and flex. Total 49 dyed fabrics in combination with dyes and fibers were used for the specimen. The Weather-O-meter was used for evaluating the effects of exposure to light for 2.5 to 450 hours. The process of color changes in the CIEL *A*B* color-order system to the exposure time were determined by spectrophotometer at 10$^{\circ}$ observer. Sunlight exposure caused significant changes in the color of natural-dyed fabrics. The degree and nature of color changes on the fabrics were dependent on the combination of fiber and the type of dye used. The groups of violet(Lithospermum erythrorhizon Sieb.et Zucc.) and black color(Ailanthus altissima Swingle, Phus trichocarpa Miq) yielded excellent colorfastness to light. The group of indigo blue color(Polygonum tinctorium Lour.) was also very resistant to fading in both exposure except silk. Whereas the dye groups of Red, Yellow, Orange, Brown colors indicated greatest changes in fading, particularly Carthamus tinctorius L.
The conservation of collections in muse-ums is an important aspect for our her-itage. The control of museum environment is a vital factor in the preservation of cool-lections. Inappropriate or fluctuating envi-ronmental conditions can cause irreparable damage to works of arts. In this research we investigated the ac-tual conditions of museum environment for old testiles using questionnaire and mea-sured dye fasing of old textiles on exhibi-tion for 2 months in a university museum the major results are as follows: 1. The control of temperature and rela-tive humidity is a vital factors I the preservation of old textiles in museum generally acceptable temperature and rel-ative humidity standards for old textiles are 18-23$^{\circ}C$ and 50-65% R. H and light level for textiles on exhibition should be limited to 30-50 lux. 2, In university museums the limate control system in exhibition and storage area is in an early stage. Therefore to minimize the deterioration of old textiles the best method of controlling the envi-ronment is to have centralized climate control system in sorage area as well as in display area. 3. Conservator is needed to maintain collections scientifically. Only professional conservator by combining scientific tech-nical and artistic training has the exper-tise needed to maintain the physical in-tegrity of old textiles. In order to solve the inferior environment of museums the staff should recognize the importance of the condition of exhibition and storage. 4. Old textiles are susceptible to damage by light and associated heat. Dyed textiles which have been exhibited under the light without any UV filter were faded notice-ably within two months of exhibition. Light levels for textiles on exhibition should be limited to 30-50 lux. It is de-sirable to use special light source that can absorb UV. and UV filter is also recom-mended to reduce photodegradation of old textiles.

Despite great commercial interest, relatively little has been described about molecular mechanism of bivalve reproduction. We investigated genes involved in ovarian maturation of the Yesso scallop, Patinopecten yessoensis. GSI index and histological analysis revealed that maturation of ovary begin in February and spawning period is from April to June which is similar to the previous study in the East Sea. As result of combination analysis of differential display RTPCR (DDRT-PCR) and histological examination, vitellogenin (Vg), ferritin (Ft) and ADT/ATP carrier protein (ACC) were identified as differently expressed genes in maturating ovary. Endpoint RT-PCR results showed that Vg is ovary-specific genes whereas Ft and ACC are expressed ubiquitously suggesting that Vg can be good molecular markers for ovarian development and sex determination in bivalves. Quantitative PCR results revealed that Vg were expressed highest during growth stage and appears to play a major role in oocyte maturation. On the contrary, expression of Ft was highest after spawning stage, which suggests that up-regulation may be involved in spawning and inactive stages in which the scallops recover from spawning. In addition, high level of the mitochondrial gene, ACC, may play a role in energy metabolism in maturating oocytes. Isolation and molecular studies of these key genes will expand our knowledge of the physiological changes from various exogenous factors including temperature, salinity, pH, even or numerous endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) during reproductive cycle. In addition, further study of these genes implicates various industrial applications including the stable seed production, increased food quality, or economic aquaculture system.
Although transforming growth factors (TGFs) are implicated in the process of endochondral ossification, which is initiated by the differentiation of mesenchymal cells into chondrocytes, it is not clear how $TGF-{\beta}3$ regulates the chondrogenic differentiation of limb bud mesenchymal cells. Here, differential display polymerase chain reaction (DD-PCR) screening and RT-PCR analysis revealed that transcripts of A Disintegrin And Metalloprotease 10 (ADAM 10) decreased during the chondro-inhibitory action of $TGF-{\beta}3$ on cultured chick leg bud mesenchymal cells. Electroporation of ADAM 10 morpholino antisense oligonucleotides inhibited the ectodomain shedding of delta-1, and cell proliferation and subsequent precartilage condensation, in a manner similar to that caused by $TGF-{\beta}3$. The suppression of mesenchymal cell proliferation induced by $TGF-{\beta}3$ and ADAM 10 morpholino antisense oligonucleotides was reversed by activation of ADAM 10 with phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) or knockdown of Notch-1 with siRNA. Collectively, these data indicate that, in cultured chick leg bud mesenchyme cells, $TGF-{\beta}3$ downregulates ADAM 10 and inhibits cell proliferation and subsequent precartilage condensation by inhibiting the ectodomain shedding of delta-1, and that this results in the activation of Notch signaling.
Objectives : The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) is a commonly used psychological test measuring personality and psychopathology in both clinical and non-clinical population. This study was to evaluate characteristic MMPI-2 profile associated with the risk of suicide among college students. Methods : We analyzed the survey response of 2,964 college students who participated in a health survey from a school health center at a national university in 2011. Those who endorsed any of six items on the suicidaity module of MINI were classified as a suicide risk group and remaining students who did not as a control group. Then we compared the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) score, the MMPI-2 Clinical scales and Restructured Clinical (RC) scales. To evaluate the correlation RC scales with suicidality score, Pearson correlation analysis was performed. Results : The suicide risk group was 464 students, and the control group was 2,500. The classification result of suicidality, 255 (8.6%) students were low-risk group, 149 (4.8%) students were moderate-risk group and 60 (2.0%) students were high-risk group. In the suicide risk group, VRIN, F scale, Clinical scale and RC scales were significantly higher. In the control group L, K and S scales were significantly higher. Suicidality score has significant correlation with all RC scales. Conclusion : In the suicide risk group, overall psychopathology was higher than the control group. Taken together, features of depressive symptom, antisocial behavior, aggressiveness, introversion may indicate the risk of suicide in college students. These results display both clinical and public health implications for clinicians and school health professionals.

Building of exhibit halls in rural area has been a new trend with increasing investments in rural development. Exhibit hall can be an effective way to specialize rural village with amenity resources which is now in a flood of agritourism. However, most of exhibit halls being operated by rural villages have similar display on similar themes and are poorly managed. To aggressively promote rural amenity resources in villages and make visitors satisfy through their experiences, this research reviewed experience economy theory of Pine and Gilmore(1998) and derived planning guidelines of rural theme exhibit hall applying experiential factors(Educational, Esthetic, Escapist, and Entertainment experiences). Finally, we applied these planning guidelines to a site, Igil village which is located in Cheorwon County, Gangwon-do, with a theme of a red-crowned crane for verification.
This research examined influence of job stress and drinking subculture on the drinking of white collar employees. The results are as follows: First, there are a higher percentage of population among white collar employees who hold drinking problems in terms of frequency of drinking, amount of drinking, frequency of binge drinking comparing with general populace. The results of research revealed that drinking problems of white collar employees is quite close to dangerous level. Second, job stress didn't display a consistent relationship with drinking and drinking problem, however, drinking subculture revealed that it was related with drinking and drinking problem exhibiting significant influence. And, the results of research didn't support tension reduction hypothesis, and it was identified that social learning theory is main factor that will explain drinking and drinking problem of white collar employees. Therefore, researcher suggested as follow; First, practitioners and researchers exert their efforts for studying about drinking in the relationship to white collar employees. They should also have more interests in the topic from a practical perspective. Second, suggest that EAPs be introduced in order to prevent white collar employees from drinking problem and to promote increase of entire welfare. Third, suggest that succeeding research endeavors be required, which shall embrace all of white & blue collar employees.
This landscape design is a work for which we selected the square of Sejong Center for the Performing Arts as a object area, drew inhuman factors, and tried to restore them to human environment. This plan assumes that excessive urban environment results from disorder and man can keep it in order and restore it to human environment through the progressive process of speculation. In this plan, we included the least parking space and nearby roads in the object area to maximize the location feature and the symbol of cultural space, and planned that the object area may play its role of open space in the downtown. To grant the symbol of culture space, we established the progressive process of speculation and the relationship of mu, heaven and earth, and culture, geometrically diagrammatized it, combined the circular and rectangular lines derived from it, and suggested a plan. Urban environment will continue to change in the future. However, as long as it is not ensured that the change will progress upward, city would be far from human environment anyhow. Effects to display inhuman space overlooked in the downtown and restore it to human environment for citizen and location for man, should continue.
