In this paper, we introduce an improved adaptive boosting (AdaBoost) classifier and its application, a disguised-face discriminator that discriminates between bare and disguised faces. The proposed classifier is based on an AdaBoost learning algorithm and regression technique. In the process, the lookup table of AdaBoost learning is utilized. The proposed method is verified on the captured images under several real environments. Experimental results and analysis show the proposed method has a higher and faster performance than other well-known methods.

금융권의 주 5일제 근무에 따른 무인 현금 인출기의 사용 확대와 함께, 타인의 신용카드를 이용하여 무인 현금 인출기에서 돈을 인출하는 금융 범죄에 대한 원천적인 예방 대책이 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 특히 무인 현금 인출기 부근에는 감시용 CCTV Camera가 설치되어 있으나, 지능적인 범죄자들은 이러한 사실을 인식하고 선글라스, 마스크 등을 착용하여 이러한 감시 시스템을 피해가고 있다 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 무인 현금 인출기에 설치되어 있는 카메라를 통해 입력된 사용자의 얼굴 및 얼굴 특징점을 영상 신호처리 방법과 SVM(Support Vector Machine)으로 분석하여 향후 얼굴이 식별 가능한 경우에만 금융 거래를 할 수 있도록 하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 실험결과, 학습 데이터에 대해서는 약 1%의 오 인식율과 2%의 오 거부율을 나타냈으며, Test 데이터에 대해서는 약 2.5%의 오 인식율과 1.43%의 오 거부율을 나타냈다.

This paper analyzes the similarity of fashion in the 1920's and 1960's. Fashion is a reflection of Zeitgeist. The similarity of fashion appeared in the similar social ideal period. The fashion of the 1920's and 1960's have a lot of similarity in many respects. Androgyny was the new word. The woman cut her hair short, wore short skirt, and projected a self-confidence that was considered by many to be too masculine. The new fashions also appeared very youthful. The cult of eternal youth was born. The mature woman was no longer requested. Instead, in the face of changing lifestyles and extremely rapid technological development, taste ran in favor of a young, athletic, and mobile ideal. The new fashions do-emphasized curvaceous shapes through short dresses and short hair-both styles were supposed to express youthfulness. Characteristic of the times was the short loose dress: straight silhouette disguised feminine curves. The new dresses were invented for very young, slim, and wide-eyed women. The common Zeitgeist of the 1920's and 1960's represents the cult of youth and the adoption of innovative style, which emphasized decoration-cleared simplicity, functionality, practicality, activity, androgyny. Innovative short skirt, youth fashion, androgynous style, unisex style, tubular silhouette, short hair style, and eyeline-emphasized makeup were analyzed by the similarity of fashion in the 1920's and 1960's.

북한은 "자력갱생"의 경제기조 아래, 에너지 수급원을 수력과 화력에 집중해왔으나, 구 공산권의 몰락에 따른 관련 기자재 공급 불안정, 홍수 등 각종재해에 따른 설비 노후화 등에 기인한 극심한 에너지난을 겪으며, 에너지원의 다양화에 대한 관심이 대내외적으로 증대되고 있다. 특히, 신재생에너지는 북한 송전망 상황에 부합하는 분산형 에너지원이라는 점과, 자력갱생 기조에 부합하는 자체 생산 가능한 에너지라는 점에서 대북 에너지지원의 최선책으로 회자되고 있으며, 바이오가스는 식량증산과 연계하여 북한 주민의 인권 향상에 기여할 수 있어, 인도적 지원측면에서 FAO, WFP 등 국제기구를 통한 지원이 원활할 것으로 예상되는 바, 신재생에너지원 중에서도 지원가능성이 가장 높은 에너지원으로 손꼽히고 있다. 그러나 한편으로는 지원 물품의 군사적 용도로의 전용가능성과 전략물자의 유입에 대한 우려 또한 높은 실정이며, 북한의 핵실험 및 미사일 발사 등 군사적 도발에 따른 UN 안전보장이사회결의와 국제사회의 경제제재가 대북 지원의 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 바이오가스플랜트의 대북지원 가능 물품에 대하여 UN 제재품목여부를 기반으로 제재가능성을 평가하고, 원활한 대북지원을 위한 해결책을 논하고자 한다.
