This study intended to provide more refined information on color preferences by systematizing the concept of the color preference(general color preference, apparel color preference) and revealing different trends in the color preference and the actual possession of apparels. We collected data from 303 females in the ages between 20 and 40 in Seoul and analyzed by paired t-test. The results were as follows: 1. The analysis on general color preference, apparel color preference, and apparel possession color revealed that the cold colors such as blue and violet marked higher, and the warm colors such as yellow and orange marked lower in general color preference. For apparel color preference, neutral and brown were among the highest and the rest of the colors were in the same trend as general color preference. Apparel possession color showed defined accordance with apparel color preference. In terms of tones, pale tone marked the highest in general color preference and was followed by vivid, dull, and dark tones in decreasing order. For apparel color preference, pastel, dul1, and dark tones were among the highest. 2. Comparison between general color preference and apparel color preference in terms of hue showed that, except for orange, every hue showed disagreement in general color preference and apparel color preference. Neutral and brown hues marked higher in apparel color preference than in general color preference where as a]1 the other hues marked higher in general color preference. Comparison between apparel color preference and apparel possession color in terms of hue revealed that in most hues, apparel possession color was lower than apparel color preference. In terms of tones, vivid and pale tones marked higher in general color preference than in apparel color preference while dull and dark tones marked higher in apparel color preference than in general color preference.

Franchisors court additional franchisees as marketing partners for continued growth in sales revenue. Competitive climate, potential franchisees have their choice of suitors and are likely to scrutinize them carefully. As this research makes, franchisors affiliated with chains that forge strong partnerships are to achieve superior performance. The chain that promises a strong partnership is more have its choice of prospective franchise partners. Developing strong partnerships can use to recruit high quality franchisees. If franchisors with to experience the benefits of a strong franchise partnership, they must be willing to work on behalf of the partnership, perform roles that may extend beyond their traditional boundaries, and resolve their disagreement to the benefit of the partnership rather than to their own benefit. Strong partnerships require sacrifices on the part of both the franchisees and franchisors. However, These sacrifices have substantial payoffs in terms of franchisor performance as well as the performance of the relationship as a whole.
This study researches on the two types. First, Researched into important perception, relationship maintenance perception, relationship improvement, relationship recognition between franchisor and franchisee, Seconds, Researched into correlation between franchisor and franchisee at function achievement and relationship maintenance, conflict resolve and relationship maintenance, function achievement and compare with competitor. If franchisor with to experience the benefits of a strong franchise partnership, they must be willing to work on behalf of the partnership, perform roles that may extend beyond their traditional boundaries, and resolve their disagreement to the benefit of the partnership rather than to their own benefit. Strong partnerships require sacrifices on the part of both the franchisees and franchisors. However, These sacrifices have substantial payoffs in terms of franchisor performance as well as the performance of the relationship as a whole.

The hydro-dynamical and ecological coupled model were applied in the Tokyo Bay, to evaluate the flow pattern including water quality parameters and the distribution of biomass flux, and to compare with the results obtained from the satellite data during March 2001. The flow pattern and salinity distribution obtained from the present model were nearly identical with those of the previous studies. SST from NOAA/AVHRR was $2.5^{\circ}C$ higher than model results in the mouth of bay and $0.5^{\circ}C$ lower than model results in the inner bay, respectively. It was found that the concentration of chlorophyll-a estimated from SeaWiFS was considerably higher than that of model result, regardless similar distribution pattern. This disagreement will be studied through the more elaborate investigation in the future.
Five direct/diffuse decomposition models were validated using the eight years data set of direct normal beam insolation measured in Seoul. The comparison has been performed In terms of the widely used statistical indicators such as MBE, RMSE, CV(RMSE), t-Statistic and Degree of Agreement. Result indicates that most of the correlations exhibit a tendency to underestimate the direct normal beam insolation except Bouguer's model. Most of big discrepancies between the measured and the predicted values was mainly shown in near the sunrising and the sunset period. Even though the investigated five models showed fairly large disagreement for the measured values by 34%$\sim$48% of CV(RMSE), Udagawa's correlation which includes the effect of solar altitude variation appears to performs always better in every statistical error tests.
Objectives: The objective of this study was to assess the safety of 'Gamitaeeumjowee-tang' by analyzing adverse events in weight loss program in combination with 'Gamitaeeumjowee-tang' and low-calorie diet. Methods: A retrospective review of adverse events in weight loss program in combination with 'Gamitaeeumjowee-tang' and low-calorie diet from the electronic medical chart (n=124) between June 2015 and December 2016 was conducted. Three Korean Medicine Doctors (KMDs) reviewed adverse events for two times, during week 2 to 4 and at week 10, after starting weight loss program. Adverse events were evaluated in terms of causality, severity and system-organ classes. Also, agreement among the three KMDs was made through further discussion in case of disagreement after independent review. Results: The overall rate of adverse events was 37.1% during week 2 to 4 and 16.9% at week 10. For causality of adverse events using the World Health Organization-Uppsala Monitoring Centre causality categories, 52.2% were evaluated 'possible' at week 2-4 and 57.1% were evaluated 'unlikely' at week 10. All symptoms were evaluated as 'mild' by LDS scale. Nausea (15, 12.1%) was the most frequent adverse event at week 2-4 and dizziness (6, 4.8%) was the most common at week 10. Conclusions: Adverse events decreased over time. There were no serious adverse events and none of the subjects were dropped due to adverse events. Continuous study is needed to prove the safety of 'Gamitaeeumjowee-tang' for treating obesity.
Objectives: The purpose of this review is to assess the efficacy and safety of Hwangryunhaedok-tang for type 2 diabetes without complications by systemic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Methods: We searched the following up to March 31. 2021: PubMed, EMBASE, The Cochrane Library, CNKI, CiNii, KISS, KMBASE, OASIS, ScienceON. Data extraction and assessment of Cochrane's risk of bias (RoB) tool were performed by two independent authors, and if there was disagreement between two researchers, it was resolved through the intervention of a third researcher. Results: A total of seven trials are included in this systemic review. The treatment group (Hwangryunhaedok-tang plus conventional treatment) showed more statistically significant effects than did the control group (conventional treatment only) in fasting plasma glucose level, 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose level, glycated hemoglobin A1c, fasting insulin level, and HOMA-IR. There was no significant difference between the treatment group (Hwangryunhaedok-tang alone) and the control group (metformin alone). Conclusion: Hwangryunhaedok-tang might have efficacy and safety in controlling blood sugar level and improving insulin-resistance. However, the number of studies included in the meta-analysis was insufficient, and the Hwangryunhaedok-tang used in the included studies was not standardized. Also, the quality of the involved studies was generally low. Therefore, further studies are needed to determine the efficacy and safety of Hwangryunhaedok-tang treatment for type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Objective : This study aims to examine the effectiveness and safety of herbal medicines in upper respiratory tract infection by conducting systematic review against amoxicillin. Methods : Relevant randomized controlled trials (RCTs) published by December 2020 were searched in PubMED database. Study selection was conducted according to the PRISMA guideline. The Risk of Bias of the RCTs were evaluated based on the Cochrane criteria. Study selection and bias assessment were conducted independently by two researchers, and the third party was involved if there is a disagreement. Results : Three RCTs were included. Meta-analysis was not performed due to different specific disease and outcome measurements among the included studies. Herbal medicine showed statistically significant improvement in symptoms and endoscopic findings compared to amoxicillin in acute rhinosinusitis. In addition, herbal medicine showed statistically significant improvement in symptoms and a smaller dose of additional antibiotics in acute tonsillitis. However, herbal medicine showed no significant effects compared to amoxicillin in chronic sinusitis patients after functional endoscopic sinus surgery. In terms of adverse events, no significant difference was observed between the herbal medicine group and the amoxicillin group in all studies. Conclusion : Herbal medicine might be more effective than amoxicillin in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection. Nevertheless, it is hard to clear that conclusion due to the fact that the collected studies were conducted on different specific diseases and herbal medicine, and that the included studies had flaws in the research methodology.
This study sought to examine and revise the 'Multicultural Family Support Act' for domestic multicultural families. To this end, we looked at the Multicultural Family Support Act along with the current status and support policies of multicultural families. First, as in Article 1 of the Act, it proposed to reflect Article 3 of the Article 5(basic ideas) to realize the purpose of the law contributing to 'improvement of quality of life' and 'social integration'. Second, the current law stipulates that support and related policies should be implemented every five years, and by conducting planning and due diligence surveys every three years, it suggested the necessity of consensus on the disagreement between the support policy and the planning period. Third, the government proposed a revision to the mandatory regulation (that is, it should be done) under the provisions set by law. Finally, we proposed a plan to designate 'Multicultural Family Day' or to designate it with other family days. As the globalization of the members of each country, which has been rapidly continuing in the 21st century, it is expected that Korea will be able to welcome them and review the act and institutional devices that can be together more than ever.
