Data were collected from September 2, 2021 to October 6, 2021. The collected data wre analyzed using IBM SPSS 26.0 program, and analyzed with t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, and Multiple Regression Analysis. Factors affecting the subject's attitude toward people with disabilities were perception of people with disabilities(t=-3.96, p<.001), presence or absence of contact with patients with disabilities(t=3.23, p=.001), and the ability to perceive responsibility among human rights sensitivity(t=2.13, p=.035), whether or not they had completed education for improvement the awareness of the disabilities(t=2.90, p=.004), and whether they were recognized of the Act on the Right to Health and Medical Accessibility for the Disabled(t=2.44, p=.016), which showed 30% of explanatory power(F=9.36, p<.001). This study has been designed to develop integrated supportive service works for the families of disabled children registered in the D-Healthy Family Support Center. The service works are intended to improve family members' health and their growth potentials, and cover service programs of family education, counselling, culture solidarity, and information networks. There are two topics covered in this study; first, this study is to develop integrated supportive service programs for the families of disabled children, and second, the study is also to construct comprehensive strategies and plans for effective services after evaluating practical service programs. In this study, 31 families with one or more disabled children have been selected through stratified random sampling, and all the family members were observed for program effects of integrated service items developed from previously validated indices. For analysis, eight question items were made for interview and each item denotes satisfaction score ranging from 1(very dissatisfied) to 5(very satisfied) on the Likert's five point scale. Mean value of each item was counted after the program, and satisfaction scores were compared over the programs implementation. Overall, the satisfaction scores range 4.1 to 4.6, indicating relatively high satisfaction over most service program. Therefore, it is finally proposed that a longitudinal strategy model offer high quality service programs consistently for the target families, as a goal of achieving comprehensive cooperation and support exchanges between community and healthy family support center be schematized.

A single group pretest-posttest design was employed for this study, which was conducted at a community rehabilitation center located in Ulsan, South Korea. Methods: Death Education Program was conducted for 16 family caregivers of disabled individuals who agreed to participate in this study. A 2.5-hour session was conducted once a week for 10 weeks. To investigate the effects of the education program, structured questionnaires, which assessed the patients and their family member's conceptions on the meaning of life, and their resilience, burden, and attitude towards death, were administered before and after the program. Results: The subjects' conception of the meaning of life and resilience did not significantly change. The median scores for the burden of family caregivers declined, while those for the subjects' attitude towards death increased, after attending the education program. Purpose: This study was performed to compare mothers' health promotion behaviors between those who have a disabled child and those who have a healthy child. Method: The participants were 243 mothers from 24 Daycare Centers for Children with Disabilities and 310 mothers from 5 child daycare centers. Mothers with preschool children completed self-report questionnaires, asking about health behaviors for preschool children. Data from these surveys was analyzed using the ANOVA, t-test, and $x^2$-test with the SPSS 15.0 Win program. Result: Mothers with disabled children showed less health promotion behaviors than the mothers' of children without disabilities. Two sub-categories, activity-exercise and health perception-health management pattern, showed significant differences between the two groups. In addition, mothers' health behaviors for disabled children were significantly different according to the children's age, mothers' employed status, and number of children in the family. Conclusion: These results suggest that mothers with disabled preschool children are likely to practice less health promotion behaviors with their children compared to others. These findings suggest that health promotion support programs for mothers with disabled children should be developed and offered. For effective intervention, pediatric nurses also need to be involved in the health of disabled children.
A well designed disabled home needs to consider various design principles and variables. It should consider not only physical accessibility but also psychological aspects. Previous research studies have shown that barrier-free/universal designs which were primarily focused on physical access and usage of facilities and building operations. This research paper will examine, a selection of refurbished disabled homes, introduced by the Korean Disabled People's Development Institutes in 2013. The plan samples are to be analyzed using the Visual Access and Exposure spatial analysis program coupled with supporting information extracted from consultations and feedback from experienced professional disabled home staff members. This research paper aims to propose the usage and viability of VAE Analysis in the design and planning of disabled home layouts. The purpose of this study is to specify the differences in visual spatial relationships between the plans before and after refurbishment in accordance to staff and user requirements. Purpose : In this study, a group art therapy program was applied to mothers who are the main rears of disabled children to confirm its effect by comparing the self-esteem and parenting efficacy of the mothers prior to and after the program. Methods : 17 subjects recruited by using the 2-group prior-after control group study design method were randomly allocated. The study was conducted on 8 subjects in the experimental group for whom an art therapy program is applied and 9 subjects in the control group. The experimental group was subjected to group art therapy lasting 60 minutes once a week. Activity goals and contents were predetermined for each subject for each session, and a total of 10 sessions of the program was applied for 10 weeks. Self-esteem and parenting efficacy prior to and after the program of the subjects were measured by using corresponding self-esteem and parenting efficacy scales. Measurement data were analyzed by using the Mann-Whitney Test. Results : It was possible to observe that the self-esteem and parenting efficacy of the subjects in the experimental group to whom the art therapy program was applied underwent more significant changes in comparison to those of the control group (p<.01). Conclusion : Group art therapy induces social support experiences of group therapy and an improvement of an assertive attitude towards art therapy. Since there was a significant improvement of self-esteem and parenting efficacy in the results of this study when the group art therapy program is applied, it is believed its clinically meaningful application would be possible. In particular, it can be utilized in programs for disabled children in a family unit from the perspective that it improves parenting efficacy, which can impart an affirmative effect not only to the main rear but also to all the family members.
The purpose of study was to identify the influence of perceived family strengths on parenting stress of mother with disabled children. Cross-sectional descriptive study design was employed. Participants were mothers with disabled children who recruited from D & C city. Collected data was analyzed using SPSS 21 version with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, & multiple regression. Family strength was negatively correlated with the parenting stress. In regression analysis, religion, treatment period, and family strength had a significant impact on parenting stress (F=5.158, p<.001) and these factors explained 28.5% of the parenting stress. These findings indicated that it is necessary to develop a program for increasing family strength in parent with disabled children.
