본 연구는 우리나라 장애인을 대상으로 장애인의 전반적인 의료이용에 대한 현황 및 수준을 파악하고 장애인의 의료이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 장애인의 건강증진과 의료서비스 이용 활성화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 제6차 국민건강영양조사 대상자 중 만 19세 이상의 장애인을 분석한 결과, 성별, 연령, 월평균가구소득, 장애유형, 장애등급, 흡연 등에서 의료이용에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 성별에서는 남성보다는 여성이, 연령은 낮을수록, 가구소득이 낮을수록 의료 미치료 확률이 높았다. 장애유형에서는 정신적 장애인이 의료 미치료 확률이 높은 것을 확인하였고, 장애등급이 높을수록, 흡연자일수록 의료 미치료 확률이 높은 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 우리나라 장애인의 의료 미치료 해소를 위하여 장애 의료와 관련한 정책적 제도의 개선과 장애인 복지사업에 대한 불평등 해소 방안의 지속적인 관리가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. 또한, 장애인의 구강 건강 수준을 높일 수 있도록 의료이용의 행태에 대한 지속적이고 정기적인 사회 보험제도의 개선 필요성이 있음을 시사한 것으로 평가 할 수 있다.

This study examines how to improve clothes according to types of disability and classify related studies. The study method used a literature review along with studies conducted after 2000. According to the results, the types of disability causing difficulty in terms of clothing habits are limb disorders and sensory defects among the types of physical disability. The results of the quantitative measurement on studies indicated that the number of studies increased almost twice as much before 2000. Particularly with the development of new technology and fashion trends, the number of studies on design increased. The topics of studies are found in design development, construction for disabled, and understanding clothing life. The design development topic is about suggesting functional designs that can protect the human body or aid in the use of rehabilitation devices. The construction topic for the disabled is to improve the inconvenience of wearing clothes, particularly for those with limb disorders. Lastly, the topic of examining clothing life is about using new technology to provide individuals with sensory defects with information about clothing life or the current status of the clothing market for the disabled.

Recently as the population of the disabled increased, interest and understanding toward them have deepened and the importance of universal design has risen. The purpose of this study is to understand the 3-dimensional body figure of the disabled by collecting a plaster figure using plaster dressing method and developing an individual nude body using FRP, with one female wheelchair user as the subject. The results of this study are as follows: First, 3-dimensional shape grasp about the figure of the obstacle person as is. Second, developing of individual nude body. Third, the presentation of the practical use idea of individual nude body. Last is the security of the basic document about the universal design. Uses the individual nude body in future and under producing boil a basic pattern and disabled person clothing. This study is to promote barrier-free environment to accommodate the request and the need for accessibility and convenience of disabled people including pregnant women, children and the elderly in using civic service offices which are supposed to play a role as community centers. This study researches the current state of facilities for convenience and analyzes the result according to the type of reasons which prevent disabled persons to get the accessibility and convenience for the information as well as the facilities. Sample cases are 15 civic service offices which are newly built after 1998 in the city of Daegu. There are found three types of problems about convenient facilities, which are the first cases with facilities not installed, the second cases with facilities not properly installed according to the rule, and the third cases with facilities installed properly according to the rule but inconvenient for the actual use. This study proposes a more critical process for the building permit to promote the rate of proper installation of convenience facilities, and the supplementary law with more specific regulations to improve the physical environment for the actual use of physically disabled people.

Objectives: It is reported that the depression of women with disabilities is higher than that of men with disabilities and people with disabilities. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the depression level and influencing factors of middle-aged women with disabilities. Method: For this study, the 2020 survey on the disabled was used. The subjects were 2,546 middle-aged and disabled women over the age of 40 who responded to the survey. For data analysis, SPSS Window 26.0 program was used. Descriptive analysis, chi-square test, and multiple logistic analysis were performed to identify factors affecting depression in middle-aged women with disabilities. Results: In this study, marital status, subjective economic status, disability type, subjective health status, subjective obesity, chronic disease, exercise, stress and suicidal ideation, and self-going ability variables of middle-aged and elderly women with disabilities were found to be related to depression. Factors affecting the depression of middle-aged women with disabilities were analyzed to be marital status, smoking, stress, and suicidal ideation variables. Conclusion: Stress and suicidal ideation should be reduced to effectively reduce depression and improve depression in middle-aged and elderly women with disabilities. And the development and application of health education and programs that can promote mental health are required.

본 연구는 한국복지패널 데이터 15차년도 자료를 활용하여 중장년 장애인의 소득지위와 삶의 만족 사이에 우울과 사회적 지지가 매개효과를 가지는지 대해 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 중장년 장애인의 소득지위는 우울(B=.241, p<.001), 사회적 지지(B=-.167, p<.001) 및 삶의 만족(B=-.277, p<.001)에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 중장년 장애인의 소득지위가 삶의 만족 사이에 영향을 미치는 데 있어 우울과 사회적 지지의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 셋째, 중장년 장애인의 소득지위와 삶의 만족 사이에 우울과 사회적 지지가 다중매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 중장년 장애인에 대한 적정한 수준에서 생활이 가능하도록 지원하는 소득지원 체계가 마련되어야 할 것이다. 또한, 중장년 장애인의 삶의 만족을 높이기 위해 우울에 적극 대처할 수 있는 정신건강 지원 서비스 개입과 사회적 지지망의 확대가 필요하다.

구강보건 관련 취약계층에 해당하는 거주 장애인의 개인위생과 구강위생 업무수행의 어려움의 정도 및 구강보건 수행환경을 알아보고자, 경기도 장애복지 시설 생활재활교사에게 설문조사를 실시하여 총 111부를 기술통계와 상관분석으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 거주 장애인의 개인위생은 자발적인 칫솔질, 칫솔질 중요도 인식, 자신의 칫솔 찾기와는 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째 거주 장애인의 구강위생 수행과 관련한 어려움의 정도는 자신의 칫솔 찾기, 치과 의료기관의 구강검사 여부에서 보통이상을 수행할 수 있는 것으로 나타났고, 자발적 수행정도에서는 잇몸 맛사지, 설탕 함유 식품 자제순으로 잘하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자발적인 칫솔질을 잘 수행할수록 올바른 칫솔질 방법 등에 대한 교육을 적절하게 받고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 3분 이상 칫솔질과 회전법 칫솔질을 스스로 잘 수행 할수록 구강관리용품을 적절하게 지원받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혀 닦기를 잘 수행할수록 담당 장애인의 수는 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 거주 장애인이 개인위생을 실천하기 어려운 경우, 구강위생 실천에 도움을 줄 수 있는 생활재활교사 및 장애인에게 지속적인 치위생 중재 프로그램이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

The object of this study is to explore the attitudes of occupational therapy students and "general students" (who study in different areas other than occupational therapy) towards people with disabilities, and to examine the causing factors of positive and negative attitudes toward people with disabilities by using Disability Factor Scales (DFS). According to the result of the study using the Disability Factor Scales (DFS), it indicates that the attitudes of the occupational therapy students were more positive than those of "general students" from other departments. In the case of score differences among occupational therapy students by class standing, seniors who experienced clinical practice showed a less favorable attitude toward the disabled than freshmen, so it is necessary to develop clinical practice and an occupational therapy curricula that incorporate patient-centered treatment rather than therapist-centered education with simple physical contact or illness problems.

본 연구는 융복합 시대 취업 여성장애인을 대상으로 일자리에서의 차별경험이 일 만족도에 미치는 영향에 있어 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 장애인고용개발원에서 조사한 장애인고용패널 8차년도 자료를 활용하였으며, 취업 여성장애인 549명을 대상으로 경로분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 취업 여성장애인의 일자리에서의 차별경험은 직무만족도에 부적(-)인 영향을 미치며, 자아존중감은 취업 여성장애인의 차별경험과 일 만족도 간에 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 취업 여성장애인의 차별경험이 많을수록 일 만족도가 낮게 나타나는 상황에서 자아존중감의 제고를 통해 일 만족도를 높일 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 제안하고, 취업 여성장애인의 일 만족도를 높일 수 있는 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

Learning methods using various assistive and smart devices have been developed to enable independent learning of the disabled. Pointer control is the most important consideration for the disabled when controlling a device and the contents of an existing graphical user interface (GUI) environment; however, difficulties can be encountered when using a pointer, depending on the disability type; Although there are individual differences depending on the blind, low vision, and upper limb disability, problems arise in the accuracy of object selection and execution in common. A multimodal interface pilot solution is presented that enables people with various disability types to control web interactions more easily. First, we classify web interaction types using digital devices and derive essential web interactions among them. Second, to solve problems that occur when performing web interactions considering the disability type, the necessary technology according to the characteristics of each disability type is presented. Finally, a pilot solution for the multimodal interface for each disability type is proposed. We identified three disability types and developed solutions for each type. We developed a remote-control operation voice interface for blind people and a voice output interface applying the selective focusing technique for low-vision people. Finally, we developed a gaze-tracking and voice-command interface for GUI operations for people with upper-limb disability.
