최근에 국립장애인도서관(The National Library for Individuals with Disabilities)이 개관함으로써 장애인을 위한 도서관 봉사에 관심이 한층 더 높아지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 도서관의 장애인 봉사를 한 단계 더 높이기 위하여, 장애 및 복지분야의 전문가인 사회복지사(social worker)의 도서관 인식(library perception)을 근거로 두 직종간의 협력방안을 정책적으로 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 제시한 정책적 협력방안은 다음과 같다: (1) 소셜 네트워크를 이용하여 사서와 사회복지사와의 전문소통 채널을 구축해야 한다. (2) 사회복지사에게 도서관과 사서의 가치와 필요성에 대한 홍보를 강화하여야 한다. (3) 사서의 사회복지분야 전문지식의 교육을 강화하여야 한다. (4) 사서와 사회복지사 업무간의 명확한 정체성을 확립하여야 한다.

이 연구에서는 활동보조인 교육 실시 결과를 바탕으로 중점적으로 개선되어야 하는 요인을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 중요도-만족도 분석을 실시하였다. 활동보조인 교육 중요도만족도 측정 문항의 요인구조, 상관성을 검증하고 IPA 메트릭스를 통해 각 요인들이 중점 개선, 개선 요망, 노력 지속, 현상 유지 중 어느 위치에 해당하는 지를 알아보았다. 또한 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 이 연구는 경기남부권의 활동보조인 교육에 참여하는 231명이 대상이었다. 연구결과, 활동보조인 교육은 '교육 운영'과 '교육과정'의 2개의 요인으로 탐색되었고, 대부분 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. IPA 분석결과 활동보조인 교육 운영에서는 '교육기간'이, 교육과정에서는 '실기수업'과 '이론수업' 요인이 중점 개선될 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교육기간은 활동보조인 교육 운영 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 이론수업은 활동보조인 교육과정 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 경기남부권 활동보조인 교육운영 기관에서 교육을 받은 대상자를 중심으로 중요도-만족도를 조사한 것으로 연구 결과를 일반화하는 데는 제한가 있을 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 활동보조인의 업무수행능력 제고를 위한 활동보조인 교육 중요도와 만족도를 분석하여 교육의 질을 개선하고자 하는 방안을 제시하였다는 것에 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 보완대체의사소통(AAC)를 통해 지역사회 자립생활 지원에 기초자료가 될 발달장애인 당사자의 욕구와 의사를 밝히는데 목적이 있으며 나아가 발달장애인에 포용적인 지역사회를 구현하는데 기여하고자 했다. 이를 위해 2020년 8월 7일부터 9월 11일까지, 훈련된 조사원이, AAC 설문지를 활용하여 발달장애인 전문기관에서 추천받은 당사자 74명을 대상으로 1:1 면접조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0으로 빈도분석, 교차분석, T검정 분석했다. 그 결과 발달장애인의 지역사회 자립생활에는 주거와 취업 등 지역사회 차원의 여건 조성, 적성과 기호를 고려한 일자리 등이 중요하며 시민으로서의 권리행사 등 사회참여에 대한 기대와 욕구가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기존 대리인을 통한 연구결과와 다른 것으로, 향후 발달장애인 지원정책이 의사결정 지원에 의한 당사자의 욕구에 기초하고 '지역사회의 일원으로 지역사회 안에서 살아가는 일상적 삶'을 지향해야 함을 보여준다.

본 연구는 영국에서 태동한 장애에 대한 사회적모델과 미국에서 발현된 자립생활모델을 이론적으로 비교함으로써 각 모델이 갖는 정체성을 뚜렷하게 부각시키는데 있다. 연구결과, 상이점으로 사회적모델은 거시적인 이념적 수준에서 장애의 원인에 대한 패러다임의 변화를 추구한 반면, 자립생활모델은 자조모임과 활동보조서비스라는 구체적인 사회변화 양상을 요구하는 자립생활실천의 미시적 관점에서 당사자의 서비스에 대한 통제권을 강조한다. 유사성으로서는 당사자주의, 장애에 대한 사회적 책임, 초기단계에서의 지적장애인의 소외, 장애인차별금지법 제정에의 추동력 제공 등을 들 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 양 모델의 정체성을 보다 뚜렷하게 하는 장점과 함께, 향후 서비스 실천현장에서, 장애운동계에서 어떻게 이들을 이해하고 있으며 실제 관련 법률의 개정, 장애인장기요양제도 등의 도입·전개에 있어 실제 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지를 살펴볼 수 있는 이론적 틀을 제시했다는데 그 의의가 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지사의 윤리의식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 2020년 한국 사회복지사 통계연감의 비율을 기반으로 서울 사회복지시설에 근무하는 사회복지사 512명에게 온라인 설문을 실시하여 연구했다. 연구는 IRB 승인으로 진행되었다. 본 연구의 분석과 통계는 SPSS & AMOS 25.0를 활용했다. 사회복지사의 윤리의식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감의 매개효과 검증은 부트스트랩핑을 활용하였다. 연구결과 사회복지사의 윤리의식이 자기효능감과 직무만족에 정(+)적인 영향을 검증하였다. 또한 사회복지사의 윤리의식이 직무만족에 미치는 사이에서 자기효능감의 정(+)적인 매개효과를 검증했다. 연구결과 사회복지사의 직무만족 증진을 위한 윤리의식에 관한 역량강화 지원 및 자기효능감을 도모할 수 있도록 돕는 제도와 실천이 중요함을 시사한다.

We are stepping into so called "aged society" stage, as the mature people account for 7% of the population by UN's standard yardstick. The goal of this research is to provide the fundamental source in producing ecological lifestyle uniforms of health and substantiality: LOHAS which are relevant to high performance and healthy body and take things like architecture, driving, surroundings, and recycling as main factors. the results of study were as follows: Therefore we can predict, through exerting researches about consumer's usage and preference of uniforms, that the garment business will be upgraded to the medical welfare and urban life style business level. All of the silver town resident we researched wear silver town uniforms, and the uniforms were chosen by the owner and operator. This research was processed through the survey of supervisors who were employed in senior residences. 66% of elderly changed their clothes for laundary every 2 days, The timing of removal of the old uniform was that 17% was less than 1 years, consideration of buying silver-town uniforms were consider materials, design, laundary, convenience of administration, durability, color, cost.

본 논문에서는 스마트 정보화시대에 장애인을 위한 스마트 기기의 접근성 준수 현황을 조사하고 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 현재 가장 많이 사용하고 있는 스마트 기기 운영체제(IOS, Android, Windows)기반의 스마트 기기의 시각, 청각, 지체장애인 접근성 제공 현황을 조사하고 비교분석을 통해 개선방안을 도출하여 장애인의 스마트 기기의 접근성 개선방안을 제시하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the balance confidence and balance ability among community-residing stroke patients. Methods: The sample for this study was a convenience sample obtained from patients who visited welfare centers for the disabled in three cities from October to December in 2009. The Activities-specific Balance Confidence Scale and Berg Balance Scale were used to measure confidence in task performance and balance ability. Results: The level of balance confidence and balance ability were low in these subjects. There was a significant relationship between balance confidence and balance ability (r=.424, p=.000). Subjects with less balance ability felt less balance confidence. Conclusion: Among community-residing stroke patients, falls are common. Falls prevention which may contribute to the incidence of fall and fall related injury should be part of stroke rehabilitation plan. Also, it is necessary that an intervention for falls prevention after stroke should take into account factors such as the balance confidence and balance ability.

최근 대형화된 재난사고가 빈번히 발생하고 있으며 이에 따른 건축물의 피난설계가 중요시 되고 있지만 일반인에 비해 재해 시 피난이 곤란한 재해약자가 이용하는 시설에서의 성능설계나 피난계획은 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 장애인 복지시설을 대상으로 피난안전성평가를 실시하여 그 문제점을 도출하였으며 그 결과 장애인시설의 피난안전을 위해서는 피난개시시간, 엘리베이터 피난, 내장재, 발코니 유무, 출구 폭 등의 문제점에 관한 대책이 시급하며 또한 성능기반 피난안전설계 의무화가 우선시 되어야 할것으로 판단되었다.

Social services are divided into care services and other support services for the elderly, children and the disabled. These social services are the subject of great policy interest in that they can create two effects at the same time: increase in labor demand for service providers and increase the possibility of long-term accumulation of human capital for service recipients. Therefore, this study aims to confirm the hypothesis according to whether the use of social services affects family relationships and the effects of social service users' psychological adaptation on marital and parent-child relationships even when other related variables are controlled. The final result of this thesis is a regression analysis to find out the effect of psychological adaptation on the family relationship, spouse relationship, and relationship with children of subjects who have experience using social services. -.661, p=0.001), the higher the psychological adaptation, the higher the spouse satisfaction (β=.465, p=0.001) and relationship satisfaction with children (β=.360, p=0.001). In other words, it was found that the more depressed the psychologically, the more negative the relationship with spouse and children.
