서울 시내 호텔 기업의 경력 개발 제도의 지향성이 개인 만족과 조직 만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of the Directions of Career Development on Individual & Organizational Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study is finding the right direction to make the best career development systems for the employees in hotel industry in Korea. The condition of the best career development system is satisfaction from companies and employees each other. However, making that condition is not easy for every industry as well as for hotel industry over the world. In this respect, we can find the three directions of career development for applying the systems to the employees like strategy direction oriented, development direction oriented and employee satisfaction oriented. Among those directions, we have to find the best direction for individual satisfaction and organizational company satisfaction. This study will help to make and execute the plan for career development in real hotel industry fields, especially for the policy of human resources management. In this study, we can see the importance of employees' satisfaction for managing a hotel. The increasing productivity of the hotel eventually will be made from career development through employee satisfaction.

일방향성 배열을 가진 Sic whisker에 의해 강화된 알루미나 복합체의 Whisker orientation 에 따른 마모마찰 특성 (Tribological Behavior of the Alumina Reinforced with Unidirectionally Oriented SiC whiskers depending on whisker orientation)

  • Sliding wear test was employed to determine the effect of whisker content and orientation on the firiction and wear behavior of SiC whisker reinforced alumina. Composites containing unidirectionally oriented whiskers were prepared by a modified tape casting followed by lamination, binder removal and hot pressing in order to align the whiskers in the tape casting direction. Wear coefficients on three directions were measured; parallel and normal to the tape casting direction on the tape casting surface and normal to lamination direction on surfnce normal to the tape casting direction. In the effect of whisker orientation, the highest wear rate was obtained in the direction parallel tape casting direction and the lowest in the direction normal to lamination direction at all temperatures. Silicon oxide layer amoothing the surface was detected by energy dispersive X-ray analysis on the worn surface.

  • It is well known that Grain-oriented electrical steel sheets have two dimensional magnetic properties according to the direction of exciting field such as non-linear phase difference between magnetic flux density and magnetic field intensity vectors, different iron loss and permeability even when an alternating magnetic field is applied. The measurement and application of the two dimensional magnetic properties of the Grain-oriented electrical steel sheets, therefore, are very important for the design and precise performance analysis of electric machines made of them. As the direction of exciting field changes, in this paper, the two dimensional magnetic properties of a Grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, i.e., non-linear B-H curves, phase difference between B and H, and iron loss characteristics, are measured using SST(Single Sheet Tester) which has two axes excitation. The measured results are presented in two ways: using $(B,\theta_B)$ method and using hysteresis loops along rolling and transverse directions, respectively.

소결방법에 따른 ZrB $_{2 }$ - ZrC 복합체에서의 결정립 방위 분포의 변화 (Grain orientation distribution of the ZrB $_{2 }$ - ZrCcomposite sintered by the different sintering technique)

  • 상압 소결법(PLS, pressureless sintering) 및 방전가열 소결법(SPS, spark plasma sintering)으로 소결한 {{{{ {ZrB }_{2 } - ZrC }}}} 복합체의 미세구조를 SEM-EBSP 법에 의해 결정기하학적으로 분석하였다. PLS법에 의해 소결된 복합체에서 {{{{ { ZrB}_{2 } }}}}의 (1010) 면은ND(시편에 수직인 방향)로 배향되었고, ZrC 경우 (101) 및 (111)면이 ND방향으로 배향되었다. 한편 SPS법에 위해 소결된 {{{{ { ZrB}_{2 } }}}}의 (0001)A면은 ND방향으로 강하게 배향되었다. ZrC인 경우 (001) 면만이 ND방향으로 배향되었다. PLS법에 의한 소결체의 결정립은 특정방위에 대해 약한 배향을 갖으면서, {{{{ { ZrB}_{2 } }}}}와 ZrC상 계면의 구조적 조화가 우수한 반면, SPS법에 의한 소결체의 결정립들은 특정방향으로 강하게 배향되는 경향을 보인다.

Wear Behaviors of Unidirectionally Oriented $Si_{3}N_{4w}/Si_{3}N_{4}$ Composites

  • Wear behaviors of unidirectionally oriented $Si_3N_{4w)/Si_3N_4$ composites, sintered at different temperatures with different alignments of whiskers, have been studied in parallel and perpendicular sliding directions with respect to the orientation of the whiskers by using a ball-on-disk reciprocating sliding apparatus. The results show that wear rate in parallel direction is much greater than that in perpendicular direction. With decreasing alignment of the whiskers, the wear rate decreases in parallel sliding direction and increases in perpendicular direction. With increasing sintering temperature, the wear rate increases obviously in both parallel and perpendicular directions.

  • In this paper, a double-excitation type single sheet tester is developed to measure the magnetic characteristics of the electrical steel sheets. The developed system has the uniform magnetic field area of 20$\times$20mm$^{2}$, and can be applied to the measurement of the magnetic characteristics of the Non-oriented and Grain oriented electrical steel sheets. In the developed system, the magnetic flux density and magnetic field intensity are measured by using B-coil and H-coil, respectively. The B-coil has 1 turn search coil for each direction, and H-coil has 640 and 640 turns for rolling direction and transverse direction on the Im thickness Glass-Epoxy basement, respectively. Through experiments, it Is shown that the system can measure the magnetic characteristics up to 1.87 of magnetic flux density in the rolling direction in case of the Grain oriented electrical steel sheet. The measured results are compared with those measured in Okayama university, .Japan.

가정관리에서의 생활표준 : 진단과 과제 (The Standard in family resource management: Diagnosis and future direction)

  • The purpose of this study were to clarify the concepts, origin, and roles of standard, to diagnose the standard developed in contemporary family living, and to suggest desirable standard for effective home management. Five prevalent standards found in managing family resources were convenient-oriented standard, others-oriented standard, material-oriented standard, individual-oriented standard, and frugal-oriented standard. The changes of social and cultural environments and family resources affecting these standards and some problems resulted from these were discussed. Considering undesirable effect of old standards on resource management, family relationship, quality of life, and society in general, these old standards should be replaced by compromise convenient-oriented standard, self-oriented standard, being-oriented, joint-oriented standard, and new frugal-oriented standard. Some recommendations for future research, publicity, and policy were suggested.

Fast Patch-based De-blurring with Directional-oriented Kernel Estimation

  • This paper proposes a fast patch-based de-blurring algorithm including kernel estimation based on the angle between the edge and the blur direction. For de-blurring, image patches from the most informative edges in the blurry image are used to estimate a kernel with low computational cost. Moreover, the kernels of each patch are estimated based on the correlation between the edge direction and the blur direction. This makes the final kernel more reliable and creates an accurate latent image from the blurry image. The combination of directionally oriented kernel estimation and patch-based de-blurring is faster and more accurate than existing state-of-the art methods. Experimental results using various test images show that the proposed method achieves its objectives: speed and accuracy.

활주로 방향설정을 위한 풍배도 프로그램의 개발 연구 (A Study on Development of Wind-Rose software for Planning Runway Direction at an Airport)

  • An Analysis of wind is essential for planning runway direction. As a general rule, the principal traffic runway at an airport should be oriented as closely as practicable in the direction of the prevailing wind. Aircraft are able to maneuver on a runway as long as the wind component at right angles to the direction of landing and taking-off, the cross wind component, is not excessive. ICAO recommends that runway be oriented so that aircraft may be landed at least 95% of the time with allowable cross wind components not exceeding specified limits based upon the airport reference field length. Based on the recommendation, the direction of the runway or runways at an airport can be determined through graphical vector analysis on wind rose. This study is to develop the wind-rose software for planning the optimum runway direction at an airport with the raw wind data based on reliable wind distribution statistics that extend over as long as a period as possible, preferably of not less than 5 years.

전 방향 에지 예측 기법을 이용한 De-interlacing 알고리듬 (Novel De-interlacing Algorithm Using All Direction Edges Estimation Technique)

  • 본 논문은 전 방향 에지예측 기법을 이용한 De-interlacing 알고리듬을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 DOI(Direction-Oriented Interpolation) 알고리듬을 기본 방법으로 사용 하였다. De-interlacing 방법은 크게 2단계로 나누어진다. 먼저 에지의 방향을 예측한 후, 잃어버린 화소값을 에지의 방향에 따라 보간하는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 고각도 에지를 고려한 DOI 알고리듬을 통하여 에지를 예측한 후 잃어버린 화소값을 중간값(median) 필터를 사용하여 보간한다. 실험 결과는 제안된 알고리듬이 기존의 알고리듬들 보다 객관적 및 주관적인 평가에서 우수함을 입증한다.
