A region merging technique is suggested in this paper for the segmentation of high-spatial resolution imagery. It employs a region growing scheme based on the region adjacency graph (RAG). The proposed algorithm uses directional neighbor-line average feature vectors to improve the quality of segmentation. The feature vector consists of 9 components which includes an observation and 8 directional averages. Each directional average is the average of the pixel values along the neighbor line for a given neighbor line length at each direction. The merging coefficients of the segmentation process use a part of the feature components according to a given merging coefficient order. This study performed the extensive experiments using simulation data and a real high-spatial resolution data of IKONOS. The experimental results show that the new approach proposed in this study is quite effective to provide segments of high quality for the object-based analysis of high-spatial resolution images.

본 논문은 교도소 출입문의 모든 개폐 현황과 정보를 온라인 네트워크를 통하여 중앙의 통제실에서 실시간으로 확인할 수 있도록 하고, 실별, 층별로 위치한 다수의 출입문 개폐동작을 개별 또는 병렬로 동시에 동작할 수 있도록 하는 중앙통제에 의한 양방향 제어시스템을 구성하였다. 현재 사용 중인 125kHz대 RFID기술의 단점을 보완하기 위해서 13.55MHz대 RFID 기술을 적용하여 보안 및 신뢰성 문제를 해결하였으며, 비정상적으로 문이 열릴 경우 경광등 및 경보음을 울리도록 하는 온라인 통제 및 관리 시스템을 개발하였다.

One of perspective direction of microfabrication is direct laser writing technology that allows to create metal, semiconductive and dielectric micropatterns on substrate surface. In this work, a two step method, the combination of seed forming process, in which metallic Al seed was selectively generated on AlN ceramic substrate by direct writing technique using a pulsed Nd : YAG laser and subsequent electroless Ni plating on the activated Al seed, was presented. The effects of laser parameters such as pulse energy, scanning speed and pulse frequency on shape of Alseed and conductor line after electroless Ni plating were investigated. The nature of the laser activated surface is analyzed from XPS data. The line width of this metallic Al and Ni is analyzed using SEM. As a results, Al seed line with 24㎛ width and 100㎛ isolated line space is obtained. Finally, laser direct writing can be applied in the field between thin and thick film technique in electronic industry.

The DC high speed circuit breaker used in Seoul Metro for line no.1.2 is Japan HITACHI and FUJI breaker, and for line no.3.4 is Whipp & Bourne MM74 breaker from UK. The years that each breakers made are 1973(line no.1), 1984(line no.3.4), So that equipments are superannuated. Nowday the for equipment exchanging is executing, equipment for exchanging were used the Secheron breaker from Swiss. but now the Intec breaker made in Korea is used. The RTU of supervisory control and data acquisition system have the capabilities that can observe, control and work the installation efficiently. In this paper, as summarizing the solving process of problem that happened the SCADA system when old-equipment exchange and concerned point for logical supervision and control of reservation factors and equipment, I'll provide the direction that can do receiving-process of control-equipment, progressed with the exchange of old-electronic equipment.

The aim of this study was to improve extrudability limit, eliminate welding line and obtain optimum thixoextrusion conditions for manufacturing tubes of 7075 Al wrought alloy. By thixoextrusion, it was possible to improve deformability, control isotropy with extrusion direction, eliminate welding line (seamless) and save cost due to low energy consumption compared with conventional extrusion processes. The welded part was not observed at the welding line area. The grains of thixoextruded tube were homogeneously distributed and equiaxed grains were observed. Therefore, thixoextrusion is the most effective variable for the control of the magnitude of the welding line.

Finger vein images contain rich oriented features. Local line binary pattern (LLBP) is a good oriented feature representation method extended from local binary pattern (LBP), but it is limited in that it can only extract horizontal and vertical line patterns, so effective information in an image may not be exploited and fully utilized. In this paper, an orientation-selectable LLBP method, called generalized local line binary pattern (GLLBP), is proposed for finger vein recognition. GLLBP extends LLBP for line pattern extraction into any orientation. To effectually improve the matching accuracy, the soft power metric is employed to calculate the matching score. Furthermore, to fully utilize the oriented features in an image, the matching scores from the line patterns with the best discriminative ability are fused using the Hamacher rule to achieve the final matching score for the last recognition. Experimental results on our database, MMCBNU_6000, show that the proposed method performs much better than state-of-the-art algorithms that use the oriented features and local features, such as LBP, LLBP, Gabor filter, steerable filter and local direction code (LDC).

본 논문에서는 다양한 건물 지붕의 검출에 사용될 수 있는 선소의 그룹화 기법을 제안한다. 먼저 에지 보존 필터를 사용하여 영상에 포함된 잡음을 제거한 후에 watershed 기법을 이용하여 에지의 위치를 보존하고 영상 분할을 수행한다. 분할된 영역의 경계선에 위치한 화소들의 곡률을 계산하여 control point를 검출하고 control point 사이의 선소를 추출한다. 추출된 선소들의 방향과 길이를 고려하여 선소의 연결을 수행하고 최종적으로 화소의 그레디언트 크기를 이용하여 선소의 위치를 조정한다. 항공 영상에 제안한 방법을 적용하여 건물 지붕을 정확하게 검출할 수 있음을 보였다.

Consequently we arrange the making line properly and are there even though we make a productivity enhance with the personnel expenses reduction to the quality enhance. We do the supplementation with existing U-line the defect of Cell-line of the making method. We try we substitute and to present the improvement direction to apply at the characteristic of the making company so that we are soft.

In this paper, we describe a method for separating text lines in handwritten Korean address images. The most remarkable feature of the proposed method is to use a modified projection technique. named a partial projection technique. A projection based text line separation method which projects the whole address image in horizontal direction to find split points for text line separation cannot avoid failing separation in case of images with a little skew or overlap between vertically neighboring text lines. To overcome this problem, we have introduced a partial projection technique which splits an address image into a few partial address images to be equal width and then project them each horizontally. The experiment done with 989 handwritten Korean address images extracted from live mails shows the superiority of the proposed method. The correct text-line separation rate fir the testing images was about 91.5％.

많은 기업들이 e-Business를 적극 추진하고 있으나, 기대한 만큼의 경영성과를 올리고 있는 기업은 거의 없는 실정이며, 더 나아가 e-Business의 회의론까지 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 e-Business는 Product & Service Leadership, Operational Excellence, Customer Intimacy 확보 차원에서 지속적으로 성장할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 Off-line 기업의 IT 설비투자 확대, Off-line 기업과 온라인 기업간의 적절한 조화, 기업간 협력 활성화, 닷컴 기업의 경쟁력 확보 등이 갖춰지면 e-business는 향후 우리에게 새로운 도전과 기회를 제공할 것이다.
