In order to establish a digital-based use environment for the provision of new information services suitable for the 5G era, it is necessary to discuss the direction of service provision by the National Library of Children and Young Adults in the 5G era. Based on utilization services in other fields, library services in the 5G era, including the development and provision of employee education and training services, ultra-high-definition and 360-degree realistic contents and education on library use, provision of multi-dimensional realistic media streaming broadcasting services, provision of telepresence education programs, activation of virtual communities, implementation of hologram performance halls/exhibit centers, and provision of unmanned book delivery services, environment monitoring, safety monitoring, and customized services, were proposed. In addition, based on 5G service, 5G technology, and library application direction, advancing into a producing and supporting base for ultra-realistic and immersive contents in the 5G era, strengthening online and mobile services in the non-contact era, and establishing a smart library environment were proposed as the service provision direction for the National Library of Children and Young Adults in the 5G era.

In this paper, we implemented a safety navigation mobile application that converged AtoN information and location-based services. When application user uses the smartphone's GPS sensor to transmit the user's vessel location data to the data server, the user receives information of which its providing range is considered, such as stored AtoN data, neighboring vessels information, danger area, and weather information in the server. Providing information is sorted based on the smartphone's direction and inclination and it will be also delivered via wireless network (5G, LTE, 3G, WiFi). Additionally the application is available to implement other functions such as information provision through voice and text alarming service when the user's vessel is either approaching or entering the danger area, and an expanded information provision service that is available in shadow area linking with data-storing methods; other linkable data such as weather and other neighboring vessels will be applied based on the lasted-saved data perceived from the non-shadow area.

본 연구는 실천적 측면에서 궁극적으로 소비자 중심인 고객만족경영을 위한 병원의 경영환경 개선 방향성을 제시할 목적으로 병원이용에 대한 최종적인 충족상태를 기대수준 대비 이용 후 만족도로 측정하여 입원 의료서비스 제공과정과의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구방법은 300병상 미만의 병원 및 종합병원에서 입원진료를 한 환자를 대상으로 2018년 9월 10일부터 9월 30일까지 자료를 수집하여, t-test와 분산분석(ANOVA), 그리고 로지스틱 회귀분석(Logistic Regression)을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 입원이용 결정이유는 병원브랜드가 가장 많았고 그다음으로 의사브랜드이었으며, 입원 의료서비스 제공과정에 대한 만족도는 일반적 특성에 따른 통계학적 차이를 보이지 않았다. 병원이용에 대한 최종적인 충족상태인 기대수준 대비 만족 유무에는 입원 의료서비스 제공과정 중 입원 진행 절차가 유의하게 영향관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

This paper proposes a mechanical model to describe the load-deformation responses of the reinforced concrete plate members under service load state. An Analytical method is introduced on the basis of the rotating crack model which considers equilibrium, compatibility conditions, load-strain relationship of cracked member, and constitutive law for materials. The tension stiffening effect in reinforced concrete structures is taken into account by the average tensile stress-strain relationship from the load-strain relationship for the cracked member and the constitutive law for material. The strain compatibility is used to find out the crack direction because the crack direction is an unknown variable in the equilibrium and compatibility conditions. The proposed theory is verified by the numerous experimental data such as the crack direction, moment-steel strain relationship, moment-crack width relationship. The present paper can provide some basis for the provision of the definition of serviceability for plate structures of which reinforcements are deviated from the principal stresses, because the present code defines the serviceability by the deflection, crack control, vibration and fatigue basically for the skeletal members. The proposed theory is applicable to predict the service load state behavior of a variety of reinforced concrete plate structures such as skew slab bridges, the deck of skew girder bridges.

본 연구는 기록관리 전문직의 경험 이면에 있는 인식과 그 의미를 해석하여 현재 처한 상황과 핵심 역량을 도출하고, 이를 토대로 전문가단체의 교육 서비스 방향을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 해석현상학적 연구방법을 통한 질적 데이터 분석 결과, 본 연구는 기록관리 현장의 요구 상황, 기록관리 전문직 핵심 역량, 교육 서비스 방향의 3개 범주와 10개 상위주제, 30개의 하위주제와 82개의 의미단위를 생성하였다. 이를 기반으로 전문가단체의 교육 서비스 방향으로, '업무 혁신을 위해 외부 동력을 확보할 수 있는 기회 제공', '기관 간 소통 및 공론화를 위한 학습 기회 제공', '새로운 파트너십과 실질적인 학습 기회 제공'을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 현재 기록관리 전문직이 처한 상황 속에서 실질적으로 요구 받고 있는 핵심 역량을 파악함으로써 전문가단체가 집중하여 지원해야 할 주요한 교육 서비스 방향을 도출하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다.

Objectives: This study aims to develop a community care model in traditional Korean medicine (TKM) by developing a community care participation model for the health of the elderly and deriving tasks to implement it. Methods: This study implemented a group interview with experts. A fact-finding survey was conducted targeting 16 local governments that are implementing a leading project to identify the status of TKM service provision and welfare service linkage in all regions. An expert group interview (FGI) targeted public and private sector experts for each job role, the former represented by those in charge of the central government's health care policy and administrative delivery system, and the latter by professors majoring in social welfare, professors majoring in health, and local TKM societies. After forming the expert groups, three expert group interviews were conducted. Results: Through collective interviews with experts, a model for providing TKM and welfare services in community integrated care was derived by dividing it into local and central government levels. The strategies and tasks for promoting TKM-oriented health welfare services were derived from 3 strategies, 8 tasks, and 20 detailed tasks. Conclusion: The core direction of the TKM health care model is the region-centered provision of TKM and welfare services. To this end, policy support for the use and linkage of health care service resources is required at the central government level, and linkage and provision of health welfare services centered on TKM are necessary through linkage and convergence between service subjects and between government health care projects.

Food labelling is the primary means of communication between the producer and purchaser and plays an important role in consumer's choice of food. Food labelling applying to livestock products, such as meat products (ham, sausage etc.), milk products(milk, fermented milk, butter and cheese etc.) and egg Products is regulated by 'Livestock Products Labelling Standard', National Veterinary Research & Quarantine Service (NVRQS) Notification. This study presents the principles of Korean milk products labelling provision and its recent revision to prevent consumer from misunderstanding and facilitate fair trade practices in market and also keep consistencies with international and relative national regulations. This study also suggests milk products labelling policy direction in the future.

The wave of globalisation initiated by marketisation has increasingly penetrated into all sectors across the world, accordingly, the health & hospital service sector could not be made no escapes, and it currently faces the order of more marketised competition more than ever. Traditionally, the characteristic of the hospital services in the UK has considered as a model of social provision by government. However, contrary to our knowledge, the sphere of the hospital service in the UK has already been immersed in by the marketisation, in which the private actors have been embedded in order to tweak the activities of the hospital service with in the European Union. As the methodology of this research, the qualitative analysis, namely the interview with some doctors in Surgery, NHS Trusts staffs and relevant specialists in has been performed on April to May, 2003. And on the other hand, the various documents related to its service have been analysed. Thus, this paper will review the characteristics of the health service sector in the UK. In doing so, it will illuminate what would be the structural factors derived from its existing system, as a result, it will shed light on how the UK government makes an effort to resolve the problematic situation by reviewing the policy direction of Foundation Hospital proposed recently. In the next stage, it will analyse how all elements consist of the hospital management in the UK has been adjusted and be likely to be changed within Europe. More specifically focuses on how the private hospital service has been managed and related with the activities of its public hospital service-NHS Trusts. Also, under the circumstance, what private health insurance companies function will be studied. In conclusion, it will be concluded that what will be the implication of Korean hospital service market so as to correspond to globally open market by WTO. Now the UK health service system has faced a turning point of becoming more health care market internally and externally pressed by global and regional factors. Thus it is meaningful to scrutinize how a key part of social provision in the health care market system tends to adjust to globally marketised regulation.

본 연구는 국내외 1인 가구 대상 공공서비스 및 도서관서비스 운영 현황과 도서관 이용자 및 전문가 대상 인식조사 결과를 분석하여, 서울시 공공도서관의 1인 가구 대상 도서관 서비스 방향 및 프로그램 제공 방안을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 그 결과로 제시된 1인 가구 대상 도서관 서비스 방향은 1인 가구의 삶과 밀착된 정보자원을 확보하여 제공하고, 서비스를 담당할 지원센터를 설립하여 자치구 도서관과 함께 인적자원을 효율적으로 활용하고, 자료 중심 도서관에서 벗어나 1인 가구를 포함한 이용자 중심의 시설 인프라를 조성하고, 1인 가구의 특성과 분포에 따른 권역별 특화와 맞춤형 서비스를 제공할 것을 제안하였다. 그리고, 1인 가구 대상 독서문화프로그램으로는 취약한 1인 가구를 위한 사회적 활동지원, 사회적 유대, 돌봄, 봉사활동, 여가 및 문화활동 분야가 무엇보다 필요하다고 보고, 청년, 중장년, 여성 1인 가구 대상의 특화된 도서관 서비스 및 프로그램을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 세무서비스 고객을 대상으로 서비스 확대에 미치는 영향 및 차별화된 서비스영역 확대시 내부종사자의 심리적 주인의식 (Psychological ownership)의 정도에 따른 고객의 재이용의도의 변화와 대표자의 성향에 따른 수익강조, 비용강조, 이중강조(Revenue and cost dual emphasis)의 영향에 대한 분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 이용자들의 고객만족도를 충족시키고 내부종사자의 심리적 주인의식에 따른 계속적인 고객의 재이용의도의 변화를 볼 수 있었다. 또한, 세무대리인이 미래지향적 서비스 제공의 방향 전환을 추구할 수 있도록 하는데 의의가 있으며, 세무대리인의 전문성, 품질, 서비스확대 측면에서 새로운 연구 방향을 제시하였다.
