This aim in this study is to investigate the meaning of case management and management in general from the case manger's perspective, as well as case mangers' abilities and networks. We also propose a development direction for the establishment of a local integrated family-centered community management system. Regarding the collection of qualitative data, focus group interviews (FGIs) were conducted with 11 case managers from social welfare organizations in the city of C. The interviews consisted of open-ended questions in the following four categories: understanding of case management, case managers' abilities, case management environments, and local community networks. According to the interview analysis, a total of 16 subcategories in 9 categories and 4 domains have been identified. Due to the ambiguity regarding the concept of case management, case management was completely dependent upon individual case managers' abilities. In particular, family-centered case management was found to exist in several organizations in the same region. In terms of case management environments, the following problems have been observed: absence of related departments and staff, confusion regarding performance evaluation standards, limitations in sharing information among organizations, limitations in resource exploration and management, redundant support, and an uncomfortable relationship between the private and public sector. Horizontal exchange and cooperation among organizations are essential to establish and facilitate a local community network. After all, to establish a local family-centered community case management system, the roles of a Healthy Families Center and a Multi-cultural Family Support Center as parts of a family-centered transfer system should be fully emphasized in local society, and the performance of family-centered case management should be developed.

Traditional towed line arrays using omni-directional sensor suffer from the well known port-starboard ambiguity, because the direction of arrival is determined by conic angle. The operational method and structure of the sensor arrays method have been proposed to solve this problem. Recently, a lot of research relating to the acoustic vector sensor are studied. In this paper, we study port-starboard discrimination for roll of acoustic vector sensor array. With one omni-directional sensor and three orthogonally-placed directional sensors, an acoustic vector sensor is able to measure both the acoustic pressure and the three directional velocities at the point of the sensor. The wrong axis due to the roll at directional sensors can degrade performance of beamforming. We investigate port-starboard discrimination for roll of sensor array and confirm the validity of performance of beamforming with compensated the roll.

Ohba has suggested the Colored Thread Algorithm to prevent looped path when LSP is to be setup. M immediate node sends thread information such as color, hop count. ill, to downs1ream node via LDP message for the set-up of LSP. Afterward, decides that the looped path is formed when it receives a message with a same colored thread that was sent to downs1ream node, and it searches another path. If the message reaches to the egress node, then acknowledged message is sent to upstream node as reverse direction to the ingress node to set up loop-free path. For the algorithm, Ohva has defined three thread states as Null, Colored, Transparent. In this paper, the state of thread is extended to 5 states such as Extending, Merging, Stalling, Null, and Transparent. By the way, related FSM and TCB was redefined to make clear the ambiguity of thread states which causes faulty actions and to remove overhead. And, to improve performance, it limits to generate a thread in the state of Stalling.

This study aims to identify the competencies required for webtoon artists to survive in the future era of AI commercialization. It explores the current and future use of AI in webtoons, and predicts the role of artists in the future webtoon industry. The study finds that AI will replace human workers in some areas, but human empathy-related fields can be sustained. Artist roles like story projectors, Visual directors, and AI editors were identified as potential models for the changing role of artists. To address terminology ambiguity, a three-step AI categorization mechanical type AI, humanoid type AI, and transcendent type AI was proposed for a more realistic separation of AI capabilities. The researcher suggested these findings as guidelines for developing skills in emerging artists or re-skilling existing ones, emphasizing collaboration with AI for mutual growth rather than a negative acceptance of new technology.

In this regard, the abolition of the pre-deliberation system of medical advertising can be welcomed by abolition of the old system which is the legal and institutional censorship. Since its abolition, the alternative policy direction is insufficient also it is not clear. Therefore we need to study this. Therefore, in this paper, we try to find general theoretical background and problem of pre-deliberation system of medical advertising. Also, as trying to find feasibility or ambiguity of regulation and issues about medical advertising on medical law, we argued the provision of special measures of the medical advertising for introduction of integrated medical advertising deliberation committee which can ensure the independence and autonomy, strengthening of the monitoring on the internet advertising, legal resolving through amendments, strengthening of penalties, and establish special measures of medical advertising for the medical privatization and demand for the foreign medical tourist, etc. Empirical study about practical regulatory measures of medical advertising which converged the various opinions of consumer groups, government and academia, and medical community, and we expect hope to see the more realistic alternative provision.

In 1959, Satomura used spectral Doppler ultrasound to express the velocity of red blood cells according to time change, and Kato defined a zero-base line that could tell the direction of blood flow, making it possible to know the direction of blood flow. This became the basis for the widely used classifications of Triphasic, Biphasic, and Monophasic. However, the above classification has limitations that confuse users with the meaning and timing of use in a clinical environment. As a result, the American Society for Vascular Medicine (SVM) and the Society for Vascular Ultrasound (SVU) A consensus document on Doppler waveform analysis was declared by the joint committee. This study tried to review this consensus and to suggest nomenclature and modifiers that can be used in the domestic vascular ultrasound clinical field. The joint committee formed by SVM and SVU recommended that the use of the triphasic waveform and the biphasic waveform be used as a multiphasic waveform rather than being used due to the ambiguity of interpretation. In addition, it was agreed to name the hybrid-type waveform, which is a monophasic and high-resistance waveform, which has always been a problem of interpretation in a clinical environment, as an intermediate resistive waveform. In addition, in order to increase the communication efficiency between the interpreter and the sonographer, waveform analysis was classified into a main descriptor and a modifier, and it was recommended to use a single nomenclature by unifying various synonyms. It is expected that this literature review will provide accurate arterial spectral Doppler waveform interpretation and an agreed-upon nomenclature to radiologists performing vascular ultrasound examination in clinical practice, and will be utilized as basic data that can contribute to the improvement of public health.

Recently, the aspect of regulating the legal system in North Korea has increased in quantity and shows the improvement of the evaluation of the lack of systematic consistency in the past. North Korean legislation has been negatively criticized for its lack of function and role of the legislative body and ambiguity of the legal system. In particular, the newly adopted "Legislation Law" in relation to the revision of the legislative system of North Korea contains important and clear contents to understand the legislative system and procedures of North Korea. The contents of the "Legislation Law" can be found a glimpse of the process by which the framework and procedures of the North Korean legislative process are organized more systematically. The North Korean legislation provides legal and institutional grounds for promoting internal and external policies under the Kim jong-un's regime. North Korea is focused on the nuclear issue, so there is limited information on other areas. In light of this, the purpose of this study is to examine the legislative theory and system of North Korea, and outline the theoretical basis of North Korea's emphasis on strengthening socialist judicial life, the socialist legal system, and the state theory of socialist rule of law. In addition, it can be analysed the content of actual legal reform in light of North Korea's legislative theory and system. In the study, it will examine the legislative system of North Korea and its characteristics by examining the legislative process and legislative process of North Korea. Moreover, it can be compared the contents of the Legislative Law of China with the legislative process of the DPRK and examine its characteristics. We will look at the challenges to the legislative system in North Korea and look into the future direction of the legislation. Kim jong-un's announcement of the revised legislation until recently through the publication of the 2016 Supplementary Codes is an important data for the current state of the North Korean legislation. This is because it confirms the content of the laws and regulations already known through "Democratic Chosun(a newspaper issued by North Korea Cabinet)'s statutory interpretation." However, in the case of laws and regulations related to the North Korean political system, it is still a remnant of the lagging legislation that the announcement is delayed, or it remains undisclosed or confidential. North Korean laws are developed and changed according to the changes of the times. In particular, the contents of the maintenance of foreign investment and the foreign economic law system and related internal legal system are found to change in accordance with the development direction of the socioeconomic system. If the direction of Kim jong-un's regime is to be expanded to the path of reform and opening up in the economic sector, the revision of the related laws and regulations will accelerate. Securing the transparency and objectivity of the North Korean legislative process and procedures will help to broaden the understanding of the inter-Korean legal system and to seek institutional measures for inter-Korean integration. In the future, in-depth research on the North Korean legal system will be emphasized as a basis for ultimately forming a unified Korea's legal system.

This study examined the confronting problems in home economics and its historical and philosophical causing background, and suggested the future direction for home economics and home economics education. This study, hoped to help home economics overcoming its chaotic situation, and to establish academic characteristics through a philosophical consistency: 1. What are the significant problems which home economics has confronted, and the consequences of those problems\ulcorner 2. What are the fundamental caues of the problem\ulcorner 3.What should be the nature of home econimics to be able to overcome the confronting problems and what can be proposed for the future of home economic\ulcorner Each research question was addressed by analyzing Journal articles, theses, philosophical studies in the field. The results were as follows; 1. such problems as the ambiguity in research focus and the nature of academic charateristcs, and the limitation of research method have resulted fragmentation and specialization in the field, and the lack of philosophical research. Also they led home and family. Moreover each problem brought chaos into curriculum of home economics and that of home economics deucation. 2. The philosophical causing backgrounds of present problems are western ideas such as pragmatism, positivism, Social Darwnism and Korean ideas such as Confucian tradition, Practical Science movement in the 19th century, and modernization and industrialization from the middle of 20th century. Along with influencing historical situation these backgrounds have distorted home economics to be technical science oriented. 3. To solve these problems academic characteristics of home economics must be reestablished as practical science and as profession. This study proposed following for the future of home economics and home economics education: (1) For the future of home economics, first, it needs to recover the unity as one academic field with its focus on family by overcoming fragmentation and specialization trend in the field. Secondly, philosophical and historical studies must be carried o for the unity of all specialized field in home economics. Thirdly, home economics must try to reestablish and reflect in pratice its acadimic characteristics as practical science and as profession. (2) For home economic eduation, first, it should not be the instrument for idelogies of powerful social systems. And teacher education for home economics teachers must inclued principles of home economics and philosophy and history of home economics enabling teachers to achieve purposes of home economics. Secondly, its curriculum contents should be composed of practical ones beyond technical ones.

In recent years, many organizations protect their information resources by investing in information security technology. However, information security threats from insiders have not been reduced. This study proposes a method for reducing information security threats within an organization by mitigating negative information security behaviors of employees. Specifically, the study finds a relationship between information security related role stress and negative behavior and suggests whether organizational justice mitigates role stress. That is, the purpose of the study is to suggest a mechanism between organizational justice, information security related role stress, and negative behavior. Negative behavior consist of avoidance behavior and deviant behavior, and security related role stress consist of role conflict and role ambiguity. Organizational justice consist of distributional justice, procedural justice, and informational justice. The research model is verified through structural equation modeling. After establishing a research model and hypothesis, we develop a survey questionnaire and collect data from 383 employees whose organizations have already implemented security policies. The findings appear that security related role stress increases negative behavior and that organizational justice mitigates role stress. The results of the analysis suggest the direction of organizational strategy for minimizing insider's security-related negative behaviors.

Fake news is flooded with fake news that mixes untrue falsehoods in whole or in part. In order to create a frame for political and social purposes, news is mainly created by combining facts with fakes, or news is created for the purpose of incitement to encourage distortion and hatred. In particular, some media, including over-the-air broadcasting, are expressing their political bias in a specific direction without hesitation. Even if the press has political bias, if it is based on the delivery of facts, a trusted media environment can be achieved under the mutual checks of conservatives and progressives. The May 18 Democratic Uprising is a painful history and fact of modern history, leaving remuneration and progress. Nevertheless, there is still a view that the May 18 Democratic Uprising is regarded as 'democracy movement' and 'violence'. This study analyzed how the conservative JoongAng Ilbo and the progressive Kyunghyang Shinmun Manpyeong deal with the May 18 Democratic Uprising. The Manpyeong of the two newspapers differs greatly from the viewpoint of the May 18 Democratic Uprising. The liberal tendency of the Kyunghyang Shinmun Manpyeong has great significance in that it reveals the essence of the event and satirizes the subject. On the other hand, the conservative JoongAng Ilbo Manpyeong cannot approach the nature of the case or the object of satire due to ambiguity.
