Educational object of this study was patients who visited H-dental clinic in D-Metropolitan City. It was investigated on the general character, subjective health condition, oral knowledge, oral recognition and oral practice of patients(experimental group 134 subjects and control group 110 subjects) who were educated to repeated directing tooth-brushing through questionnaire. For understanding the degree of actual oral practice, plaque control score was analyzed by the O'Leary index. The results of this study are as follows. A verification of effect after repeated directing tooth-brushing education represented to significance in experimental group on the concern, subjective health condition, oral recognition, oral knowledge, oral practice and plaque control score(p<0.001). And as frequency of repeated directing tooth-brushing education was increased, plaque control score significantly increased(p<0.001).

A self-directing optimization procedure was applied to determine the best environmental factors in operating the bioreactor. The self-directing optimization process was employed to determine the best conditional combination of multi parameters, pH, temperature, aeration rate and mixing rate toy maximal production of chitinase by Trichoderma harzianum SJG-99721 in batch mode fermentation. Among these factors, the parameters of pH and aeration rate were found to be particularly important on mycellial growth and chitinase activity. pH 4.89, an aeration rate of 3.22 ι per minute and an agitation rate of 225 rpm was found to be the best combination. By the optimization, chitinase activity was dramatically increased from an initial value of 4.221 U under basic conditions to n final value of 16.825 U.

Convergence, a universal phenomenon in modern society, takes place in various ways throughout society, and the concept of convergence can also be observed in fashion shows. The concept of convergence is actively emerging in terms of fashion show directing. The purpose of this study is to suggest the development of fashion show directing by analyzing the convergence characteristics of fashion show directing through a Louis Vuitton fashion show, and to provide data on convergence in fashion shows. The object of the study is the women's Paris Pret-a-porter and women's cruise collection presented at the Louis Vuitton fashion show. The research method integrated the criteria for analysis and the characteristics of fashion show production through previous studies and a literature review. The characteristics of convergence production in Louis Vuitton fashion shows were identifeid through literature and visual data. In this study, the convergence of the Louis Vuitton fashion shows were divided into four categories: genre integration, sensory synesthesia, perspective diversification, and media scalability. First, the integration of genres enhanced the brand image and effectively conveyed the concept of the show. Second, the synesthesia of the senses expanded communication with the audience and increased the audience's immersion. It has also become a new way to experience fashion shows in person. Third, the diversity of perspectives changed and diversified the way audiences experienced fashion shows. Fourth, the scalability of the media means various ways in which the audience can experience fashion shows. Through this, it is possible to effectively convey information and experiences about fashion shows to the audience.

Hydroiminoacylations of allyl and homoallyl alcohol and their derivatives with benzaldimine by Wilkinson's complex have been studied. All these terminal alkene derivatives except allyl alcohol were hydroacylated according to anti-Markownikoff's rule to give the corresponding linear alkyl compounds without showing oxygen directing effect, even though hydroiminoacylation of 3-acetoxy-1,5-hexadiene showed strong allyloxy directing effect over homoallyloxy directing effect in a 92:8 ratio. Solvolysis of 4-acetoxy-1-phenylbutan-1-one, previously prepared by hydroiminoacylation, in ethanol led to etherification giving 4-ethoxy-1-phenylbutan-1-one through neighbouring group participation, while that of 5-acetoxy-1-phenylpentan-1-one led to common transesterification giving 5-hydroxy-1-phenylpentan-1-one. Application of branched alkanols such as isopropanol and t-butanolin solvolysis of 4-acetoxy-1-phenylbutan-1-one underwent competition between etherification and transesterification.

Local festivals quite often give their visitors and local residents a good opportunity to experience the regional culture thoroughly. Also, the festivals empower the cultural pride and communal sociality, and create new jobs improving local economy. In Korea, more than 700 local festivals are held every year. Each festival is organized and operated upon all different purpose and mission. It is unfortunate, however, that many festivals fail to balance between making profits and accomplishing their purpose. Festival's marketing plan and content management should be cohesive, but at the same time, they also should be different depending on the festival's purpose and program. Especially in case of performance natured festivals, the role and function of festival directing should be more weighed on content management. Namhaean Byeolsingut is one of performance natured festivals, in which its archetype or primitive form is well maintained. This study observes the primitive form of NB from the director's viewpoint, and then provides a solid foundation on how those main characteristics of NB could be applied to invigorating local festival directing. The directing suggestions here are motivated by NB's ritual, performative, and play form.

Through this thesis, I analyzed Coen brothers's directing style centering around Crime movies: Blood simple, Barton Fink, Fargo, The man who wasn't thers, No country for old man. About directing style of Coen brothers, plot is an epic depiction, habitual use of narration, refusal of happy ending. They concern subject matters about human original nature and tragedy by greed. And as motifs, they often use misunderstanding, crossing over, chase. Also they likes characters of ordinary people who is destroyed by greed. How about their technical style? They usually use steady-cam and wide lens in camera, and in his early crime movies he used expressionistic lights, but after that they usually used realistic natural lights. About sound, they likes more sound effects than music. Also they directed realistic acting and emphasized actor's personality. Coen brothers has been directed many crime movies and comedy films. But their unique directing style was particularly outstanding in the crime movies

All over the world, the interest in technology and industrial value has been increasing rapidly due to the continuing commercial successes of three dimensional films. However, after the commercial success of , without exception, lots of three dimensional films had been produced thoughtlessly. Hereby, these films incurred a censure owing to bad degree of completion related to insufficient storytelling and directing. For three dimensional films, characteristic of producing should be considered perfectly in the planning stage unlike previous films. This study concentrates upon proper directing for three dimensional films, and analyzes the method of it, roughly divided into three parts ; the lapse of time, directing the screen which can highlight space sense, and the point of sight. Henceforth, The demand of three dimensional contents will increase all around the world, at such time, we also should take note of the change, and then produce excellent contents which can lead to have a chance to gain the supper hand in the market of three dimensional contents.

VR animation allows you to see 360-degree screen production that cannot be seen in existing animation production while being located in the space within the animation. <Goodbye Mr Octopus>, a VR animation produced in 2020, was selected at the 77th Venice Film Festival as an immersive short film. This is the story of an adolescent girl, Stella, who is celebrating her 16th birthday, and her conflict with her strict father is resolved through a letter from her mother. It is a narrative composed of a total of 11 scenes, and in each scene, new directing elements of VR video grammar, such as gaze induction, time flow, and space conversion directing, were analyzed. Gaze-inducing directing minimized the inconvenience of 360-degree gaze, and time and space conversion directing was analyzed as an effect of increasing the audience's immersion according to narrative events.

In comics, panels serve a variety of dramatic purposes, including controlling the flow of the story through the size, placement, and order of panels; directing the eye to where characters or specific actions take place; expressing the passage or sequence of time; and using backgrounds, lighting, and color to emphasize emotion and convey mood. When applied to VR animation, these comic panels can give users a more immersive experience of the cartoon world in the VR space. In the VR animation "Mescaformhill: Missing Five," produced in 2022, the comic panels directing is very important to guide the viewer's attention, and in the VR space, the camera angle can be freely changed to realize various visual effects, and the physical interaction brings the comic panels directing to life. This can open up new ways of storytelling in VR animation and contribute to its successful expansion into new mediums.

It is well known, with many researches, that identification is an important element for inducing audiences' emersion. If the director makes the audience to see with the eyes of characters, be identified, and understand the movie situations, the narrative can be transferred more effectively. The directing method of identification for visually connecting the characters and the audiences is studied. The effectiveness is verified by comparing animations and analyzing the responses of audiences. The authors want to establish the basis of directing the identification for real production.
