국내 소프트웨어 산업 구조의 개선에 대한 제안 : IT서비스 및 솔루션 기업을 중심으로 (An Suggestion of the Software Industry Structure Improvement in Korea : Focusing on the IT Service and Solution Provider Firms)

  • This paper was tried to show the improvement model for software industry structure in Korea regarding to have the global level of competence in Korean software firms. To suggest the improvement model for software industry structure, the detailed status about software industry which as in the supply and demand perspectives and comparativeness dimension were analysed. Also to this model the special survey results from the 35 professionalists in the software industry were included. This improvement model suggests the big software firms have to consider the economy of the scale, and to enter global IT market, the other SMEs have to pursuit themselves as a specified technology firms. So it is good for the oversea project collaboration with the solution provider firms and IT service firms. And it is desirable to make a the economy of scale regarding as the solution venture startup, M&A, networking the software firms as supply chain. Also the development of new business model for new market and firms with the high-tech business competency will be required.

치과 의료의 질 향상(Quality improvement) 경진대회 경향 분석 (Analysis of trends in the dental care quality improvement contests)

  • Based on data from the Korean Academy for Dental Administration, which has been conducting the Dental Quality Improvement (QI) Contest since 2010, we aimed to provide basic data for the development of dental quality improvement indicators by analyzing the trends of dental quality improvement activities. A total of 54 articles in the dental QI contest from 2015 to 2021 were used to search for frequently used words and to classify the quality of dental care. The criteria for the quality dimension of dental care were first classified into structure, process, and outcome, and secondary classification was performed into patient safety, timeliness, patient-centeredness, equity, efficiency, effectiveness, and accessibility. The frequently used key terms were satisfaction (five times), efficiency (four times), system (three times), and implant (three times). The activities for process evaluation were high at 62.26%, structural evaluation activities at 35.85%, and outcome evaluation activities at 1.89%. According to the components of dental care quality improvement, the activity performed under efficiency was the highest (33.96%), followed by patient-centeredness (18.87%), effectiveness (16.98%), patient safety (15.09%), accessibility (5.66%), timeliness (1.89%), and the equity (1.89%). QI activities in dental hospitals were mainly activities on improvement in structure and process, as well as activities on efficiency, patient-centeredness, effectiveness, and patient safety.

농촌관광마을 경쟁전략 (A Qualitative Research on Competitiveness Strategies for Rural Tourism Destination)

  • Competitiveness strategies has been associated in the tourism literature as a crucial factor for the success of tourist. The study aims to explore the competitiveness strategies for tourism destinations by conducting in-depth interviews with probe questions. Thirteen community enterprises' managers in rural tourism communities were interviewed with a semi-structured interview questionnaire for one or two hours. From the interview data, eight themes in two dimensions were identified as competitiveness strategies of rural community enterprises in rural Korea. Differentiation strategies consist of new product development, service improvement, brand image improvement, advertise and public relation, and concentration. Cost leadership dimension includes cost reduction, increasing benefit, and long-term investment. The findings of this paper implicate the underlying the competitiveness strategies from managers' perspective.

고속 운전 시 WRSM의 성능 향상 및 IPMSM과 비교 (High Speed Performance Improvement of the WRSM and its Comparison with the IPMSM)

  • This paper shows an improvement of the WRSM (Wound Rotor Synchronous Motor) by satisfying the voltage limit condition at high speed. After that, it compares the performance of the improved WRSM to that of the IPMSM (Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor). The comparison has been made under the condition where the dimension of the motor is identical to that of the IPMSM, having the rotor switched to a wounded rotor form. Moreover, this paper compares the Basic Model of the two motor, and estimates the parameters of the WRSM, thereby proposing the method to improve high speed performance. Furthermore, this paper presents the feasibility of switching the conventional motor into rare-earth-free motors for traction purpose.

  • In this paper, we studied the error compensation using an error budget method for repeatability improvement of the precision positioning system. The precision positioning system is developed for micro-pressing machine. We performed the force and displacement analysis about parts of the system. Proposed system determines the position and orientation of the materials manufactured by micro-pressing machine. It is consisted of x-y-z linear stages setting the position, and the gripper system setting the orientation. We executed kinematic and dynamic modeling of the whole precision positioning system. An Improved Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm for Care Worker Scheduling

  • Home care, known also as domiciliary care, is part of the community care service that is a responsibility of the local government authorities in the UK as well as many other countries around the world. The aim is to provide the care and support needed to assist people, particularly older people, people with physical or learning disabilities and people who need assistance due to illness to live as independently as possible in their own homes. It is performed primarily by care workers visiting clients' homes where they provide help with daily activities. This paper is concerned with the dispatching of care workers to clients in an efficient manner. The optimized routine for each care worker determines a schedule to achieve the minimum total cost (in terms of distance traveled) without violating the capacity and time window constraints. A collaborative population-based meta-heuristic called Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is applied to solve the problem. A particle is defined as a multi-dimensional point in space which represents the corresponding schedule for care workers and their clients. Each dimension of a particle represents a care activity and the corresponding, allocated care worker. The continuous position value of each dimension determines the care worker to be assigned and also the assignment priority. A heuristic assignment scheme is specially designed to transform the continuous position value to the discrete job schedule. This job schedule represents the potential feasible solution to the problem. The Earliest Start Time Priority with Minimum Distance Assignment (ESTPMDA) technique is developed for generating an initial solution which guides the search direction of the particle. Local improvement procedures (LIP), insertion and swap, are embedded in the PSO algorithm in order to further improve the quality of the solution. The proposed methodology is implemented, tested, and compared with existing solutions for some 'real' problem instances.

입력 도메인 확장을 이용한 반복 분할 기반의 적응적 랜덤 테스팅 기법 (Adaptive Random Testing through Iterative Partitioning with Enlarged Input Domain)

  • 적응적 랜덤 테스팅 (Adaptive Random Testing, ART)은 입력 도메인 내에 테스트 케이스를 넓고 고르게 분산시키는 방법을 통해 입력 도메인 내에 존재하는 오류 패턴을 순수 랜덤 테스팅 (Random Testing, RT)보다 효율적으로 찾아내기 위한 테스트 케이스 선택 기법이다. 테스트 케이스 선택에 많은 연산량을 필요로 하는 초기 ART 기법인 거리 기반 ART (Distance-based ART, D-ART)와 제한 영역 기반 ART (Restricted Random Testing, RRT)의 개선을 위해 입력 도메인을 반복 분할하는 기법들이 제안되었고, 이 기법들은 낮은 연산량 및 성능 향상등의 효과를 가져왔다. 하지만, 입력 도메인 반복 분할 기반 기법에서도 기존 ART 기법에서 나타나는 테스트 케이스 분포 불균일 문제가 존재하고, 이는 기법의 확장성에 장애 요소로 작용한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 반복 분할 기반 기법에서 나타나는 테스트 케이스 분포의 특성을 파악하고, 이를 적정 수준으로 제어하기 위한 입력 도메인 확장 정책을 제안하였으며, 실험을 통해 2차원 입력 도메인에서 3%, 3차원 입력 도메인에서 10% 수준의 성능 향상을 확인하였다.

좌측 슬부 통증을 호소하는 베이커 낭종 환자에 대한 고주파 치료 증례보고 1례 (A Case Report on Left Knee Pain and Instability with Baker's cyst Treated with Ultrasound Therapy)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of ultrasound therapy on left knee pain and instability diagnosed with Baker's cyst in a 25-year-old male patient. Methods: Patient was treated with Radio frequency ablation treatment on left knee from Naeseulan (EX-LE4) to Wijoong (BL40). The effect of radio frequency ablation was assessed by Visual Analog Scale (VAS), Western Ontario and McMaster Universities (WOMAC) and Euro Qol-5 Dimension Index (EQ-5D Index). The treatment was executed one time a day everyday form May 28th to June 1st of 2020. Patient was observed from May 26th to June 1st. Results: After five sessions of radio frequency ablation, VAS of left posterior knee pain was improved while no improvement was discovered at left medial knee. In Korean WOMAC scale, only subscale of weight bearing and walking around plain were improved. EQ-5D did not show any improvement. Conclusion: The results suggest that radio frequency ablation treatment can be a valuable option in treating knee pain and daily living function. Further study seems to be needed based on long-term intervention.
