점차 많은 중소기업들이 글로벌 국내 대기업들이 주도하는 공급망에의 참여를 통해 지식과 기술력 습득을 도모하고 있다. 본 연구는 공급망 참여업체들이 공급망 주도기업과 2차 협력업체와의 협업을 통해 증대시킬 수 있는 경쟁력에 대한 이슈를 살펴보고, 이들 참여업체의 SCM 성과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 선행요인에 대해 분석해보고자 한다. 대기업이 주도하는 공급망에 참여하고 있는 협력업체들의 SCM성과를 최종 종속요인으로 설정하고, 기술적 지원, 2차 협력업체와의 협업, 인센티브 및 정보공유 등의 같은 주요 선행요인 간의 상호연관관계를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 대형 공급망에 참여 중인 58개 중소기업들로부터 설문조사를 실시하여 통계적 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 공급망 주도기업과의 협업은 기술적 지원과 2차 협력업체와의 협업, 그리고 인센티브 등에 의해 영향을 받으며, 정보공유는 SCM 성과에 유의한 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다. 다만 공급망 주도기업과의 공동노력이 SCM 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 가설은 p값이 5%를 다소 상회하여 강한 연관관계는 도출되지 못하였다. 앞으로의 연구에 대한 몇 가지 제안도 논문 말미에 추가하였다.

Before an IT product is used, there is a sequence of the process such as the components supply-demand of the product, their assembly and production, their logistics and delivery, and then finally, the product can be used by a user. During this sequence of the process, there can be many security exposures and risks. In this paper, we show, by examining security cases of various IT products, that there are many security exposures in the process of IT products from their production to their delivery to end users and in their use, and also show how critical the security exposures are. Even though there are various security theories, technologies and security controls, there is still weak link from the production of an IT product to its use, and this weak link can lead to security vulnerabilities and risks. This paper tries to call attention to the importance of the execution of the security control and the control components. We examine the practical cases to find out how the security control is paralyzed, and to show how it is compromised by asymmetric security resources. Lastly, from the cases, we examine and review the possible domestic security issues and their countermeasures.

EPC 산업군에 속하는 기업들의 주요 업무에 대한 아웃소싱비율이 급격히 높아짐에 따라 프로젝트 공급망의 성격과 협력업체와의 협업구조도 더욱 복잡해져 가고 있다. 1, 2차 또는 그 이하 협력업체의 복잡한 공급망에의 참여는 지속적인 통합노력을 필요로 한다. 본 연구는 2차 협력업체를 중심으로 기업 성과와 거래기업에 대한 관계만족도에 영향을 미치는 선행요인 분석에 초점을 둔다. 네트워크 배태성, 협업, 정보공유 및 신축성 등을 선행요인으로 설정하고, 프로젝트 공급망에의 참여실적이 있는 2차 협력업체들로부터 설문조사를 실시하여 통계적 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 2차 협력업체의 공급망 주도기업과 1차 협력업체와의 협업은 성과와 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 정보공유와 신축성은 네트워크 배태성과 협업에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 협업에 의한 역량제고는 네트워크 배태성에 의해서도 상당한 영향을 받는다는 결과도 도출하였다.

본 연구는 폐쇄루프 공급망을 최적화하기 위한 녹색 폐쇄루프 공급망 네트워크(GCSN)를 제안한다. GCSN은 물류 유통과정에 투입되는 익스프레스 박스의 재활용에 중점을 두고 연구하였다. 이를 통해 물류공급망 작업의 표준화와 전자상거래 업체의 증가에 따른 익스프레스 박스의 사용의 가속화와 전자상거래 업계의 익스프레스 상자의 재활용을 통한 자원 낭비를 최소화하는 녹색공급망을 추진한다. GCSN은 유통흐름과 자원의 투입요소는 수학식으로 표현하며 LINGO를 사용하여 구현된다. 녹생 즉, 환경 보호의 관점에서 전자상거래 산업의 지속가능한 발전을 견인하는 유통의 과정이다. 또한 자원 부족에 따른 원자재 가격 상승에 대응하고 전자상거래 업체들의 친환경적으로 익스프레스 상자를 투입하는 전략의 필요성을 부각시켰다. 이와 같은 이유로 본 연구는 전자상거래 업체에서 사용하는 재활용이 가능한 익스프레스상자를 연구대상으로 하며, 공급망 네트워크에서 시설 위치와 할당문제도 통합적으로 고찰한다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결론과 시사점을 도출하였다.

e-비지니스환경에서의 SCM의 성공적인 추진을 위해서는 우선 e-business 전략과 Supply Chain 관리 전략의 상하 연계, 조직측면에 있어서의 경영자의 변화에 대한 혁신 능력과 리더쉽, 조직 구성원들과의 비전 공유, 저보기술(IT)을 활용한 보다 차별화된 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 본 연구는 C기업의 사례로 통해, 기존의 SCM 기법에서 정보기술(IT)의 급속한 발달과 인터넷의 급속한 보급, 그리고 e-비지니스의 등장으로 인하여 경영환경의 변화라는 새로운 패러다임 하에서 다수의 경쟁기업, 정보 네트워크시스템 기반에서 보다 효과적으로 기업과 고객에게 대응하기 위한 기업의 구체적이고 실무적인 전략 측면에서 다루어 보았다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 소비재, 생활용품에 있어서 보다 빠른 납기, 보다 전문적이고 다양화되고 있는 고객의 욕구를 충족시키기 위해 제조기업 측면에서 어떻게 기존의 조직구조 및 업무 프로세스를 혁신 할 것인가를 실제 사례를 통하여 연구함으로써 동종 산업체나 또는 기업의 실무자들에게 있어 큰 도움이 될 것이다.

공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management)는 기업의 규모가 커지고 관리하는 제품의 수가 다양해지면서 그 중요성이 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 제조 기업의 공급사슬관리 최적화를 위해서는 다양한 변수를 고려하여 생산계획과 분배계획을 효율적으로 수립하여야 하며 각 개별의 단계를 통합적 관접에서 고려하여야 한다. 본 논문은 첫째, 고객의 수요가 다기간이며 확정된 수요정보가 생산자 단계의 생산능력 범위 내에서 변동함에 있어서 공급사슬관리의 최적화된 운영방안에 대해서 제시하였다. 둘째, 공급사슬관리에 있어서 생산계획과 분배계획 수립에 있어 재고비용과 수요불충분비용을 고려하여 최적화된 수요대응방안을 도출하도록 하였다. 본 논문은 기존의 그 유용성이 입증된 유전자 알고리즘(Genetic Algorithm)을 응용 적용하였으며 확정된 수요정보의 기간 및 변동성에 대응하기 위해 두 가지 방안으로 나누어 공급사슬관리의 최적화된 운영방안에 대해 제시하는데 그 의의가 있다.

엔지니어링 프로젝트의 공급망관리는 입찰 및 수주, 협력업체의 선정, 계약체결부터 시작하여 프로젝트 진행을 위한 협력업체와의 협업 등 다양한 활동을 포함한다. 본 연구의 목적은 프로젝트 유형의 공급망에 참여한 바 있는 협력업체들의 공급망 관련 성과를 최종 종속요인으로 설정하고, 흡수능력, 협력업체 평가의 공정성, 협업의 질 및 인센티브 등과 같은 주요 선행요인 간의 상호연관관계를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 프로젝트 공급망에의 참여실적이 있는 기업들로부터 설문조사를 실시하여 통계적 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 협력업체들의 공급망 성과는 인센티브, 흡수능력 및 협업의 질에 의해 영향을 받으며, 협력업체 평가공정성은 인센티브와 흡수능력에도 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다. 다만 인센티브는 유의수준 5%에서 흡수능력 증대에 영향을 미치지 못한다는 통계적 결과가 도출되었다.

The production and procurement of shipbuilding and offshore equipment is an important competitive factor in the shipbuilding and offshore industry. Recently, ICT-based digital technology has been rapidly applied to the manufacturing industry following the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Under the digital transformation, real-time data interface technology based on SCM (Supply Chain Management) is emerging as an important tool to improve the efficiency of the equipment manufacturing process. In this study, the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of interface technologies of web-based data interface technologies were compared and analyzed. The performance was compared between theoretical evaluation based on technical features and practical application cases. As a result, it was confirmed that GraphQL is useful for selective data processing, but there is a problem with optimization, and REST API has a problem with receiving data due to a fixed data structure. Therefore, this study aims to suggest ways to utilize and optimize these data interface technologies.

The Purpose of this study is to examine logistics characteristics related to electronic commerce and to suggest improvement of logistics Service in electronic commerce. This paper concerns the logistics functions which are essential for completing a commerce process even under the EC environment and provides ways to improve the logistics performance. Electronic commerce have introduced two scenes; dramatic change of the existing distribution surroundings and noticeable achievement of the economic advance and social efficiency. But, in the same scene, electronic commerce can be a threat to business condition, especially logistics management. It suggests that for activation of EC it is necessary to strengthen the strategic alliances, introduce GPS and use the third party logistics positively to prepare for the settlements of traffic problems, support the introduction of integrated logistics service and logistics information system.

Digital content industry is growing rapidly because of the property of high-speed networking and greater demand for digital fulltext-image. However, we know the fact that it is many difficulty in production and supply for good quality of content. Hereupon, we suggest digital fulltext-image service framework to protect copyright. More concretely, we propose integrated model and reference model to securely serve digital fulltext-image by recompositing core objects and reconstructing the value-chain structure of digital content industry to framework including the process(from its production (creators or copyrighters) to consumption (users or consumers)). Also, we construct the digital fulltext- image service system based on reference model and reconstruct its interface that occurs between core subjects.
