The Digital Right Management from illegal copy protects the various digital contents, the use self-admiration which is lawful does to make the contents use, payment leads about use and is a system which protects a copyright voluntary right and a profit the contents free reproduction permits, illegality use the fact that closes thoroughly is goal. Portability rating will lead and as the technique will be able to induce the quality increase of Digital Right Management S/W the strategic engineering development which accommodates an international standard there is a possibility which an objectivity and an application degree will raise. In order to evaluate Portability of Digital Right Management S/W from the research which sees proposed the tentative metric. Also, measured a quality and the result according to the standard which is appropriate accomplished presented clearly presented a research about the method which decides and an evaluation instance and a evaluation method.

DRM(Digital Right Management), which realize the controllability of intellectual right in the process of transactions with economically feasible cost, may cause critical changes in the distributions of digital contents. This Paper takes notice of the concept of 'Super Distribution' in which every user can be the core of the distribution and the possibility of usingvarious price structures by introducing DRM. We reviews that Super Distribution can increase the demand of digital contents by decreasing the information cost in the user aspect, and it can also diminish the distribution cost dramatically in the provider aspect. Also, DRM may allow various types of pricing which use different criteria such as the number or duration of usage. The variety in price structure can increase not only the profit of provider but the utility of consumer. These characteristics of DRM, as a whole, increase the efficiency of distribution and make the providers differentiate their services.

As the logistic environment of digital contents is rapidly changing, the protection of the digital rights for digital content has been recognized as one of critical Issues. Digital Right Management(DRM) has taken much interest Internet Service Provider(ISP), authors and publishers of digital content as an interested approach to create a trusted environment for access and use of digital resources. This paper propose an interested digital rights protection scheme using license agent to address problems facing contemporary DRM approached : static digital rights management, and limited application to on-line environment. We introduce a dynamic mission control technology to realize dynamic digital rights management. And we incorporate license agent to on- and off-line monitoring and tracking. The proposed system prevent illegal access and use by using PKI security method, real time action monitoring for user, data security for itself.

With the advent of digital media environment, distribution way of information changes, legalization of the right to be forgotten is becoming increasingly necessary. However, too much emphasis on protection of personal information to hinder the development of the Internet industry and constitutional rights, including freedom of speech and right to know might be infringed. Thus, the scope of the right to be forgotten there is a need to clarify the rules. First, the rights of personal information can be divided into two. Right to be forgotten can be applied to the right to self-determination of personal information, but the right to self-determination information about social personality cannot be applied to. Second, in the digital media environment, old news article over the internet repeatedly distribution as the new damage is generating. Because old news article is a historical record, the right to be forgotten can not be applied. Thus, appropriate for digital media environment must find new ways.

This paper tries to solve the problems which previous methods have such as the WCDRM(Watermark and Cryptography DRM) and the model using smart card for protecting digital contents. This study provides a contents distribution model to protect the rights of author, distributor, and user as well as user's information by using technologies such as cryptography, DRM(Digital Right Management), access control, etc. The proposed system is evaluated as the most safety model compared with previous methods because it not only solves the problems which the previous methods have, but also protects four type of risks such as use of contents which other mobile devices download, the attack on the key to decode the message, the attack on leaking the contents, and the internal attack such as an illegal reproduction.
