다양한 도시의 형태를 입체적으로 조망해 볼 수 있도록 하기 위하여 입체 지형조감도를 작성하였고, 이를 시공간에서 동영상으로 보여주기 위하여 3차원 시뮬레이션을 실시할 수 있도록 하였다. 입체 조감도의 제작은 투시기법을 이용한 이미지 제작 기법을 이용하였으며, 그 기본재료가 되는 영상들은 다음과 같이 준비하도록 하였다. 준비영상으로는 우리나라 아리랑 위성의 EOC 영상을 이용하도록 하였으며, 국립지리원에서 국가기본도로 제작한 1/5,000 수치지도의 등고선으로부터 추출하여 임의로 오차가 보정된 DEM 생성과 1/1,000 수지지도의 도로 레이어 벡터파일로 제작된 도로선을 분류하여 대상지의 3차원 영상 위에 중첩시켜 처리하는 것으로 하였다. 특히 이번 연구에 사용한 도심지역의 도로망 구성 데이터는 새주소 부여를 위해 제작된 1/1,000축척의 간선도로를 최대한 이용함으로서 새주소에서 사용하게 될 주소체계와의 연계성을 크게 염두에 두어 제작하도록 연구하였다.

A Project planning is one of the most important processes that determines success and failure of the project. Scope management for project planning is also essential job in system integration project. However project planning is very difficult because lots of factor and their relationships should be considered. Therefore project planning of SI project has been done by project manager s own knowledge and experiences. It is necessary to develop an algorithm of WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) identification & document selection along to project's specificity in project management system using AI technique. This study also present method (ODW model) to cope with the limitations of the existing study that has uniformly customizing the methodology by only project complexity. We propose PPSM(Project planning support module) that apply Rule for determination of route map and document level, and CBR for WBS identification.

Unmanned ground vehicles(UGVs) are expected to play a key role in the future army. These UGVs would be used for weapons platforms. logistics carriers, reconnaissance, surveillance, and target acquisition in the rough terrain. Most of path planning methodologies for UGVs offer an optimal or sub-optimal shortest-path in a 20 space. However, those methodologies do not consider increment and reduction effects of relative distance when a UGV climbs up or goes down in the slope of rough terrain. In this paper, we propose a novel path planning methodology using the modified distance transform algorithm. Our proposed path planning methodology employs two kinds of map. One is binary obstacle map. The other is the DEM. With these two maps, the modified distance transform algorithm in which distance between cells is increased or decreased by weighting function of slope is suggested. The proposed methodology is verified by various simulations on the randomly generated DEM and obstacle map.

Shipbuilding industries have been struggling to reduce production time and cost of their products in many aspects. Manufacturing systems have been changed, new production lines and robots have been installed, and new planning and scheduling systems have been adopted in order to achieve shorter time-to-market and higher productivity. Simulation based manufacturing, digital manufacturing, or virtual manufacturing simulation, whatever the name means, is an approach to achieve such a goal. In order to improve productivity in a shipbuilding process at a shipyard, a digital shipyard development has been driven. This paper proposed how to implement the digital shipyard, what to do with it, and what to obtain from it. This digital shipyard will help simulate and optimize the entire shipbuilding life cycle with its virtual environment through shipbuilding process from the initial development stage to the launch.

The study alms to seek a plan of applying the digital technology to housing for the elderly. The purpose of the study was to grasp the needs of the aged on 30 types of digital systems in housing. The subjects were 120 persons aged of more than 60 years and lived in Busan. Data were collected by the individual interview. The following results were drawn from this study. First, the needs of the aged on the digital systems categorized as safe and security, control of indoor environment, and housework support were very high and should be provided at first. Second, the necessary types of digital systems which should be provided to the digital home for the elderly were digital systems for heating control, health checking, sensing of fire and gas leak, and house cleaning. Also, the basic types of digital systems were ones for invasion and burglarproof, emergency, air cleaning, automatic facet, door locking, and waste collecting. Third, the Income and usage level of digital equipment of the aged influenced to the floods of the aged on the digital system. Therefore, in addition to the necessary and basic types of digital systems mentioned above, the income and usage level of digital equipment should be considered in planning the digital home for the elderly.

Currently, brand apartment is positioning itself as one of the representative Korean housing. This allows to look into the planning side and cultural side of the Korean housing. The purpose of this study is to review the previous trend in apartment housing according to period, and to verify the trend of current Korean apartment housing by visiting the model houses in PanGyo, the new city. This study has chosen case study method of 11 cases which had been sorted out in different floor plan type and size. The findings of the study is as followed. In the aspect of spatial arrangement, it had been similar to the previous apartment plan but had a new attempt to break out from the old apartment structure by bring in round shaped living room. Also, due to the legalization of balcony expansion, various tries had been made to increase the level of function and to allow variety of usage. In the environmental aspect, the concept of wellbeing and health had been a great importance in apartment planning. In the digital aspect, various digital systems had been introduce for convenience and safety via home network system. Furthermore, based on the various lifestyle, the storytelling design concept applied in the interior design, which will have to effect the future model house design planning. Nonetheless, the current emphasis on universal design is expected to be treated one of the important concept in Korean apartment planning. This study has a significant meaning on readdressing current trend in Korean housing and to provide informations for future directions on Korean apartment planning.

최근 바이오헬스산업의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 정부지원의 혁신성이 요구되고 있으나 지원틀의 한계가 있어 사업화를 위한 지원이 미비하여 보완적 지원체계가 시급한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 국내의 기존 지원 및 평가가 따르는 TRL 개념을 고찰하고 이를 중심으로 현재 국내 적용 지원체계 실태와 해외의 지원사례 등을 검토하여, 정부가 펼치고 있는 현 TRL 기반의 지원정책이 오랜 기간과 투자가 많이 소요되는 바이오헬스 분야 사업화를 위해서는 한계를 가지고 있음을 지적하였다. 이를 바탕으로 후기 연구개발단계 문제점 해소를 위한 개선점과 바이오산업의 특성을 반영한 사업화 중심의 새로운 지원체계 개념을 상정하고 연구개발사업에 맞게 제시될 수 있는 정책방향과 연결지었다. 본 연구는 바이오헬스분야 사업화를 위해 연구와 산업의 거리를 좁히는 가이드라인 역할이 될 것임에 의의가 있다 할 것이다.

The next research that the individual globe plan and development actual condition actual proof and the research which it analyzes system is necessary with base, sees the general operation evaluation of Seoul District unit plan.

This study is planning improvement of welfare facilities about the hall for the aged in apartment housing. An apartment house, famous residential type in Korea, put an important value on its convenience and economical efficiency of furniture arrangement by maximizing floor space index. In this regard, leisure usage of house was not carefully considered for the aged people. To redefine the efficiency of welfare facilities, research mainly deals with analysis of realistic needs for the aged through the spot survey and interview. The main purpose of this study is to enhance the quality of welfare facilities and propose the improved welfare facilities for the aged people. Through the research, conclusions are as followed First, Facility standard and provisions of the law should be revised for considering population growth of the aged people. Second, there are 4 plan types in the hall for the aged. Contrary to our expectation, diversity of program was not found however various program planning is needed for considering its different types of plan. Third, according to regulation, space restriction is based on the number of households. Therefore, room and space standard does not depend on the number of people. From now on, in order to improve quality of welfare facilities of the aged, revision of laws and overall facility standard should be implemented in advance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and to grasp Peter Calthorpe's urbanism through the process that is compared with various developments of urban design field for the preservation of global environment. From this study, Peter Calthorpe's urbanism for global environment is comprehended according to design stages. As a design goal, He seeks a green urbanism that puts emphasis on land use and transportation. As a urban planning, he devises urban footprint for the tool of evaluation and urban planning, and proposes five place types toward mixed-use development, and advocates Transect for eco-friendly land use. As a urban design, he devises urban network model for transportation network based on accessibility, and devises TOD and TOC model for preventing urban sprawl and mitigating carbon emissions, and advocates TND model for pedestrian-friendly space and community life. He makes importance of urban design. Because he thinks that integrative solution is required to global environment and urban design of integrative characteristic is suitable to preserve global environment. The results of this study are summarized as the followings: First, type classification of urbanism for the preservation of global environment and grasping purposes, methods, characteristics according to the types. Second, grasping characteristics and location of Peter Calthorpe's urbanism as a green urbanism. Third, proposing the direction of improvement for our urban planning and design.
