As the risk of technical leakage is increasing, technology protection support systems for small and medium-sized businesses have gained attention. This paper analyzed the perception gap of the user and policy-maker regarding technology protection support systems. First, to identify key elements of technology protection support systems and construct measurement factors, interviews with experts are conducted. Then, surveys are conducted to analyze the perception differences between the users and policy-makers. Factor analysis and ANOVA have been utilized to analyze survey results. The result shows that the perception gaps exist in the following areas: management system, cost reduction, copyright protection, customer satisfaction, leakage prevention, and awareness. To enhance the effectiveness of technology protection support systems, this paper suggests technology protection support systems should be customized in terms of the company's size and type of busines.

IT is the core industry in Korea which has the most international competitiveness and counts for 35% of the total exports of Korea. Nevertheless, it tends to be concentrated in small range of items, a few countries and mostly large companies. Therefore, it is needed for small and medium-sized enterprises which can have prompt decision making processes and various changes to export wide range of items and to diverse countries. This study will introduce 'the fleet-type expansion strategy of overseas export' that is about large and small enterprises perform the appropriate role based on their own character, thus they produce the mutual benefit. This strategy will contribute to improve the export structure of Korea and perform the major role for Korea's IT industry to become the dynamic force for growth in the future.

In this paper we present a review of school information education about technical high school in domestic. The review is based on an extensive research in the practical literature. Business of various forms such as industry, education, and medium is appearing by supply of Internet of all the world. The Information Technology market is developing by leaps and bounds among them, but suitable school information education disgrace and improvement plan were not readied in domestic Information Technology and communication situation. Therefore, this paper?wishes to satisfy purpose by school information education improvement plan and manpower practical conditions about ERP education. So that, is used to accelerate medium and small enterprises information through qualitative, quantitative valuation of medium and small enterprises information manpower supply and demand as well as domestic school information.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest field-oriented policy of regional innovation support system. To accomplish this purpose, we examined the status quo of technical support, performance satisfaction of consumers and practical issues. The key factors influencing core technical innovation of small and medium firms are development fund, R&D employees, experimental instrument, technical information, protection of intellectual property, subcontracting and so on. To make sure of practical effect, therefore, it would rather necessary to implement policy support linking government and supporting means on the ground of needs of small and medium firms than specific method such as funding.

In today's highly competitive environment, the importance of technology protection cannot be overemphasized. To evaluate technology protection competency of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs), Government has conducted surveys every year but its effectiveness is still in question. To enhance the effectiveness of technology protection for SMEs, a customized evaluation model of technology protection competency has been suggested in this study. Surveys are conducted to measure the relative importance of evaluation areas that can be influenced by the size and type of business. The analysis shows that there exists significant differences between evaluation areas. This study suggests that the effectiveness of technology protection can be enhanced by utilizing a customized evaluation model depending on the size and type of business. Also, the proposed model can be used for SMEs to identify and enhance their weakness in technology protection. Overall, it is expected that the proposed model can be effectively used to protect valuable technologies in various SMEs.

최근 항공측량분야에서 항공디지털카메라 및 항공레이저측량시스템은 DEM제작 및 지형분석 등의 지리정보 구축에 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ALS50II에 포함된 중형CCD카메라인 RCD105에 대한 3차원 위치정확도를 고해상도 항공디지털카메라인 DMC와 비교하였다. 이를 위해 촬영지역을 선정 및 항공사진촬영을 실시하였으며 1/1,000 수치지형도에서 지상기준점을 선점하였다. RCD105와 DMC에 대해 항공삼각측량 후 최소제곱오차(RMSE)를 비교하였다.

The study utilizes remote sensing as the main monitoring means. With different spatial high-resolution, multichannel ASTER remote sensing image as the main information in Beijing city zone; with regional border and statistical data as auxiliary factor a study between the thermal space distribution character and the underground medium is analyzed based on the GIS logical algorithm and synthetic analysis technology. Results show thermal forming mechanism and the rule of distribution is mainly related to the underground medium and the change of the city distribution. Different underground medium has different degree and intensity influence on the thermal space distribution. Furthermore, urban greenbelt and water areas can reduce the thermal effect and large-scale greenbelt creates green island effect. In addition, Road net, residential area, population density, heat resources and so on have some positive effect on the thermal distribution, which increase the local temperature and intensity on the other hand. It is important to study the thermal distribution and its related factors, which contributes to the plan, construction and development of the city.

This article considers short-form fashion videos as distinguished from fashion films, defines the concept, details the expressive characteristics of short-form fashion video, and reveals the method of producing it. For the methodology, a literature review was conducted to derive the concept and expression techniques. A case study was also performed to define the expressive characteristics. Five short-form fashion videos were also produced based on the results. The final results are as follows. First, short-form fashion video was defined as a fashion medium on the purpose of fashion communication within 60 seconds and classified by three digital image formats. Second, the result of analyzing the expression of the short-form fashion video shows the simplicity and reconstitution, characterization and remediation, borderless and expansion, and synesthesia trigger of the fashion image. Third, five short-form fashion videos were produced based on the theme of the digital garden. It shows that the short-form fashion video intensively expresses the content as a medium whose sensational expression is more prominent than the composition of the story by the short running time that reflects the taste of digital mainstream.

본 연구는 한국 중소기업의 수출 증대와 고용 증대에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 연구 흐름의 깊이를 심화시키기 위해 외부 기술 연구개발 협력 네트워크의 다양성이 중소기업의 수출 증대와 고용 증대에 미치는 영향을 연구 모형화 하였으며, 대한민국의 2,200개의 중소기업으로부터 수집된 데이터를 사용하여 연구 모형을 실증적으로 검증 하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 실증 검증 결과를 통해 다음과 같은 2개의 연구 결과를 조명한다. 첫째, 중소기업의 외부 기술 연구개발 협력 네트워크의 다양성은 기술 개발로 인한 고용 증대에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 중소기업의 기술 개발로 인한 수출 증대는 기술 개발로 인한 고용 증대가 외부 기술 연구개발 협력 네트워크의 다양성에 의해 받는 양(+)의 영향을 부분 매개한다.

환경오염과 지구 온난화가 더욱 더 심각해지면서 녹색 경영이 중소기업에 더욱 더 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 녹색 경영 성과에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하기 위해 한국의 2,200개의 중소기업 데이터를 대상으로 실시한 최소자승 회귀분석 결과를 통해 다음과 같은 두 가지 주요 시사점들을 제공한다. 첫째, 중소기업의 외부 기술 연구개발 정보 네트워크의 다양성은 기술 연구개발로 인한 녹색 경영 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 중소기업의 기술개발로 인한 생산 공정의 개선은 외부 기술 연구개발 정보 네트워크의 다양성이 기술개발로 인한 녹색 경영 성과에 미치는 양(+)의 영향을 부분적으로 매개 한다.
