  • The purpose of this study is to analyze about the extension of user experience in the digital space. Through the digital technology and virtual space, the city's new environment is being changed. it makes people activate their aesthetic experience. Simultaneously, it elevates satisfaction levels regarding people's aesthetic experience. Research methods and settings of the range to study on the Extension of User Experience are as follows: First, establish digital space's characteristics comparing digital space at the structural change-points in modern society. Second, experience's approch way through the digital media in the contemporary space. And understand the concept about a variety of User Experience. Third. to classify the elements of access control for the user experience. Experience is being expanded through the generation process. Fourth, investigate analysis of the case studies, focused on the architecture and space design_Media installations that appear in the city park, the city's landmark buildings facade, the building facade by offering commercially applied for brand marketing_ announced through the media recently. Also, it is to look at the physical elements through digital media and to analyze the applicability of the public space. Therefore, the new approach to digital implementation shall be determined by looking in the direction of the user approaches.

  • 4차산업혁명과 코로나 19의 진전으로 인하여 패션 산업은 급속이 오프라인에서 온라인으로 이동하고 있다. 전통적인 패션쇼 조차도 온라인이 오프라인을 대체하고 있는 실정이다. 온라인 서비스로 인하여 디지털 기술에 기반을 둔 고객의 디지털 경험이 급속히 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 배경하에 다음과 같은 목적을 가지고 이루어졌다. 첫째, 디지털 경험이 고객만족에 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위해 Schmitt의 경험 마케팅의 요소를 기반으로 연구 변수를 도출하였다. 둘째, 서비스-이익 모델에 의해 품질, 고객만족, 충성도, 이익으로 이어지는 일련의 과정을 디지털 경험을 출발점으로 하여 검증하였다. 셋째, 디지털 경험 회수가 독립변수와 고객만족 간 조절 역할을 하는지에 대해서도 규명을 하였다. 이를 위해 패션 쇼핑몰 이용자 180명에게 설문을 받았다. 설문 분석은 SPSS 24, AMOS 23와 Process Macro 3.5를 활용하였다. 연구 결과 디지털 경험 요소로 도출된 디지털 sense, feel, think, act, relate 5가지 요소중 act만 제외하고 모두 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 나타났다. 이들의 영향력 크기는 digital sense (β = .366) > digital think (β = .225)> digital feel (β = .191) > digital relate(β = .163)순으로 나타났다. 디지털 고객 만족은 구매, 지속적 구매, 추천 의향에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 디지털 경험 빈도의 조절효과 분석 결과 디지털 경험 빈도는 digital feel 및 digital act와 고객만족 간 조절 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학술적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

An Exploratory Case Study on Types of Teaching and Learning with Digital Textbook in Primary Schools

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the types of lesson and its effectiveness with digital textbook. To address those goals, we had observed five classes of the primary school, which designated as a research pilot school for digital textbook. Based on the result of observation, 3 types of lesson with digital textbook were categorized: Teacher-directed lecture (type 1), Blended learning (type 2), and Flipped learning (type 3). Depending on the type of lesson was analyzed the positive and negative effectiveness by means of matrix analysis method. As a result, in Teacher-directed lecture (type 1), there was found out the participation of the lesson in atmosphere of stable and comfortable as positive experience, also digital textbook operating immature and boring as negative experience. In Blended learning (type 2), there was found out the fun by sharing the product and peer feedback, and flow by learning transfer as positive experience, also digital textbook operating immature and understanding the difference between assignments as negative experience. In Flipped learning (type 3), there was shown the positive attitude and ownership in the lesson as positive experience, also distracting and boring in the lesson when learner was excluded in participation as negative experience. Based on the results, we suggested some strategies for improving positive experience and protecting negative experience in the lesson with using digital textbook.

A Research of User Experience on Multi-Modal Interactive Digital Art

  • The concept of single-modal digital art originated in the 20th century and has evolved through three key stages. Over time, digital art has transformed into multi-modal interaction, representing a new era in art forms. Based on multi-modal theory, this paper aims to explore the characteristics of interactive digital art in innovative art forms and its impact on user experience. Through an analysis of practical application of multi-modal interactive digital art, this study summarises the impact of creative models of digital art on the physical and mental aspects of user experience. In creating audio-visual-based art, multi-modal digital art should seamlessly incorporate sensory elements and leverage computer image processing technology. Focusing on user perception, emotional expression, and cultural communication, it strives to establish an immersive environment with user experience at its core. Future research, particularly with emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence(AR) and Virtual Reality(VR), should not merely prioritize technology but aim for meaningful interaction. Through multi-modal interaction, digital art is poised to continually innovate, offering new possibilities and expanding the realm of interactive digital art.

The Influence of User Experience Elements of Digital Music Access Platform on User Loyalty: Mediation Effect of Usefulness Perception, Epidemic Perception

  • With the popularity of mobile Internet and smart phones, the domestic digital music access platform has entered a period of rapid development. Existing studies in the academic circle have shown that experience has a positive impact on user perception and loyalty. However, the research on the relationship between brand loyalty, user perception and user experience of Internet products has not received much attention. Starting from the brand loyalty theory and user experience theory, this paper explores the mechanism of user experience, user perception and brand loyalty of digital music access platform. Based on the development status of digital music access platform in China, the purpose is to explore how the user experience of the mainstream digital music access platform can affect Usefulness Perception, Epidemic Perception. And to explore how the Usefulness Perception, Epidemic Perception can affect users' brand loyalty. also further explore the role of users' perception in this process to understand the relationship between brand and user experience. In practical operations, 398 formal questionnaires were issued online to collect first-hand data, and reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and hypothesis analysis were carried out successively on the data in the later stage. Through research, it is found that the user experience of digital music access platform has a partial significant impact on the perception and loyalty of applications. The visual presentation and emotional feelings of digital music access platform are positively correlated with the perceived usefulness of applications. The visual presentation and emotional feelings of digital music access platform are positively correlated with the perceived popularity of applications. The e perceived usefulness and perceived popularity of the digital music access platform are positively correlated with the loyalty of the application. Through this research, it has certain guiding significance to the promotion of digital music access platform's brand loyalty degree.

Young Children Teacher's Application Experience and Utilizing Observation of Digital Device

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the application experience and observation of young children's teachers' digital devices. The participants of this study were 6 young children teachers using digital devices. Individual interviews were conducted as a data collection method. It was conducted 2-3 times per research participant. Data collection was conducted from November to December 2020. The Data analysis was focused on the young children's teachers' digital device application experience and observation use. 'Easy and simple use', 'using existing familiar apps', 'providing healing to teachers', and 'improving the utilization of spare time' were derived as early childhood teachers' experience of applying digital devices. 'Easy use of observation records', 'Use together in various ways', 'Use for parent counseling', 'Use appropriate for observation of revised Nuri Curriculum' through early childhood teacher's experience of observing digital devices ' was derived. As a conclusion of this study, first, it is easy for young children's teachers to apply digital devices to the field. Second, if young children's teachers use digital devices, they can make a wide range of observations, enabling high-quality early childhood education practices.

  • 본 연구는 디지털 구강스캐너 사용 경험에 따른 치과위생사의 인지도 및 선호도에 대한 변화를 융합연구를 통해 파악하고자 하였으며, 부산광역시와 경상 남 북도 지역의 치과위생사를 대상으로 온라인 설문에 의해 수집된 자료를 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 통해 분석하였다. 디지털 구강스캐너 사용경험이 있을수록 디지털 구강스캐너의 인지도와 선호도가 유의하게 높게 나타났으며, 디지털 구강스캐너 사용경험은 디지털 구강스캐너 임상적용 경험과 디지털 구강스캐너 임상적용 경험은 디지털 구강스캐너 인지도와 디지털 구강스캐너의 인지도는 디지털 구강스캐너의 선호도와 정적 상관이 나타났다. 결국 치과위생사의 디지털 구강스캐너 임상적용 경험이 있을수록 그 인지도 및 선호도가 높아져 치과위생사의 업무 능력이 향상될 것으로 기대됨에 따라 디지털 구강스캐너 관련 지속적인 교육과 학습이 필요하다고 판단된다.

  • Entering the digital cinema era, movies and games are remediating each other. The shots of digital movies are being transformed into realistic content through digital Moving long-take shots that transcend time and space and move smoothly. At this time, the digital Moving long take shot that continuously captures the space in all directions without an external screen induces a game experience. In addition, the camera that constantly accompanies the person enhances the sense of immersion in the game in a way similar to the point of view of the game. While various immersive device contents represented by VR, AR and XR are emerging, the advent of <1917> suggests significant implications for post-cinema in that it creates a game experience while maintaining the traditional screen environment and cinematic paradigm.

  • With the development of Information Technology, customers require promptly higher quality products and services. Companies try to make newly digital marketing strategies, but there are no empirical researches on them. This article empirically presents a new perspective that companies can shape the customer decision journey ahead by coordinating customer experience. In this article, based on Elaborated Likelihood Model (ELM) theory, customer experience consists of the emotional or cognitive experience. We surveyed about 200 subjects (N = 217) in their 20s and 30s based on the International Music Industry Association's Music Listening 2019 report, then analyzed four different models (before personalization-cognitive experience, before personalization-emotional experience, after personalization- cognitive experience, after personalization-emotional experience) by JASP and R Studio. We conducted Structural Equation Model (SEM) and paired t-test. Personalization factors are about recommendation systems in Spotify. The results of survey represent that companies can shape the Customer Decision Journey (CDJ) ahead especially through enhance cognitive experience. It empirically proves Elaborated Likelihood Model (ELM). The conclusion can be drawn that 'pulling' customer experience can be a new marketing strategies in the digital era.

  • 본 연구는 2008년부터 2018년에 개관되어진 디지털체험관 4곳을 선정하여 디지털체험관의 발전방향을 파악하고 체험 유형과 인터랙션 특성 및 콘텐츠 성격을 알아보고자 한다. 디지털체험 유형은 선행연구로 조작형, 감각형, 반응형, 유도형과 인터랙션 유형은 조작형, 터치형, 센서형으로 콘텐츠 성격은 게임형, 놀이형, 교육형으로 분석한다. 연구결과 체험 유형은 조작형, 감각형에 집중됐으나 점차 조작형 체험이 높아지고, 인터랙션 유형은 센서형과 터치형 활용이 높으나 조작형과 터치형 비중으로 변하고 있다. 콘텐츠의 성격은 균형적으로 활용하고 있으나 놀이형에 의한 체험활동 제공이 점차 높아지고 있다. 따라서, 어린이 디지털체험관의 발전방향의 흐름과 인터랙션의 특성을 파악하고 제시하여 향후 구축되는 디지털체험관 콘텐츠의 실증적인 인터랙션 연출에 도움이 되고자 한다.
