Today, the activities of individuals and corporations are dependent not only on digital technology but also on the future of society, which is referred to as the fourth industrial revolution. Since the traces that arise from the crimes that occur in the digital society are also inevitably developed into a society that should be found in the digital, the judicial dependence of judging by the digital evidence is inevitably increased in the criminal procedure. On the other hand, considering the fact that many users are using virtual shared computing resources of service providers considering the fact that they are being converted into a cloud computing environment system, searching for evidence in cloud computing resources is not related to crime. The possibility of infringing on the basic rights of the criminal procedure is increased, so that the ability of evidence of digital data which can be used in the criminal procedure is limited. Therefore, considering these two aspects of digital evidence, this point should be fully taken into account in judging the evidence ability in the post-seizure warrant issuance and execution stage as well as the pre-emptive control. There is a view that dictionary control is useless, but it needs to be done with lenient control in order to materialize post-modern control through judging ability of evidence. In other words, more efforts are needed than ever before, including legislation to ensure proper criminal procedures in line with the digital age.

This paper is proposed that in-output Digital module is acquired a vibration signal of a rotating machinery by Data Acquisition System. The module is designed to get ride of nose through low pass filter on the vibration signal from sensors and set the gain value for being able to sampling AC to DC, and also the sampled data by sampler and the conversed data by DIP/FPGA is supplied to the analyzer for analysis at a software tool. The DIP(Digital Signal Processor) of the Digital input/output Board makes Average voltage, Peak to Peak voltage, RMS(Root Mean Square) and Gap voltage, also FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) for rotating vibration diagnosis.

In the area of hotel and tourism sector, various research are analyzed using big data. Big data is being generated by any digital devices around us all the times. All the digital process and social media exchange produces the big data. In this paper, we analyzed the de-identification method of big data to use the personal information of hotel guests. Through the analysis of these big data, hotel can provide differentiated and diverse services to hotel guests and can improve the service and support the marketing of hotels. If the hotel wants to use the information of the guest, the private data should be de-identified. There are several de-identification methods of personal information such as pseudonymisation, aggregation, data reduction, data suppression and data masking. Using the comparison of these methods, the pseudonymisation is discriminated to the suitable methods for the analysis of information for the hotel guest. Also, among the pseudonymisation methods, the t-closeness was analyzed to the secure and efficient method for the de-identification of personal information in hotel.

본 연구의 목적은 문헌정보학 중심의 인문학 기반 데이터 리터러시 개념과 세부 역량을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내외 데이터, 정보, 디지털 리터러시 등의 관련 연구를 비교 분석하여 데이터 리터러시의 개념을 정의하고, 인문학 관련 개념으로 디지털 인문학 주요 개념을 연계하여 11개 항목의 인문학 기반 데이터 리터러시의 기본 요소를 설계하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 데이터 리터러시 프레임워크 설계의 기초자료로 이용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This paper examines the change and its meaning of marketing strategy in business administration, which is changing along with the development of digital technology. Unlike conventional marketing, digital marketing is creating new relationships and making changes through a two-way approach rather than a one-way approach between producers and consumers. And these changes are creating new approaches not only in the problems between businesses and consumers, but also in the relationship between public institutions and citizens. In particular, the potential of platforms, which are emerging as important in digital management, is applied to public policies, and efforts are being made to establish marketing strategies for public institutions. One case of this was applied to the cultural contents industry and policy to examine specific measures and visions. The cultural big data platform is in line with digital management and continuously utilizes digital marketing strategies in the public domain, and aims to promote creative work as well as publicize it to citizens and workers in the cultural content industry. The synergy effect that will emerge from the combination of the cultural big data platform and digital management is expected to continue.

The digital map expresses natural topographies and artificial things with 3D position coordinates in the computer such as the road, railway, building, river, mountain, paddy and dryland. Therefore, the digital map is regarded as an important factor in the information-oriented society. However, it is difficult to maintain the most recent topographic information all the times because of restricted budget and time. For that, the efficient method corresponded with the digital map should be presented. This study aims to suggest the way to make an estimate of updating cost for 1:5,000 scale digital map by using remotely sensed data. To predict updating area of the digital map, the screen digitizing method was applied to the overlapped images and digital maps.

Korea's FTA e-commerce regulations are evolving into a standardized norm. However, "location of computing facilities", which was not covered by Korea's existing FTA, was newly established in Korea's first Mega FTA, RCEP. China, a member of RCEP, restricts data movement and requires data localization through its Cybersecurity law. These facts have led to start this study with interest in data-related regulations. It examined country-specific and regulatory characteristics in the process of forming digital trade norms, using the TAPED established by Burri et al. (2020). It also analyzed the current status of introducing norms related to 'data flow', 'data localization' and 'data protection' of the EU, USA and China, which are leading the formation of e-commerce trade norms. Finally, the legal review was conducted to compare the exact meaning of the wording expressed in each agreement for the six recently enacted Mega FTAs and Digital Economic Agreements. These findings are meaningful in that they provided implications for the effectiveness of RCEP and the direction of negotiations on Korea's digital trade norms.

최근 많은 연구가 실시간 지도제작시스템의 개발에 초점이 맞춰지고 있으며, 일반적으로 자동차나 비행기로부터 지형에 관련된 수치형태의 정보를 얻고 있다. 본 연구는 미국 오하이오 주립대학의 지도 제작센터에서 개발한 일명 "GPS-Van"이라고 하는 관측장비를 이용하여 얻어진 수치영상으로부터 도로정보를 자동추출하고 수치자료의 효과적인 저장과 관리를 위한 방법을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 도로의 경계선 검출은 수치사진측량기법을 적용하므로써 수치영상에서 자동추출할 수 있으며 실시간 3차원위치 결정도 가능했다. 또한 자료저장단계를 레스터자료단계, 객체지향자료단계, 벡터자료단계로 구성되는 3단계 자료 저장방법과 자료관리 측면에서 효과적인 자료압축과 검색을 위해 사지수형자료구조를 제안하였다.구조를 제안하였다.

디지털 데이터에는 TEXT 파일, OFFICE 파일, 이미지 파일, 동영상 파일, 도면 파일 등과 같은 비정형 데이터가 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 최근 기업 내에서 생성되고 활용되는 디지털 데이터는 그 양이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 한편, 이들 디지털 데이터는 디지털 자산으로서의 중요성이 부각되고 있으나, 그 자산의 가치에 대한 평가는 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 기업 내 디지털 자산으로서의 비정형 데이터의 가치 평가 모델을 제시한다. 또한, 이를 통해 자산으로서의 비정형 데이터에 대한 차별적 관리 방안을 제시한다.

From the mid-to-late 2010s, technology was frequently mentioned in the definition of digital transformation. In the early stages, the private sector started actively using it, and the public sector started to take it seriously. Divided into "providing value and cultural change, the main goals of digital transformation were accomplished, and the ideas of creating new values in social and industrial systems and applying digital technology appeared to be related. Digital transformation, defined as the idea of combining digital solutions to boost competitiveness and add value, necessitates social innovation and cultural shifts at the national level. In order to encourage the digital transformation of the industry, the Industrial Digital Transformation Promotion Act was passed in December 2021. This set the groundwork for a comprehensive and organized approach to facilitating the use of industrial information. We will examine the nature and extent of digital transformation in this study, as well as discover the organizations and regulations that support it. We also want to examine the essential standards and technologies needed to put the digital transformation plan into practice. Lastly, We'll make some conclusions about how this will affect public services' digital transformation.
