  • The tremendous growth of the Internet, particularly world wide web, has resulted in significant changes in commerce environments. Internet has brought significant changes in the economics of marketing channels and has led to a redefinition of industry value chain. E-commerce has become so important that countries and firms unprepared for this new trend would lose competitive advantages in the coming century of digital economy. The purpose of this study is to identify logistic!; service quality elements about internet shopping mall customers and examine the relationship among e-commerce logistics service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship quality and repurchase intentions in the area of internet shopping mall. To do so, prior studies on logistics service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship qualify and repurchase intentions were broadly reviewed and the relationship among those four concepts was empirically tested.

  • 휴대형 장비를 이용해서 다양한 정보를 취득하고자 하는 요구가 증가되고 있으며, 특히 휴대형 전화기나 PDA(Personal Digital Assistance)를 이용한 웹정보에 대한 접근이 크게 요구되고있다. 기존의 유선망 중심의 전자상거래기반을 무선망으로 전환하는 계기가 될 것이다. 또한 데이터 전송속도나 이동성의 보장으로 전자상거래의 영역을 더욱 확대시킬 것이다. 본 논문에서 소개되는 HDML(Handhold Device Markup Language)은 휴대용 장비로부터 효과적인 웹의 접근을 위한 언어로서, 현재 상용화를 위한 HDML 응요업무의 제작이 전 세계적으로 급속도로 이루어지고 있는 상황에서, HDML에 관련된 기술의 습득 및 지원도구 개발은 매우중요하다. 따라서 본고에서는 M-commerce의 현황, 관련 요소기술들, 비즈니스 모델을 알아보고, 이를 기반으로 M-commerce의 서비스 제공시 고려사항 및 개념모델에 대한 DB 연동 DHML Server를 구축하려 한다.

  • This study is to implement electronic catalog that is necessary for Web-based electronic commerce and one of many application areas in digital libraries technologies. According to development to digitize various type of paper documents that are used at electronic commerce. We demonstrated limitations of HTML and XML that are being used for current electronic catalog, and introduced newly developed cXML. We have also implemented new electronic catalog using cXML in order to develop and research standardized and secured electronic commerce.

  • BOLERO project and TradeCard System are attracted public attention as new settlement method that is able to substitute for documentary letter of credit. BOLERO is the business processes and methods, together with the digital information system, which are provided by Bolero International for communicating Messages and Documents and facilitating business transactions. TradeCard aim to make international business-to-business e-Commerce easy, fast, inexpensive and secure while innovating current documentary compliance and financial settlement mechanisms. The main purpose of this paper is to search the possibility of paperless trade. Since, this paper examine the international legal feasibility of these systems and compare the strength and weakness.

  • M-Commerce 에서 사용되는 전자 계약서는 단말기의 제약성과 이동 통신망의 전송 속도를 고려하여 제작되어야 한다. 즉, 전자 계약서는 크기가 작고 모든 단말기에서 수행될 수 있도록 호환성이 유지될 수 있도록 설계되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 M-Commerce 에서 사용되는 전자계약서를 XML 구조로 정의하고, XML 전자계약서를 GUI환경에서 쉽게 제작 할 수 있는 저작 도구를 설계 구현한다.

  • Seamlessness is the Keyword of U-Commerce Which may be defined as the commercial interaction among providers, consumers, products, and services, enabled and supported especially by the real-world seamless communication of each entity and object's digital information. However, the possibility of the seamless transactions increases the privacy risk of the entities involved. Therefore, the core issue of U-Commerce is how to promote seamless transactions while protecting the privacy. for the seamlessness, the role of incentive-emphasized business model is important since the seamlessness makes clear which economic entities contribute to a commercial transaction. Economic entities will reject the seamless transactions unless the sufficient incentives are given to them. In order to consider the privacy issue, we suggest an alternative U-Commerce architecture based on Hybrid P2P Model and Personal Information Base.

  • Electronic Commerce are facing on social upheavals by a rapidly advanced Open Network such as Internet, and the crest of a digital boom in the economic side for the 21th century. As the Internet develops into a robust delivery channel for commerce, it will be important to understand the characteristics of on-line markets. This paper addresses price competition in Internet Electronic Commerce by reviewing current academic research, discussing the implications of price competition, and proposing areas for future study.

  • This study aims to create a video-commerce website that uses video for Vietnamese consumers. First of all, we completed the persona by conducting understanding questionnaires, in - depth interviews, and analysis of prior research to understand the content interest and understanding of Vietnamese consumers, purpose of website use. Persona results: First, make it easy for Vietnamese and Korean people to interact with each other by creating a contact menu. Secondly, it would be provided various information about K-pop, Korean fashion, Korean makeup(cosmetics), Korean food, Korean travel, Korean, etc., which Vietnamese people are interested in. Third, it makes it easy to purchase the products that are shown in the video that they watch.

  • The volume of electronic banking service via smart phone is expected to increase dramatically under smart convergence environment. Under such circumstances, the effort to establish the mobile electronic banking culture which took a major step forward from the conventional electronic commerce method is essential. It is necessary to standardize the mobile payment infrastructure in order to resolve the initiative conflicts between financial institutions and newly launched non-financial institutions. Furthermore, a domestic and international strategy is required as the number of NFC technology based smart phone transaction business is increased. As various types of business enter the electronic commerce field, efforts to resolve the dissatisfaction of the customers are critical. Additionally, security is one of the significant issue due to the conversation process to open-type operating system. This study surveyed and analyzed the current domestic and foreign status, the problems in Korea, and suggested an effective counterplan and policy, which could be helpful in governments' preparation for electronic commerce policy.
