  • This study compare the coordination and area between cadastral map digital data corrected by normal nap and serial cadastral map edited by formal data. By superposition ortho image made from aerial photo to serial cadastral map, we propose the method to improve the confidence and use the ortho image efficiently in cadastral part.

  • This paper suggests the MMAS(Map Matching using Additional Surveying) method to improve the cadastral discrepancy search algorithm that currently does not include corrections of mis-represented parcel data. The MMAS is a method to search for cadastral discrepancy after correcting mis-represented parcel data using nearby anchor points confirmed by surveys. The MMAS first transforms the coordinate system of the digital cadastral map by overlaying anchor points obtained in the field surveying process over the corresponding edges of buildings and facility points on the digital topographic map. Then, it searches for cadastral discrepancy by checking if the area differences exceed the tolerance limit. This method improves the current method for searching for cadastral discrepancy by performing the process after correcting extortion of the digital cadastral map. This helps to identify cadastral discrepancies that are not detectable within the distorted digital cadastral map. With our experiment, this method identified more discrepancies compared to the method without the correcting the distortion of the digital cadastral map. We believe this method will be able to help the national cadastral re-survey by identifying potential cadastral discrepancy more accurately.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the method that it minimizes a disagree phenomenon when we superpose the digital ortho image on the cadastral map. Through the method, we are to apply the method to app licate and vary the land-relative information maximumly by adding the merit of the digital ortho image to the cadastral map.

  • Recently in order to process forest official task more effectively and scientifically the previous of that which is focused on document and inventory, should be applied with the spatial information technology. Especially, the forest information remote sensing system has to be developed using digital photogrammetry and GIS. In this study the forest information remote sensing system is implemented to manage forest resource and forest official effectively especially by constructing database of forest environment information and cadastral information, overlaying various thematic maps, and performing spatial analysis using GIS and aerial photograph. For this, the attribute data and spatial data of aerial photograph, digital topography map, forest cadastral map, forest type map, forest use map should be reprocessed and stored in Oracle. Also, the user interface is developed by using Visual Basic 6.0 and MapObjects 2.1 of ESRI based on CBD(Component Based Development).

  • The Government confirmed the action planning of digital mapping project for major thematic maps based on‘Revised Plan for The Development of the National Geographic Information System’(NGIS). Mapping for major thematic maps will selectively have produced the essential digital thematic maps according to the frequency of usage by the year of 2000. The models of topographic-cadastral maps around Suwon were produced in accordance with the presented draft. We presented specification for production of the most appropriate topographic-cadastral maps through the analysis of the process of production, discussion and error check, and correction of the produced topographic-cadastral maps. And we could make it easier to develop digital mapping project of topographic-cadastral maps effectively by presenting the strategy for data input and maintenance, the cost model for carrying out the digital thematic map production, digital topographic maps, and the supplement of data model and data format.

  • This research is aimed at offering a fundamental data for the adjustment of cadastral inconsistency of administrative boundary areas from this time onward by analyzing actual conditions of cadastral inconsistency at the study areas by the use of digital topographic map and digital cadastral map of si-gun-gu boundary area. As a result of examining the actual condition of cadastral inconsistency at the surveyed areas, the extent of cadastral inconsistency of the neighboring administrative boundary areas was assessed as ${\pm}3.15m$ of RMSE on X coordinates and also assessed as ${\pm}2.85\;m$ of RMSE on Y coordinates; in addition, RMSE of the neighboring district of the administrative boundary areas on X coordinates was assessed as ${\pm}1.33\;m$, and ${\pm}0.75\;m$ of RMSE on Y coordinates respectively-thus, this research could suggest the fact that there has arisen a lot of cadastral inconsistency areas at administrative boundary areas.

  • The current cadastral business is being operated by conversion to a digital cadastral management system through computerized registers (land register and forest land register) and maps (cadastral map and forest cadastral map). Digital surveying methods, such as GPS surveying and electronic plane table surveying, are also used for cadastral surveying. At present, fees for cadastral surveying are calculated based on a standard pursuant to the Construction Standard Production Unit System and an announcement by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transportation. In many cases, however, the cadastral surveying fee system announced at present fail to apply the digitalized environment depending on the item. This study sought to analyze the cadastral surveying fee system that requires improvement in the rapidly changing digital cadastral management environment, and to prepare a basis to establish a cadastral surveying fee system suitable to the digital environment by suggesting an improvement method for such system. As a result of the study, the following suggestions were made: a method of changing to terms suitable to the digital environment based on the current status analysis; preparation of a new estimation system regarding new estimation items; and re-survey of an estimation system of cadastral confirmation survey and preparation of an estimation system.

  • This study suggests the adjustment method of cadastral non-coincidence using spatial data referenced digital cadastral map and a present state. In designing the methodology, we should introduce the semi-automatic method for guaranteeing the stability and the accuracy at the arrangement of cadastral non-coincidence based on some cadastral specialist. This study could mainly show you rotation type, bias type, and rotation/bias type among cadastral non-coincidence types. We selected the matching reference point through the prototype system which automatically arranges in the study area. And then, we analysis the optimum rotation ratio(-0.4%). Finally, this paper show you calibrating cadastral non-coincidence using the rotation ratio. The methodology of this study has a limitation for arranging in case of cadastral non-coincidence by the area variation and some irregular types with unknown reason. Therefore, this case should be surveyed in direct method.

  • The methodology on digital cadastre(World Geodetic System Conversion) needs to be specified because the primary target site is discussed for large national estate such as road, river etc. on nationwide. Comprehensively reviews on similar cases and literature reviews to make a methodology for digital cadastre on large national estate, cadastral map revision is required before converting to World Geodetic System. The revisions are on subdivision survey or the other surveys to the necessary area through inspection of geometry and attributes. And the researcher pointed out the need of registration conversion and union of parcel to remove small parcel or to remove the inconsistency of land use type. Basically a systematic maintenance of cadastral map is necessary because the World Geodetic System Conversion unresolved the poor cadastral map quality to digital cadastre on large national estate.

  • This study attempts to establish sewerage underground facility map using aerial photograph with high readability and accessibility as an alternative of digital map and compilation cadastral map. A study on utility and consistency of established sewerage underground facility map in line with the current continuous cadastral map of underground facility was carried out. If underground facility map is established and utilized by converging digital image and compilation cadastral map, various spatial information analysis and systematic and integrated information utilization is available. The drawing of underground facility map using aerial photograph in this highly information-oriented society shall play a role in basic map for integrated control as an alternative of problems in the current drawing and designs created and managed by controlling institutions. In addition, the information of sewerage underground facility map using aerial photograph shall be used for establishing systematized urban planning and control.
