Despite increasing damages caused by violations of COVID-19 precautions, studies on violations of precautions have not yet received much attention. This study identified antecedents that could theoretically influence the intention to violate COVID-19 precautions based on the black swan theory, and collected 215 responses by conducting an online survey from February 11, 2021 to March 10, 2021. As a result of the regression analysis, this study found that dissonance with COVID-19 preventive information, representativeness bias, and availability bias increase the intention to violate COVID-19 precautions. However, optimistic bias did not have a significant effect on the intention to violate precautions. This study not only provides new antecedents but also suggests theoretical evidence for decreasing intention to violate precautions. This study also proposes the necessity to identify differences in violation intention by regions, countries, and theories.

The application of reinforcement design to ensure the structural safety of electronics in small satellites is limited by the spatial constraints of the satellite structure during launch vibrations. Additionally, a reliable evaluation approach is needed for mounting highly integrated devices that are susceptible to fatigue failure. Although the Steinberg fatigue failure theory has been used to assess the structural integrity of electronic devices, recent studies have highlighted its theoretical limitations. In this paper, we propose a structural methodology based on the critical strain theory to design the digital control unit (DCU) of the X-band SAR payload component for the small SAR technology experimental project (S-STEP), a small satellite constellation. To validate the design, we conducted modal and random analyses using simplified modeling techniques. Based on our methodology, we ultimately demonstrated the structural safety of the electronics through analysis results, safety margin derivation, and functional tests conducted both before and after the launch test.

This study set up a relational model and an assumption concerning how consumer innovativeness could affect the usage motive of digital photos and the usage intention of digital photo printing service, by utilizing the theory of Uses and Gratification(U&G) and Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) so as to cope with the changes in market environment and to construct a new business model. The results fur the study were as below First, innovativeness had a positive effect on convenience, entertaining element and sociality in the relational model of overall innovativeness and usage motive of digital photos. Second, it has been noted that innovativeness had a positive effect on the usage intention of digital photo printing service in the relational model between overall innovativeness and its usage intention. Third, it has been demonstrated that convenience, entertaining element, economic feasibility and sociality had a positive effect on its usage intention in the relational model between overall usage motive of digital photos and the usage intention of digital printing service

The change of digital technology caused not only the whole human life but also the change of a thinking form and an expression method of human beings. Also, the interactive communication structure became to form in space structure, and space users also get changed to an active system. The interaction between a human being and space, which uses digital media as a medium, makes a human being experience sensitivity through a cognitive process of a human being. The present research aimed to find out characteristics and expression of emotional space applied with digital technology based on the relationship between media space and cognitive functioning and to realize new emotional space. The research method was to define on digital media and experience by cognition of a human being through a literature research and a precedent research and to consider on approach to emotional space through experience of a cognition process like this. Based on the theory like this, the present research progressed by focusing on dramatized characteristics of experience in the digital media space and emotional space expression by induced characteristics. Through the analysis like this, the space applied with digital media could appear as a field of communication that can experience by forming mutual relation through perception of a human being. Additionally, the space induces active participation of a human being through various productions of media and responds to movement, and thus, this suggested infinite possibility as emotional space that can try new experience by stimulating a sense as effect of a cognitive process of a human being.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare the international competitiveness of digital service trade between Korea and China and to help enhance the competitive advantage of digital service trade between the two countries. Design/methodology - This paper designs and establishes a comprehensive evaluation system for the international competitiveness of the Korea-China digital service trade. By using the analytical methods of combining theory and demonstration through qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper makes a concrete and complete theoretical deconstruction and empirical measurement of its international competitiveness from the two levels of overall competitiveness and departmental competitiveness. At the same time, the study also analyzes the competitive advantages and comparative disadvantages of the two countries. Findings - It is found that South Korea has a strong competitive advantage in the sector competitiveness of digital service trade, and the export structure is reasonable and balanced, but the deficit pattern affects the overall competitiveness. China has a strong competitive advantage in the overall competitiveness of the digital service trade. However, the structural imbalance in the export sector weakens the competitiveness of the sector. Both Korea and China have the space advantage and competitive potential to enhance international competitiveness in terms of development trends. Originality/value - This paper takes the lead in solving the pain point of the relative lack of similar research topics. It demonstrates the evolution process, development trends, and structural characteristics of the digital service trade. A new combination of competitive power research methods is innovated, and a comprehensive evaluation system is established. The above innovation points show the academic theoretical value and practical application value of this study.

'Pattern' is the term that is frequently used in the aspects of history, society, and science. It always appears in the remains or relics of the age of civilization when recording was started, and its evaluation and value differ by time. Patterns in the ancient civilization were symbolic, social, and spatially crucial. However, after the modernization, they were considered to be immoral and unnecessary, so the range of their significance came to reduce. Due to the development of science, ornament patterns lost the limitation of its range of use along with new interpretation of them. Especially with the advent of new scientific theories such as the evolution theory from the biological aspect, quantum mechanics, and super string theory, morphological possibilities more than the human scale perceived by men came to be discovered. Living organisms maintain their lives through patterns, structures, and processes in order to produce a system alive. Among them, patterns are the organization of relations determining the characteristics of the system. The present patterns may correspond to this meaning. The pattern in a space is the matter of how to relate the components after all. In a space, however, there are numerous components mingled with one another. If these tasks are conducted as analogue work, it will take a lot of time and effort. However, if digital media are utilized to perform the tasks like analysis, generation, or fabrication, it will produce a result with higher precision and efficiency. In this sense, parametric modeling is quite useful media. Opening morphological variation, it realizes more possibilities, connects conveniently the relations between complex components composing a space, and helps produce creative patterns.

This study examines the evolution of e-commerce industry over the past 20 years until the emergence of a new type of commerce, smart commerce, focused on Facebook. The researcher explained the evolutionary process step by step, focusing on the evolution of business model, evolution of platform, evolution of customer service value, analysis and evaluation, applying spiral evolution theory, Based on the axes, we applied the exploration and exploitation theory from the viewpoint of the operator and the user, analysis of innovative technology and customer feedback, and proposed an innovative business model. And researchers expect that theoretical and practical contribution of e-commerce industries and policies, through study of industry evolution.

This paper presents 12.2 GHz ~ 12.7 GHz frequency band reflection type 5-bit digital phase shifter with constant insertion loss property that was fabricated with relatively low cost's InGaAs HEMT for amplifier. The unavoidable large insertion loss difference between on and off states of HEMT, when it is designed by conventional design theory based on ideal switching device, is removed by transforming the HEMT impedances at on and off states to other proper values connecting a certain length transmission line to HEMT and then applying the conventional design theory. The fabricated 5-bit digital phase shifter shows very good insertion loss properties of less than 1.5 dB insertion loss difference and -4.5 dB ~ -6 dB insertion loss in 35 phase steps at 12.2 GHz ~ 12.7 GHz. These results verify the design method presented in this paper, which is useful to design phase shifter of constant insertion loss with non-ideal switching device.

This study is based on data ecology theory and takes Chinese local governments' open public data as the research object. Data asset value assessment methods are compared from a new perspective of data business operations. The results show that the assessment model constructed using the hierarchical analysis method (AHP) can more objectively reflect the commercial value of government open data assets than the traditional cost, revenue and market methods, has the advantage of a comprehensive assessment of data value index, and better reflects the findings of a comprehensive index of regional data value. The data show that the local government data value assessment index is positively proportional to the region's digital economy development index, highlighting the driving effect on the digital economy. The results of the study provide a good help for the identification of local government data value rights. The research and practice of promoting the construction of data innovation and data business operation models, improving social well-being and promoting the rapid development of the digital economy to achieve data realisation provides a good reference.

This study conducted an exploratory empirical analysis on the factors affecting the performance of digital classical music based on signaling theory. For this purpose, using the classical weekly chart provided by the music platform Genie, 297 digital music sources that entered the top 100 chart from March 2020 to October 2020 (35 weeks). In this study, as signals that can influence consumers' choice to listen to classical nusic, we set an the artist's award history, artist's broadcast content linkage, taking the top spot in the first classical music chart entry, producing companies' competency, and the popularity of classical music repertoire. The effect of these signals on the chart success of digital classical music was verified subsequently. As a result of the verification, it was found that the artist's broadcast content linkage, taking the top spot in the first classical music chart entry, and the popularity of the classical music repertoire indeed had a positive effect on the chart success of a classical music. On the other hand, the artist's award history and the producing companies' competence did not significantly affect the chart success of digital classical music. This study is the first empirical study on the success factors of digital classical music performed from a business perspective, and is expected to contribute to subsequent studies related to classical music.
