A public library is changing into a place where people can freely acquire and make use of information in digital environment with the basic ideology of publicity. In spite of such changes, multimedia center is still biased with the function of computer room to use PC and is not used actively by many users. This study can be summarized and concluded as follows and spatial characteristics of digital data room of public library can make use of space planning elements by aspects as an analysis tool. First, designed characteristics focusing too much on the possession of seats for reading digital data. Therefore, spatial planning for users to choose necessary facilities according to the data they wish to read and type of users is needed. Second, interior tone of multimedia center is applied with identical color for all floors, walls, and ceilings, to create sense of unification. However, due to the arrangement of similar colors, while using identical brightness and chroma, some users felt difficult to realize shape or depth in space. It is more appropriate to apply distinctive color plan according to the characteristic of the data or space region, in order to create pleasant digital environment for visually weaker people or elderly. Third, psychological or technical factors of multimedia center is not sufficiently applied in space planning elements for users. In order for various digital service of public library to be technically implemented, it is necessary to organize open space by expanding the size of multimedia center to utilize high-tech facilities.

In contrast with conventional networks, mobile ad hoc networks usually do not provide online access to trusted authorities or to centralized servers, and they exhibit frequent partitioning due to link and node failures and node mobility. For these reasons, traditional security solutions that require online trusted authorities or certificate repositories, but those are not well-suited for securing ad hoc networks. Moreover, a fundamental issue of securing mobile ad hoc networks is to ensure mobile nodes can authenticate each other. Because of its strength and efficiency, public key and digital signature is an ideal mechanism to construct the authentication service. Although this is already mature in the internet application, providing public key based authentication is still very challenging in mobile ad hoc networks. In this paper I propose a secure public key authentication service based on clustering model and trust model to protect nodes from getting false public keys of the others efficiently when there are malicious nodes in the network.

방송과 통신의 융합으로 매체와 서비스의 구분이 모호해지면서 공익성의 개념을 새롭게 정립해야 할 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 방송통신 융합시대에 산업의 변화에 따라 모든 매체와 서비스에 적용가능한 공익성 개념의 정립을 시도하였다. 방송과 통신의 융합으로 미디어 산업은 콘텐츠, 플랫폼, 네트워크, 단말이라는 가치사슬로 변화하고 있다. 디지털기술의 발전으로 향후 방송과 통신은 이러한 가치사슬에 따라 산업구조 개편이 불가피해지고 있다. 산업구조의 변화는 이념과 규제정책, 그리고 규제체계의 변화를 수반하고 있다. 그렇지만 융합시대에도 미디어 서비스는 기본적으로 공익성 구현의 의무가 있으며, 이러한 공익성 구현의 궁극적인 목표는 수용자 복지의 증진에 있다. 수용자 복지증진을 위해 콘텐츠 측면에서는 내용의 다양성, 공정성, 객관성, 사회적 가치보존, 플랫폼 측면에서는 개인정보 보호, 소비자 보호, 유해정보 차단, 네트워크 측면에서는 안정적 망 유지, 공정경쟁, 단말기 측면에서는 호환성 유지, 디지털 격차해소 등이 필요하다. 그리고 이러한 공익적 가치를 구현하기 위한 법, 제도적 측면의 규제정책 추진이 요구된다.

본 연구는 방문건강관리사업에서 동일한 문제를 가진 대상자의 자기관리 증진을 위한 자조집단 현황을 파악하기 위한 조사연구이다. 전국 253개 보건소를 대상으로 설문조사하였으며, 2010년 9월 3일부터 9월 20일까지 회수된 109개소의 자료를 SPSS/WIN 18.0프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 보건소에서 방문간호사업을 담당하는 간호사는 평균 9.27명, 대상 보건소 중 자조집단 프로그램을 실시한 보건소는 48개(44.0%), 자조집단 중 암 관련 프로그램이 65건(28.8%)으로 가장 많았으며, 실행예산은 500만원 이상은 19.6%로 재정적 지원이 열악한 현실이었다. 반면에 전문인력, 자조집단 관련 정보 및 예산 부족 등의 이유로 자조집단을 운영하지 못하는 보건소들도 자조집단 프로그램의 필요성은 인식하고 있었다. 결론적으로 자조집단 형성과 운영을 위한 매뉴얼 개발 및 효과성 검증을 위한 객관적 척도 개발 연구에 기초자료를 제공할 수 있다고 본다.

Opened on November 2008, as the public exhibition center of a telecommunication company, T.um is dedicated for delivering the future ubiquitous technologies and business vision of the company leading domestic mobile communication business to the global expected clients and business partners. Since the public opening, not only over 18,000 audiences in 112 nations have been visiting T.um, but also the public media have been releasing news regarding the ubiquitous museum constantly. By the reasons, T.um is regarded as a successful case for public exhibition centers. The most distinguished quality of the museum is established by the Location Based Service technology in the initial construction stage. A visitor in anyplace of T.um can be detected by digital devices equipped GPS systems. The LBS system in T.um allows visitors to get the information of relevant technologies as well as the process of how to operating each content at his own spots by smart phone of which wireless network systems make it possible. This study is focusing on analyzing and defining the T.um special qualities in terms of technologies to provide the basic data for following exhibition space projects based on LBS. The special method of experiencing contents can be designed by utilizing the network system applied to T.um in the planning stage.

소프트웨어 로봇을 이용하여 프로세스를 자동화하는 RPA(Robotic Process Automation)가 국내외 기업의 큰 관심을 받고 있다. 기업의 실제 RPA 도입과 확산 경험에 기반을 둔 교훈과 실행 지침을 제공하기 위해 최근에 다수의 사례 연구가 수행되었다. 그러나 공공기관의 혁신 성장을 위한 RPA 도입 연구는 찾아보기 어려웠다. 본 연구는 국내 공공기관의 RPA 도입을 다룬 체계적인 사례 연구를 수행해 이러한 지식 공백을 메우고자 한다. 이러한 연구 목표를 달성하기 위해 우리나라 대표 ICT 전문기관인 한국정보화진흥원(NIA)의 RPA 도입 사례를 조사했다. NIA는 e나라도움 입력 업무의 자동화를 통해 비용, 운영, 비즈니스 효과 측면에서 성과를 달성했다. 특히, 본 사례 연구를 통하여 RPA가 공공기관의 4가지 경직성(즉, 구조, 구성원, 과업, 규칙)이 가져올 수 있는 디지털 혁신 추진의 어려움 극복에 기여할 수 있음을 제시하였다. RPA 도입을 고려 중인 공공기관을 위한 시사점과 본 연구의 한계점이 토론되었다.

인터넷을 통해 제공되는 다양한 서비스의 보호를 위해 각각의 시스템들은 Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)를 널리 사용하고 있다. 그러나 PKI의 사용에는 여러 가지 문제점이 여전히 존재한다. 그러한 문제 중 하나가 일부 서비스들은 공개키 인증서의 즉각적인 검증을 필요로 하지만 PKI는 이와 같은 요구를 만족시키지 못한다는 것이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 Boneh를 비롯한 몇몇 연구자들이 중재자를 이용한 RSA 전자 서명기법 (mRSA)이라는 개념을 처음 도입하였다. 또한, Gene Tsudik은 초기 mRSA의 취약점을 개선하여 ‘약한’ 전방향 안전성을 갖는 새로운 mRSA을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 약한 전방향 안전성 개념의 실제 적용에 따른 취약성을 분석하고 강한 전방향 안전성을 갖는 새로운 mRSA를 제안한다.

오늘날 의료가 단지 치료라는 개념을 넘어 서비스라는 인식이 확대되면서 의료서비스 소비 주체인 이용자들이 인식하는 의료서비스 질의 중요성은 날로 강조되고 있으며, 일차의료라고 해서 예외는 아니다. 이 연구는 65세이상 노인들이 보건소에서 제공하는 의료서비스의 질을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지 파악하고, 어떠한 요인들이 의료서비스 이용량과 관련성이 있는지를 탐색하고자 하였다. 이 연구는 서울시 보건소를 이용하는 노인들을 대상으로 연구원이 면접조사를 통하여 자료를 수집하였고, 총 307명의 설문자료를 분석하였다. 의료서비스 질은 융합적 요소를 고려하여 접근하였으며, 분석 결과, 이들의 구성항목 중에서 이용시설 및 환경, 환자중심진료, 의사의 전문적 지식 및 기술수준, 그리고 직원 및 간호사의 정서적 지지에 대하여 노인들이 긍정적으로 인식할수록 보건소의 의료이용이 증가하였다. 따라서 보건소가 쾌적하고 편리한 시설환경을 갖추고, 직원 및 간호사들은 이용자들과 원활한 의사소통을 위해 노력하며, 동시에 의사가 환자중심의 전문적인 의료서비스를 제공한다면 보건소의 의료서비스 질과 가치 향상에 도움이 될 것이다.

Pharming attack is a confidence trick that the hacker catch away customers financial information on Internet banking. At first, a hacker installs malicious execution code on customers PC in secret. As a customer tries to connect a Internet banking Web site, the malicious code changes it to phishing site in Internet explorer. The hacker catch away customers financial information in process of internet banking. The hacker steals money from customer's bank account using stolen information. PKI is a widespread and strong technology for providing the security using public key techniques. The main idea of PKI is the digital certificate that is a digitally signed statement binding an user's identity information and his public key. The Internet banking service stands on the basis of PKI. However, the bank is trusted in natural, the only customer is certified in the present Internet banking. In this paper, we propose a method of cross certification in Internet banking. The customer certify a bank and the bank certify the customer in proposed method. The method can service to customer the secure Internet banking about pharming attack. We compare the proposed method with other methods.

시민의 정보화 수준 향상을 위해 현재 서울특별시립의 공공도서관에서는 디지털 자료실을 개실하여 인터넷과 DVD 위성방송 등 다양한 전자정보원과 정보서비스를 제공하고 있으며 향후 더 많은 컨텐츠들로 서비스 할 계획이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 서울특별시립 공공도서관 디지털 자료실의 활성화를 위해, S 도서관 전자정보실을 대상으로 마케팅 전략을 적용하여 디지털 자료실의 운영을 보다 체계화하여 정보서비스를 활성화하며, 궁극적으로 보다 많은 이용자를 확보하여, 이용률을 높이고 공공도서관의 정보서비스 경쟁력을 높이는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.
