본 연구는 디지털 융복합 부문의 하나로 고전문학과 정보기술의 적용방법을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 고전문학을 위한 클라우드 디지털 아카이브 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경은 최근의 기술 트랜드중의 하나이며, 정보기술 분야의 중요한 키워드가 되었다. 이를 고전문학의 하나인 판소리 아카이브 모형을 연계하여 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서도 서비스가 지원될 수 있도록 기능 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 또한 각 특성에 따른 메타데이터 모델과 데이터 구조를 설정하였으며, 판소리 아카이브 지원을 위한 서비스 프레임워크를 추가하였다. 이러한 구조는 고전문학 자료의 평가, 보존, 접근의 프로세스를 가지며, 아카이브에서는 디지털 아카이브, 메타데이터를 통한 연계모형으로 구성되었다.

최근 중앙행정기관은 업무관리시스템을 클라우드 기반의 온나라 문서2.0으로 변경하여 사용하고 있다. 이에 맞춰 국가기록원은 클라우드 기반의 기록관리시스템을 보급하고 있다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 포함한 디지털 기술의 발전에 따라 기록의 보존과 활용 방안도 이에 조응하면서 효과적 효율적으로 이루어지도록 끊임없이 재설계해 나가야 한다. 전자기록 관리의 프로세스와 방법이 종이기록 관리의 단순 전자화에서 탈피하여 디지털 기술에 따른 변환(Transformation)의 관점에서 변화하길 바란다. 논리적 이관, 디지털객체의 생애주기별 저장과 중복성 제거, 공문서 서식의 기계가독형 설계, 빅데이터 분석이 용이한 포맷, 공문서 서식과 포맷의 문제, UUID와 해쉬값 기반의 진본성 인증체계 등의 도입을 제안한다.

The Digitalia MUNI ARTS - a local node of the LINDAT/CLARIAH-CZ research infrastructure at the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University constitutes a repository in the Islandora system. It is used for long-term preservation of research data together with their research environment in the form of digital platforms. We transfer the digital outputs of humanities scholars research to the repository according to a set plan, which is based on best practice recommendations for project management and digital curation. In this paper, we present how the results of interviews with platform developers and infrastructure stakeholders translate into the curation workflow, and a resulting model for migrating digital platforms to the repository. Reflecting on three types of problems we encountered during the implementation of platforms into the repository - communication problems, problems of external dependence, and management problems - we describe a modification of the migration process. We present six recommendations for repository administrators and curators in an academic setting - holding an introductory meeting with developers, researching significant and relevant theories of knowledge domain, consulting license experts, prioritizing requirements, and preparing handover protocol and progress reports.

A kernel regression filter with adaptive bandwidth is developed and successfully applied to digital reactivity meter for neutron signal measurement in nuclear reactors. The purpose of this work is not only reduction of the measurement noise but also the edge preservation of the reactivity signal. The performance of the filtering algorithm is demonstrated comparing with well known smoothing methods of conventional low-pass and bilateral filters. The developed method gives satisfactory filtering performance and edge preservation capability.

인터넷상의 디지털 문헌이 종가하고 디지털 도서관이 개발되면서 인터넷 자원을 국가 유산으로 간주하여 국가 차원에서 개발, 보존, 이용시키는 정책이 필요하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 외국의 사례를 살펴보고 우리나라에 맞는 모형을 모색해보았다.

To convert the analog signal from the drying process into the digital signal, the interface circuit was designed and built. To measure the weight and temperature during drying process, strain gauge type load cell and temperature transducer composed of pt 100 $\Omega$ thermometers and wheatstone bridge circuits were built and used. The temperature control device was composed of photocoupler and triac. Microcomputer aided experimental convective drying system was built with above cricuits and devices. Drying characteristics of onions can be estimated using this system.

본 연구에서는 학술적 가치가 있는 국내 전자저널의 장기보존을 위하여 필요한 기본적인 틀을 OAIS 참조모형을 기반으로 하여 제시하였다. 대표적인 국내 전자저널 제공기관을 중심으로 설문지법과 면접법을 병행하여 장기보존 현황을 파악하였으며, OAIS 참조모형에서 디지털 자원의 장기보존을 위하여 이론적으로 제시하고 있는 정보패키지와 기능적 모듈들을 국내 현황에 적용하여 개선되거나 보강되어야 할 기능들을 분석 정리하였다.

사회 전반적인 디지털 전환은 코로나 바이러스의 유행과 함께 급속도로 진행되고 있다. 특히 문화유산 및 박물관 분야에 있어 디지털 전환은 문화유산의 보존, 관리, 활용의 전반에 걸쳐 이루어지고 있다. 이에 대응하기 위해 디지털 문화유산 정보를 선택, 활용하기 위한 박물관 전문인력의 디지털 리터러시 함양의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 하지만 현재의 박물관 전문인력의 디지털 역량 교육은 일방향적인 이론과 일방향적 실습 교육으로 디지털 리터러시 함양에는 이르지 못하고 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해 우리는 가상박물관을 활용한 디지털 역량강화 프로그램을 제안한다. 우리는 참여적 박물관, 협동학습, 프로젝트 기반 학습 이론을 기반으로 한 교육 커리큘럼을 제안한다. 학습자는 디지털 문화유산 정보의 획득, 선택, 활용하는 전 과정을 개별, 협동, 상시, 전시물, 프로젝트 기반 학습 프로그램을 통해 경험한다. 우리는 전문가로부터 교육적 측면, 박물관 교육 측면, ICT 기술 교육 측면에서 평가받아 그 활용성을 입증하고 개선점을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 박물관 전문인력의 디지털 역량 강화에 기여할 것이다.

디지털 아카이브는 지속적으로 보존할 가치가 있는 디지털 기록을 보존하고 활용하기 위한 온라인 플랫폼이다. 그러나 국내에서 운영되고 있는 디지털 아카이브는 기능 메타데이터, 데이터의 기술원칙과 관련된 공통 원칙이 존재하지 않는다. 이는 분산적으로 존재하는 디지털 기록을 연계하기 힘들게 만드는 요인이 된다. 본 연구는 디지털 기록의 상호운용을 개선하기 위한 방안으로 디지털 아카이브를 위한 공통 어휘를 제안하고, 공통 어휘로 구축된 디지털 아카이브의 상호운용성을 평가한다. 1997 외환위기 아카이브의 데이터를 수집·분석하여 지식그래프를 구축하고, RiC-O로 구축된 지식그래프와 상호운용성을 비교한다, FAIR 데이터 원칙의 평가 프레임워크는 1997 외환위기 아카이브와 지식그래프를 평가하는 데 활용된다. 구축된 지식그래프는 기록의 다양한 개체가 서로 연계되고, 기록의 이해에 도움이 되는 맥락 정보를 제공한다. 검증 결과는 공통 어휘로 구축된 지식그래프가 기존 아카이브에 비해 디지털 기록의 연계와 검색, 상호운용 관점에서 향상된 결과를 보인다.

This research was aimed at studying the situation, problems, and requirements for digital collection lifecycle management of Thai theses and dissertations. The mixed research method used was composed of: (1) Study of the problem and situation in which the qualitative method was applied. The research site covered 10 higher education institutions where the Thailand Digital Collection (TDC) project is operated. The informants were key administrative officers of the TDC project of each institution. In-depth and structured interviews were conducted on an individual basis to obtain the most accurate answers. (2) Study of requirements based on the quantitative research method to survey the requirements for the digital collection management system for Thai theses and dissertations from 84 purposively-selected TDC project officers and 527 end users selected by accidental sampling, totaling 611 samples. Research findings are as follow: (1) The study of the situation and problems of digital collection lifecycle management shows that Thai higher institutions systematically manage their digital collection. The management lifecycle is consistent with the Guidance documents for lifecycle management of ETDs, which included seven steps: program planning, creation, submission, and ingestion, access and retrieval of digital objects, archiving and preservation, evaluation and assessment, interoperation (creation of institutional collaboration), and development of link data. (2) The study of requirements for digital collection management of Thai theses and dissertations shows five system requirements: acquisition and gathering, digitization, metadata standards, management of rights, and storage and retrieval, all of which are at M (mandatory) and D (desirable) levels.
