메이크업형 디지털그림자노동 사용을 지배하는 기제에 관한 연구: 프로필 사진 관리 사례 (A Study on the Mechanism Governing the Use of Makeup-type Digital Shadow Work: A Case of Profile Picture Management)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to analize a psychological and behavioral mechanism for using profile picture management in digital service such as social network service. Profile picture management falls under metadata management and is performed only by those who want it. This means that it, is one of the typical makeup-type digital shadow works (DSWs) which have not been studied yet. Design/methodology/approach This study adopts ground theory method(GTM) as research methodology. GTM, which is one of qualitative methodologies, is for developing theories while most survey based methodologies, which are well adopted in much research for information systems, are for validation of theories. By interviewing ten users, the data are collected and analyzed by open coding, axis coding with paradigm model, and selective coding. Findings In result, 39 codes are found and classified into 29 sub classes and 15 classes. These 15 classes are organized by paradigm model which derives core code of profile picture management as 'voluntary management tasks to experience small pleasures with intermittent attention'. Finally, based on the paradigm model and the core code, the story line, which can explain profile picture management, is suggested.

  • This study focuses to enhance the general understanding on the new approach and to provide a clue for a new paradigm in man-made physical and residential environment of the 21st Century. Through case analysis, this study aims to examine the characteristics of digital culture itself and of its physical and residential environment and to ultimately forecast the changeability of physical and residential environment prompted by the new digital wave. Without having precedent study about digital culture related to environmental issues, this study aimed to analyze the effect of digital culture in the field of physical environment and residential environment, and to forecast the changability in those fields. On the other hand, this study also atoned to be applicable in construction of a new paradigm in designing physical & residential environment in the near future, so as to contribute to the development of a new environment which will eventually improve the quality of human life.

융합화 문화변화에 따른 패션 패러다임 특성 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Fashion Paradigm According to Changing Convergence Culture)

  • The purpose of this study was to delve into the features of paradigm in conjunction with changing convergence culture in the 21st century's knowledge-based society, the influence of convergence paradigm on fashion, and changes in convergence culture. After identifying the features of the paradigm of knowledge-based society in association with changing convergence culture, the characteristics of fashion paradigm were examined in con=junction with the characteristics of the paradigm, and the convergence phenomena of modern fashion were investigated to figure out fashion trends. The findings of the study were as follows: According to the features of ubiquitous technology based on the theories of Mark Weiser and other futurologists, the characteristics of changing convergence culture in knowledge-based society could be classified into invisibility, relationship and materialized virtuality. When relevant theories were reviewed, invisibility, relationship and materialized virtuality are identified as the unique features of the paradigm of changing convergence culture in knowledge-based society. But those characteristics aren't separate concepts. Instead, they are being connected and fused together, thanks to universalized digital technology and ubiquitous technology. Changing convergence culture has brought a change to fashion paradigm as well. There is a type of design that lets all the characteristics stand out, and another design fuses just some of them together conceptually or formally. That is, fashion paradigm is marked by a combination of invisibility, relationship and an embodiment of virtual reality to be in line with changes in convergence culture.

  • Many studies make us difficult for understanding the specific concept of NOW avant garde by misusing avant garde or by using the over wide-ranging concept. The purpose of this study is to define the concept of NOW avant garde fashion by analyzing its fashion and its paradigm characteristics, after considering modern avant garde fashion history. This study was used with bibliographic research as well as internet search of qualitative method for analyzing fashion show clothes since 2005 women's wear. The characteristics of NOW avant garde fashion are classified into plural deconstructivism, econonism that integrates the last avant garde factors with logical economics, and the aesthetic of Tech-Human. To conclude, the concept of NOW avant garde fashion is defined as the fashion expressing either the digital-hybrid images or the deconstructive images meaning elimination, unification or confinement, being pilled up one on another, bizarre connection, transposition, and distortion.

  • 21세기 들어 디지털 카메라가 널리 보급되면서 사진을 이용하거나 사진을 위한 많은 연구들이 컴퓨터 그래픽스 커뮤니티에 소개되고 있다. 이러한 연구들은 계산 사진학이라고 불리고 있는데, 이 논문에서는 계산 사진학이 수 천년 사진학의 역사에서 어떤 흐름을 거쳐 발생했는지 설명한다. 또한 사진학의 역사를 패러다임의 전환으로 나누고, 계산 사진학이 어떠한 패러다임 전환기 결과물인지 설명한다. 이를 통해 계산 사진학의 향후 연구 방향을 제시하려 한다.

The Transformation of the Advertising Industry in the 'Un-tact' Digital Technology Era

  • The advent of the "un-tact 2.0 era," described as a "new normal non-face-to-face social relationship," accelerates the transformation of the living paradigm as a fully digital mediated social relationship. The emergence of these new forms of digital behaviors and mediated relationships significantly influences the industry prospect and consumers' individual lives. Advertising has played a decisive role in moving the formation forces of society, creating a dynamic flow of the capitalist system across races and geographical boundaries. Its role will become more fundamental in the physical contactless environment due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Accordingly, advertising has changed and modified its shape and meaning throughout history to adapt to the dynamic external environment. In this article, we illustrated four primary stages of the evolution in the advertising industry from simple advertising to convergence of advertising. Finally, we also identified the challenges of the present advertising industry and the paradigm transformation of "un-tact 2.0" with various related examples.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 디지털 교과서의 개념과 역할에 대해 교육적 관점에서 재고하고 교육구성원의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 디지털 교과서의 개발방향에 대해 살펴보는 것이다. 학습자 중심의 교육 패러다임 변화에 따른 학습도구로서 디지털 교과서는 멀티미디어 학습, 자기주도적 학습, 심화지식 탐색, 협력적 학습 등 다양한 교육적 시도와 함께 논의되고 있다. 디지털 교과서의 개념과 역할을 시대적 배경과 교육적 패러다임 변화에 따라 재고하여 논의한 후, 학습자와 교사 입장에서 디지털 교과서의 기본적 기능, 효과성 연구, 신체 및 정신적 영향 및 가이드라인, 학습자 인지수준 측면에서 제언하고자 한다.

디지털컨버전스 패러다임과 디지털콘텐츠 서비스 참여에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Digital Convergence Paradigm and Participation in Digital Contents Services)

  • This study identifies the concept of a digital convergence paradigm, which deals with the relationship among convergence and consumer participation, digital contents services, and the culture of consumption (web 2.0). This research was conducted using a quantitative method involving focus group interviews (FGI) and literature reviews. This research examines the relationship between convergence and consumer participation and the adoption of a concept of "convergence culture", which is categorized as "collective intelligence" and "intellectual community participation". The role of the consumer has changed from one of a "consuming consumer" to that of a "collaborating consumer" and finally to the concept of a consumers as the originator of a new consumption culture. In the study, the consumption culture of web participants indicated the characteristics of funology, self-expression, life-catching, quick-tempered, immersion(arousal), sharing culture, multitasking, and cyber justice. The recognition level of networking on the "digital convergence" of the consumer was identified as that of the combination of IT(information technology); product and multi-services or alliance of industry groups(telecom, broadband, IPTV service); or the use of one source with multiple devices.

산림정책융합에 관한 연구 : 산림이용·개발 및 보전의 융합패러다임으로의 변화 (A Study on the Policy Convergence of Forest Policy : A Paradigm Sift to Convergence between Forest Development and Preservation)

  • 산림의 경제적 가치의 중요성에 따라 산림이용과 개발의 패러다임이 산림정책의 지배적 패러다임으로 등장하였다. 산림이 웰니스의 중요한 수단으로 인식되면서 이용과 보전의 융합이 모색되었고 산림정책의 패러다임도 산림을 이용한 휴양, 복지 및 웰니스(wellness) 등 새로운 정책가치들을 지향하게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 산림정책에 새로운 가치들이 어떻게 융합되었는지를 컨텐츠 분석과 네트워크 분석이 결합된 텍스트 네트워크 분석을 통해 분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 제4차 산림기본계획에 비해 제5차 산림기본계획에서는 임산물 생산에서 벗어나 산림이용과 산림휴양기능이 강화된 것으로 분석되었다. 산림을 통한 치유, 건강, 산림의 복지적인 기능 등에 대한 정책과 산림이용과 보전이 융합된 경영기반 마련에는 미흡한 것으로 나타났으며 한국의 산림정책에서 지속가능한 융합패러다임이 보이고 있다. 정책적 함의로서 국가산림기본계획 수립에 있어 산림이용과 보전을 융합할 수 있는 정책역량의 강화가 필요하다는 점을 제시할 수 있다.
