건설차량 주행용 동력 전달계의 실시간 시뮬레이터에 관한 연구 (A Study on Real Simulator of Running Power Train for Construction Vehicle)

  • A real tine simulator of running power train for a construction vehicle was developed. The simulator mainly consists of following two parts; (1) running power train part and (2) running load generation part. An optimal servo control algorithm was adopted for designing the multi-variable digital control system of the simulator. By experiments investigating response characteristics under step-wise variation or pre-determined scenario of target vehicle velocity and target load torque, it was verified that the simulator could reproduce physical situations at and actual vehicle with excellent similarity.

  • 본 논문은 디지털제어방식을 이용한 자동차용 35[W]급 메탈핼라이드 램프용 전자식 안정기의 고효율 조광제어 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 논문에서는 밝기, 연색성, 광효율, 수명 등에서 기존의 할로겐 램프에 비해 우수한 특성을 가지고 있지만 복잡한 과도특성을 가지고 있는 메탈핼라이드 램프를 자동차에 적용하기 위해 디지털 제어방식을 전자식 안정기에 적용하여 램프 요구조건 및 주변 환경에 최적으로 적용할 수 있도록 전자식 안정기를 설계하였다. 또한, 주변의 빛의 세기에 따라 램프의 양단전압을 단계별로 가변 제어하는 조광시스템을 구현하여, 운전자에게는 보다 효율적인 운전여건을 만듬과 동시에 한정된 에너지를 가진 밧데리로 운전하는 자동차에서 효율적인 전력제어를 실현하였다. 개발된 안정기에 대한 동작특성을 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통해 확인하였다.

  • Due to the high power to weight ratio and fast response under heavy load, the hydraulic systems are still applied to the development of many industrial facilities such as heavy duty construction vehicles, aerospace/military weapon actuating systems and motion simulators. Unlike the other actuators, single-rod hydraulic cylinder exhibits a lot different dynamic characteristics between the extending and retracting stroke because of the difference in pressure acting areas. In this research, in order to overcome this nonlinear feature, $H_{\infty}$ optimal controller was designed and implemented with DSP board that was specifically developed for the experiment. From the experimental result, we could confirm that the overall performance of single-rod hydraulic servo system is similar with the results as we expected in the design stage.

PLEIADES 영상과 TerraSAR 기준점을 활용한 비접근지역의 1/5,000 수치지형도 제작을 위한 기하보정의 허용오차 만족 가능성 평가 (Assessment of Possibility of Adopting the Error Tolerance of Geometric Correction on Producing 1/5,000 Digital Topographic Map for Unaccessible Area Using the PLEIADES Images and TerraSAR Control Point)

  • 최근 남북교류 협력사업과 통일에 대비한 각종 계획 및 정책 수립에 비접근 지역에 대한 공간자료의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 PLEIADES 영상과 TerraSAR 기준점을 활용하여 비접근 지역의 1/5,000 수치지형도 제작을 위한 기하보정의 허용오차 만족 가능성을 평가하였다. GPS 측량성과의 기준점 수량 및 배치를 변경해 가면서 기하보정을 수행하였고, 기하학적 배치와 안전성을 고려하여 5점을 활용하는 방안을 선정하였다. 선정된 위치에 TerraSAR 기준점을 확보하여 정확도를 평가한 결과, RMSE는 X=±0.64m, Y=±0.46m, Z=±0.28m였고, TerraSAR 기준점으로 PLEIADES 영상을 기하보정한 결과, RMSE는 X=±0.34m, Y=±0.27m, Z=±0.11m, 검사점에 대한 RMSE는 X=±0.50m, Y=±0.30m, Z=±0.66m임을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 비접근지역의 PLEIADES 영상과 최적의 TerraSAR 기준점을 확보하여 공간자료를 구축한다면 국내 항공삼각측량의 조정계산 및 오차한계의 1/5,000 수치지형도 제작 규정에 부합하는 고정밀 공간정보의 확보가 가능하다고 사료된다.

  • In this paper, simulation results of a robust digital tracking controller on a robotic manipulator are presented. The objective is to follow a ramp reference input with zero steady state error in the presence of a disturbance and system parameter variations. Some of the difficulties are caused by the Coulomb frictions, the disturbance due to the gravitational pull, the spring effect of a link between the drive motor and the manipulator arm. Another difficulty is that, because of the non-differentiable Coulomb friction, the digital control system cannot be represented as a discrete system. It is thus necessary to design the controller based on a discrete-continuous hybrid model. The controller is based on feeding back the state variables and augmenting the system by addition discrete integrators. The feedback gain parameters are obtained by applying the quadratic optimal control theory and then choosing the new weighting matrices to eliminate the limit cycle by using the describing function method for hybrid system.

헤드셋을 이용한 승용차 실내 저소음 영역의 생성 (Formation of the Quiet Zone in an Automobile using Headset)

  • This paper presents active noise control method to form the near-field quiet zone for passengers in an automobile. The actuator model including interior acoustic plant, speaker and amplifier is experimentally identified in forms of auto-regressive and moving average by means of least mean square algorithm, The digital controller is composed of the regulator and Kalman filter to be designed based on LQG (linear quadratic gaussian). If the actuator model is prefiltered with digital filter to be properly designed for concentrating control performance index on the frequency band of primary noise source, LQG design approach can be effectively applied for the design of headset controller. Experimental results demonstrate that near-field quiet zone showing about 10dB noise reduction at microphone position can be formed using the headset located at passenger seat.

  • The Kalman filter is an optimal linear estimator that has been an active research topic for the past three decades. The scheme has become the milestone of modern filtering, and it is applied to many areas including navigations and controls of free vehicle. The Kalman filter technique is matured. But some problems are still remained to be resolved. The prevention of divergence induced by digital implementation, nonoptimal application for nonlinear system, and application to non-Gaussian processes are some of the problems. This paper surveys the problems. The square root filtering is suggested to prevent the divergence. The extended Kalman filter is used for nonlinear systems. And, many other approaches to Kalman-like optimal estimators are also investigated.

  • Wave Digital Filter(WDF)는 그 구조상 반올림 오차에 의한 잡음에 아주 강하기 때문에 필터로 구현되는 DSP 알고리듬에 있어 그 필터의 계수의 단어길이가 짧을 경우 아주 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 멀티프로세서 구조를 채택하여 입력의 샘플링 속도, 프로세서의 수, 그리고 주어진 입력에 대한출력의 지연에 있어 최적인 WDF를 구현하고자 한다. 이 구현은 제어신호를 포함한 완전한 회로도로 주어지며, 이 화로도는 기존의 실리콘 컴 파일러를 이용하여 VLSI 레이아웃으로 용이하게 변환 될 수 있다.

  • In this paper, a methodology for estimating the model parameters of a discrete-time system and tuning a digital PID controller based on the estimated model and a genetic algorithm is presented. To deal with optimization problems regarding parameter estimation and controller tuning, pseudo-parallel genetic algorithms(PPGAs) are used. The parameters of a discrete-time system are estimated using both the model adjustment technique and a PPGA. The digital PID controller is described by the pulse transfer function and then its three gains are tuned based on both the model reference technique and another PPGA. A set of experimental works on two processes are carried out to illustrate the performance of the proposed method.

중금속 검출용 고감도 나노표지센서 구현을 위한 볼타메트리 시스템 설계 연구 (A Study on Voltammetry System Design for Realizing High Sensitivity Nano-Labeled Sensor of Detecting Heavy Metals)

  • In this study, voltammetry system for realizing high sensitivity nano-labeled sensor of detecting heavy metals was designed, and optimal system operating conditions were determined. High precision digital to analog converter (DAC) circuit was designed to control applied unit voltage at working electrode and analog to digital converter (ADC) circuit was designed to measure the current range of $0.1{\sim}1000{\mu}A$ at counter electrode. Main control unit (MCU) circuit for controlling voltammetry system with 150 MHz clock speed, main memory circuit for the mathematical operation processing of the measured current value and independent power circuit for analog/digital circuit parts to reduce various noise were designed. From result of voltammetry system operation, oxidation current peaks which are proportional to the concentrations of Zn, Cd and Pb ions were found at each oxidation potential with high precision.
