Unlike the past, brick-and-mortar is no longer on the priority list for the shopping activity. Instead, it is replaced by various non-store shopping alternatives, such as Internet, TV, catalog, mobile, etc. As consumers engage digitally, they made fewer trips to stores. Especially, as mobile shopping made the price comparison possible while shopping in the store, new shopping trend of 'showrooming' came to the fore as the serious issue. In order to cope with the this crisis, many brick-and-mortar retailers utilize omni-channel strategy for their countermeasure. This research paper is to suggest the omni-channel strategy that is applicable for the brick-and-mortar retailers. The results are as follows. First, in order to set up the connected-channel shopping environment, consumers have to be exposed to the environment that can deliver the continuous brand experience under the same price policy, brand and store management, etc, as integrating the various purchasing channels into one. Especially, in-store environment needs to change for the place where consumer experience is stressed for the most as using virtual reality devices with augmented reality technology. Also, the online digital kiosk, and tablet that consumer can order the products through the online channel while shopping in-store Second, the barrier-free in-store environment should be offered in order to increase the consumer convenience. This change will allow consumer communicate with the store environment more effectively. Lastly, brick-and-mortar should extend the physical territory as utilizing the offline's advantage and disadvantage through setting up the digital interactive wall or pop-up store for increasing the opportunity of customer interaction with the store. Moreover, visiting service for the elderly, housewife with the baby, or disabled person will be one of the effective substitute.

As the number of users of SNS (Social Network Service) and smart devices increases sharply nowadays, many studies on various teaching models and methodologies have been made in order to utilize SNS in education. However, there are not so sufficient studies that explore social media as a learning environment and analyze empirically its relation with the academic achievement. Since various kinds of learning experiences are required in order to foster creative talents, it is necessary to have information sharing, debate and information exchange utilizing SNS. If utilizing SNS for general computer education in a university, it will be possible to collect learners' various thoughts and opinions more effectively. Because real-time feedback can be possible in each individual space through SNS by sharing the information related to the interactions between learner and teacher or between leaner and learner and exchanging opinions each other, the learner's ability to utilize a computer can be improved. Especially SNS can provide a real-time help to solve problems for underachieved students and provide an opportunity to improve the academic achievement.

This study was conducted to investigate how adolescent's smart phone addiction affect psychological mindedness. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, Jeonju-si and Jeollabuk-do adolescent's enrolled in a survey. t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis was performed by using SPSS program. The result of this study is that adolescent's smart phone addiction affect on psychological mindedness significantly. Smartphone addiction had a significant influence on psychological mindedness in negative way. The results of this study of adolescent's addicted to smartphones with a greater understanding of material will be important to broaden adolescent's is desirable to recognize the direction of smartphones will be able to provide that opportunity.

Business model innovation creates differentiated value to customers by transforming various elements of doing business. Rather than focusing singularly on either the external or internal environment, the business model innovation aims to identify the optimal combination of internal resources, competence, and the external factors, such as customer's needs and new opportunity. However, due to lack of clear definition of business model innovation, and inability to generate company's core business model, business model innovation has been difficult for companies to lead next growth. This paper reviews existing definitions of business model innovation and explore existing types of business model innovation and timing of business model innovation through two case studies. Concept of business model innovation which we identify, is composed of value proposition, value creation through value chains and networks, and profit model innovation. Finally, we demonstrates that already successful businesses can also create new values through business model innovation and adaptive advantage, even in a rapidly changing market environment.

Intelligent transportation systems are one of the most important new forms of infrastructure on domestic roads, and is a system that makes possible the most efficient movement of vehicles on a road. The High Pass system, which is a domestic intelligent transportation system, started a little later than in other countries but developed at a rapid pace. With the recent introduction of smart tolling technology, it provided an opportunity to stop and review the tolling system. This study aims to investigate the driving method and results of LDCC for domestic smart towing through case study. Unlike other companies, Lotte Data Communication Company has long invested in payment systems. It has little experience investing in infrastructure, but participated in the Smart Toll System at the Gwangan Bridge in cooperation with the Busan City government, to lead the development of intelligent transportation systems. LDCC, which has made new investments, not only exceeded its existing core competencies, but also upgraded Korea's tolling system's ability to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improved its financial performance.

The study aims to examine the effectiveness of flipped learning teaching methods by using learning analytics to enable effective programming learning for non-major students. After designing a flipped learning programming class model applied with the ADDIE model, learning-related data of the lecture support system operated by the school was processed with crawling. By providing data processed with crawling through a dashboard so that the instructor can understand it easily, the instructor can design classes more efficiently and provide individually tailored learning based on this. As a result of analysis based on the learning-related data collected through one semester class, it was found that the department, academic year, attendance, assignment submission, and preliminary/review attendance had an effect on academic achievement. As a result of survey analysis, they responded that the individualized feedback of instructors through learning analysis was very helpful in self-directed learning. It is expected that it will serve as an opportunity for instructors to provide a foundation for enhancing teaching activities. In the future, the contents of social network services related to learners' learning will be processed with crawling to analyze learners' learning situations.

Ubiquitous Computing is an agriculture revolution, the Industrial Revolution, the fourth revolution to equal an information revolution are Ubiquitous Computing. Historic agriculture was revolutionary, but the Industrial Revolution was a revolution of the physics space that was a base of a mankind civilization, and the information revolution that Cyber Space saw a prime while world wide web service was expanded was a revolution of cyber space. It is combined with a life space naturally, and Ubiquitous creates a new integrated space. This paper checks the present situation of currently proceeding Ubiquitous computing technology(RFID, CCTV) in augmented reality environment. Also, The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the concepts analysis of privacy, personal information, and electronic surveillance in augmented reality environment. Thus this paper treated the analysis of case, technological issue, problem and solution and so on.

This study reflects the current trend of the blind hiring culture focused on job competency rather than education specification as government initiative. In order to overcome the limitation of the existing document-oriented online recruitment process, we proposed a system architecture design of video interview system. In addition, we have evaluated the effectiveness through the development of prototype and performance experiment based on it. The proposed online video interview system is designed to combine intelligent Web technology to enable customized job matching and distant job coaching. This system is designed to reduce recruitment cost and opportunity cost of job seekers. Based on results derived from this study, commercialization of the proposed video interview system can be expected to be an practical online recruitment solution for the job competency based employment.

Most of the SNS users argue that they feel techno-stress or digital fatigue when they use SNS. As the relationships in the SNS expand, users may feel work overload, digital fatigue, and techno-stress which are caused by the time and effort for the retaining the existing relationships established via SNS. The SNS activities require users' time and effort to update their profiles and the current news of them, responding to online friends' contents. Thus, more relationships they have, more stress they can feel. This study tries to examine the key factors that can affect subjective well-being of individuals in Social Network Service (SNS) usage. Therefore, this study, based on the previous literature, investigates what the sources of SNS stress are and how SNS stress and flow affect subjective well-being of SNS users. Major findings of this study from an empirical analysis with 201 SNS user respondents who have accessed SNS at least one time within one month are as follows. First, perceived opportunity cost and reputation recognition in SNS usage were found to have significant effects on negative emotion. Second, individual's flow in SNS was significantly affected by challenges and interactions, and had a significant impact on positive emotion. However, SNS users' flow did not show a positive relationship with their satisfaction of life. This study contributes to the expansion of theoretical discussion about the effect of individual's SNS usage on quality of life in validating whether SNS usage can bring individuals subjective well-being. Implications of the study findings and future research directions are also discussed.

The smart phone industry has shown its continuous growth even under global economy crisis and its ecological surrounding is rapidly shifting. In order to retain its global competitive advantage, it is necessary to comprehend and implement a preemptive policy regarding ecological transition of smart phones. Many developed foreign countries including the United States and Europe endeavor to maintain competitiveness in the new ecology of smart phones. Korea, which was once the most leading country in the IT industry, has accepted the fact that it lost an opportunity to take competitive advantage in the market and now it is striving to regain its past reputation. This study aims to examine the new potential category of services and products in this rapidly changing smart phone market and also suggested necessary additional efforts from the government side. We expect this study help the government establish proper ecological policies under Korea's smart phone environment.
