MRU-Net: A remote sensing image segmentation network for enhanced edge contour Detection

  • Remote sensing image segmentation plays an important role in realizing intelligent city construction. The current mainstream segmentation networks effectively improve the segmentation effect of remote sensing images by deeply mining the rich texture and semantic features of images. But there are still some problems such as rough results of small target region segmentation and poor edge contour segmentation. To overcome these three challenges, we propose an improved semantic segmentation model, referred to as MRU-Net, which adopts the U-Net architecture as its backbone. Firstly, the convolutional layer is replaced by BasicBlock structure in U-Net network to extract features, then the activation function is replaced to reduce the computational load of model in the network. Secondly, a hybrid multi-scale recognition module is added in the encoder to improve the accuracy of image segmentation of small targets and edge parts. Finally, test on Massachusetts Buildings Dataset and WHU Dataset the experimental results show that compared with the original network the ACC, mIoU and F1 value are improved, and the imposed network shows good robustness and portability in different datasets.

  • In general, cellular network is deployed as distributed network architecture, so network equipment is spread out all over the coverage area. This case causes high cost. Recently, centralized network architecture has been deployable at cellular network since base station was able to be virtualized due to advance in computing power. The centralized network architecture in cellular network adjusts its cell radius dynamically and minimizes power consumption of the network. This paper introduces a new centralized deployment way of cellular network using SDR and cloud computing technology. Then, advantage and feasibility of the new network will be reviewed by implementing this novel network.

The Digital contents consists of Middleware industries, network business, contents service presenters and users. For supporting digital media. contents and media devices have been converging Digital contents convergence has been proceeding rapidly in media, broadcast and communication field. And also, whole Environment for these industries has been changing, too. Wee need another digital contents convergence for new type of products and services because of convergence of IT and broadcast. In addition, new business trends is very important about these new industrial change and developments with digital contents convergence.

  • The main purpose of the study is to determine the main elements of the use of digital technologies for learning a foreign language in educational institutions. The era of digital technologies is a transition from the traditional format of working with information to a digital format. This is the era of the total domination of digital technologies. Digital technologies have gained an unprecedented rapid and general distribution. In recent years, all spheres of human life have already undergone the intervention of digital technologies. Therefore, it is precisely the educational industry that faces a difficult task - to move to a new level of education, where digital technologies will be actively used, allowing you to conveniently and quickly work in the information field for more effective learning and development. The study has limitations and they relate to the fact that the practical activities of the process of using digital technologies in the system of preparing the study of a foreign language were not taken into account.

  • In order to go digital broadcasting in Korea, it is conducted various policies in the country which be expanded network, be increased digital broadcasting hours. And broadcasting stations in the country close down analog broadcasting until 2012. Moreover IPTV is a method of delivering broadcast television and on-demand, rich media content that uses an IP(Internet protocol network) as the medium. And an IP is regarded as a very favorable approach for the future "Medium for Digital TV". However It is not easy to replace the entire digital infrastructure. And there are some problems in the digital infrastructure for Digital TV(i.e. channel zapping delay). Moreover user require service. IPMG is to solve these problems. IPMG is digital converter that allows receive and transmit signal by using many kinds of medium for Digital TV. Moreover IPMG provides users a Network PVR service. In this paper we developing, manufacturing IPMG and analyze its performance.

빅데이터 분석을 이용한 디지털 패션 테크에 대한 인식 연구 (Perceptions and Trends of Digital Fashion Technology - A Big Data Analysis -)

  • This study aimed to reveal the perceptions and trends of digital fashion technology through an informational approach. A big data analysis was conducted after collecting the text shown in a web environment from April 2019 to April 2021. Key words were derived through text mining analysis and network analysis, and the structure of perception of digital fashion technology was identified. Using textoms, we collected 8144 texts after data refinement, conducted a frequency of emergence and central component analysis, and visualized the results with word cloud and N-gram. The frequency of appearance also generated matrices with the top 70 words, and a structural equivalent analysis was performed. The results were presented with network visualizations and dendrograms. Fashion, digital, and technology were the most frequently mentioned topics, and the frequencies of platform, digital transformation, and start-ups were also high. Through clustering, four clusters of marketing were formed using fashion, digital technology, startups, and augmented reality/virtual reality technology. Future research on startups and smart factories with technologies based on stable platforms is needed. The results of this study contribute to increasing the fashion industry's knowledge on digital fashion technology and can be used as a foundational study for the development of research on related topics.

디지털 인문학 연구 동향 분석 - Digital Humanities 학술대회 논문을 중심으로 - (An Investigation on Digital Humanities Research Trend by Analyzing the Papers of Digital Humanities Conferences)

  • 디지털 정보기술과 인문학적 연구 문제의 결합을 통해 새롭고 혁신적인 지식을 창출하는 디지털인문학은 대표적인 다학제적 융합 학문 분야라고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 디지털인문학 분야의 지적구조를 규명하기 Digital Humanities 학술대회 최근 2년간(2019, 2020)의 논문 441건을 대상으로 저자사항과 키워드 동시출현 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 저자와 키워드 분석 결과를 살펴보면, 유럽, 북미 지역, 동아시권의 일본 중국의 저자의 활발한 활동을 찾아볼 수 있다. 공저자 네트워크를 통해서는 11개의 분절된 네트워크를 확인할 수 있으며, 이는 폐쇄적인 공저활동의 결과로 볼 수 있다. 키워드 분석을 통해서는 16개의 세부 주제 영역을 규명할 수 있으며, 이는 기계학습, 교육학, 메타데이터, 토픽모델링, 문체, 문화유산, 네트워크, 디지털아카이브, 자연언어처리, 디지털도서관, 트위터, 드라마, 빅데이터, 신경망 네트워크, 가상현실, 윤리으로 구성된다. 이러한 군집 구성은 디지털 정보기술이 주된 세부 주제 영역으로 자리매김하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 출현빈도가 높은 키워드들은 인문학 기반 키워드, 디지털 정보기술 기반 키워드, 융합 키워드으로 구분될 수 있으며, 디지털인문학의 성장과 발전 과정의 역동성을 찾아볼 수 있다.

통신사업자의 새로운 사업 모델로서의 개방형 네트워크 서비스 모델 제안 (Proposal of Open Network Service Model as a New Business Model of Telecom Operator)

  • The major worldwide communication network operators have designed and are building up the NGN with various network capabilities, which conventional Internet do not have. The open network service model makes these network capabilities available to the third party of the value added service providers through the standardized API providing users with more intelligent and enhanced services. This paper proposes the open network service model as NaaS (Network as a Service) and examines service models of several levels. It is believed that these efforts presented in this paper will make the network operators expand their service ranges through the opening of invested network resources producing more various communication services for users.

소셜 네트워크 서비스에 게시된 디지털 자산의 사후 관리 시스템 (A Post-Management System of Digital Assets on Social network Services)

  • 페이스 북이나 플리커 등과 같은 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 인터넷을 기반으로 한 매우 유용한 서비스이다. 인터넷만 연결된 상태라면 음악, 사진, 문서 등을 자유롭게 게시하고 공유할 수 있게 해 준다. 하지만 이런 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 게시된 디지털 정보들이 사용자가 사망한 경우에도 여전히 공개되어 있어서 의도하지 않은 사람이 나쁜 목적으로 사용할 수도 있다는 문제점이 있다. 그래서 페이스 북은 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해서 UC Irvine 대학교의 Jed R. Brubaker의 연구 결과를 적용하려고 시도하고 있다. 하지만 국내에서는 이런 노력들이 아직까지는 별로 나타나지 않고 있다. 그러므로 우리는 페이스 북, 플리커 등과 같은 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 게시된 디지털 정보를 안전하게 상속권자에게 위임해서 관리할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안시스템은 Jed R. Brubaker와 Jeong-Kyung Moon이 수행한 선행 연구와 비교해서 우리가 제안한 연구 방법이 타당하고, 향후 연구를 통해서 부족한 점을 보완하면 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 게시된 디지털 자산을 안전하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.
