A Study on Strategies to Improve the Effectiveness of Influencer Advertising

  • Influencer advertising, which has gained significant attention in academia and industry, is widely adopted as a digital marketing strategy. This study empirically analyzes the impact of perceived influencer channel attributes and ad attributes on the suitability of advertisements and their effects on consumers' positive and negative advertising behaviors. The research aims to identify various factors that can enhance the effectiveness of influencer advertising. The results reveal that among the influencer channel attributes, informativeness and intimacy have a positive impact on ad suitability, while ad clutter has a negative impact. Additionally, ad-influencer fit positively affect ad attention and negatively influences ad avoidance. Based on these findings, companies can enhance the effectiveness of influencer advertising by first selecting influencers who align well with the advertisement and emphasizing informativeness and emotional bonding to improve ad suitability. Moreover, the study suggests that influencer advertising strategies can be effective as long as they avoid excessive ad clutter, as it diminishes ad suitability. Marketing practitioners and advertising planners can utilize these insights to formulate more effective influencer advertising strategies.

  • During the last decade, the business infrastructure has become digital with increased interconnections among products, processes, and services. Across many firms spanning different industries and sectors, digital technologies are fundanmentally transforming business stratiges, business processes, firm capabilities, productes and services, and key interfirm relationships in extended business networks. With the emergence of smartphones, the paradigm of the ICT industry is rapidly changing as the line between global and local markets are being blurred. In the changing global environment, although some game companies are accelerating the improvement of their global competitiveness and cases of successes of venture enterprises by developing biosimilar technology are being discovered, majority of ICT companies are focusing on limited marketing activities to get subcontracts or projects from large companies. Thus the aim of this study is to find out how digital ecosystems evolve and how business models and strategies have changed of individual companies according to the evolution of the digital ecosystems.

  • 충북지역의 공예산업은 청주국제비엔날레 등 우수한 인프라를 구축하고 있음에도 타 지역에 비하여 낙후되어 있다. 이와 같은 현실을 직시하고 충북 관광문화상품의 활성화를 위한 충북공예산업의 현재와 미래를 연구 분석하여 부가가치창출과 지역 공예문화의 발전에 기여하고자한다. 시장 조사를 통하여 현재 유통판매 되고 있는 관광문화 상품 대한 만족도와 잠재 고객의 선호도를 파악하여 세부적인 마케팅 전략을 수립, 디자인 및 제작기술, 마케팅 능력 등 현실적인 문제점을 극복할 수 있는 방법에 대하여 연구해 본다.

  • 창업실패에 대한 선행연구들은 상장기업의 도산원인을 도출하는데 주력하여 왔다. 본 연구에서는 창업기업을 대상으로 실패원인과 실패과정을 분석하고자 한다. 20개 창업기업의 실패사례를 바탕으로 신생의 어려움과 ERIS모델을 활용하여 창업실패 원인을 도출하였다. 국내 창업기업들에게는 경영능력 부족, 연구개발 및 제품화 실패, 판로 확보 어려움과 같은 신생의 어려움이 존재함을 발견하였다. 또한, 창업 실패과정을 사업준비 부족형, 자원획득 실패형, 전략부재형, 마케팅 실패형으로 유형화 하였다.

TV 홈쇼핑 패션스타일리스트에 대한 모델의 관계마케팅 요인 분석의 차이 (Differences in the analysis of a model's relationship marketing factors for TV home shopping fashion stylist)

  • The purpose of this study is to establish a relationship between TV home shopping model and the marketing data of the TV home shopping industry. Differences in relationship marketing factors, trust, and intent to reuse depending on the experience of the model have resulted in a higher assessment of both the expertise and service factors of fashion stylists than groups with 10 years or less experience. In addition, model groups with 15 or more broadcasts in one month rated the professionalism, communication, ties, trust, and intent to reuse fashion stabilists more than 15 model groups. The difference in marketing factors, services, communications and ties between the professional and use of home shopping models was found to be 40 years old as compared to those in their 20s and 30s. Finally, in terms of the gender of the home shopping model, the difference between the marketing factors and the reliability of the relationship and the intent to reuse, the professional, communication and bonding, trust, and re-purpose factors were all rated higher by the female group than the male group. The results of the study suggest that a relationship marketing strategy needs to be established between a fashion stylist and a TV home shopping model, and fashion stylists should be judged based on the characteristics of a TV home shopping model.

메타버스(Metaverse) 마케팅 사례를 통한 성공요인 및 활성화 방안 연구 (A study on deriving success factors and activating methods through metaverse marketing cases)

  • 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 메타버스를 활용한 마케팅 사례연구를 통해, 각 산업에 있어 메타버스 생태계의 콘텐츠(content), 플랫폼(platform), 네트워크(network), 디바이스(device)관점에서 성공 요인 분석 및 활성화 방안에 대해 고찰하였다. 엔터테인먼트, 패션, 사무공간 및 부동산, 교육, 광고 및 상거래산업에서 콘텐츠와 플랫폼의 중요성을 확인할 수 있었다. 메타버스의 활성화를 위해서는 첫째, 시장참여자에게 안정적인 수익창출 모델을 마련해 줌으로써, 능동적인 참여와 리텐션 강화가 필요하다. 둘째, 가입자를 확대를 위한 매력적인 콘텐츠의 중요성은 메타버스 활성화의 주요한 키 트리거이다. 셋째, 사용자에게 라이트하고 심플한 디바이스를 활용하여 메타버스 서비스의 사용 편리성 향상이 필요하다. 넷째, 생태계 확장성을 통한 산업의 밸류체인에 있어 유기적인 상생협력전략이 뒷받침 되어야 한다. 아울러, 시장 참여자에게 비즈니스기회 및 추가적인 수익 창출 모델이 지속적으로 제공되어야 한다.

  • 소셜미디어는 기업과 소비자와의 관계와 커뮤니케이션에 있어서 일대 혁신을 가져옴으로써 기업의 마케팅 활동을 급속히 변화, 발전시키고 있다. 블로그와 SNS 는 고객과의 커뮤니케이션 효과를 극대화하기 위한 새로운 크로스미디어 플랫폼으로, 국내 기업들도 포탈검색, 블로그, SNS 등, 다양한 채널들을 활용하여 마케팅 하는 사례들이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 마케팅 활용 관점에서 포털 검색 광고와 블로그, SNS 채널들의 특징과 기대되는 성과들을 국내 기업 사례 분석을 통해 비교 분석하고, 마케팅 활동 목적과 방향에 따라 각 채널들을 어떻게 독자적, 혹은 통합적으로 활용하여 마케팅 성과를 극대화시킬 수 있을지에 관한 전략적 틀과 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 포탈검색 광고 채널은 관계지향성, 운영독창성 측면에서 우수한 것으로 평가되었으나 채널차별성, 내용적합성, 고객활용성, 네트워크성 측면, 특히 협업과 사회공헌 활동에의 참여 부문에서는 성과가 낮다고 판단되었다. 블로그 채널은 공개적절성, 질적수월성, 정보관리, 협업, 사회공헌활동 측면에서 높은 성과가 있다고 평가되었다. SNS 채널은 관계지향성, 고객지향성, 내용충실성, 고객활용성, 브랜드 이미지 강화, 비용절감, 홍보 및 광고 효과 등에서 높은 성과를 보였다. 따라서 기업은 시장 및 타겟 고객 조사활동, 홍보, 고객관계관리 강화, 신제품 테스트 및 입소문, 이벤트 진행 등, 마케팅 활동의 목적을 분명히 정의하고 각 채널의 상대적인 장점과 단점을 이해하여 각 채널을 독립적, 혹은 유기적으로 연계하여 상호 보완하면서 통합 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 전략을 수립하여야 한다.

  • In accordance with an active development, we now enjoy web 2.0 generation centering bilateral participation through the web 1.0 environment mainly providing the offering information and take a step web 3.0 understanding information by itself. The same time of digital technic development, consumption market arrived at market3.0 generation, also passed by market 1.0 and went via market 2.0 based on bilateral participation and understanding. This change have the marketing implement index changed as well. Nowadays, 7C is generalized of making up sensibility, emotion, communication, relationship, customization and interactive built as a major strategy from the day of 3p focused on customer environment, service process and 4P focused on physical quality of product. It isn't that brand and merchandise create life and experience like as past. It is focused on embodiment of a way of life, culture and creative experience from consumers' own. This treatise, therefore, fixes the object as flagship store positively reflecting the change and examine the change of a marketing code element and social factor stimulating customer behavior change. As a condition of this study, It fixes Maslow Motivation Theory as the main index of customer behavior, and 7C as the marketing code. This treatise ultimately studies the index of flagship store discussion based on domestic outdoor brand cases.

Distributing Goods and Information Flow: Factors Influencing Online Purchasing Behavior of Indonesian Consumers

  • Purpose: The distribution of goods and the flow of information, determined by consumer behavior toward online shopping, is drastically popular worldwide. This study examines some factors such as brand trust, online sales promotion, consumer personality, delivery service, quality assurance, information search, and online consumer satisfaction influence online shopping behavior. Research design, data, and methodology: A constructed questionnaire in an online survey was conducted with 241 random cluster respondents in the greater Jakarta Area. Structure equation model was utilized to analyze and verify all the data. Results: Research finding indicates online sales promotion, delivery service, quality assurance, and online consumer satisfaction positively influence information search. Meanwhile, brand trust, quality assurance, and information search positively influence online shopping behavior. However, the result illustrates that consumer personality negatively influences both information search and online shopping behavior. Conclusions: To influence online shopping behavior, the most important factors that need to be considered by marketplaces are quality assurance. It positively motivates Indonesia's citizens to collect information and make unplanned purchases. The study finding can be a reference for brands to maintain and build outstanding product quality, an informational website, and an excellent marketing strategy so that customers can meet their expectations. Besides, it also broadens both companies' and individuals' knowledge about the digital revolution on consumer behavior.

패션제품구매에서의 콘택트리스 방식에 대한 소비자 인식이 쇼핑전환의도에 미치는 영향 -오프라인 패션매장의 경험적 가치의 조절효과를 중심으로- (The Effects of Consumer Perception of Contactless Method on Shopping Switching Intention in Fashion Products Purchase-Focusing on the Experiential Value's Moderating Effects of Offline Fashion Stores-)

  • The COVID-19 pandemic has not only increased customer preference for contactless methods but also created digital business opportunities in a variety of industries. Particularly in the fashion industry, contactless distribution and contactless shopping have increased significantly. This study identifies the changed consumers' perception of contactless shopping, which has been expanded due to the COVID-19 pandemic and analyzes specific factors that influence shopping switching intention to derive efficient marketing plans for post COVID-19 era. The study targeted Korean male and female consumers. The perceived value, usefulness, and alternative attractiveness of contactless shopping had a significant effect on shopping switching intention, and a moderating effect of offline fashion stores was confirmed. These results indicate that customers' experience in a fashion store influences their next online and offline shoping. This study, therefore, proposed the direction that the fashion industry should advance from a marketing perspective in the post COVID-19 era.
