이 연구는 디지털도서관에서 제공 가능한 통합검색 방식의 유형과 특성을 분석할 목적으로 다음의 세 가지작업을 수행하였다. 첫째, 이용자 관점에서 디지털도서관의 발전단계와 일반적인 통합 방식의 특성을 정리하였다. 둘째, 현재 국내외 대표적인 도서관 포털의 모범사례인 영국의 JISC IE, 미국의 NSDL의 OCKHAM, 그리고 한국의 국가지식포털을 대상으로 통합검색의 현황과 특성에 대하여 검토하였다. 셋째, 디지털도서관에 영역에서 많이 적용되고 있는 통합검색 방식의 유형을 메타통합검색과 분산검색으로 구분하여 각각의 기법적 특성을 도출하였다.

ICT 환경의 정착 및 넷 미디어의 광범위한 보급으로 인해 정보접근성에 기반한 양적 정보격차는 정보활용 중심의 질적 정보격차의 형성으로 진화해 왔으며, 인터넷 상에 엄청난 양의 정보가 존재하는 현재의 정보환경에서는 기존의 양적, 질적 정보격차와는 다른 보다 심화된 지적 정보격차가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보환경의 진화에 따른 정보격차의 변화 양상을 확인하고, 지적 정보격차의 형성을 실증적으로 확인하였다. 또한 지적 정보격차는 기존의 양적, 질적 정보격차와 명확하게 구분되는 것이 아니라 기존의 정보격차의 요인들을 기반으로 정보에 대한 지적 능력의 차이로 인해 발생함을 실증하였다. 특히 정보격차의 핵심 요인으로 인식되어 온 교육수준과 경제적 수준은 여전히 양적, 질적 정보격차를 형성하고 있으며, 지적 정보격차의 형성에 있어서도 주요 요인으로 작용하고 있음을 확인하였다.

Technological development of information and communication have brought sharp changes to every sector such as society, culture, economy and education because of knowledge and information-oriented society. The number of classes has decreased, and some schools are closed or incorporated due to decrease of the population. Such phenomenon has brought changes to learning using digital technology and space. A change called digital innovation is characterized by interactive communication centering on the internet network. Therefore, it is very important to predict educational environment to be changed according to digital environment and to note how real learning space is changed. The development of digital technology in society in general presents two concepts of digital and contents, digitalized information. Such technology is recognized as a new paradigm in education sector and a new space is created through participation of instructors and learners in learning space. This study analysed cases of learning space of elementary schools based on bibliographical examination and related bibliography including data from academic presentations and news release to present developed leaning space. To present healthy and creative learning environment which can lead knowledge and information-based society in the future, the preface described the background, purpose, methods and range of the study, and analysed transitional processes of society and culture, digital learning contents, and learning space in education of elementary schools. Finally the study identified trends and cases of research on learning space and suggested digital learning contents space.

본 논문은 클라우딩 컴퓨팅 환경에서 디지털 콘텐츠 관리 기술을 제안한다. 네트워크를 활용한 컴퓨팅 서비스는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 빠질 수 없는 기본 인프라 서비스이다. 스마트폰을 활용한 금융 서비스, 디지털 콘텐츠 서비스, 산업 및 홈 네트워크 서비스는 국부적인 영역의 서비스에서 전체 서비스가 가능한 클라우드 서비스 환경으로 변화하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에 적합한 디지털 콘텐츠 서비스가 안전하게 지원되도록 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안 시스템은 사용자의 시스템 접근의 편의성과 안전성을 제공하고, 디지털 콘텐츠 저작자의 저작권을 보호하며, 안전한 디지털 콘텐츠 유통 및 관리 시스템을 제공한다. 본 연구의 목적은 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에 적합한 디지털 콘텐츠 유통구조를 제공하여 디지털 콘텐츠 시장을 안정화시키고 활성화하는데 있다.

The digital government is one of the most significant areas of study to emerge in information science in the past several years. The digital government is, in broad terms, a computerized system that allows a community of users to obtain a coherent means of access to an organized, electronically stored repository of information and knowledge. The information resources and technologies embodied by the World Wide Web are now accepted ad the primary example of the digital government. The need exists for a means to measure user success in the digital government. Because a digital government environment involves two broad functions?1) information search and retrieval and 2) interactivity with and through the medium-this research posits that measures of both of these functions will show positive correlation with user success.

Recently, with the enlargement of cloud computing, virtual desktop infrastructure(VDI) can be an alternative of the existing personal computer based information environment. For the case of partially introduced VDI coexisting with personal computer environment, we suggest a virtual folder based approach to control the overall digital contents within an organization with a case of implementation. Although a centralizing device was used for storage and sharing of organization's digital contents, it was not easy to accomplish centralizing digital contents completely. It is tried to prevent users from utilizing their own storage in their personal computers or virtual machines and to use virtual folder which transfer and store digital contents to and in EDMS. The virtual folder system of this paper looks like a real folder in a personal computer, but it is another virtual device for outer storage devices including EDMS. It can be an alternative and reference of digital contents control for future applications of cloud computing.

디지털 미디어 환경이 도래하면서 정보의 유통방식이 변화되었고, 이에 따라 인터넷을 통해 유통되는 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 '잊혀질 권리'를 법제화할 필요성이 점점 커지고 있다. 하지만 개인정보 보호를 지나치게 강조할 경우 인터넷산업의 발전이 저해되고, 언론자유나 알권리를 비롯한 헌법적 권리를 침해할 우려가 있다. 따라서 잊혀질 권리의 적용 범위를 보다 명확하게 규정할 필요가 있다. 첫째, 개인정보에 대한 권리는 개인정보자기결정권과 사회적 인격상에 관한 자기결정권으로 구분된다. 전자의 경우에는 잊혀질 권리가 적용되지만 후자의 경우에는 개인정보의 보호가치와 활용가치를 비교해서 판단해야 한다. 둘째, 디지털 미디어 환경에서는 과거의 언론보도가 인터넷을 통해 반복적으로 유통되면서 새로운 피해를 낳고 있다. 하지만 과거의 언론보도는 일정한 시간이 지나면 일종의 역사적 기록물이 되기 때문에 잊혀질 권리를 그대로 적용할 수는 없다. 따라서 디지털 미디어 환경에 적합한 새로운 방안을 모색해야 한다.

Recently, with various developments made to smart-phones and other digital devices in the IoT environment, modern people tend to pursue comfort in their own lifestyles. These environment has helped us to obtain any information or data in despite of location and time. But it has caused them to be overly reliant on digital devices in doing any kind of daily work, trusting the digital devices more than oneself. As a result of this over reliance, modern people's memorizing and calculating ability have deteriorated critically. This symptom is known as the Digital Dementia. In this paper, we study the phenomenon of digital dementia caused by smart-phones, and we suggest a method of developing "memorize the phone number" game applications in IoT environment to the problem of digital dementia. Test results show that, through the use of application, not only the users were able to have fun memorizing the numbers, but also, to show improvement in their memorizing ability. Thus, we expect that the application suggested above will help in preventing digital dementia and maintain brain health.

In this paper, Wireless sensor network technology applied to various greenhouse agro-industry items such as horticulture and local specialty etc., we was constructed automatic control system for optimum growth environment by measuring growth status and environmental change. existing monitoring systems of greenhouse gather information about growth environment depends on the temperature. but in this system, Can be efficient collection and control of information to construct wireless sensor network by growth measurement sensor and environment monitoring sensor inside of the greenhouse. The system is consists of sensor manager for information processing, an environment database that stores information collected from sensors, the GUI of show the greenhouse status, it gather soil and environment information to soil and environment(including weather) sensors, growth measurement sensor. In addition to support that soil information service shows the temperature, moisture, EC, ph of soil to user through the interaction of obtained data and Complex Growth Environment information service for quality and productivity can prevention and response by growth disease or disaster of greenhouse agro-industry items how temperature, humidity, illumination acquiring informationin greenhouse(strawberry, ginseng). To verify the executability of the system, constructing the complex growth environment measurement system using wireless sensor network in greenhouse and we confirmed that it is can provide our optimized growth environment information.

In modern business conditions, the improvement of business processes cannot do without digitalization. Digital technologies allow businesses to conquer markets, quickly introduce new technologies not only into production processes, but also at all levels of economic activity. The rapid pace of development of information, communication and economic spheres determine the relevance of the research topic and the goals that digital management solves. Today, the use of digital equipment and platforms makes it possible to form the basis for the formation of competitive business advantages, minimize costs, and most importantly, respond in time to changes in both the internal and external environment..Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the digital management system in a business environment. As a result of the study, current trends and prerequisites for digital management system in a business environment were investigated.
