  • In this paper, a new self-oscillated type high voltage charger controller circuit is proposed, which has variable constant current source characteristics to improve charge characteristic of charger roller. The proposed control method enables high quality printing characteristics regardless of the circumstance change such as ambient temperature or humidity by changing the current reference signal. To verify the proposed control method various experiments are performed.

  • 본 논문은 캐리어 주파수 20kHz 이상의 고주파 전압형 PWM 인버터를 구동하기 위한 디지털 제어기에 관한 연구이다.적절한 PWM 패턴을 선택하기 위하여 기존의 PWM을 분석하였고, 비동기형 계단 정현파를 기준신호로 하여 제어기의 PWM 패턴을 구하였으며, PWM 제어방법은 가변 캐리어 비를 이용하였다.PWM 제어기는 모두 디지털 방식으로 구성하였다. 특히, 제시된 제어기의 구성은 연산 및 데이터 처리와 PWM 패턴 합성을 8비트 원칩 마이크로프로세서와 디지털 로직으로 나누어 설계하므로써 제어에 대한 속응성 및 제어성을 개선하였다. 또 변조도 데이터를 9비트로 출력하도록 프로그램을 적절히 이용하여 데이터 처리능력을 높였다.디지털 제어기는 회로구성을 i8051과 원칩 EPLD로 구성하였고, 설계된 제어기는 전압형 인버터를 동작시켜 제어성을 고찰하였다. 그리고 전압형 인버터 시스템의 고조파와 전류파형을 평가 분석하였다.

  • LED구동회로및 제어회로를 개발하였다. 개발된 LED구동회로는 새로운 PWM회로를 가지고 있으며 LED열의 디밍, 전류 및 온도제어 및 통신 기능을 할 수 있다. 개발된 PWM회로는 기본적인 디지털 논리소자를 사용하여 만들어 질 수 있는 두 개의 링 발진기와 한 개의 카운터로 구성되어 있다. 부가적으로 이 회로는 온-오프 제어 모드, 비상모드, 전력절감모드를 가지고 있으며 직열통신을 이용해서 제어된다. 설계 된 PWM 발생기와 제어회로는 마그나칩/하이닉스의 디지털 공정을 이용하여 제작되었다. 제작된 칩은 LED구동장치와 제어기 보드에 장착되어 테스트 되었으며 성공적으로 동작하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 제어시스템과 규범모델 사이의 스텝응답의 오차적분올 최소화하여 모델추종법에 기초한 디지탈 PID제어기의 설계법을 제안한 것이며, 전류형인버터 구동유도전동기의 속도제어에 적용했고, 시스템의 동특성을 스댐웅답으로 나타냈다. PlD제어기의 최적파라메터는 행렬연산으로 쉽게 구할 수 있으며, 계산도 간단하며 계통 적인 설계과정을 통하여 일률적으로 처리된다. 끝으로, 스댐상의 목표치 변화 및 외란에 대해서도 안정하고 정상편차가 없는 운전결과를 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션으로 나타냈고 실험적으로 그 결과를 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, a controller design for coreless linear synchronous motor is proposed. The designed controller is mainly composed of speed and current control, which are carried out by the high-speed digital signal processor(DSP). In addition the PWM inverter is controlled by space voltage PWM method. This system is implemented using by 32-bit DSP(TMS320C31), a high-integrated logic device(EPM940), and IPM(Intelligent Power Modules) for compact and powerful system design. The experimental results show the effective performance of controller for coreless linear synchronous motor.

Digital Control of Secondary Active Clamp Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge Converters

  • A DSP-based self-adaptive proportional-integral (PI) controller to control a DC-DC converter is proposed in this paper. The full-bridge topology is adopted here to obtain higher power output capability and higher conversion efficiency. The converter adopts the zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) technique to reduce the conduction losses. A parallel secondary active clamp circuit is added to deal with the voltage overshoot and ringing effect on the transformer's secondary side. A self-adaptive PI controller is proposed to replace the traditional PI controller. Moreover, the designed converter adopts the constant-current and constant-voltage (CC-CV) output control strategy. The secondary active clamp mechanism is discussed in detail. The effectiveness of the proposed converter was experimentally verified by an IGBT-based 10kW prototype.

용접로봇을 위한 아크센서 및 인?이스 시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A study on the development of an arc sensor and its interface system for a welding robot)

  • An interface system was developed to offer the welding capability to a robot controller which had not any embedded function for arc welding before, and also an arc sensor algorithm was proposed for weld seam tracking of the welding robot. For the interface system between the robot controller and welding equipments, data communication software and interface connections were composed. The interface system was mae to correspond welding condition, correction data, operation sequence and current status with the robot controller by mutual had shaking and digital signal transfer. Graphic user interface program developed under the environment of windows made it easy to monitor data communication and operation status, and to control welding and sensing sequence. Arc sensing algorithm proposed in this study to compensate torch position error was based on a fuzzy logic with the variables of current difference and current differenced change at torch weaving extremities. The developed interface system could be successfully implemented in between welding equipments and the robot controller, and showed normal status and exact function in data and signal communication between the systems. The whole robot welding system was then examined to verify its welding and seam tracking capabilities in horizontal fillet, vertical fillet, and 3-dimensional fillet weldment. The experiments revealed sound weld bead shapes and also good seam tracing results.

전류제어 알고리즘에 의한 동기모터의 속도제어 (Speed Control for Synchronous Motor Using the Current Control Algorithm)

  • It is not easy to control the speed of AC motors accurately without modeling with some parameters for the controlled system. However, there are some application parts which do not require high speed responses strictly and the motor parameters can not to be identified simply. In this paper, a speed control method for a synchronous motor(S.M) with unknown parameters of the motor is investigated. The method is based on the current control algorithm. Speed controller and current controller are designed using PI control law. Some experiments are performed using DSP and power expert system to prove the validity of the proposed method. Throughout experimental results, the method is confirmed successfully. This method is expected to control the system with unknown parameters of the S.M efficiently.

  • This paper proposes a design method using PQR instantaneous power theory on the active power filter, unbalanced nonlinear load condition and unbalanced source voltage condition in three-phase four-wire systems. For reduction of current harmonics and neutral current, the control structure including repetitive controller is proposed and controller gain is designed. For fully-digital implementation, ramp comparison PWM method was adopted. Simulation results verify good performance of the proposed current control strategy on the shunt APFs.
