Traditional markets are infrastructure with facilities and characteristics of very high population density. Recently, arcades have been installed through traditional market modernization policies, and aging infrastructure has been repaired. However, gas and electrical facilities of traditional markets cannot be easily replaced because of its high density. And because regular inspections are not conducted, management of facilities is on very poor condition. In addition, when a fire occurs in a traditional market, the fire easily spreads to nearby stores and is likely to spread to a large fire because of a lot of highly flammable substances. Smoke detectors and heat detectors are installed in most traditional markets to monitor fires, but malfunctions are frequent due to the nature of smoke detectors and heat detectors, and network facilities are not properly maintained. Therefore, in this study, gas detection sensors and flame detectors are additionally installed in Gwangmyeong Traditional Market, and a digital twin-based traditional market fire monitoring system is implemented in conjunction with existing sensors in the market's 3D model. With this digital twin based fire monitoring system, we can reduce the malfunctions of fire detect sensors, and can easily guide the evacuation route.

In this paper, bus station design is presented as a component of public design to develop the integrated city public image of Daejeon Metropolitan City through the study of city characteristics and the direction of future development. Design concept is the mutual understanding of public image and human centered sense, and comfortable bus station which is correspond with future development direction and applicable for digital informationization is selected. Design components are bus shelter, information board, bench, vending machine, a wastebasket, billboards and so forth.

Therefore about the city research the research will be necessary from historical time. Are not adapted to a finally new situation the functions atrophy and they change, the different city function creating, they do. And (2) Tries to investigate the city system which comes to make from the process which is special is a Japanese colonial time, Also (3) About movement of the process which the city central area which happens from that place comes to build and the city central area searches. With being like that, Space Syntax where uses from the research which sees makes the result which leads with objective the ground and the reporter comparison to analyze with social causes together does.

Over the last few decades, various innovative technologies have emerged that have significantly contributed to making life easier for humans. Various information and communication technologies (ITCs) have emerged as a result of the global technological revolution, including big data, IoT, 4G and 5G networks, cloud computing, mobile computing, and artificial intelligence. These technologies have been adopted in urban planning and development, which gave rise to the concept of smart cities in the 1990s. A smart city is a type of city that uses ITCs to exchange and share information to enhance the quality of services for its citizens. With the global population increasing at unprecedented levels, cities are overwhelmed with a myriad of challenges, such as the energy crisis, environmental pollution, sanitation and sewage challenges, and water quality issues, and therefore, have become a convergence point of economic, social, and environmental risks. The concept of a smart city is a multidisciplinary, unified approach that has been adopted by governments and municipalities worldwide to overcome these challenges. Though challenging, this transformation is essential for cities with differing technological and social features, which all have the potential to determine the success or failure of the digital transformation of cities into smart cities. In recent years, researchers, businesses, and the government have all turned their attention to the emerging field of smart cities. Accordingly, this paper aims to represent a thorough understanding of the movement toward smart cities. The key themes identified are smart city definitions and concepts, smart city dimensions, and smart city architecture of different layers. Furthermore, this article discusses the challenges and some examples of smart cities.

본 연구는 3차원 소음지도 제작에 요구되는 도시공간 모델을 생성하고자한다. 이를 위해 센서데이터를 사용하지 않고 기 구축된 수치지도와 도화원도만을 이용하여 지면 및 건물의 3차원 모델을 생성하는 효율적인 방법을 제시하였다. 지면모델은 수치지도의 표고점과 등고선의 고도값을 격자로 내삽하여 생성한다. 건물모델은 수치지도에서 추출한 건물의 2차원 경계와 도화원도에 취득한 건물의 고도를 융합하여 생성한다. 제안된 방법은 영등포구 전역을 포함하는 수치지도와 서로 다른 시기에 생성된 3 set의 도화원도에 적용하였다. 생성된 도시공간모델은 소음분석 및 분석결과의 3차원 가시화에 성공적으로 활용되었다.

디지털시대의 일환으로 현실세계를 가상으로 정확하게 옮겨서 현실에서 할 수 없는 어떤 고가의 장비 수명을 저하시키는 스트레스 테스트를 실시하여 제품의 취약부분을 시뮬레이션 하는 디지털 트윈이 제조업에서 활발히 사용되고 있다. IoT의 발전으로 인해 현실세계에서 수집되는 데이터를 정확하게 수집하여 가상의 공간에 동일하게 만드는 디지털 트윈은 교통, 재난, 주거, 방역, 에너지, 환경, 고령화 같은 도시 생활의 문제에 대한 정확한 예측을 할 수 있기 때문에 스마트 시티 건설에 필요한 도구로 자리매김하고 있다. 디지털 트윈은 제조업분야에 적용이 많이 되고 있지만 본 연구에서는 스마트 시티에 적용하여 4차산업혁명시대에 걸 맞는 스마트 시티 모델을 제안하고 제안된 모델을 통한 시민의 안전, 복지와 편리성을 증가시켜 기술의 발전이 삶의 질을 향상시키는 데 기여하고 한다. 또한, 디지털 트윈을 스마트 시티에 적용할 경우 실시간 상호작용을 통하여 현실성과 즉시성을 유지함으로써 현실과 가상간의 실시간 동기화를 통화여 보다 정확한 예측 및 분석을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose: Based on the author's adapted invariant choice, this study is to present the methodology and the calculation of the integral index of the digital component of the quality of life. By analyzing the digital indexes, the study is also to discuss distribution of ICT and the digital quality of life of the population of Kazakhstan and its regions. Research design, data, methodology: In this research, the method of calculation of integral assessment of the indicator was used, which indicates index constructs. The study analyzed objective secondary data for the period 2017-2019, which was the database from official websites of the Committee on Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Results: The study produced an integral code for assessing digital components of living standards of the population, consisting of five groups sub-indexes. Conclusions: Based on the provided analyses, we can confirm the existence of a significant difference of all the indicators of digital living standards of the population between the two leading cities: Almaty city and Nur-Sultan city. Furthermore we can deduce the differences of the examined indexes for other regions of Kazakhstan. Despite the rapid adoption of digital technologies, Kazakhstan still has significant digital gaps among cities indicating regional differences in the speed of implementation and distribution of digital technologies.

In this paper, a new decomposition method of the interference EMG signal using MAMDF filtering and digital signal processor. The efficient software and hardware signal processing techniques are employed. The MAMDF filter is employed in order to estimate the presence and likely location of the respective templates which may include in the observed mixture, and high-resolution waveform alignment is employed in order to provide the optimal combination set and time delays of the selected templates. The TMS320C25 digital signal processor chip is employed in order to execute the intensive calculation part of the software. The method is verified through a simulation with real templates which are obtain ed from needle EMG. As a result, the proposed method provides an overall speed improvement of 32-40 times.

An amazing growth in the field of Internet of Things (IoT) and Blockchain based smart cities from both industry and academia has been witnessed in the recent years. There are many smart applications such as intelligent transportation, smart banking, improving the life style of citizen, energy consumption and managing the waste in the city, handling home needs are supporting the Smart city concept. These applications are profoundly supported by the advanced technologies like Blockchain as well as IoT in the recent past. Smart cities can be supported by the Blockchain core concepts such as secure, transparent, decentralized and immutable nature. Still, Blockchain and IoT technologies implementation in smart cities are in their early stages and significant research efforts are desirable to integrate them. This review article explores the roles and responsibilities of Blockchain and IoT in building smart cities.

지방자치시대로 접어들면서 대부분의 도시들이 지역 브랜드화 정책에 발맞추어 지방경제를 활성화하고 경쟁력있는 명품도시를 만들기 위해 일제히 디지털 홍보정책으로 브랜드 슬로건(Brand slogan)을 내 걸었다. 무한 경쟁시대에 지방자치단체들이 지속적인 디지털 브랜드 홍보정책을 펼쳐온 결과, 지역 브랜드 슬로건 디지털 홍보 정책에 대한 시민들의 인지도나 만족도는 대체로 높았으나 지역별 특성의 반영이나 차별화된 아이덴티티(Identity) 디자인이 아쉽다는 의견이 7개 도시에서 공통적으로 지적되었다. 본 연구는 서울특별시 및 전국 6개 광역시 브랜드 슬로건 디지털 홍보 정책에 대한 지역 시민들의 의식수준을 분석하여 도시브랜드 슬로건 디지털 홍보정책의 문제점을 도출할 수 있었던 의미 있는 연구로, 추후 우리나라 도시브랜드 슬로건 개발 및 디지털 홍보 관리 정책에 일조할 것이다.
