Learning how to express and express the characteristics of acting expressions required by different media is easy to express the acting required in various mediums. The style of acting required by each medium is different depending on the characteristics of the medium. In particular, digital acting using computer graphics technology expresses actors as if they are in the space by imagining the imaginary space. Through computer graphics post-production, the actual space that will be visible on the final screen is completed and creates a story based on the actual situation. The role of digital actors in applying motion capture to movies is becoming increasingly important. Natural cross-reaction acting between live-action actors and digital character actors has become a trend in animation films where only digital actors appear. In animation films, a real actor plays a major role in connecting the characters of a digital actor. The core of a digital actor is the realization of a unique character performance. In the era of trans-media, the importance of digital acting is increasing day by day.

After the pandemic, the world has brought about a society that connects to digital content faster. In the performing arts world, technology is also changing the production environment, content, and format of works. In addition, theatre and performances linked to digital media and virtual reality continue to be actively developed and increased. This paper first diagnoses how theater and acting education are meeting consumers(students) in a time when these changes progress rapidly. In the post-COVID-19 era, a crack began in the traditional method of education. We look at the existing problems of traditional education of theatre and acting in detail and look at the points of change from the changes in the virtual world and digital media environment. In conclusion, post-pandemic theater and acting education needs to shift to a consumer-centered paradigm.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of compassion experienced by defectors on deep acting in organization and secondly to demonstrate the effect of deep acting through compassion on job performance. Third, the purpose of this study is to examine the effects of deep acting on organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, we examine the mediating effect of deep acting in the relationship between compassion and job performance. Finally, we try to demonstrate the mediating effect of deep acting in the relationship between compassion and organizational citizenship behavior. As a result of this study, it was proved that compassion experienced by defectors has a positive effect on deep acting and that deep acting has a positive effect on job performance and organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, all hypotheses were supported by the findings of research on the mediating effect of deep acting in the relationship between compassion and job performance, and compassion and organizational citizenship behavior. Thus, this study implies that the defectors who need compassion in the organization improve their job performance and increase organizational citizenship behavior through deep acting.

In this study, the concept of emotional labor and AI(appreciative inquiry) are connected to examine how acceptance of AI, which is related to changes in hospital organizational culture, affects nurses' emotional labor, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. For this purpose, the data collected from 156 nurses working at a major hospital were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings of this study are as follows: First, nurses' acceptance of AI had a significant positive effect on deep acting but not on surface acting. Second, deep acting had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, but surface acting did not. Third, nurses' organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Fourth, deep acting significantly mediated the relationship between nurses' acceptance of AI and organizational commitment, but surface acting did not. Fifth, deep acting and organizational commitment significantly mediated the relationship between nurses' acceptance of AI and job satisfaction, but surface acting and organizational commitment did not. Theoretical and practical implications are provided based on the relationships between the variables found in this study.

This study was conducted to see the effects of emotional labor as a job attitude on organizational citizenship behavior, and to verify the effects of adjusting empathy as an alleviating mechanism for such relationship in order to provide suggestions on finding ways to relieve hospital workers of emotional labor. Research was conducted on 347 nurses from medical institutions above hospital level in Chungcheongnamdo/bukdo and Daejeon-si. Summary of this research is as follows. First, deep acting of emotional labor was revealed to have a positive (+) effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and surface acting had a negative (-) effect. Second, empathy had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and interaction between deep acting and empathy had a significant positive (+) effect on organizational citizenship behavior, but it was revealed that interaction between surface acting and empathy had no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

A musical that combines singing, dancing, and acting is a popular musical drama created by the development of opera. These musicals are the cultural and industrial sectors that are commercially compatible with artistry and popularity. Musicals remind you of exciting and colorful live performances. This musical industry has been loved by the public as it was created not only on stage but also as a musical film. The film industry has been striving to express the musical's unique originality through film screens. In terms of acting, acting in musical films should be implemented to suit musical films. In order to do so, the characteristics of movie acting and musical acting will be understood at the same time and true musical film acting can be implemented on the screen when each genre is fused. In order to act as a musical film, it is necessary to understand the functional characteristics of each genre and apply the necessary functions on the spot.

In recent years, the demand of mobile device, such as digital camera, camcorder and PDA, increases remarkably. So, requirements of the mobile information data storage used in the mobile devices increase noticeably also. 1" micro data storage is a kind of mobile storage. which has a CF type II form factor, and the similar structure of the general 3.5" HDD. In this paper, we developed the self acting air-lubricated ceramic bearing for the 1" micro data storage. The self acting air-lubricated ceramic bearing Is superior to the fluid bearing and the ball bearing on power consumption.

This study investigates the basic elements of film acting based on Lee Strasberg's emotional memory. Acting in Korean film and TV drama often meets difficult circumstances. Therefore, I strongly suggest Lee Strasberg' American Method to film actors and students. This method refers to affective memory that Lee Strasberg devised for film acting at the Actors Studio. Another main point of this method is to overcome difficulties created from the camera use and shooting process. It is evident practicing affective memory would help actors perform better in their field.

Even though geographical drawbacks of Netherlands, the De Stiji Movement has been acting extensively as a composite arts movement. Furthermore, because this movement has influenced on even field of architecture, Walter Gropius, who had led to establish the modern architecture at that time, was not also able to be excluded from the influence of De Stiji movement. As a result, his works after 1922 when De Stijl movement had been acting vividly, shows a part of De Stijl style and definitely has a difference via-a-via early of his works. Therefore, this study in this point of view is on the purpose of how De Stijl Movement influenced on Gropius' works as the ideology of place and concepts in the period of both De Stijl Movement and Modern architecture style were being formed together. Especially, this study will analyze Dessau Bauhaus Building, which is the most influenced by De Stijl Style in Gropius' works, into the way of how De Stijl. was embodied to this building.
