Cryptography provides an effective solution to secure the communication over public networks. The communication over public networks that includes electronic commerce, business and military services, necessitates the requirement of simple and robust encryption techniques. In this paper, a novel image encryption method which employs calligraphy based hybrid scan and random number is presented. The original image is scrambled by pixel position permutation with calligraphy based diagonal and novel calligraphy based scan patterns. The cipher image is obtained by XORing the scrambled image with random numbers. The suggested method resists statistical, differential, entropy, and noise attacks which have been demonstrated with a set of standard images.

In this paper, we establish some new nonlinear integral inequalities of Gronwall-Bellman type. These inequalities generalize some famous inequalities which can be used in applications as handy tools to study the qualitative as well as quantitative properties of solutions of some nonlinear ordinary differential and integral equations. More accurately we extend certain results which have been proved in A. Abdeldaim and M. Yakout [1] and H. El-Owaidy, A. A. Ragab, A. Abdeldaim [7] too.

Since the 1980s, the marketing paradigm has rapidly changed from product-driven marketing to customer-driven marketing. Recently, due to an increase in the amount of information, customer-differentiation strategies have been emphasized more than product-differentiation strategies. This paper suggests a methodology for new customer segmentation and purchase forecasting using changes in customer behavior. This methodology includes a segmentation method for new customers using existing customer's characteristics and a purchase-forecasting system using the purchase-behavior patterns of existing customers. The proposed methodology not only provides differential services from a segmentation system but also recommends differential items from the purchase forecasting system for new and existing customers.

미아찾기, 응급구조요청 등의 고정밀 위치정보를 요구하는 다양한 위치기반서비스 응용 분야가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 대부분 시스템에서 사용할 수 있는 GPS의 정밀도는 아직까지 낮은 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 위치기반서비스에 적용될 수 있고 무선 환경에서도 안정적인 서비스가 제공될 수 있으며 다양한 단말기에서 활용할 수 있는 객체지향 설계 기법을 이용한 웹서비스 기반의 저가형 위성항법보정시스템(DGPS)을 설계 및 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 시스템의 확장성과 재활용성을 극대화하기 위해 UML을 기반으로 객체지향 설계 모델링을 이용하여 시스템을 설계한다. 또한 저가형의 기준국과 위치 보정 측위 프레임워크 및 서버를 구축하여 이동국의 위치에 따른 GPS의 정밀도를 높이고자 한다. 이동국의 위치 정밀도는 이동환경을 고려하여 안정적이고 다양한 서비스 제공이 가능한 형태인 웹 서비스 기반의 통신 인터페이스를 구현한다. 마지막으로 성능평가 결과, 제안된 시스템을 통해 1~2m이내까지 위치측위 정밀도가 확보할 수 있으며, 88.5% 확률로 2m이하의 위치측위 정밀도를 확보 할 수 있다.

Usually offline sales depend on the promotion strategy to the consumer-type. But e-commerce has some difficulties in analysing the consumer-type. The Wide Area Differential Global Positioning System (WADGPS) that uses a number of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) reference stations are implemented with various types and provide services as it can service a wide range of areas relatively. This paper discusses a constellation design of reference stations and performance analysis of the WADGPS. It presented performance results of static and dynamic users when wide area correction algorithm was applied using eight reference stations.

Construal level theory (CLT) have been researched in wide range of disciplines such as marketing, organizational study, psychology, or education. Current study asserts that CLT would explain the effect of different devices of PC and smartphone on interaction between human-computer interfaces and information systems use. In CLT, those who are far from an object in terms of physical, temporal, social or psychological distance, they construe their understanding as abstract (high level) and vice versa. We hypothesized different size of digital device will increase psychological distance and result in behaviors that correspond to present construal level. The analysis result shows that users of PC recognized that they are socially distant from the device and those of smartphone felt that they are socially close to the device. However, the device did not have significant effect on attention to essential information, advertisement preference, and immediacy. The implication to academia, practice and future research and limitations are also discussed.

현재 라우터들의 인터넷 속도 개선을 위하여 제안된 MPLS ATM 교환 시스템도 다양한 응용을 사용하는 인터넷 사용자들을 충분히 만족시키지는 못한다. 따라서 서비스 클래스별로 서비스 처리를 구별하는 차별화 서비스 지원이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 차별화 서비스를 MPLS ATM 교환 시스템에 지원하기 위해서 확장된 LDP 메시지를 이용하여 각 FEC 마다 서비스 클래스별로 설정된 LSP를 제어하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 응용 범주에 따라 차별화 서비스가 되도록 ATM CLP를 이용한 마킹 알고리즘을 제안한다. 그리고 LSP 제어 방법과 마킹 알고리즘을 이용한 포워딩 절차를 제시한다. 이 포워딩 절차를 적용한 포워딩 모델은 기존 MPLS ATM 교환 시스템의 변경을 최소화하여 쉽게 구현할 수 있어 구현하는데 드는 비용 및 시간을 줄일 수 있다. 끝으로 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안한 응용 기반 포워딩 모델의 성능 결과를 보인다.

본 연구는 도서관의 다문화서비스 현황과 문제점을 파악하기 위하여 외국도서관과 우리나라의 다문화서비스 현황을 조사하였다. 외국도서관의 다문화서비스 현황은 다문화주의 모델, 동화주의 모델, 배제주의 모델로 구분하여 다문화 가정 대상 교육프로그램과 도서관 서비스 사례를 분석하였다. 우리나라 도서관의 다문화서비스 현황은 공공도서관의 다문화 프로그램 담당 사서, 다문화프로그램 강사, 다문화 프로그램에 참여한 이주민들과 어린이들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 이를 통해 다문화 가정 프로그램의 문제점 및 요구사항을 분석하였다.
