공급체인 리더의 관계적 행동이 리더의 리더십과 팔로워의 재무성과에 미치는 영향: 리더 윤리성의 역할 (The Effects of Relational Behaviors on Supply Chain Leadership and Financial Performance: The Role of Leader Ethicality)

  • 기존의 리더십과 관련된 연구들은 대부분 조직 내부의 부하와 상사간 관계에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이는 조직간 거래관계가 기업의 주요한 성패요인이 된 현시점에서 조직 간 리더십에 대한 연구의 필요성을 제기하는 현상이라 할 수 있다. 특히, 조직 간 거래관계가 분석의 초점인 공급체인 연구에서는 이러한 조직 간 리더십에 대한 연구가 더욱 필요하다 할 수 있다. 따라서 공급체인의 조직간 리더십을 연구하는 것은 매우 중요하다 할 수 있다. 하지만 기존 공급체인 리더십 관련 연구들은 두가지 중요한 문제점을 가지고 있다. 첫째, 대부분의 연구들이 공급체인 리더십과 성과 간의 관계에 초점을 맞추고 있다는 점이고, 둘째, 기존 공급체인 내 조직간 리더십 연구들은 리더십과 재무성과 간 관계를 거의 다루지 않았다는 점이다. 이에 본 연구는 공급체인 리더십의 선행변수를 발견하고, 리더십-성과 간 관계에 영향을 미칠 가능성이 있는 조절변수를 실증하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서 관심이 있는 공급체인 리더십의 선행변수는 최근 그 중요성이 강조되고 있는 관계적 행동 변수를, 리더십-성과 간 관계의 조절변수로는 리더의 윤리성을 검정하였다. 국내 5대 편의점에 상품을 공급하는 공급업체 납품담당자 217명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, PLS(Partial Least Square) 분석방법을 통해 분석한 결과 대형 유통업체의 관계적 행동 중 교육훈련, 공정한 보상, 조직간 의사소통은 공급체인 리더십을 강화하였고, 공급체인 리더십은 공급업체의 재무성과를 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대형 유통업체의 윤리성이 높은 경우 공급체인 리더십이 공급업체 재무성과를 더 강화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 대형 유통업체의 관계적 행동 중 비전제시는 공급체인 리더십에 영향을 미치지 않았다.

급성 비특이성 장간막 림프절염의 임상 소견과 급성 충수돌기염과의 감별 인자 (Clinical Features of Acute Nonspecific Mesenteric Lymphadenitis and Factors for Differential Diagnosis with Acute Appendicitis)

  • 목 적: 급성 비특이성 장간막 림프절염(acute nonspecific mesenteric lymphadenitis, ANML)은 타 질환이 적절히 배제되었을 때 임상적 추정으로 진단하는 경우가 많아 그 실체에 대하여는 잘 알려져 있지 않다. 특히 급성 충수 돌기염(acute appendicitis, APPE)과의 감별에 혼란을 주어 복막염 등으로 이행되는 경우가 드물지 않다. ANML의 임상 소견을 보고하고, 특히 APPE와의 감별시 도움을 줄 수 있는 접근 방식을 연구하고자 한다. 방 법: 2000년 11월부터 2001년 5월까지 대구시 한영한마음연합소아과의원으로 급성 복통을 주소로 내원하여 ANML로 진단된 26명(남녀비 13:13)을, APPE 환자는 같은 기간 대구가톨릭대학병원을 방문하여 수술받은 21명(남녀비 12:9)을 대상으로 하였다. ANML 환자들은 복부 초음파 검사상 10 mm 이상, 5개 이상의 장간막 림프절이 관찰되면서 회장, 대장의 장벽 비후 소견이 5 mm를 넘지 않고 염증성 충수돌기가 관찰되지 않으며, 말초 혈액 검사, 소변 검사, 대변 검사상 타 질환을 의심할 소견이 없는 등을 진단기준으로 설정하였다. 결 과: 1) ANML군의 진단 당시 연령은 1~11세, $5.2{\pm}2.3$세였다. 2) ANML군의 복통 양상은 21례(80%)에서 야간 복통이 있었고, 위치는 배꼽 주위부 20례(76%), 우하복부 3례(11%), 하복부 3례(11%)였다. 2례(7%)에서 복부 강직이 있었고, 반발 압통은 전례에서 없었다. APPE군에서는 전례에서 야간 복통이 있었고, 17례(80%)에서 복부 강직이, 16례(76%)에서 반발 압통이 관찰되어 ANML군과 각각 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 3) ANML군에서 복통의 회복까지 걸린 시간은 2~4일, $2.5{\pm}0.5$일이었다. 4) ANML군 10례(38%)에서 구토를 보였고 1~3회/일, $1.5{\pm}0.7$회/일이었다. 설사는 17례(65%)에서 있었고 1~4회/일, $1.6{\pm}0.8$회였다. APPE군 19례(90%)에서 구토가 있었으며 1~10회/일, $4.5{\pm}2.9$회로 ANML군과 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). APPE군의 설사는 6례(28%)에서 있었으며 1~5회/일, $2.1{\pm}1.6$회이었다. 5) ANML군에서 열은 19례(73%)에서 있었고, 말초혈액 백혈구 수는 $5,900{\sim}12,300/mm^3$이었으며 평균 $8,403{\pm}1,737/mm^3$이었다. APPE군에서는 열은 16례(76%)에서 관찰되었으며 백혈구 수는 $5,400{\sim}20,800/mm^3$으로 평균 $15,471{\pm}3,749/mm^3$이었으며 ANML군과는 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 6) 판별분석을 이용하여 하루 구토의 강도와 백혈구 수를 독립변수로 하였을 때 ANML과 APPE는 95.7% 수준으로 분류되었다. 결 론: ANML과 APPE의 감별 시 복부강직, 반동압통 등 급성복증의 소견이 의심될 때 뿐만 아니라, 복통이 3일을 초과하여 지속되거나, 하루 구토가 3회를 초과하는 경우, 말초혈액검사상 백혈구 수가 $13,500/mm^3$ 이상을 보일 때에도 반드시 복부초음파 검사를 이용하여 APPE를 확인하여야 한다.

자동 분석을 이용한 1단계 수면탐지 (Automatic Detection of Stage 1 Sleep)

  • 1단계 수면은, 입면 시점과 관련하여 수면다원기록의 해석에 중요한 정보를 제공한다. 1단계 수면은 각성 상태에서 수면 상태로의 짧은 전이 기간으로, 특징적인 지표가 없어 디지털 분석을 통한 수면 단계 결정에 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는, 뇌파와 안전도에 대한 디지털 분석을 통하여 1단계 수면을 자동으로 탐지하는 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다 야간수면다원기록 중 검사 시작 시점부터 2단계 수면이 출현하기 이전의 자료를 분석하였다. 뇌파의 스펙트럼 분석을 통해 알파파와 세타파의 상대 파워를 계산하였고, 알파파의 상대 파워가 50% 이하. 세타파의 상대 파워가 23% 이상일 경우 1단계 수면 판정의 기준 변수로 하였다. 또 안구운동의 지속시간이 1.5초에서 4초 사이에 있는 경우에 느린 안구운동으로 판정하고 1단계 수면 판정의 기준 변수로 하였다. 이 들 세 기준 변수들을 고려하여 해당 판독 단위에 대해 각성 혹은 1단계 수면으로 최종 판정하였다 연구 대상자는 7명으로 모두 남성이었으며, 23세였다 개발된 프로그램을 이용하여 169개의 판독 단위를 분석하였다. 기준과의 일치도는 79.3%였으며, 카파 값은 0.586이고, 통계적으로 유의하였다. 느린 안구운동은169개의 판독 단위 중 54개(32%)에서 나타났으며, 70.4%의 일치도를 보였다. 기존 연구의 디지털 분석을 통한 수면 단계 판정의 일치도는 70%이다. 본 프로그램의 일치도 79.3%는 기존 연구 결과에 비해 향상된 것이며, 본 프로그램이 1단계 수면 판정에 유용하다고 판단된다 뇌파 외에 안전도를 고려한 다중적 접근이 일치도 향상에 기여했을 것으로 생각되며, 1단계 수면 판정에 있어 안전도의 중요성을 확인할 수 있었다. 주입되는 환경에 따라 6가 크롬의 용출량이 증가할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 그라우트재가 해안 또는 매립지에 적용될 경우 해수와 침출수에 의한 강도의 변화를 살펴보기 위해 실험한 결과 초순수 중에서 양생 시켰을 때 보다 강도발현 현저히 저하되었으며, 시멘트 종에 따라서는 ‘보통포틀랜트 시멘트>마이크로 시멘트>슬래그’ 시멘트의 순으로 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 강도의 저하로 인한 오염물질의 누출 및 6가 크롬의 용출을 증가시킬 수 있다는 것을 짐작할 수 있다. 이와 같은 결과를 통하여, 그라우트재의 종류에 따라 6가 크롬의 용출량은 현재 규제치를 초과하여 용출되어 질 수 있는 가능성이 있으며, 과압 또는 과량의 주입이 6가 크롬의 용출량을 증가시킬 수 있다고 할 수 있었다. 또한 일반 현장과 다른 특수한 현장에서는 강도 및 pH에 따른 6가 크롬의 용출량을 고려한 재료 선택 및 배합비가 마련되어져야 할 것으로 판단되어진다. 와이어형, 기본형의 순으로 작게 나타났다.한 인자로 제시 되었다. 따라서 채식을 하는 폐경 후 여성의 경우 골격건강을 위하여 단백질의 급원이 되는 식품의 섭취에 더욱 관심이 필요한 것으로 보여 진다. 그러나 본 연구의 경우 대상자의 수가 적은 제한점이 있기 때문에 보다 많은 연구가 계속적으로 수행되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.reas(RW-2 and RW-3), lower part of the dam (RW-1) and seawater areas(RW-4 and RW-5).하는 비율이 가장 높았다. 에너지 섭취를 고려한 INQ는 칼슘과, 비타민 A는 남녀 모두, 비타민 B$_2$는 여자가 1이하로 나타났다. 또한 NAR 중에서도 낮은

간호사의 비정규직 고용실태 및 관련요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Nurses' Contingent Employment and Related Factors)

  • Korean labor market has showed remarkable change of the increase in the amount of unemployment and contingent employment since IMF bailout agreement. There is a theoretical position to explain this increase in contingent employment at hospitals with the notion of flexibility. The high flexibility of employment due to the increase of contingent employees is becoming very important part in new business strategy of hospitals. The types of contingent employment of the nurse are part-time employment temporary employment, fixed-term employment, and internship which was introduced in early 1999. Recently, Korean health care industry managers have paid attention to the customer oriented service, rationalization of business administration, service quality control so that they can adjust their business to outer environment. Especially their efforts concentrate on the wage reduction through efficient and scientific control of man power because wage shares about 40% of total cost. This dissertation aims at verifying the phenomena of the contingent employment of the nurse and analyzing the related factors and problems. To rephrase these aims in ordinal: First, verifying the phenomena of contingent employment of the nurse. Second, verifying the problems of that phenomena. Third, analyzing the related factors of the contingent employment of the nurse. To accomplish these research goals, a statistical survey was executed. in which 384 questionnaires-66 for manager nurses, 318 for contingent nurses - were given to nurses working at 66 hospitals-which have at least 100 beds-in Seoul. Among them, 187 questionnaires-38 from manager nurses, 149 from contingent nurses'- 'were returned. Then, the data coded and submitted to T-test, $X^2$ -test, variance analysis(ANOVA), correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, Logistic Regression with SAS program. The research results of the contingent nurses are followings: 1. The average career term at the present hospital 8.4 months: duty-on days per month are 24.2 days: working time per day is 7.9 hours. These results showed little difference from regular nurses. 2. Their wage level is about 70% of regular nurses except for internship nurses whose wage level is 41% of regular nurses. To break down the wage composition, part-time nurses and internship nurses get few allowance and bonus. And contingent nurses get very low level of additional pay except for fixed-term nurses who are under similar condition of employment to regular nurses. These results show that hospital managers are trying to reduce the labor cost not only through the direct way of wage reduction but through differential treatment of bonus, retirement allowance, and other additional pay. 3. The problem of contingent employment: low level of pay; high level of turn-over rate: weakening of union; low level of working condition: heavy burden of work; inhuman treatment. The contingent nurses consider these problems more seriously than manager nurses do. What manager nurses regard problematic is the absence of feeling-belonged and responsibility of the contingent nurses. 4. The factors strongly related with the rate of the number of contingent nurses for the number of regular nurses; gross turn-over nurses; average in-patients per day; staring wage of graduate from professional college: the type of hospital ownership; the number of beds; the gap between gross newcomer nurses and gross turn-over nurses. The factors related with their gross wage per month; the number of beds; applying of health insurance; applying of industrial casualty insurance; applying of yearly-paid leave; the type of hospital ownership; average out-patients per day; gross turn-over nurses. The meaningful factors which make difference by employment type: monthly-paid leave; physiological leave. The logistic regression analysis using these two factors shows that monthly-paid leave is related with the type of hospital ownership; the number of beds; average out-patient per day, and physiological leave is related with the gross newcomer nurses; gross turn-over nurses; the number of beds.

압출쌀가루의 이화학적 특성 및 밀가루 대체 쿠키 특성 (Physicohemical Properties of Extruded Rice Flours and a Wheat Flour Substitute for Cookie Application)

  • 쌀가루를 온도와 수분함량을 조절하여 압출 한 쌀가루의 특성과 밀가루와 7:3의 비율로 혼합된 쿠키의 품질을 경도,색도, 관능평가를 실시하여 쿠키에 적용가능성을 확인하였다. 압출 쌀가루는 호화가 이루어져 $\alpha$ 화 되었으며 압출온도가 100$^{\circ}C$에서 130$^{\circ}C$로 증가할수록 점도가 급격하게 감소되었으며 수분함량이 25%에서 27%로 증가할수록 점도 가 다소 감소되는 것을 확인하였다. 압출쌀가루의 수분흡수력, 수분용해도, 팽윤력은 대체적으로 높게 측정되었으며 30$^{\circ}C$와 80$^{\circ}C$에서 수분용해도와 팽윤력은 생쌀가루에 비해 높게 측정되었으나 80$^{\circ}C$에서는 130$^{\circ}C$ 압출쌀가루는 생쌀가루와 비슷하였다. 압출 공정 온도가 증가할수록 수분용해도는 급격하게 증가하였다. 밀가루와 각 압출쌀가루가 혼합된 쿠키는 밀가루 쿠키와 비교하여 경도가 높았으며 퍼짐성지수는 낮았다. 100$^{\circ}C$ 압출쌀가루가 첨가된 쿠키는 색이 짙었으며 130$^{\circ}C$ 압출쌀가루가 첨가된 쿠키는 밀가루와 비슷하였다. 압출쌀가루가 첨가된 쿠키는 관능 평가에서는 향기, 맛, 전체적인 기호도가 높았으며, 부드러운 정도는 비슷한 평가를 받았다. 압출쌀가루를 사용하여 밀가루 함량을 감소시키기 위한 연구를 실시한 결과, 압출쌀가루는 밀가루 함량을 줄여 사용할 때 가공적성문제점을 보완할 수 있었다. 또한 다양한 분야로 압출쌀가루 연구를 통해 쌀의 활용을 확대될 가능성이 있음을 확인하였다.

감성분석을 이용한 파프리카 소비 확대와 홍보를 위한 선호도와 충성도 평가 (Preference and Loyalty Evaluation Using Sentiment Analysis for Promotion and Consumption Expansion of Paprika)

  • 본 연구에서는 파프리카(Capsicum annuum L)의 소비증가 및 홍보를 위해 응답자 소비성향과 파프리카의 인지도를 분석하였다. 의미분별법에 따른 파프리카에 대한 감성반응을 바탕으로 선호도 및 충성도와의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 설문조사는 2022년 1월부터2월까지 일반인 155명을 대상으로 임의추출법을 통하여 조사하였으며, 잘못된답변을 한 13건을 제외하고 총 142명의 설문지를 분석하였다. 파프리카의 인지도 9개의 문항을 요인분석을 통하여 재구성한 결과 '식미성', '이용성', '경제성'의 3요인으로 구성되었다. 9가지 문항 중에서 파프리카에 대한 인지도를 문항별로 알아본 결과로 '파프리카가 건강에 좋을 것 같다'는 문항의 긍정적 답변이 92.3%의 가장 높은 비율을 나타냈다. 파프리카의 형태 선호도는 뭉툭한 유형이 가장 높았고, 그 다음은 소형(Mini) > 원뿔형(Conical) 순으로 선호하는 것으로 나타났다(p < 0.001). 색채 선호도는 노란색 파프리카를 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났고, 그 다음은 오렌지색 > 적색 > 녹색 순으로 선호하는 것으로 나타났으며 통계적으로 유의하였다. 파프리카의 이미지를 보고 느끼는 감성 반응은 3가지 형태간, 그리고 4가지 색채간 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으며, '밝은', '맑은', '활기찬'이 대표 이미지 감성어휘로 나타났다. 파프리카 이미지에 대한 감성 2요인(평가적인 요인, 정서적인 요인)과 통제변수인 인구통계학적 변수가 선호도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해, 더미변수를 포함한 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 파프리카 이미지에 대한 평가적인 요인이 높을수록, 그리고 주부의 경우 선호도는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 파프리카의 인지도 3요인(식미성, 이용성, 경제성), 선호도, 한국판 삶의 질과 통제 변수인 인구통계학적 변수가 충성도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해, 더미변수를 포함한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 파프리카 선호도와 삶의 질이 높을수록, 파프리카 인지도 중에서 식미성 요인, 이용성 요인이 높을수록 충성도는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 경제성 요인 즉 가격이 높을수록, 그리고 응답자의 월평균 소득이 낮고, 농림수산업 종사자의 경우 충성도는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 설문 응답자들의 충청도에 영향을 미치는 변수들 중에서 파프리카 선호도는 43%로 가장 높은 설명력을 지니며 가장 영향력 있는 변수로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에서 파프리카의 형태와 색채 선호도에 대해 구명하는 것은 매우 중요한 것으로 판단되었으며, 최근 파프리카가 건강에 좋을 것이라는 인식이 높아지고 있다는 것은 앞으로 내수 증가에 긍정적 요인이 될 것으로 생각되었다. 또한 3가지 형태의 파프리카 중에서 선호도가 가장 높게 나타났던 뭉툭한 유형의 노란색 파프리카를 생산, 홍보를 지향하여 소비자의 구매 성향에 적합한 파프리카의 재배를 늘리는 것도 중요할 것으로 판단되었다. 추후 파프리카의 소비 촉진을 위하여 소비자를 대상으로 한 지속적인 연구와 홍보 지원 활동 등을 통하여 파프리카에 대한 소비자 인지도를 높일 필요가 있다고 생각된다.

악성 복수와 비악성 복수의 감별을 위한 복수액 분석 (Ascitic Fluid Analysis for the Differentiation of Malignancy-Related and Nonmalignant Ascites)

  • 악성 복수와 비악성 복수의 감별 진단은 진단과 치료 과정에서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 많은 계측치들이 감별을 위하여 사용되어져 왔는데 어느 것도 단독 사용시 두 군을 완벽히 구분짓지는 못한다. 이에 본 연구자들은 악성복수와 비악성 복수의 감별에 있어서 여러 계측치들을 비교하여 민감도와 특이도가 높은 계측치를 찾고 이 결과를 토대로 악성복수와 비악성 복수의 구분에서 간단하면서도 효과적인 진단방법을 찾고자 하였다. 1995년 1월부터 1997년 12월까지 영남대학교 의과대학 부속병원 내과에 복수를 주소로 내원하여 복수 천자를 시행한 80명을 대상으로 이들 환자들을 악성 복수 환자군과 비악성 복수 환자군으로 나누어 조사하였다. 악성 복수군은 다시 암종증이 동반된 21명의 환자와 암종증의 증거가 없는 6명의 환자로 구분하였고 비악성 복수군은 다시 52명의 간경변증 환자군과, 1명의 간경변증이 없는 군으로 구분하였다. 모든 환자에게서 복수와 혈액에서 동시에 검체가 얻어졌고 계측치로 복수액의 콜레스테롤, CEA, LDH, 단백치, 세포진 검사, 복수액과 혈청의 LDH 비, 단백비, 혈청-복수액 알부민 차를 구하였고, 각 계측치의 평균을 구하여 두 군을 비교하였는데, 모든 계측치가 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보여 주었다. 저자는 각 계측치마다 각 측정치를 적용하여 가장 높은 민감도와 특이도를 보이는, 즉 가장 높은 진단 능력을 나타내는 측정치를 절단치로 정한 후각 계측치에 적용하여 진 양성, 진 음성, 가 양성, 가 음성으로 분류한 후 민감도, 특이도, 양성 기대도, 음성 기대도, 진단 능력을 산출하였고, 연구된 계측치 중 민감도가 높은 계측치인 복수액의 콜레스테롤을 선별검사의 단계에 적용하고, 특이도가 높은 계측치인 세포진 검사와 복수와 혈청의 단백비를 악성 복수로 분류된 군에 적용하여 악성 복수를 확진하는 2단계 진단 과정을 80명의 환자들에게 적용하여 다음 결과를 얻었다. 1) 복수액 분석 결과 복수액의 콜레스테롤치가(절단치: 30 mg/dl) 93%의 가장 높은 민감도를 보였고, 복수액의 세포진 검사와 복수액과 혈청의 단백비가(절단치: 0.5) 100%, 98%의 가장 높은 특이도를 나타내었다. 2) 2단계의 진단 과정을 통하여 복강내 암종 전이가 확인된 21명 모두 악성 복수군으로 분류되었다. 3) 광범위한 간전이가 있는 악성 복수 모두 비악성군으로 분류되었다. 4) 간 경변증으로 인한 52례에서 모두 비악성군으로 분류되었다. 5) 전체 진단 과정을 통해 총 27명의 악성 복수 중 81.5%인 22명이 악성 복수군으로 진단되었다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 본 연구자들이 제시한 진단 과정은 악성 복수와 비악성 복수의 감별 진단에 효과적인 방법으로 생각되며 더욱 정확한 진단을 위해서는 임상 양상, 방사선학적 검사, 기타 검사 등을 토대로 종합적인 판단이 필요하리라 생각된다.

  • 본 논문의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 환경부가 1991년부터 매년 조사, 발표하고 있는 "대기오염물질배출량"은 난방, 산업, 수송 및 발전의 4부문으로 분류되어 있어 자료의 활용가치가 매우 낮아 조사 통계 내용의 다양화 및 산업분류기준이 개선되어야 한다. 둘째, 대기오염 대량배출산업은 석탄 석유(s7), 전력 가스(s17), 운송 보관(s20) 산업이다. 이들 산업에 대한 기존의 대기규제정책은 다른 산업에 비해 비효율적이었다고 볼 수 있으며 향후 대기정책에서도 유념하여야 할 사항으로 여겨진다. 셋째, 시멘트 석회 석제(s10), 전력 가스(s17) 산업은 대량의 오염배출산업인 동시에 배출 유발효과도 상대적으로 가장 큰 산업이다. 넷째, 배출량 변화의 가장 큰 감소요인은 배출계수의 변화(${\Delta}f$)이며, 가장 큰 증가요인은 경제성장 효과(${\Delta}y$)였다. 생산 또는 투입기술의 변화(${\Delta}D$), 수요구조의 변화(${\Delta}u$)는 배출량 증감에 미치는 영향이 산업별로 다르게 나타났으나 그 영향은 미미하였다. 다섯째, 대기오염 총량관리제 도입, 고(高)오염산업의 차별관리 및 환경과 경제의 상생을 위한 대기정책의 효율적 시행을 위해서는 산업별 배출량 기본자료의 산정 방법 개선 및 경제적 분석과 평가 기준의 활용, 확대가 필요하다. 여섯째, 1990년대 한국의 경제성장은 1960~1970년대와 같이 배리 코머너 가설에 상응한 오염지향적 경제성장은 아니었으나 산업 전체의 기술 및 수요구조가 환경친화적이라 할 수도 없었다. 이것은 대기환경 개선을 위한 환경정책이 오직 환경당국의 환경정책수단에만 의존했을 뿐이며 국가경제 전체의 산업구조나 친환경 생산기술의 발전 등 범정부적 차원의 환경정책이 병행되지 못했음을 시사한다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The frame and leaflet of the polymer valve were made from polyurethane, To evaluate the hemodynamic performance of the polymer valve a comparative study of flow dynamics past a polymer valve and a St. Jude Medical prosthetic valve under physiological pulsatile flow conditions in vitro was made. Comparisons between the valves were made on the transvalvular pressure drop, regurgitation volume and maximum valve opening area. The polymer valve showed smaller regurgitation volume and transvalvular pressure drop compared to the mechanical valve at higher heart rate. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm.
