농지이용계획의 합리적 책정을 위한 농지적성 평가기법의 개발 (Development of Land Suitability Classification System for Rational Agricultural Land Use Planning)

  • For rational agricultural land use planning, it is quite necessary to get hold of land suitability precisely and to make decision on land use patterns accordingly. In the methodological viewpoint, objective and scientific evaluation techniques for land suitability classification should be supported for the systematic land use planning. As one of technical development approaches to rational land use planning, this study tried to frame a land suitability evaluation system for agricultural purposes. Evaluation unit is defined as a tract of land bounded by road, other land units and topographical features. And quantification theory was applied in the determination works of evaluation criteria. The administrative area of Namsa-myon(district), Yongin-si(city), Kyunggi-do(province) was selected for the case study. In order to check the feasibility of the evaluation system developed in the study, field check team, consisting of 2 government officers and 2 representative farmers, carried out evaluation works by observation on 148 sample land units, 10% of total 1,480 ones. Between estimated and observed results, there showed very good relationship of its multiple correlation coefficient, R=0.9467.

  • 이 연구는 어린이도서관의 물리적 공간이 어린이 발달에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 인식하고 긍정적이고 발전적인 방향으로 어린이 발달을 지원할 수 있도록 평가기준을 수립하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 이론적으로 어린이 발달 특성을 검토하고 단계별, 영역별 발달 특성을 적절하게 지원할 수 있는 공간요건의 토대인 이용자편익기준을 분석하였다. 다음으로 이용자편익에서 편익이라는 개념을 구체화하기 위해 어린이도서관 및 어린이공간을 주제로 진행된 선행연구에서 공통적으로 사용되고 있는 편익에 대응되는 개념어들을 추출했다. 그리고 추출된 항목들을 비교분석하고 본 연구의 제시 항목을 추가하여 12개의 개념어를 편익의 대체어로 제시하여 실제 도서관 공간에 적용시켰다. 마지막으로 어린이에게 제공되는 편익 차원에 초점을 맞춘 어린이도서관 공간기준 체크리스트를 제시하였다.

A Relationship between Security Engineering and Security Evaluation

  • The Common Criteria (CC) philosophy is to provide assurance based upon an evaluation of the IT product or system that is to be trusted. Evaluation has been the traditional means of providing assurance. It is essential that not only the customer' srequirements for software functionality should be satisfied but also the security requirements imposed on the software development should be effectively analyzed and implemented in contributing to the security objectives of customer's requirements. Unless suitable requirements are established at the start of the software development process, the re suiting end product, however well engineered, may not meet the objectives of its anticipated consumers. By the security evaluation, customer can sure about the quality of the products or sys tems they will buy and operate. In this paper, we propose a selection guide for If products by show ing relationship between security engineering and security evaluation and make help user and customer select appropriate products or system.

대학 장기현장실습 프로그램의 성과평가지표 개발 및 적용에 관한 연구 : 한국기술교육대학교의 사례 (A Study on the Development and Application of Performance Evaluation Criteria for Co-op Programs in Universities: Focused on the Case of KOREATECH)

  • Koreatech has adopted a long-term co-op program called IPP (Industry Professional Practice) to address problems in higher education of Korea since 2012, but it was anticipated to face many difficulties in implementing the program due to lack of relevant experiences in Korea. In this regard, a performance evaluation scheme was urgently required to judge the effectiveness of the Co-op program and improve the operational efficiency at the same time. This study aimed to develop comprehensive performance evaluation criteria for the co-op programs on the basis of Kirkpatrick's four-level performance evaluation model for training programs, and apply it to a real Co-op operation to test its feasibility. For this purpose, thorough review on the training program evaluation literature and in-depth analyses of overseas cases of co-op performance evaluation were conducted. Then, a set of Co-op performance evaluation criteria was developed and applied to the Koreatech's Co-op operation in 2013. Two Co-op student questionnaire surveys were administered before and after Co-op terms to measure students' reactions to the Co-op program (Level 1) and changes in participating students' attitudes and competencies (Level 2). In addition, employment rates of Co-op participating and non-participating students were compared (Level 4). The analysis findings showed that participating students were quite satisfied with their jobs and companies, and the Co-op program was effective to a certain degree at enhancing non-major competencies and attitudes to occupation of students. Together, the employment rate of Co-op participants, particularly in small- and medium-sized companies, grew significantly in comparison with that of non-participants. In the last part, several directions for improving the effectiveness of the Co-op programs were discussed.

트램 운영 서비스 평가 기준 개발 (Development of Service Evaluation Criteria in Tramway Operation)

  • 2000년대 이후 정부의 친환경 정책 및 경전철 도입 실패사례 등으로 인해 기존 경전철 대비 건설 및 운영비용이 저렴한 트램을 도입하기 위해 많은 지자체에서 노력하고 있다. 하지만 트램 도입 이후 운영단계에서 이용자의 편의성, 안전성, 쾌적성 등을 유지하고 증대할 수 있는 서비스 평가체계는 부재한 상황이며, 현재 철도사업자 또는 버스운송사업자에게 시행되고 있는 "대중교통운영자에 대한 경영 및 서비스평가"의 평가항목 및 평가방법을 적용하기에는 트램 특성이 반영되어 있지 않아 많은 문제가 발생할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 트램 운영모델에 따른 운영 서비스 평가 기준을 개발하기 위해 민자도로와 여객자동차, 도시철도 및 철도사업자, 항공 부분에 시행 중인 운영서비스 평가 관련 사례를 검토하고, 운영서비스 평가항목 및 평가항목별 가중치, 평가기준을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 향후 도입될 트램의 운영단계에서 운영서비스 확보 및 개선에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

연구데이터 관점에서 본 거대언어모델 품질 평가 기준 제언 (A Proposal of Evaluation of Large Language Models Built Based on Research Data)

  • 본 연구는 지금까지 제안된 거대언어모델 가운데 LLaMA 및 LLaMA 기반 모델과 같이 연구데이터를 주요 사전학습데이터로 활용한 모델의 데이터 품질에 중점을 두어 현재의 평가 기준을 분석하고 연구데이터의 관점에서 품질 평가 기준을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 데이터 품질 평가 요인 중 유효성, 기능성, 신뢰성을 중심으로 품질 평가를 논의하였으며, 거대언어모델의 특성 및 한계점을 이해하기 위해 LLaMA, Alpaca, Vicuna, ChatGPT 모델을 비교하였다. 현재 광범위하게 활용되는 거대언어모델의 평가 기준을 분석하기 위해 Holistic Evaluation for Language Models를 중심으로 평가 기준을 살펴본 후 한계점을 논의하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 연구데이터를 주요 사전학습데이터로 활용한 거대언어모델을 대상으로 한 품질 평가 기준을 제시하고 추후 개발 방향을 논의하였으며, 이는 거대언어모델의 발전 방향을 위한 지식 기반을 제공하는데 의의를 갖는다.

수목장림 입지 평가기준 설정 연구 (Development of Site Evaluation Criteria for Woodland Burial Grounds)

  • 수목장을 비롯한 자연장에 대한 관심이 증가됨에 따라 국립수목장림의 수요는 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 수목장림의 입지 선정을 위한 평가요소를 마련하고, 가중치 적용을 통해 수목장림 조성에 도움이 되는 입지 평가기준을 제시하고자 다음과 같이 연구를 진행하였다. 선행연구를 검토해 다른 산림복지시설과 유사한 산림시설, 기타 시설들에 대한 입지선정 검토요소를 분석하여 74개의 예비평가요인을 선정하였다. 이를 토대로 3그룹의 전문가집단(국가 지자체 공공기관 산림복지시설 담당자, 관련분야 연구자, 수목장림 민간 전문가)의 예비평가요인 검토를 거쳐 2개 대분류, 6개 중분류, 22개 소분류의 평가요인을 선정하였다. 선정한 평가요인은 2차 선호도 조사를 위해 계층화 하였다. 먼저 산림환경과 인문환경으로 대분류하고, 각각 3가지 항목으로 중분류 후에 다시 한 번 각각 소분류하여 1차 조사에 참여한 전문가를 대상으로 AHP를 활용해 계층화된 요인별 중요도 차이를 확인하였다. 평가요인을 활용하여 입지평가 기준표를 마련하고, 각 계층별 중요도를 적용하였다. 이를 후보지에 적용하기 위해 기존에 운영하고 있는 국립수목장림과 선행연구에서 국립수목장림 후보지로 검토하였던 9개소 등 10개소를 대상으로 평가하여 비교 분석하였다. 평가 결과, 울산 울주, 전남 순천, 세종 장군의 순으로 나타났다.

A Grey MCDM Based on DEMATEL Model for Real Estate Evaluation and Selection Problems: A Numerical Example

  • Real estate markets play an essential role in the economic development of both developed and developing countries. Investment decisions in private real estate demand the consideration of several qualitative and quantitative criteria. Especially in Vietnam, demand for housing, apartments are rising which has resulted because of the migration from rural to urban areas. This study aims to determine the influencing factors of the real estate purchasing behavior and then recommend a grey Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) support model to evaluate real estate alternatives based on a numerical example in Vietnam. A set of essential criteria are identified based on experts' opinion, and the proposed determinants are initial investment, maintenance cost, prestige location, distance to interesting places, parking lot, public transportation, property condition, total area size, number of rooms, and neighbors. The subjective weights were obtained by using the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) model, and the Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) technique is employed to prioritize and rank real estate alternatives. The results reveal that this approach can be useful to make purchasing decisions for many kinds of real estate property under uncertain business environments. These findings indicate that the presented hybrid model has advantages in granting flexibility to the preferences of decision makers.

AHP를 이용한 농업생산기반정비사업 타당성평가 개선방안 (Revision of Feasibility Evaluation Guideline for Agricultural Infrastructure Improvement Project Using AHP Approach)

  • This study revises current feasibility evaluation guideline for agricultural infrastructure improvement project considering recent changes in social and economic environment in rural area. We use an AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) approach to consider qualitative evaluation items in policy enforcement and balanced regional development as well as quantitative items in current economic analysis in the process of feasibility evaluation and decision making. The criteria system is composed of three level hierarchy. In the first level which consists of economic analysis, policy analysis, and regional development analysis, economic analysis was ranked top with relative weight of 0.45 and regional development analysis the lowest with 0.22. In the second level which consists of three evaluation items under policy analysis, consistency in policy enforcement, risk factors, and special evaluation factors, consistency in policy enforcement was ranked top. Finally, 13 detailed evaluation items in the third level were surveyed and ranked by using a comprehensive criticality vector. The result shows that the three most important evaluation items are 'degree of underdevelopment', 'spill-over effect of regional economy' and 'consistency with related planning and policy direction'.

Toward Sustainable Neighbourhood Design: Examining Shinjung Environmentally Friendly Housing Estate Development Project

  • Since the late 1990s Korean housing authorities and private companies have been pursuing various initiatives towards sustainable neighbourhood design, however, there has been no attempt to examine their progress. This research aims to suggest a sustainability evaluation framework and analyse the progress of sustainability of a cutting edge project: Shinjung Environmentally Friendly Housing Estate Development, using that framework. The results of the analysis suggest that the project failed to make Significant progress in the sustainability evaluation criteria compared to normal projects in Korea and there exist significant barriers: economic/financial barriers; institutional/structural barriers; and implementation barriers within current planning and design practices. Most of the project's design strategies were simply adopted and used as a marketing tool without public participation, sustainability targets or benchmarking for sustainability. Furthermore, most of the responsibility for maintenance was left to residents who normally lack the knowledge, experience, interest and money to carry out such tasks. These problems cause significant concerns over the future success of the project toward sustainability. The experience of the Shinjung project also highlights the need for a more proactive central and local government stance towards sustainable neighborhood design.
