대학의 창업교육 교과과정 개발에 관한 연구;Babson College 사례 (Development on Education Course for Entrepreneurship;in University and Graduate School (Case of Babson College))

  • 본 연구는 Babson College의 직접연수와 연수자 인터뷰, Babson College 관계자 인터뷰, 재학생 인터뷰를 통하여 대학과 대학원에서 창업교육에 도움이 될 만한 교육과정 설계모형, 교과목 체제모형, 교과과정 체제모형을 각 하나썩 제시하여 선진 창업교육 기관의 사례를 통하여 교과과정의 기본 체제를 제시하였다. 제안한 창업교육과정 설계모형은 창업교육을 처음 실시하고자 하는 교육기관이 이론을 중심으로 창업교육을 실시할 경우 초기에 발생하게 되는 학습자들의 피해의 인지에서 설계되었다. 이모형은 우수한 창업교육기관을 벤치마킹하여 창업교육을 실시함으로써 이론의 적용과정에서 발생할 수 있는 시행착오를 최소화 할 수 있을 것이다. 아울러, 본 모형은 우수 창업기관 뿐만 아니라, 창업교육을 새로이 실시하고자 하는 교육기관의 현재 수준 역시 중요도를 두고 고려함으로써 지나칠 수 있는 규모에 따른 적용이나, 강점에 따른 적용도 염두에 두었다.

의료의 질 개선 전문가의 자격 시스템에 대한 현황 (The review of qualifying systems of quality improvement specialists in healthcare)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to provide comprehensive information of qualification systems of developed countries needed to establish our national system for QI(Quality improvement) specialists. Methods: All articles related to any applicable domestic or foreign countries' laws, operational status, and detailed programs for professional qualification system of QI were reviewed. Result: In the United States, a non-profit organization, Healthcare Quality Certification Commission (HQCC) has set the policies, procedures and standards in the field of health care quality. And qualification system of CPHQ (certified professional in healthcare quality) has been operated in order to authenticate the qualifications in the field of quality management. IBQH(international Board for quality in healthcare), a qualification system of experts in the United Kingdom, was designed to assist the qualification of professionals to improve the quality of healthcare. In addition, Health Research Center of Feinberg School of Medicine in Northwestern University has been operating Master's and doctoral degree programs in the field of the quality of care and patient safety and IHI (institute for healthcare improvement) open school was operating a professional training course related to the quality of care and patient safety. Conclusion: Quantity and complexity of information of the quality of care and patient safety have been increased. For reform of the health care system, a special training course of the expertise and leadership are needed. So far, there is no national professional certification courses in our nation. Therefore essential job skill should be acquired individually. For systematic and effective quality improvement activities, the educational and certification system with professional development model are needed.

한방전문간호사제도를 위한 예비조사 (Preliminary Study for Development of System for Oriental Nurse-specialist)

  • This study was conducted to examine the nurses' role in Oriental medical hospital and the necessity of Oriental medical nursing system. Data were collected from 194 nurses in 14 Oriental medical hospitals located in Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Kwangju, Kangwon Province, Kyungbuk Province from July 1, 2000 to September 10, 2000. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1. In nurse's level of knowledge of acupuncture point in current Oriental nursing practice, 28.4% of the respondents did not know acupuncture points at all, while 30.9% knew them a little. 40.7% of them did not almost know them. 2. According to nurses' role in Oriental medical hospital, they did a lot of duty for measurement of vitality, medical record, Dr. notifying, communication with medical team and related departments, and observation of patients' conditions. They did a little duty for handling Oriental medical practice. 3. As the subject of curriculum for Oriental medical nursing, 52.1% chose training course for Oriental medical nursing, while 25.8% chose inclusion of the curriculum in the school of nursing. 39.2% replied that they would take the training course for Oriental medical nursing, while 3.6% answered that they would not take it. 68.6% of them thought that Oriental medical nursing system should be introduced, while 4.1% objected to introducing the system. The nurses in Oriental medical hospitals are working with many problems because of their role confusion and low level of knowledge in Oriental medicine. Therefore, systematic curriculum and research related to Oriental medical nursing are necessary. Oriental medical nursing system must be introduced in order to make nurses have professional knowledge and skill in Oriental medicine. The nurses then can provide services of good quality for the patients.

  • 그 동안 건설 분야 산업체들은 대학 교육 후 입사하는 신입사원들의 즉각적인 실무투입이 어렵다는 지적과 더불어 대학 교육에서 학생들의 실무 적응능력을 고취할 수 있는 프로그램의 개발 필요성을 강조해왔다. 또한 지역대학의 경우 산 학 연 공조체계의 구축이 상대적으로 어려운 것이 현실이며, 다양한 건설현장을 방문할 수 있는 기회나 경험이 풍부한 전문 인력들과의 만남의 장을 마련할 수 있는 기회가 수도권 대학에 비해 상대적으로 적다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 진학 및 취업을 앞둔 건축공학전공 학생들에게 건축실무에 관한 간접 경험을 제공하고자 실무 강의를 중심으로 한 신규강좌를 개발하고자 한다. 또한 홈페이지 프로그램을 구축하여 멀티미디어를 활용한 원격교육이 가능하도록 개발하고, 개발된 프로그램의 활용 및 교과목에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 평가사항 및 개선사항을 도출하고, 프로그램의 지속적인 활용을 유도하고자 한다.

Impact of Nosema sp. Infection on Nutritional Physiology and Growth of the Tasar Silkworm Antheraea mylitta

  • Nosema sp. infection in the Indian tasar silkworm, Antheraea mylitta exerts a complex of influences on its host. The instar duration was extended significantly (P<0.001) except in $1^{st}$ instar. The infected larvae took about 48 days to reach the spinning stage against 40 days in the uninfected ones. The final weight attained by the larva at the end of each instar of development declined significantly following infection, as did weight gain and relative growth rate (RGR). The growth recorded/ day declined in infected larvae compared to uninfected ones from 8.2% during $1^{st}$ instar to 43.3% during $5^{th}$ instar. Food ingestion and digestion increased with advancement of the instar significantly irrespective of the status of the larvae but the relative consumption rate (RCR) declined. These parameters significantly declined in infected larvae (except food digested during $2^{nd}$ instar). The decline was more during $3^{rd}$ instar. In contrast, the approximate digestibility (AD %) was significantly higher in infected larvae than uninfected ones leaving the $1^{st}$ instar larvae unaffected. The efficiency of conversion of ingested food (ECI) and efficiency of conversion of digested food (ECD) did not change in a patterned way following the microsporidia (Nosema sp.) infection. The values of ECI significantly changed during $2^{nd}$, $3^{rd}$ and $5^{th}$ instars; while the change in ECD during $2^{nd}$, $4^{th}$ and $5^{th}$ were significant. During the entire larval life all the parameters tends to decline significantly following microsporidia infection but AD registered a significant increase. Nosema sp. spore concentration has increased 270.7 times during larval development in the course of experimentation.

북한의 간호교육 -반세기동안의 변화와 전망- (Nursing Education in North Korea: Past 50 Years and Future)

  • Purpose: To understand the development of nursing education of North Korea after 1945. Method: First, collecting primary sources published in NK. Second, collecting secondary sources published in South Korea. Third, interview with South Korean medical personnels who visited NK. Forth, interview with medical personnels who escaped NK. Result: After 1945 NK increased health care facilities in short time and had the policy of training medical personnel in short time. Nursing education was focused on the basic practice. NK could begin free medical treatment for the laborer in 1947. Post Korean War restoration and free medical treatment system of national level in 1950s and 1960s served to the health promotion of NK population. The medical personnel training policy continued and the number of R.N. in NK had increased 13 times in 15 years. NK has tried to increase the quality of health care service and medical personnel since 1970s. Nursing education in medical colleges is three-year course but 6 month training courses in general hospitals continue. They focus on primary prevention and oriental medicine in nursing curriculum reflecting the characteristics of NK medial care. But English and high technology is very poor, and there is no computer related curriculum. Conclusion: nursing education in NK has developed reflecting the changes of NK society and health care since 1945. After 1980s NK is in deep economic depression and it is hard to recover from the state with their hands. In this state, we cannot expect the development of nursing education in NK.

  • Today, the development of digitized information media and info-communications are bringing many changes. Due to the development of IT thechnology, we can learn wherever, whenever, regardless of time and place. Machine drawing subject is a very important in mechanical engineering course, but it's studyed only basic theory in a short period, average 1~2weeks. So that, students think that the mechanical drawing is of minor importance. Such ideas make them difficult to impove sense of space in isometric drawing and drawing skill. Therefore, in this paper, augmented reality-based contents through the system, Mechanical Drawing of education to meet the effectiveness and satisfaction, student learning can be spontaneously it was construct self-system. And, Theoretical part of the Mechanical Drawing is proposed ensure more efficient and easier training. In this paper, we were test operation for user effectualness of proposed service at Korea Polytechnics Colleges a industrial facilities management in Daegu. Target user are 66 students, and The students were divided into experimental group and comparison group. Experimental results, experimental group was able to do systematically experience many Projection Drawing and Pictorial Drawing in short schooltime. And, The test operation results showed that have the possibility to meet education effectiveness and user satisfaction in this augmented reality-based contents system.

미국 FAA 신체검사 기준 및 AME 보수교육 변화동향: 한국과의 비교 (US FAA Physical Examination Standards and Amendment of AME Conservation Education: Comparison with Korea)

  • The purpose of the aviation physical examination guideline is not only to determine the physical fitness of the aviation workers but also to treat the underlying diseases of the aviation employees effectively and to carry out the optimal aviation duties. As medical science advances, treatment guidelines for various diseases are rapidly changing, and aviation physical examination guidelines need to be revised accordingly. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the change trends of the AME guideline around the world and appropriately reflect it according to the situation of Korea. It is also necessary to continue the training of AME who are required to carry out examinations and certificates by these revision guidelines. Therefore, it would be desirable to analyze the education system of the advanced countries including the US and introduce the advantages of these systems into Korean AME education curriculum. Primarily, with the development of the Internet, various online lectures have been developed recently. Therefore, we first aimed to look at the changes in the current AME guideline of the Federal Aviation Administration. Next, we aimed to discuss changes in the course of the AME refresher course. Finally, we would like to suggest some points to be improved by comparing these AME guidelines and educational programs with those of Korea.

글로벌 공학리더를 양성하기 위한 리더십 역량 연구 (A Study on a Leadership Skill for Cultivating Global Engineering Leaders)

  • This study proposes content and instruction of leadership education based on the results of evaluation and analysis of leadership skill of present levels of students who registered for 'leadership development and training' course which is liberal arts elective course of the 'Accreditation Board of Engineering Education in Korea' and provides best practices to develop leadership skill and to attain academic achievement 2, 4, 6, 7 of 12 academic achievement required by KEC2005. To accomplish a purpose of the study, I divide leadership skill into technical skill, human skill and conceptual skill that suggested by Katz and then measure students' leadership skill. The contents of leadership education to develop and enforce three leadership skills are as follows. First, for developing technical skill, there is a need for systematic education of basic working experience relevant to a major field of study. Second, for developing human skill, there is a need for education of leadership, motivation, conflict management, communication, group dynamics and presentation etc. Third, for developing conceptual skill, there is a need for education of founding vision, business strategy and creative idea etc.

유전상담 전문간호사 교육프로그램 개발에 대한 문헌고찰 (Literature Review of Development of the Genetic Counseling Education Program for Genetic Specialized Nurse)

  • Purpose: With post-Genome Project, nurses must be able to incorporate genetic knowledge into their practice. The purpose of the present study aimed at providing the basic information needed to establish an education program for the training of nurses specialized in genetic counseling by comparing and analyzing the education contents in genetics of the various domestic and foreign nursing education institutions, identifying the problems of the existing programs, and investigating the current state of domestic genetic counseling programs. Result: The results of literature review were summarized as follows: Common curricula contents in Korea, Japan and U.S.A. were basic genetic knowledge, genetic counseling and prenatal diagnosis. However, In Korea the curriculum was not included legal, ethical, and social issues. In U.S.A. the course was focused on health promotion related to genetics. The expanded role of nurses is to provide the genetic counseling for clients and their families. So, this articles provided a sample of the new genetic counseling program for nurses which are included basic genetics, genetic counseling, nurse's role and knowledge, legal, ethical, social issues and practicum. Conclusion: this study suggests that this educational program is to brought up genetic specialized nurses in the master's course in the near future.
