도서관의 문화적 가치 평가지표 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Evaluation Indicator Development of Cultural Value of Library)

  • 본 연구에서는 도서관의 문화적 가치를 평가할 수 있는 평가지표를 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 1차적으로 도서관의 가치에 대해 연구한 국내외 논문들을 총체적으로 수집 및 분석하여 예비 평가지표를 도출하였다. 도출한 예비 평가지표는 10명의 전문가를 선정하여 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였으며, 이를 통해 최종 평가지표를 개발하였다. 최종 평가지표는 지역문화발전, 문화유산 계승 및 홍보, 지역주민의 문화향유에 기여, 지역공동체문화형성 등의 4가지 평가영역, 10개 평가항목, 50개의 세부평가지표로 구성된다.

  • World Business Council for Sustainable Development(WBCSD) is effort to achieve sustainable development in economic growth, environmental preservation and social development. Being this way, it is essential for developing evaluation tool which quantify to fulfill sustainable development. Eco-efficiency is one of the quantitative tools to evaluate environmental impact and economic aspect. Eco-efficiency, in general term, means creating more value of product or services with less impact to environment. It indicates as environmental impact in denominator and value of product or services in numerator. Eco-efficiency shows how much economic value reveals to unit environmental impact caused by product or service as an indicator. This study aims at developing eco-efficiency indicator of railway industry considering use stage among the entire life cycle stage of KTX and Saemaul train and also, figure out eco-efficiency value through indicator. Therethrough, it is enables to evaluate created value per environmental aspects. Since rail vehicles demands a lot of energy to transport people during use stage, the environmental impact is more significant than other lkfe cycle stages. Therefore, it quantified environmental indicator as CO2 emission and economic indicator as transportation record per a year with an annual income. This study contributes to be used as a tool for quantifying indicator of comparison evaluation in respect of rail vehicle in use stage.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop design quality indicator for improvement of public architecture in Korea. The spatial scope of the study which sees limited at 'domestic public buildings'. The study contents scope is to develop design quality indicator to use design phase and evaluation of 'public buildings'. For this design quality indicator, we have analysed various domestic and international institutions associated with architecture design. And, design indicator for the possibility of application in public buildings were extracted. Through this work design quality indicator specific and objective was drawn. The results of this study 8 category were drawn 'Public', 'Harmony', 'Impact', 'Access', 'Landscape', 'Use', 'Sustainable', 'Technology'. Also, 29 Design quality Indicator were suggested. Finally, this study was developed by utilizing Design Quality Indicator can be utilized in the design phase, the evaluation process should be developed.

유휴농지 농업적 활용 평가지표 설정 및 현장적용 (Establishing Evaluation Indicator for Agricultural Utilization of Idle Farmlands and Field Application)

  • Self-sufficiency rate of food in South Korea is almost at the lowest level among OECD countries, and the decrease tend of farmland is expected to be continued. In this situation, the government has been revised the target self-sufficiency rate of food, and carried forward various policies in order to achieve it. One of those policies is the restoration business of idle farmland which is planned to carry forward after 2015. This study set up indicators evaluating effective use of idle farmland, and tried to apply in the field before carrying forward restoration business. The result of this study may be summarized as follows. First of all, it reset an evaluation indicator that was based on the evaluation indicator developed in order to set application directions of idle farmland. Next, it selected 30 idle farmlands with reset evaluation indicator among 11,635 which were inspected nationwide in 2012. Before applying indicator, it measured the condition of recycling such as accessibility of farmland, condition of irrigation and drainage system, land state, and surroundings by field investigation. Then, it calculated composite score in each target area through applying indicators, and verified the indicator by comparing calculated result with the one which was decided from field investigation. Finally, it carried out field investigation, correct and upgrade some problems of the standard of score calculation that was found during applying previously set evaluation indicator to target area, and established the final standard of calculation for evaluation indicator.

e-Navigation 서비스를 위한 충돌사고 평가지표 개발 (Development a Collision Accident Evaluation Indicator for an e-Navigation Service)

  • IMO에서는 선박운항기술에 ICT기술을 융합하여 해양사고를 예방하는 e-Navigation의 도입을 추진하고 있다. 국내에서도 해양사고의 취약계층인 어선 및 연안을 항해하는 소형선박을 대상으로 한국형 e-Navigation을 개발하고 있다. 그러나 한국형 e-Navigation의 성공적인 개발을 위해서는 현재까지 진행된 개발성과를 평가하고 개발 방향성을 재정립할 수 있도록 개발성과를 평가할 수 있는 지표의 개발이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 주요한 해양사고인 충돌사고를 중심으로 e-Navigation 서비스의 개발목표에 맞춘 평가지표를 개발하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 RCA기법과 FTA 기법을 활용해 해상 충돌사고 발생 근본원인을 도출하고 이를 정량화하여 e-Navigation 서비스를 위한 충돌사고 평가지표를 개발하였다. 해당지표는 e-Navigation의 개발지표 및 충돌사고 분석을 위한 지표로 활용되어 해양사고 저감에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

농업경영체의 브랜드 자가진단을 위한 평가지표 개발 (A Study on the Developement of Evaluation Indicator for Brand Self-diagnosis of Agricultural Management Organizations)

  • This study is to develop evaluation indicator for brand self-diagnosis of agricultural management organizations and analyze importance weight to be used in the field. Self-diagnosis evaluation indicator of brand equity of agricultural management organizations were selected by brainstorming of brand specialists. As a result, six evaluation indicator of communication, organization, responsiveness, clarity, customer relations and quality control were selected. Importance weight of self-diagnosis evaluation indicator of brand equity of agricultural management organizations was analyzed by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and Fuzzy AHP. The results of Fuzzy AHP were as follows. Communication for 13.9%, organization for 6.5%, responsiveness for 9.9%, clarity for 7.7%, customer relations for 26.5%, and quality control for 35.5% respectively. In order to enhance brand equity of agricultural management organizations, first, cultivation guidelines should be set up to produce equal quality products among members. Second, quality levels need to be subdivided, brands and packages should be different by level. Third, persistent efforts to find new clients and distributors. Fourth, various efforts to maintain the existing excellent clients and distributors.

  • In this study we carry out usability evaluation for adjustable electric beds for home care that are used the most by the elderly, and examines dissatisfaction of users. In this sense, we performed an interview with stakeholders including bed users, developers and suppliers to develop usability evaluation contents. In addition, we carried out feasibility and reliability study over evaluation form through usability assessment, and developed usability evaluation indicator.

자동화 지표 계산 및 공장자동화 순서 결정을 위한 방법 (An automaticity indicator computation and a factory automation procedure)

  • The paper provides a methodology to obtain the automaticity indicator of a factory and the sequence of enabling technologies of factory automation. The automaticity indicator is the measure of the current automation status of a factory and can be used as a crucial criteria for the future automation schedule and investment. Although most industries have their own computation methods which usually consider the number of workers in the shop floor, this research covers five evaluation items of automation, such as, production facility, material transfer system, inspection and test system, information system, and flexibility. The detailed evaluation models are developed for each item. Automation sequencing prioritizes the enabling technologies of factory automation on the basis of several criteria which consist of two phases. The first phase includes the automation indicator and the second phase includes six sub-criteria such as production rate, quality, number of workers, capital investment, development duration, development difficulty. For this evaluation, AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) is introduced to prevent the decision maker's subject intention. As results of the automaticity indicator and automation sequence, the manager can save time and cost in building constructive and transparent automation plans.

소규모 공공건축물의 디자인 지표 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Architectural Design Indicator for Small Public Building)

  • Public buildings as a public space of the community have a close relationship with local residents and urban space. Public buildings are not a simple role as office space, but closely related to the life of the local residents. In addition, a variety of approaches, spatial, and program elements should be considered. Rising awareness for public buildings recently, aspect of design also has began to be interested. Small building is a public building that can actively cope with the social and economic environment in the rapid change. However, small building is lacking the design consideration according to the scale and economics. This paper is to present the Design Indicator that can be used to create 'small public buildings' that has been alienated from the large public buildings design development. This is intended to derive and utilize the design categories and design detail indicator of small public buildings. There are composition of design categories and design detail indicator of developed small public buildings. Design categories have developed six such as Public and Harmony, Access, Landscape Design, Space, Sustainable Design, Technique and Performance. Design Detail indicator of Small public buildings have developed all 24. Presented Design Categories and detail indicator are composed of design indicator available in all areas of design evaluation and review that includes design, function, environment, and technology of public buildings. And it is possible to apply with small public buildings in all purpose.

  • It presented the specialty and efficient evaluation indicator and a method which corresponds in each quality classified with 4 fields - an use and the function, the environment and an equipment, the structure stability, an main finishing material from plan side against an existing school facility in order to suit in development of the standard indicator which has become fixed quantity and demand of evaluation method for an analysis of the object school facilities to rebuild. So it presented the method which is the fixed quantity evaluation from economic viewpoint as possible for evaluating the maintenance cost by the expenses involved and durable years increase in rebuilding of objective school facility.
