The purpose of this study is to suggest the model of rural villages for 21th century guidance-style based on regional Indigenous resources. As a development model on premise environmental sustainability, economic sustainability, social-cultural sustainability, this paper aims to established that accommodate actively change element of village environment that stabilizes local environment and ecosystem on the basis of development model's principle and contents and information area. Through this model development, To makes the national setting an example village and plans the 21th century guidance style farm village continuously is big that study does.

Putnam은 소프트웨어 프로젝트에 참여하는 인력이 Rayleigh 분포를 따르는 SLIM 모델을 제시하였다. 이 모델에서 인력분포를 얻기 위해서는 총 개발노력과 개발 난이도를 추정해야 한다. 프로젝트 개발에 참여할 것인지 여부를 결정하기 위해서는 소프트웨어 생명주기의 초기단계에서 이 모수들을 보다 적확히 추정하는 것이 필요하다. Putnam은 시스템 속성들 중 강한 상관관계가 있는 변량을 제거하고 나머지 변량들만으로 총 개발노력과 개발 난이도를 추정하였다. 그러나 통계적 방법에 따라 변량들이 다르게 선택되며 모델의 성능에 차이가 발생한다. 본 논문은 Putnam 방법 대신 주성분분석을 이용하여 최적의 시스템 속성을 선택하였다. 모델의 성능분석 결과 주성분분석 방법이 Putnam의 방법보다 9.85% 성능향상을 보였다. 또한, 제안된 모델은 단순하고 쉽게 구현할 수 있다.

The security threat posed by worms has steadily increased in recent years. This paper discusses the application of the optimal and sub-optimal Internet worm control via Pontryagin's maximum principle. To this end, a control variable representing the optimal treatment strategy for infectious hosts is introduced into the two-factor worm model. The numerical optimal control laws are implemented by the multiple shooting method and the sub-optimal solution is computed using genetic algorithms. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed optimal and sub-optimal strategies. It also provides a theoretical interpretation of the practical experience that the maximum implementation of treatment in the early stage is critically important in controlling outbreaks of Internet worms. Furthermore, our results show that the proposed sub-optimal control can lead to performance close to the optimal control, but with much simpler strategies for long periods of time in practical use.

In order to develop a medium voltage class gas circuit breaker by our own technology, we designed and manufactured the model interrupters using the hybrid arc extinguishing principle which adopts the thermal expansion principle in the large current region and the arc rotation principle by permanent magnet in the small current region. As the results of the first year research out of three years' research period, the main design parameters such as the volume of thermal expansion chamber, the distance between fixed contact and nozzle, the length of nozzle throat, the nozzle expansion angle and the magnitude of permanent magnet etc. have been determined. 4 types of model interrupters have been designed and manufactured considering the main design parameters. The 25kA short-circuit test and capacitive current breaking test have been performed for the model interrupters and the test results analyzed to improve the model interupters.

This study aims to analyze the model of 'autonomous regional development', which was initiated in 1980s in Austria, then introduced into Germany and Switzerland. The basic ideas of autonomous regional development are constructed of the peculiarity, the autonomy, the integrity, and the project promotion. The subjects of the development-four poles of the model 'autonomous regional development' -are designed of the land residents, the regional advisers, the regional associations and the state. The concret measures to realize the autonomous regional development are the realization of independent regional economic structures, the autonomy of political decision-makings, and the development of peculiar rural cultures. The autonomous regional development is a new development model, which is founded on the right basic principles. In this model the initiative of the residents is emphasized, and the real autonomy of regional development is required. The principle of autonomy leads to the development of peculiar rural cultures, which keep the peculiarity of the region. The development of rural culture contributes in turn to restoring the identity of residents, which may become a driving force of the rural development.

The progressive collapse potential of steel moment framed structures due to abrupt removal of a column is investigated based on the energy principle. Based on the changes of component's internal energy, this paper analyzes structural member's sensitivity to abrupt removal of a column to determine a sub-structure resisting progressive collapse. An energy-based structural damage index is defined to judge whether progressive collapse occurs in a structure. Then, a simplified beam damage model is proposed to analyze the energies absorbed and dissipated by structural beams at large deflections, and a simplified modified plastic hinges model is developed to consider catenary action in beams. In addition, the correlation between bending moment and axial force in a beam during the whole deformation development process is analyzed and modified, which shows good agreement with the experimental results.

본 연구의 목적은 CSCL에서 조정활동을 지원하는 조정지원스크립트를 개발하고 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 선행연구와 CSCL 도구를 분석하여 거시적 스크립트 설계원리와 실행원리를 도출하였고, 역할 분담과 관련된 문헌분석을 통해 미시적 스크립트 설계원리를 도출하여 조정지원스크립트를 개발하였다. 개발된 조정지원스크립트를 CSCL 환경에 적용하여 그 효과를 검증한 결과, 조정지원스크립트는 학습활동(공유정신모형)에 유용한 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 거시적 스크립트와 미시적 스크립트를 이용한 연구와 효과적인 협력학습 방법을 모색하는 교육현장에 의미 있는 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to get a meaningful information for improving manufacturing quality of the products before they are produced in client's manufacturing process. Methods: A variety of data mining techniques have been being used for wide range of industries from process data in manufacturing factories for quality improvement. One application of those is to get meaningful information from process data in manufacturing factories for quality improvement. In this paper, the failure rate at client's manufacturing process is predicted by using the parameters of the characteristics of the product based on PCA (Principle Component Analysis) and regression analysis. Results: Through a case study, we proposed the predicting methodology and regression model. The proposed model is verified through comparing the failure rates of actual data and the estimated value. Conclusion: This study can provide the guidance for predicting the failure rate on the manufacturing process. And the manufacturers can prevent the defects by confirming the factor which affects the failure rate.

The neutral valve for controlling the HST is one of the important valves for the vehicle control. Neutral valve takes a role of blocking or transmitting power to the vehicle. The operating principle of the neutral valve was developed through the analysis model. We also investigated the logical validity by analyzing the results of the analysis model. The analysis model was developed by using SimulationX witch is commercial software. The number of holes in the piston was selected as a variable initial compression of the spring, and the magnitude of the pressure pulsations and the diameter of the orifice for the sensitivity analysis were performed to design sensitivity analysis of the neutral valve.

In the situation of rapid industrialization based on the lopsided development of economy since 1960, Korean rural society has faced a crisis of disruption. As a result, the civilian government has tried a few actions to change the circumstance. However, it is said that the coral polices were not satisfactory. Those who were concerned with the rural problems of these days argue that it is necessary to adopt new policies and further to change the policymakers` philosophies concerning the matter. The arguments are certainly based on the beliefs that the sound policies come from the sound philosophies. This study aims to analyze the existing rural polices and their policymakers` philosophies and to design of a new paradigm. For the purpose, this study was set there specific objectives: First, to overview the moor points of Quantitative Utilitarianism of Jeremy Bentham and the Social Justice Theory of John Rawls, the contrasting frameworks of the moral philosophies; Second, to trace the major or trade of the rural policies since 1960s in Korea; Third, to analyze the policymakers` philosophies reflected on the rural policies; Fourth, to design a new paradigm of the rural policies. This study mainly adopted descriptive method based on the various source of government and non-government statistics, white papers and other researches. The major findings of this study may be summarized as follows: 1. The historical epochs of the rural policies in Korea was divided into the periods: (1) An organizational and institutional establishment for self-reliance of main crops and the New Village Movement $(1969{\sim}70)$; (2) An initiation of `open-door` policies to the foreign farm products $(1970{\sim}80)$; (3) Completion of the UR meetings and the recommendations of the Rural and Fishery Development Commission (1980-present). 2. It was found that the philosophical foundations of coral policies were directly reflected from the utilitarianism of the national development. Under the philosophy it was the modem sector of economy that was to spearhead the national development, and the rural sector was situated to the peripheral position and hardly in the spot-light. Therefore, it may be said that the present situation of the rural society was largely rooted in the model of economic development. 3. As a new direction of the coral policies, many studies were focussing on the NTC (non-trade concerns) functions of agriculture for the present and future society. The researchers argue that the cost of protecting and supporting agriculture and rural society may be higher than that of the burden which the nation should be bear in the case of failure of agriculture. Although it tray be true, however, it should be noted that the argument is another type of utilitarianism which prevailed in the past. As a philosophy of rural policies, utilitarianism is straight forward and persuasive, however, it has also limitations in terms of relativism in broad sense or social justice in specific manna. 4. This study suggests to set the philosophical foundations of rural policies on the basis of Rawl`s Theory of Justice mentioned earlier. It emphasizes the inviolability of social justice which was neglected for the national benefits timing the period of development dictatorship in 1960s and 1970s. The principles of social justice for coral people were identified as twofold; (1) The principle of the t equal liberty; (2) (a) Difference principle, (b) The principle of fair equality of opportunity.
