A major purpose of management or occupational safety is a significant decrease in safety accidents. With this view, the establishment of occupational safety culture and the building of occupational communication network stand out as being more important than the past. This study has analysed the positive effects of occupational safety communication on safety consciousness and action of the employees in workplace. And it is confirmed that the occupational safety communication in workplace is the essential mechanism, through which the workers internalize safety consciousness and act safely. The safety consciousness and action of the employees are formed in safety culture, which is not only legal regulations, but a daily communication network in workplace. In these sense, the building of the occupational safety communication network is decisive for the establishment of safety culture. For these reasons, this study makes the proposition that a firm promotion of occupational communication network is necessary, which connects the safety culture and a effective safety management in workplace.

China's intangible cultural heritage at the national level amounts to more than 1,500 species, and it is also the country with the largest number of items on UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage list, so the intangible cultural heritage of the country and mankind is very much treasured and cared for. However, with the development of the times, many intangible cultural heritages are facing a dilemma due to the problem of a single form of communication. However, at the same time, the efficient and convenient way of information visualization provides innovative ideas and new opportunities for the visual communication of Chinese intangible cultural heritage. This paper examines the formal characteristics of infographic visual expression on the theoretical basis of books and related papers and analyzes the application cases and advantages of infographics in the communication of Chinese intangible cultural heritage in the context of the present era. It aims to explore a fast and novel visual presentation method for the communication of Chinese intangible cultural heritage through infographic design methods, to promote the inheritance and development of Chinese intangible cultural heritage in the new era.

본 연구는 한국 금융 산업에서 교육훈련, 인재개발, 커뮤니케이션이 조직 몰입 및 직무 만족 간의 관계에 대해 분석하였으며 특별히 조직몰입에 대한 더 나은 정보를 제공하기 위하여 조직몰입이 직무만족과, 교육훈련, 인재개발, 커뮤니케이션에 미치는 매개 관계에 대하여 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 실증적 분석을 위하여 구조방정식 모형을 이용하였다. 연구의 결과 한국 금융 산업에서 교육훈련, 인재개발, 커뮤니케이션, 조직 몰입 및 직무 만족간에는 서로 관계성이 있다는 것이 확인되었다. 그리고 조직몰입이 교육훈련, 인재개발, 커뮤니케이션과 직무 만족의 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 한국의 금융산업에서 조직몰입을 위한 교육훈련을 강화하고 특히 포스트코로나 시대 변화에 따른 직무만족과 조직성과를 위한 인적자원 개발 프로그램 구축과 커뮤니케이션을 통한 조직내 신뢰 문화 구축의 필요성을 논의하였다. 앞으로 질적연구를 통한 금융기업 종업원들과 관련한 요인을 도출하는 한편 다른 업종에 속한 기업들과의 분석 결과와의 비교 등을 통하여 보다 심도있는 관련 후속 연구가 요청된다.

As the paradigm of communications changes from technology-centered service provision to human-centric services, the future wireless communication systems is expected to be able to provide user-centric customized and optimized services. In order to cope with such paradigm shift in communications, various research activities on next generation mobile communication systems are being carried by a number of international organization and research centers to take initiative in future ubiquitous wireless communication environment. In this paper we propose a generic research and development framework consisting of four different research and development phases, a vision and strategy establishment phase, a service development phase, a service reference model creation phase and future service foresight phase. In particular, we give prospect of future ubiquitous wireless communication services covering different service areas of future life style based on our research frameworks.

This study presents the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a potential decision-making method for obtaining the relative weights of alternatives through pairwise comparison in the context of hierarchical structure. The aim of this study was to elicit prior strategies for brand communication for Korean restaurants overseas. We created a questionnaire and surveyed experts at government agencies, restaurant companies, and universities from October to November 2011. By applying the pairwise comparison matrix, relevance was perceived as a more important strategy evaluation criteria than effectiveness or urgency. The highest-ranked strategy was the 'Identification of the BI and positioning of Korean restaurants' followed by 'Development of Korean food content for overseas promotion', 'Development of locally customized Korean food recipes and new Korean menus', 'Development of marketing communication strategies for Korean restaurants by countries', and 'Development of Korean restaurant differentiation strategies'. The results of this study can be used for effective Korean food globalization by enhancing the competitiveness in the world market.

본 논문에서는 네트워크에뮬레이터를 활용한 지휘통제시스템의 시험환경 구성, 결과 및 설계반영사항에 대해 다룬다. 정보통신기술의 발달에 의한 정보교환능력과 연산능력의 강화는 네트워크중심전이라는 개념을 가져오게 되었는데, 네트워크중심전에서 무기체계사용자가 빠른 상황판단을 내려 적합한 명령을 내릴 수 있게 지원하는 것이 지휘통제 체계이다. 본문에서는 소프트웨어 기반 네트워크 에뮬레이터중 하나인 dummynet을 활용한 시험환경 구축을 설명하고, 개발된 지휘통제시스템의 운용개념을 요약하였다. 더 나아가 시험 케이스 및 결과에 대해 설명하고, 목표 통신망에서의 제약사항을 극복할 운용개념을 제시하였다. 제안한 방식을 활용하면 항적메시지와 같이 여러 단말기가 같은 데이터를 빠른 주기로 공유할 때 유통 데이터를 크게 감소시킬 것으로 기대된다.

In Korea, we still use function point based cost estimations for software size and cost of a project. The current problem is that we make difficultly calculating function points with requirements and also have less accurate. That is, it is difficult for non-experts to analyze requirements and calculate function point values with them, and even experts often derive different function points. In addition, all stakeholders strongly make the validity and accuracy of the function point values of the project before /after the development is completed. There are methods for performing function point analysis using source code [1][2][3][4] and some researchers [5][6][7] attempt empirical verification of function points about the estimated cost. There is no research on automatic cost validation with source code after the final development is completed. In this paper, we propose automatically how to calculate Function Points based on natural language requirements before development and prove FP calculation based on the final source code after development. We expect validation by comparing the function scores calculated by forward engineering and reverse engineering methods.

OTM(On-The-Move) 위성통신 시스템은 차량에 탑재되어 고속 주행하거나 요동이 심한 지역을 주행하면서 위성 통신 링크를 안정적으로 유지하여야 한다. 따라서 열악한 환경에서도 정밀 추적이 가능하고, 차량에 탑재할 수 있도록 소형/경량화된 위성 추적 시스템이 필요하다. 2개의 슬롯(slot)으로 구성된 단일 모드 커플러를 사용하여, 원형 편파 특성을 이용하여 하나의 물리적 채널로 상하, 좌우 2개의 차신호를 동시에 비콘 수신기까지 전달하는 방안을 제안하고, 측정된 추적 오차신호를 제시한다.

In general, a wireless communication device has employed a whip antenna or a stubby antenna. Recently, wireless communication device is increasingly employing an embedded antenna, Intenna, for the sake of miniaturization. Further, it may employ both external and embedded antennas. Examples of the embedded antenna include a multi-band monopole antenna, which radiates uniformly in all directions when viewed from above, and a planar inverted F antenna (PIFA), which is a variation of the monopole antenna. However, since the conventional antenna is mounted in a finished state on the mobile communication terminal, there is a limitation of space required for providing the antenna. According to the present study, there is provided an Intenna that is deposited on a front or back case of the mobile communication terminal by a sputtering method. Accordingly, it is possible to overcome a limitation of space required for providing the Intenna and to improve the performance of the Intenna formed on the front or back case of the mobile communication terminal.

Korean-Automated Guideway Transit (K-AGT) was successfully developed through Light Rail System Development Project. Since then, the domestic development rate of on-board signalling system of light rail has been improved up to 90% by Practical Utilization Project of Light Rail. After utilization project, furthermore, POSCO ICT has developed the wayside signalling system of CBTC, including wireless communication equipment. KRRI carried out the performance test of the wireless communication, interfacing and using the other CBTC equipments of KyungSan Test Line so as to see whether it conforms IEEE 802.11x, international communication standard in view of operational concept of CBTC. In this paper, we presents the test plan, test items, and the analysis results of maximum communication distance tests between on-board and wayside radio sets.
